Long time no see! みんなさん、お久しぶりです！

I am afraid that this isn't the most exciting of announcements, but I have finally gotten around to updating the Hiragana and Katakana writing system charts. I have been meaning to restart the Japanese lessons, but I am not sure how many people are interested in those...so I haven't yet. IF you are, please leave a comment in the Japanese chat thread or send me a VM!

Also, in case you didn't see it, we have a new thread for you to talk about your favorite Japanese snacks and food! I will be updating it with pictures from time to time. Feel free to post pictures and reviews of food too!

Happy Twin Day! 今日は双子の日だ！

It is November 25th here in Japan - written like 11/25 - and is the unofficial day for twins! Not only do the two ones represent this, but another way of reading the 2 and the five could but futa (from the word futatsu meaning to) and go (the way to say 5.
