As the show started, Chloe obviously admired all five older girls wrocking out. Sure, it wasn't Wembley but everyone had to start somewhere and this was as good as start as any. BRING DOWN THE PATRIARCHY ONE CONCERT AT A TIME LADIES.

Speaking of the patriarchy was that Bast? Chloe would have noticed that dumb hat anywhere. What was he doing here? Hanging out with Rula, she supposed. Chloe lifted a hand to wave at the Slytherin but Bast did not even get a smile. We see you, Toussaint. Way to say hello.

Jerk.

She didn't miss Bentley lurking either. Chloes did not miss things, ever. The blonde thought dismissively that he was prone to more mood swings than her. She nearly said something but then-

-CHAR WALKED IN. With an older boy. She was super impressed. As far as research went that was probably super smart on her end. And also she just looked cooler with an older boy. Actually, she wanted to amend that statement, the older boy looked cooler with Char. He was cool by association. As he was a boy and the worst by just the nature of his maleness, showing up with Char made him slightly better in her books.

He went from dumb and knowing nothing to dumb and knowing mostly nothing. Moving up in the world.

Brooklyn had taken her time arriving at the concert, not for any reason other than she just had felt like it. At least she hadn’t been quite as worried about her outfit as Maggie had been, given the conversation that had happened back in the dorm. For the most part, she wasn’t avoiding anyone, nor did she particularly have any reason to be avoiding anyone. That she would admit, anyhow. She was there to support Hady and Kali, and even Kelly to a point. Anything else didn’t really matter.

She had slipped into the room after the songs had begun, slipping into her musician’s habit of listening critically. It hadn’t hurt that she had known personally of the three girls’ musical skills, and had anyone asked, Nat and Ilia rounded the group out quite well. Either way, she had stayed relatively unobtrusive, listening from a position halfway between the food and the stage.

In some ways, Elle felt completely out of place at the concert, simply because she was nowhere near how her roommates acted most of the time. None of them would have likely brought their pet long for the show, but she doubted Nat and Kelly minded her having Marvin with her. The hedgehog liked music just as much as everyone else at the concert did, and he wasn’t in the way at all. It wasn’t like she was going to let him roam around on the food table, where she was currently standing. The blonde was keeping the hedgehog away from the food, instead, by letting him roam around the Christmas tree in the room. That and noticing the others she recognized who had arrived and were currently mingling.

Her attention was split, but she was still aware of it all. Keeping an eye on the little hedgehog, she nodded her head slightly to the music even as she kept her curiosity about the presence of the professors to herself. They had every right to want to support the band as anyone else.

In his opinion Maggie ALWAYS looked perfect. But he could always appreciate her 'outfits' regardless of how long it took her to decide on them, it was always worth it in the end... unlike his own fashion choices which really took no time at all. Maggie's dress was nice, and the red lipstick, he was into that (way into that). So in summation, she was HOT and HE was dating her, therefore he was winning at life. The hardest part of it all, was not ruining her makeup by kissing it all off before they got there.

The trek to the Room of Requirement was a familiar one, but something he wasn't certain about was the music The Sirens would be playing. It was rock, so, he was totally up for that. A band of only girls though... well, he had an open mind. Stepping in behind his girlfriend, his fingers locked between hers, Zeke let the door close behind them as his attention was pulled to the stage. They were already playing, which he figured they would... and it wasn't bad. Maggie's exclamation about Hady had him looking past Nat to the drummer, and he couldn't help but smile - sending her a quick wink in greeting... if she would even notice them. Ilia too received a greeting worthy smile from him. "Do you want to go in closer?" he asked, leaning his head in toward hers since the music was playing.

So Tim had decided to go to the concert after all. Just for one purpose, really. Or two. The main one being in support of Nat because they were best friends. But Tim wasn't really sure how good the band actually was; she had only heard Nat singing very few times in the past two terms. And the other reason being to test out her new potion she's been practicing on. A skin dye potion. The blonde had been working on it quietly since the beginning of term in case she needed it. And due to recent events, she did. Her main target were two people who had been in here already. She knew one probably didn't have anyone to help her later, and Alex had his extraordinary potioneer girlfriend to figure something out for him later. But there was no way to just give the potion to both without looking suspicious. Bringing Conrad along with her, Tim quickly walked over to the drinks while everyone was enjoying the Sirens play their first song. Pouring some drinks for Conrad and herself first, she then poured the potion into everything she could, the lion backed away and left everything to stir for itself. Well, obviously not everyone would get pranked but if even a few people did, it was good enough for her.

