Vinnie was speechless the whole time Kyle had her in her arms carrying her up the stairs and into her room. After she was changed for bed she looked up and said, " Aren't you going to kiss me properly? " with a naghty little grin on her face and her blue eyes sparkling in the moonlight.

Kyle smiled wide, chuckling as she leaned down. She pressed her lips gently against Vinnie's as she gave her the best good night kiss ever. She smiled, purring lightly as she stood up straight. "Good Night, Sweetheart..If you need anything, just whisper my name." She nodded, knowing she'd be up all night anyway. She had an engagement ring to finish.

" Goodnight, My Love. " Vinnie said as she smiled up at Kyle. As Kyle left the room Vinnie grabbed her hand softly as she walked out of her room.

Today was the best day of Divinity's life. she wondered how it could get any better. It would be tough to beat today's events. Vinnie fell asleep blissfully dreaming of their life together. Their new family was finally taking shape.

Kyled smiled as she watched Vinnie sleep. 'What an angel,' Kyle thought. As soon as she quietly closed the door to Vinnie's room, she dashed off, darting to her room, not at all far from Vinnie's. Once in, she quickly tightied up her messy room.

Socks, Shirts, Pants, and any other clothing all disappeared into Vinnie's draws and closet, which all enlarged. She dusted, seeing as the room could be used as a recreation room. Her books now all on Vinnie's bookshelves in the library.

Kyle had changed clothes to do her exciting project of finishing the ring. She opened the floating box. She had on a sleeve-less shirt, exposing her muscle, long blue jeans, and hikers' boots. Her hands covered in dragon hide gloves, her hair pulled back behind her ears, and her welding mask on her face.

With the proper equipment, she got to work. She was clumsy twice and burning her fingers or hands, but was very detailed with it. Diamonds, Amethyst, Sapphire, and Emeralds all played a part in the ring. She put her torch down, stood straight up, carefully examining the ring.

Perfection.

Vinnie woke up around 6am to find all of Kyle's clothes in the drawers and closet. She smiled to herself with excitement; thanking Merlin that she hadn't been dreaming. It was all really real. She pulled on her bathrobe and headed down to the kitchen to fetch a cup of tea. On her way down the stairs her nostrils were filled with the aroma of a delicious breakfast. Vinnie stopped on the stairway to enjoy the flavor of the air around her.

Kyle was hard at work, cooking. Her sleeve-less shirt on, but clean, flannel pajama pants covering her legs. She looked just the same as when she put Vinnie to sleep. Her looked up, smiling as she spotted Vinnie. "Rise and shine, Sleeping Beauty!"

She had made sure to pick fresh flowers from the garden and placed them in a vase in the center of the table. On the table, fresh tea was set above silverware on a napkin. Kyle was just plating the pancakes as she checked her pocket. Placing the plates of foods on the table, the spelled out a single phrase.

Vinnie smiled and walked up to Kyle and kissed her softly. " Good morning , Love. You sure you're willing to wake up next to this every morning? " she joked. Then she turned around to sit down at the table and enjoy a nice breakfast. As she sat down she nearly fell off her chair when she saw what was spelled out on the table, " A-are you serious? Is this a cruel joke or something? O-oh ...my ! " Vinnie said as her eyes began to tear up. " You are serious aren't you? " she said as she clasped the sides of her face in disbelief.

Kyle just chuckled at the joke and kiseed her back. When Vinnie saw the message, Kyle smiled wide. "Only if you are willing." She saw tears form in Vinnie's eyes. "Does this count as serious?" Kyle got down on one knee as she pulled out the small box. She opened it, the sunlight hitting it perfectly, all four stones doing there parts in the detailed ring. "Divinity Wellheart, will you be my shining light, the one I wake up to every morning? Will you marry me?"

Vinnie gasped when she saw the beautiful ring glisten in the morning sunlight. "Oh my good Godric! Oh, of course... Of course I will marry you. I can't wait to wake up with you ...fall asleep next to you. I want to fall asleep every night in your arms." Vinnie said as she hugged Kyle with every ounce of strength in her body. " I love you so much. I'm so happy. Oh... I can't wait to tell the children. " she rambled as tears began to flow down her face. " Thank you , Honey . For making me whole... For making us all whole."

Kyle smiled wide as it seemeed just them in the world. She took in the hug, return it as she hugged her back just tightly. Kyle loved Vinnie. Nothing could change that. She smiled when Vinnie talked of telling the children. She'd video taped it all, just as she promised them, the kids. Kyle wiped Vinnie's eyes, as she couldn't help joyous tears of her own. "No, no...thank you, Vinnie."

