I just posted News Item # 33, Jo was named World's Best Paid Author.

It amazes me (in a good way) that an author can make SOOO much money in one year! I think it shows that our culture is not as stupid as it may seem sometimes or as uncultured as how it is portrayed in the media that so many people are picking up literature and delving into it.

On the flip side, if our society really is that uncultured, it is a testiment to the writing skills of those authors, who like Jo, were able to inspire millions to pick up not just one book, but a series of books. Either way, these authors are incredibly talented and now, incredibly rich!

Thats so true, what started out as a children's book turned into a masterpiece that everyone can enjoy, and enjoy we do. Even those who dislike reading were drawn to these books, it just shows what tremendous talent she has.

It amazes me how one person can do so much and still be normal. She's not like those other millionaires who use their money for bad things. she actually cares enough to help everyone when they need it.

She's actually giving it back to help people. Not most people would do that. Once they get rich, they forget about their responsibilities.

More reasons why you gotta love Jo..