"We can't have another drink after this one." She whispered to Conrad while walking back towards him. She'd make it up to him later when she decided not to stay anymore. Maybe she'll cook them both something in the kitchens or snack on treats in her dorm. Either way, she intended to enjoy the time she spent here as much as she could.

This was a date.

A date! Dalton Nicholas Fletcher was on his first (and if his own personality was anything to go by, his last) ever date. At a concert. A concert that he totally wouldn't have been attending if it hadn't been for Kelly up there on stage. Up there and already playing, because obviously he was late. If it hadn't been for Charlotte - his date!! - though, he would probably have been even later. Like, second to last song late.

Sorry, Kells. Although, he was sure that she would just be thrilled that he was here. With another human. With a girl human. With her boyfriends cousin, no less. Could she see him from all the way up there? With a slight token grimace smile at the rest of the room - people were LOOKING - Dalton turned to offer Charlotte a proper one. Go you, Sharky.

"Want to get a drink?"

Might as well get the rest of his colleagues who were in attendance a butterbeer while he was getting his own, and Ansley left Paul and Kay to enjoy the music as he walked over to the refreshment table. It was a little dark in the room, with much of the focus on the band up on the stage, but with the fairy lights around the room, his vision wasn't that hindered. And he was just in time to witness one Miss Timila Kyle pour something into the drinks.

He didn't know what it was, nor did he care. All he knew was that she was spiking drinks with something that she shouldn't have, given her sneaky behavior, and it could be anything from alcohol to a love potion or Merlin knew what else. It was just a shame that one student had to ruin an event like this for everyone, especially when the Headmaster himself had approved it. Well, he would handle it now, and let the show go on for the rest of them.

Vanishing all of the drinks that were spiked but one so that no one could drink them, he picked the remaining one up before turning to Timila, clearly unimpressed. "Just what do you think you are doing, young lady?" He'd have one of the house elves around refill the refreshments in a minute, but he needed to take care of this first.

Hadley grinned at her freckled best friend. "Oh, I need to see you dancing. It's the only thing that'll cheer me up." Because it would be ridiculous and hilarious and so much fun to watch. Hads gave Rachel the biggest puppy dog eyes she could. Come on, bestie. Give her one thing to smile and laugh about.

Hads didn't recognize the song, or the original singer, or who radiohead was. Sure, her taste in music extended all the way back over 100 years ago, but that didn't mean she knew all the singers or bands from then. Still it was catchy and fun to dance to. Which was exactly what Hadley needed. As soon as they reached the front, near the stage, she was up and dancing and hopping about, and trying to incite Rachel to just cut loose and go crazy.

This was fun, exciting, amazing!!! Nat couldn't believe the energy running through her during the first song. She couldn't stand still at the mic like she figured she would. Nope, she kind of wished she had the ear mic at this point, but at least her hands were doing something by holding it. She had taken it off the stand and was moving around the stage smiling at the other girls, dancing a bit with Ilia as they played. She ended the first song and grinned towards the crowd, did they like it? It seemed like they were liking it.

She moved to the stand again and put the mic back. This next one was going to need the stand. Her eyes scanned the area as she caught her breath a moment. Alex, Zay were there. YAY and Dot! Yep Dot was there, did she see how awesome they looked. Nat would make sure everyone knew in a moment who dressed them. Her eyes hit someone else in the corner... alone. He was there, her heart raced, but calmed with him being there.

"This next song is a huge inspiration to me. It's been a song that has pulled me through many things so it had to be put on the top of the list. It was actually the song I've drove the rest of the group nuts with when we first started forming." She laughed and gave a wink to the girls. "This is Echoes by The Dead Kneazles."