Vinnie just sat on the floor taking it all in for a moment. Then she stood up and straightened yourself and sat back down at the table. She looked at the bounty of food spread out before her. " I think we're gonna need to exercise for a week to burn this off. " she joked as she filled her plate with pancakes and sausages. Then she picked up her cup of tea and took a sip. " M mmm , It's perfect. Everything looks so lovely, Kyle. Thank you ." Then she poured a little syrup over her pancakes. " Aren't you eating , Love? "

Kyle wiped her own eyes and help Vinnie up. "You are kidding!" She laughed softly smiling at Vinnie. She nearly forgot about herself. "Yes! I'm eating." She walked over to the cabinet grabbing a plate and a glass. She walked back to the table and pour Vinnie more tea before pouring herself orange juice. She piled her plate with eggs, pancakes, grits, beacon, and sausage.

" Someone's hungry this morning." said Vinnie. Then she noticed that Kyle looked as if she had been up all night. " Did you get any sleep last night? You look exhausted. " she said as she got up and grabbed a small bowl from the china cabinet and filled it with some grits. " Do we have any tabasco sauce? " Vinnie said as she smiled with a blush.

Kyle blushed deeply. She hopped she didn't look like a pig. She nodded. Sleep..."Uhm...I'm not sleepy, Love.." Of course, that didn't answer the question. She went back to eating. When Vinnie ask for hot sause, she held the bottle up, a smile on her face. "I didn't forget."

Vinnie smiled as Kyle held up the bottle of hot sauce. " Boy, you sure are a good listener. And you know me so well. How did I ever get along with out you? "
Then Vinnie got up from the table and walked over to kyle and brushed her hair from her face. Took Kyle's chin in her hand and bent down to kiss her.
" After breakfast... I think we should take a walk in the garden. I've got something waiting there for you. "

Kyle wasn't the only one with tricks up her sleeves. Vinnie hoped Kyle knew how to ride.

Kyle chuckled. "Who wouldn't wanna listen to your gorgeous voice?" She winked, smirking. When Vinnie's hand touched her, her face went instantly red. She smiled, kissing her back. A walk in the Garden? Hmm.."Sounds fun!" What did Vinnie have up her sleeve?

Vinnie giggled a little when Kyle blushed. " You're so cute when you get all flustered. " said Vinnie as she sat down next to Kyle and grabbed her food and began to eat again. When she went to take a sip of her tea she realized it had gone cold. " Oh, dear it's gone cold. I'll go get some more. "

Divinity walked down the hall to the kitchen. When she got to the kitchen she secretly called the stable and made sure that the stableboy had brought the horses out to the garden as she had instructed before Kyle came in last night. And just in case Kyle didn't have any riding gear Vinnie had made sure that Kyle would have everything she needed right down to a custom riding helmet with her intials embroidered on the slip cover.

Kyle couldn't help but blush more. She didn't think she was that cute. Kyle began to eat again as she thought about the walk. She certainly had to ask Vinnie about the stable. "Okay, Love!" She smiled softly at her.

Vinnie smiled as she came back to the table and sat down to finish her breakfast. When she was finished she went upstairs and showered and got dressed . When she came back downsrairs her blonde haie pulled half back and dressed plainly in a pair of jeans and a white button down shirt and a pair of riding boots. " Go get ready, Love. It's time for our walk. " She was so excited to see the look on Kyle's face when she saw her surprise.

Kyle scarfed down her food, and ran up staits to shower. After brushing her teeth and washing her face, she put on some white jeans and a sea green, skyblue, and offwhite flannel shirt. She put her ring on and put her horseriders' boots on. They were awfully comfortable. She rushed back down stairs her platinum hair still damp.

Vinnie watched as Kyle came down the stairs, " I love that shirt on you. It brings out your beautiful green eyes. Shall we go to the garden? " Vinnie asked excitedly. Then she kissed her on the cheek as they walked out the patio door.

Kyle chuckled doftly. "Why thank you! You look more beautiful, of course." She smiled offering her arm to guide you. She took in the fresh air, breathing out calmly.

Vinnie smiled as she took Kyle's offered arm and they walked down toward the garden where Kyle's surprise was located.

Kyle kissed Vinnie on the cheek softly as they moved through the garden. "So Divinity," She began, "how was your sleep?" She smiled, knowing the only sleep she got and needed was the twenty to thirty minutes she got during the movie.

" Really well. You know you never answered me when I asked you if you were up all night." said Vinnie. She hadn't forgotten that Kyle had skirted around the question. The gardens were in full early summer bloom as they walked through each one.
