The write-up is absolutely perfect! I would say they can win both competitions, unless you want to make a third category for those people who want to enter a matching set of avatar and signature and then people can enter one or as many categories as they want?

As for the go ahead, all you need is one of the FC presidents to approve you posting it on whatever date you/they'd like and you're free to go ahead with it! Nice work on this! I'm really glad the JKRFC has you all! I see this FC improving beyond my expectations with you all on board!

I think the graphics PM is great. When it gets the go-ahead, we can split up the members list and get cracking with sending them out.

As for the April Fools day, you're idea is great. I'm not that creative, so any suggestions for messages would be great. Could do it as user notes or PMs. Any preferences anyone?

As for the quiz, I'll set about working on some questions (maybe 20 in all, 10 about Jo, 10 about the HP series?) so at least whilst the graphics competition is being judged, I can do something useful. When we announce the winner to the Graphics comp, we could send PMs to everyone and then drop the quiz details in same PM.


(I hope all that makes sense. Just come back off a night shift so at the crazy stage of lack of sleep, so I doubt I make much sense at all)

Personally I think a third catagory allowing the user - if they feel so inclined and have the time - to create both, this way they don't win two things so it would be fair to all in a way.

I've kinda been working on the participation signatures. So for they're coming in alright. I'll be getting them in like a week or so before/after the votings ends. I'm kind of busy at school around the time the graphics competition is going on, so it may take a little longer to get participation signatures from me all sorted out and such.

If anyone is able to send more PMs out, that would be great. I'm just not able to get online for a couple of days due to work and stuff so, won't really have the time to send any out until the weekend, and we could do with sending them ASAP.

I've listed above the ones I've done. All I've done is go throught the members list in the intro thread and sending them 5 at a time, so rather than divide names up, I think it's just best to go through that list and update this thread as to who you've sent them to. If we have a few people sending them, we should get through the list in no time at all.

I don't mind finishing up the PMs... I can send 25 out at a time, so it will take me like no time at all to do them.