The music started again and she put both hands on the mic as it sat in it's stand. "The silence fills these empty spaces like darkness swallowing me whole. I'm running out of my many faces as if I'm starting to lose control." As much as she tried her eyes kept going to a corner as she sang. She moved the to the rest of the room. She could sing this song in her sleep and she probably did, poor Kelly, Elle, and Echo.

"Echoes. That's all I hear..." She was fully in her element with this one. Her voice hit every note.

Paul merely eyebrows Kay. "I am most certainly NOT the coolest person in the castle, I'll assure you of that--" it seemed the music was starting. It was STARTING. There was SINGING. He whispered to Kay, "No, I haven't! But I think they're really good so far!" He had no idea what song this way, whether it was old, new, muggle, magic....it was...interesting, lyric-wise. It sounded like a lot of noise to him. But if the kids liked it.....well. At least they liked it?

Pffffft. He gave young Benton a look, too. Merlin. "Well. I'll keep that to myself and NOT tell your uncle you said that, m'boy." He motioned for the boy to turn around and continue on doing bopping away to the music if he liked.

Oh look, Angel asked if he wanted a butterbeer. "Yes yes, Angel, yes please. A butterbeer sounds fabulous right now--" he was snapping along to the music, even if it wasn't completely his style. He saw the little commotion out of the corner of his eye with Timmy and Anton. Merlin, Timilia. He hated to see one of the best Herbology students get in TROUBLE. Hmmmmmm.

As their first song finished Kelly could feel the adrenaline rush through her like pure energy. This was so electrifying and she could not stop smiling. the crowd was amazing !Not in her wildest dreams would she have imagined, that this many people would rock out with them ! There was no way the blonde would be standing still through any of this gig. The power was pulsing in her veins and she rose her hand into the air after hitting the final keys. Wow just wow.

Grinning at the crowd her eyes landed on...Dalton. OHHHHHHHHH HEY DALTON !! Even though she made him promise to come, Kelly had doubted his arrival. Big crowds just didn't seem to be his thing. But....who was that next to him?! The girl looked familiar but she couldn't quite place her. Wait wait wait....WAS DALTON FLETCHER ON A DATE AT HER CONCERT?! This had to be discussed later one and damn you girl, you better make that boy smile or Kelly Rose Flenagan herself would jump off this stage and give you a talk...well maybe not right now, but certainly later. Waving at them, she was sure he could see THE EXCITEMENT IN HER EYES. Dalton Fletcher, you ladies man.

All excitement aside, the Slytherin didn't want to embarrass her friend...and he was easily embarrassed according to her scale. Not that the girl wouldn't fall for his cute blushy face when he was embarrassed but still. Let the boy breathe, she told herself in her head. With that in mind her eyes searched for more familiar faces. So many students she didn't know came to see them play and it was fascinating.

In the middle of the room, halfway between the stage and the food table that was set up the blonde spotted Brooklyn and gave her a smile. It was good to see that she came, not for her sake only. Especially since that girl was so skilled with her own instrument, feedback from her would be gold. Like minded people always gave the most constructive criticism that led to improvement. People seemed to have fun and enjoy their performance but they were still young and there was loads of room for improvement and growth.

Not far from Brooklyn stood Elle. Giving her a friendly nod and a grin Kelly wondered if she had brought her hedgehog? Now that would be fun, their first hedgehog fan. Well...if he liked the music. The fifth year was really glad their dorm had gotten so close this term. There was nothing better than a close and tight knit dorm family.

As Nat announced the second song Kelly noticed Katherine moving to the front of the stage. This little one was great really...maybe after tonight she could convince her she wasn't terrible at all. Like zero percent? After all she'd get the VIP treatment and if the younger girl behaved maaaaybe she could play some on Kelly's keyboard.

A soft laugh escaped her as Nat told the audience how much she had bugged the band about this song. The ones that didn't know it by heart, could sing it in their sleep now. In a good way of course, the song was one of her favourites, really. "This song means a lot to us and i hope we can transfer that feeling." Taking a deep breath she got ready to play again. And let's go.

Her fingers played the keys of her keyboard without a single thought spend. The many many times they had practiced this were definitely paying off. If any song in the world was in her heart and brain it was this one.

