Woah! There's a prequel to the Harry Potter Series? I've been like living in a box or something. I literally just bought the Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts ones like last week ...

And OMG! I can't believe that it's true with all that you guys have said is being cut from HBP. It just makes me think more and more and i know i'll probably get cursed for saying this that Jo has become a money monger... she wrote the books and they're done with... and she really doesn't care what happens in the movies. Know what I mean? =/

I think that Jo does care what's going on in the movies. *nods* I just think she wants the main stuff in the films though, seeming WB is a movie company that doesn't stick to basing their movies on books very well. Like with Kreacher, WB wanted to kick him out but Jo said that if they did that they'd kick themselve over it. And with Dumbledore's death being kicked out, Jo said that was a BIG NO NO.

I'm not sure. I know that she has some control over what they can/can't have in there, but I think that it's mainly WBs choice in what all goes into the film. *thinks Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media should've taken Harry Potter than WB*

Yeah. Right now I'm starting to worry about what they did to HBP. Here it said something about there being "a fair amount of sexual energy and drug parallels." I just hope they aren't going over the boat with this.

I've actually stopped reading the interviews and stuff about HBP. I'm already disappointed enough I don't need to be angry about it. As long as I have my books which are my life hood to the HP world, then I'm good.

Well, my hopes for HBP being alright has gone up a bit since those few HBP pictures were shown. It looks like they did get away a bit from the H/G and ect. romance stuff for a while, but I'm still a bit worried about it though. I'm just glad they didn't get rid of Quidditch again.

I've heard they've cut the Gaunts out (not sure where I've heard that from) and I'm gutted if that is true. The memories scenes are the bits I've been looking forward to and also when Harry is chasing Snape. I just hope they do it justice.

I'm sure Jo won't let them masacre it (praying she puts her foot down with a lot of the scenes)

Seeing some of these new promo pictures makes by expectations for HBP go up a bit and I'm not as nervous about it. Just as long as they don't go over-board with the whole teenage love stuff, then I'm good. I'm just glad they've brought back Quidditch. *pokes them for not having Quidditch in OotP*

The video game? I'm so getting it. I have OotP for my PC and I just loved it to death. It was so much better than to rest of them and it actually took me much longer than a couple of days to beat it. I'm looking forward to the HBP video game seeming it looks like it'll be quite simular to OotP, but with more stuff to do.

I'm trying not to see any of the Promo for HBP, in case it gets my hopes up. I think if I go to the movie thinking it is going to be awful, then I'm either prepared for it to be, or will be pleasantly surprised.

I bought the first 3 games (for PS2 and PC), but stopped after them, not sure why. I'm going back to Chamber of Secrets when I have time and start again. See if I remember where all the Choc Frog cards are. I think I will get HBP when it comes out.

I started buying the Harry Potter video games since OotP. My friend has all the Potter games for his PC and I usually just went over to her place and played them with her. Never really was interested in them until OotP. I was amazed with what they did with OotP and I'm glad that they are sticking to the same method for HBP.

Some of the merchandise I think she'd like. Not all of it is a waste of money, but I wouldn't like the films at all if I was here. However, they sort of do have the power to do whatever they want in the movies. I think the films would be so much better if Jo actually wrote the script instead of some random guy. Or at least have them wait until after DH was out so then they could actually pick out what was really important and what wasn't.