Well luckily for Alex, he was about to try peppermint hot chocolate and Maddie was fairly certain he was going to like it. She was also fairly certain that peppermint hot chocolate kisses were going to be enjoyable which was a bonus, obviously.

"You going to dance with me once we finish our drinks?" Cookies safely wrapped and tucked away, the seventh year let the Slytherin navigate her through the crowd and towards Dot and Zay. "I promise not to step on your toes." Well, not step on his toes much.

She was careful of her hot chocolate as she walked, though splashing a hot beverage on someone she didn't know was preferable to splashing it on-say-her fashion savvy best friend. Something told her the red head wouldn't be pleased about that. Once they'd stopped, she took a few sips just to ensure such things wouldn't happen and then eyed the boyfriend's boyfriend and her best friend. "Fancy seeing you two here." The brunette smiled. "You responsible for that styling, Dot?"



To say Conrad was confused would be an understatement. He'd known Tim had been spending lots of time in the potions lab lately and though he hadn't been aware of her plan, he'd seen Maddie test potions on enough people to realize what she was up to with the drinks at the table. What he wanted to know was what exactly she was testing and why she'd picked this particular venue for said testing. Unfortunately for him, and for his girlfriend, neither of them were going to get a chance to talk about it.

Eyes widening slightly at the appearance of Professor Finch, Conrad took a step closer to Tim and sipped his own drink. An un-spiked drink, thanks to her. He was terrible in these situations and had zero ability to lie so it was up to the blonde to come up with a valid excuse while he stood next to her for, y'know, moral support and stuff. ...Yup.

It seemed Griffin was busy looking for food and talking with some other friends, so Rula would go properly say hi later on. Were he and Max friends too? That would be cool if they were! They could all hang out together.

But first, food. She grinned as she walked alongside Max to the food table, not at all minding that they were holding hands now. It was totally-

Suddenly - Bast!

Bast was here! Again! Of course, it made sense that he would be since his girlfriend was in the band, but he hadn't said anything before now about coming, so it hadn't crossed Rula's mind that he'd show up.

"Thanks!" She beamed, giving him a quick one-armed hug since Max was now holding one of her hands. "Yeah, of course!" If there was dancing, she'd most certainly grab the best friend for at some point. "We can dance too. If you want to," she added to Max. She wouldn't force him if he didn't want to though. It was completely up to him.

But now to decide on what she wanted to eat. Definitely not going to eat a lot right now though - if there was lots of dancing, she didn't want to do it on a full stomach. Maybe one of the little sandwiches Bast's sister had brought would be good for now?

YES HELLO! Charlotte waved happily over at Chloe as soon as she noticed her friend and then beamed widely as her DATE joined her inside. LATER they would talk. LATER. But for now....

"Yeah! Lets!" A drink was a GOOD idea. And Charlotte, of course, was all smiles right back at Dalton. When he smiled properly it was so nice. It was sort of like how they said yawns were contagious? So were proper smiles. So she was just going to walk around smiling until her face hurt, which wasn't very cool at all but that didn't matter because HELLOOOO DID EVERYONE SEE SHE WAS ON A DATE WITH A FIFTH YEAR? And he was probably the cutest one of all of them too! Sucks to be everyone else for not noticing first! He was HER date now!

And look there was a slow song on already, but not one good enough for a proper slow romantic dance, it was kind of depressing and Char preferred things to be a lot happier. But it could be a sign of things to come! He had agreed to the dancing after all but she was nice enough to let him get settled in and more relaxed first.... and maybe she should try and relax herself so that she wouldn't scare him off or anything?

She beamed at him and took his hand.

Because it was a date. Yup.

He had been invited. They had been invited. He wasn't alone and he had got permission from the interim Headmaster to be here. Seemed like the thing to do because as Ascanius had been grumbling about, it was going to be a whole bunch of teenagers and they didn't roll that way.

Their girlfriends, collectively, would kill them if they rolled that way.

But West was always appreciative of two things: 1) fans, and 2) fellow musicians, so after the letter had come, he'd insisted that this was happening.

The tall former Slytherin walked in first, in what was a toned down version of his usual flashy attire, all in black though still with plenty of appropriately rockstar bling. The goal was not to pull focus, he was respectful of other musicians in that way. Or tried to be to the best of his abilities but it was hard when you tended to be noticed everywhere you--was that Echoes?? It was! How fitting, given who else had come with them. Right behind him, in fact.

He stopped short in the doorway and smirked. See, Ascanius? They were real fans, this was the way it needed to be. They got here just as one of their own songs was covered, like fate or something.

Not that it was just him and Ascanius, a fact that he was sure the press would find very interesting once they got wind of it.

Anyway, they had some music to listen to and appreciate. And thankfully it seemed like all their former professors had moved on from Hogwarts so there wouldn't be any awkward reunions.... not unless Flammy and his rock planned to come along, or y'know, his former Head of House.

Maybe they needed to find a wall to lean against, somewhere they could potentially escape notice.

"Oh I'm good just you know homework and skating really." Studying was more if focus this term. It kept his mind off the other confusions moving around him. Looking at Henry as he offered to hang out he almost took it. He could hang with all the younger students, they might not be as pressuring as he felt with his age group, but before he could even give it another thought his look a lit had come up beside him. "Thanks, but I'm going to stay her for a bit, but maybe I'll find you later." Henry was nice, he watched him turn to his other friends before his eyes moved to his brother.

He couldn't believe Geth was still holding on to that girl. The entire triangle of that mess was screaming stay away, but yet Griffin was not staying away. "So is this a date?" Not a bad date if it really was and he was trying to be the supportive brother not the drama llama brother, but he just didn't trust her and she wasn't good enough for his twin.

As he picked up a sugar cookie he couldn't help but notice the three that were so close to him. They all looked nice and Griffin was wishing he would have spent a bit more time on his outfit, "Hey I didn't know you knew each other." Looking from Rula to Max. This was cool though, if they were together and just not there to hang out. "The cookies are pretty good." Not knowing what else to say he went for the subject of what was in his hand. Looking to the third that was with him he didn't recognize this one so he just gave a nod to Bast and a "hey"before going back to glancing at.... well both of them.


He was enjoying the music and pretty much already dancing next to Henry, because who cares if people watched or not when he noticed someone else walk in, "Hey there's Rian" Giving big waves he turned back to dancing. They weren't bad at all, this was fun! "Seems like a lot of the school is here." It was so cool. "She never said if she was coming or not, so I don't know. Maybe I should have asked her." Though it wasn't a big deal if she didn't come. He was having a good time with everyone else.


"Hey look" Benton saw the professor going after an older student. Did he say spiking the punch? This was so cool! It was like one of those parties you read about in books. They were actually having all the experiences. Woot! Oh and look all these people they knew were now coming near, HEY NOELLE AND AZURA!! HI!!! He was waving at all of them and wasn't that that Ravenclaw that he talked to every once in awhile? The one that was staring at the DADA professor last term? Yep that was her, HEY CHLOE HEY!! His big grin wave going for everyone and anyone. There was Charlotte and was she with an older boy? People so got along at this school, it was so cool. HI CHAR.. HI!

Maybe Benton had a bit too much sugar before the concert.

Walking back to the refreshment table and getting a skittle something to eat, Tim looked out to the stage. She recognized the second song the Sirens were playing. Were they a cover band? Tim had heard Nat say something about trying to write a new song but she couldn't. Either way, they weren't all that bad and could always improve during time. Walking back to Conrad, she noticed a professor coming her way and quietly snickered to herself. Hello, professor killjoy. Raising an eyebrow, she looked at Professor Finch. "Me? Just drinking water and eating a treat? Why?" She took a bite of her food after. She felt Conrad step closer and looked at him over her shoulder. The blonde knew her boyfriend wasn't the confrontational kind so she'd do all the talking. Unless the professor would ask him questions which was most likely to happen; given his clean record. Tim was also quietly thanking herself for practicing her transfiguration more often nowadays. The little vial in which she brough the potion in was now nonexistent.

He caught the wave from Chloe, and momentarily looked confused at the lack of a smile. Everyone else was happy to see him, why not -- oh. He turned to Rula and Max. "I'll be back later. Don't leave without my dances." With a tip of his hat, he left his two friends for another one who was being grumpy because he hadn't given her a proper greeting.

Bobbing his head to the music, he went over to Chloe and stole the hug she was probably going to deny him. Lifting her off her feet and spinning her in a quick circle before setting back down. "Hey! You don't have to say that you missed me and you're happy to see me. I already know it." He would spare her the embarrassment of having to say it. Best friend of the year.

He didn't ask about a date, or her sister (where was she anyway?), or anything they could talk about later. He just asked, "You wanna come bother my cousin with me?" They could listen to and see the band from where Charlotte was standing, and he needed to see who the bloke was that had a hold of her hand.

It was the gentleman way to ask.

It was Bastien way to lead her over there anyway.

He said 'friend' because he wasn't going to just assumed this was a date or anything on that level. He was giving this the benefit of the doubt until he was being told otherwise. For the benefit of the other guy since, if this was a date, he'd mostly likely have words for him.

He also, actually, already knew of Dalton, having been in the same house as him AND him being friends with Kelly. That was all okay, and didn't warrant any proper introductions. Holding his cousin's hand at a concert did.

Scan was too old for this....stuff (he had a two year old, sue him for being polite) West, you unsubtle, blinged out wrockstar. West was the reason they were here in the first place. He was super, disgustingly passionate about their fans, as passionate as he was about supporting young musicians. West was just passionate generally.

SO, to recap, IT WAS WEST ODESSA'S FLIPPING FAULT that The Dead Kneazles, and one other person who he had a tentative truce with recently, were at this weird concert. Oh, look at that. They were singing Echoes. He cut a certain person a look. This was their song, yeah?

Scan kept his head down, they didn't need to be recognised, and hissed in West's direction, "We can still leave, y'know." The drummer eyed the door.

If there hadn't been a refreshment table, the blond would have turned around and left the room, possibly even the seventh floor entirely. Nigel actually had better things to do then go to a concert at his former school. Shocking, right? But here he was anyway following behind West and Ascanius into the room. He had a problem saying no to people and lets face it how can you say no to West Odessa. Even though it is easy but not in this case since even Scan was here. Which Nigel would have bet would have rather be with Tavie the Octopus than here. The former ravenclaw prefect found a nice wall to lean against eying the food table and trying to stay away from the spotlight

Its a sad day when the only people besides the band you recognize where seventh years and then there was his brother. Was he that old now.

Merlin he hoped not

Henric waved to llia when she finally spot him among the crowd. He guessed his fan board worked! Being the supportive boyfriend that he was, he gave llia his loudest whistle yet. "You girls ROCK!" he bellowed, grinning broadly. The Sirens did great performing their first song and he couldn't even be more proud of the girls. And when the first performance was over, Henric cheered and clapped enthusiastically.

Woah... all of this excitement and shouting, made his throat suddenly parched. Maybe he should get himself a drink soon but he couldn't leave now! The next song was coming up! No way, Nat was going to sing...Echoes by TDK?! Alright! He had all their songs in his music playlist. Oh man...if only TDK was here to watch The Sirens perform their song! But..narh...there was no way they would be here? Why would they? A famous wrock band making their appearance at Hogwarts? What. Pfft. Henric blinked again. "Wait....is that....WHAAAAT...NO BLOODY WAY?! IS THAT WEST ODESSA OVER THERE!"he shouted in disbelief. His inner fanboy raged. TDK IS HERE PEOPLE.

Roman caught her looking his way. His eyes locked with hers for a brief second before she had to address the crowd again. A silent but knowing smile played about his lips, content at just watching her and the band perform proudly on stage. Echoes by the TDK? Of course, she would play her favourite song. No big surprise there. Her obsession with the band may be a bit concerning but that's what made her... her. Kind of refreshing really. It was great to see her light up the event with her vocals and dynamic stage presence. The band did fairly well too, never thought he would actually enjoy being at their concert.

The Slytherin seventh year listened attentively to her singing, casting a wink or two towards her since she kept glancing back at him. Hmm... Somehow, he couldn't help but feel like those lyrics were indirectly pointing a blaming finger at him. Why was that?...Odd. Then Headboy suddenly shouted across the room. Huh? TDK came? Seriously?
Where?...

Rachel pouted. "Do I really have to, Haddie? Is there nothing else that I can do? I'll look really silly.'' She may be graceful but not when it comes to dancing. "I'll make you your favourite dish in return if you let me off the hook.'' She smiled hopefully. Rachel would do almost anything for Haddie. By this time the second song was being sung. "I like the Dead Kneazles,'' she commented, leaning closer to Haddie so she could be heard. "I am not sure if you've heard their music.'' Without knowing it, the girl was shaking slightly to the tempo.

Kay merely beamed at Paul. She wasn't going to argue with him if he wanted to be modest. She swayed in her seat to the music. She was very familiar with the first song. "They are! I had heard of the group and I always wanted to listen to them.'' And she finally had the chance to! Live too!

"Yes, please,'' Kay replied to Ansley. She gave him a smile. Merlin knew they would be needing some after a while. She continued swaying in time to the beats and after a while, she caught sight of Ansley speaking to Tim. Ansley looked somewhat which got Kay curious. Excusing herself from Paul, she went over to the pair. "Is everything alright?''

From the moment she began playing Hadleigh put herself in the zone. It was as if no one was really there anymore as she played, her drumming keeping in perfect sync with the girls. The song came to an end giving the brunette a few moments pause to remember fully that they weren't alone practicing. There was lots of people filling the room and suddenly she felt jittery once again quickly scanning over the crowd of faces for someone she could focus on.

Spotting a blonde and the dark haired boy at her side Hady grinned at them both. Hi Maggie! Hey Zeke! Yes, we see you both! Having the two of them here helped her relax once again. Hopefully they were enjoying the music and having a good time.

Speaking of people arriving she did happen to see her fellow last name twin. We see you Aramis! Hady cast the boy a small smile and a slight nod of her head. She might've even waved at them but no time.

Nat was introducing the next song. Shifting on the stool she lightly tapped her foot for the count in tapping her sticks lightly together as well. Echos. They had played this song so many times she knew it in her sleep. The words flowed from her band mates lips and the others began to play along. Joining in effortlessly when it was time Hady tapped the drum sticks to the beat not missing a beat. As long as they were playing her mind was with the music and nothing else mattered.


Being here with Amelia was the best choice he had made. Sorry bro but yeah. It wasn't that he didn't want to be with his brother it was just he knew how the twin felt about the girl currently at his side. It was just one of the few things they disagreed on. At least Griff had stopped telling him what a bad choice it was and crap cause if he had to hear it just one more time there would be a problem. They had come to some sort of mutual silent agreement to be honest with their thoughts but to also let the other do as he pleased.

So it somewhat surprised him when Griffin walked his way. Yeah, hi to you too. Sigh. "A date? Uh, I guess so?," Gethan gave a half hearted shrug of shoulders as he glanced over at Amelia. Was this a date? Did she consider it one? For all intents and purposes it could be but they hadn't exactly confirmed nor denied this either way even if he had asked her to come with him and she had agreed.

Whatever the lady said was what it was.


Blue-gray eyes skimmed over the entire crowed space. It took awhile for her to spot anyone she knew. Okay, so she didn't exactly spot the two boys. Nope. It was the waving arms that had caught her attention. In fact it had made her laugh. "Hey Benton! Henry!," Rian called out over the loud music wiggling her way around people and towards her friends a large smile plastered on her face. Someone was missing though and it confused her. "Where's Remy? Isn't he here yet?" He had said he was coming. If she had known he wasn't already here she would've stayed back in the common room and waited on him. They could've walked to the RoR together.

It was like when West Odessa walked into the room, the Heavens opened and doves began to sing their sweet praises of the TDK lead singer. Paul swiveled in his seat, wondering WHERE they might sit--oh look, Kay and Anders had left him. But that only left TWO seats when they were ALL HERE. NIGEL. LOOK IT WAS NIGEL, Dante's brother! And that rascal, Ascanius! The stack of tabloids Paul read regularly had told him ALLLLLLL about Ascanius, pfffft.

With a quick glance to the Sirens on the stage, playing their hearts out and singing decently well, he stood up, ducked so he would get in anyone's way, and pulled out a parchment and a PEN. A muggle pen because WHO WANTED TO DEAL WITH A QUILL AT A TIME LIKE THIS.

And....

"PSsssssssSSSSST--" Paul tried to get at least ONE of guys' attention. He waved his parchment at them. "I'm a HUGE fan--" the white haired man began, and he noted how similar Nigel looked to Dante in person. "I'm your brother's favorite professor, Mr. Barrington--" MR. BARRINGTON. HOW DARE HE ADDRESS NIGEL LIKE THAT ,______, Paul was a-paul'd! "I'm sorry--NIGEL--" he was trying not to seem too eager but it was hard when he was bouncing around a bit. "Can you SIGN THIS? ALL THREE OF YOU?" loud whispering. This was loud whispering.

Of course. In Zeke's eyes Maggie ALWAYS looked perfect. She would probably kill him if he thought otherwise. Besides, she just WAS perfect, you know. That too. So naturally he like COULDN'T do anything BUT finding her perfect.

But seriously, the dress was fitting right? Right? Yes.

Maggie had turned her head to look at Zeke to make sure he'd seen Hady (which apparently he had) but just caught him smiling at...Ilia? Seriously? Like what? No. She narrowed her eyes at him a little but decided that now was not the time or place to discuss this. Maybe there was no time or place at all and she'd have to make sure he didn't smile at the older girl again some other way. It would have to be carefully planned though of course. And she definitely did NOT have time for that right now. No, they were here to...listen to Hady.

And like, have fun or whatever.

Giving her boyfriend a quick kiss on the cheek, Maggie nodded, smiling at him. "Yes. Totally." Get closer, mhm. She gave his hand a squeeze, waiting for him to lead them wherever he pleased. Her eyes briefly scanned the area for Dante, especially when Nat announced that they would be playing a song by The Dead Kneazles next. Huh. Where was-

....wait. What?

Maggie blinked and even used Zeke's arm for balance reasons as she tried to stand on her tiptoes to see better. Was that-? "Is that Nigel Barrington?" Honestly, she totally KNEW it was the longer she looked at him (like, she HAD seen him before and all, in the flesh and all, yes, she was cool like that) but like...what was he doing here? And....there were....oh...really?

What?

Alex would most definitely enjoy the peppermint chocolate kisses.

That much he knew for sure.

Although those would have to wait a little for now seeing as they were trying to get through the crowd. Holding their drinks above his head - much to the chagrin of some younger kids who 'apparently' couldn't see as well anymore when he walked past them - Alex navigated them towards Zay and Charlotte.

"Are you a good dancer?" He asked, glancing at her with a grin on his lips. Although her next words kind of already answered his question. Chuckling under his breath, Alex resisted the urge to nudge her teasingly, mostly because it was already hard enough to walk through the crowd as it was. "I might be easily convinced to." Despite the fact that he wasn't entirely sure just what kind of dancing Maddie was looking for right now. They were at a rock concert.

Was there another way to dance apart from sort of swaying to the music?

Once they'd reached their friends Alex sent both Zay and Charlotte a grin in greeting. "Hey." He looked back down at Maddie to make sure she'd made it over here safely, then back up to the stage. "They're quite good." They agreed right?

Ilia was feeling alive dancing with Nat and echoing her voice. Her smile grew as the riff ended, first song complete heck yeah. She was beaming at her band and their audience. Oh yes Zeke she saw you. Ignoring his snotty arm holder, she gave him a wink. The girl could complain about the attention she gave the boy later, pinning her to the couch was fun ahem.

Ah, the next song she knew so well. Grinning at Nat's comment when she introduced the song, her fingers tended her chords again. She began to dance around Nat and lean against her a bit affectionately as she echoed Echos. Her voice was just enough to mingle with and amplify Nat's as her guitar sang loud and proud. She felt so good on the stage, winking down at Henric. Her boyfriend was indeed the loudest fan and it made her happy as could be. She was so tuned into being a goddess on stage, she didn't realise what it was her boy was shouting....

Ullr was wearing his red 80s jacket, leather and boots. Had to support the rocking theme yes? He did come to support family and friends. The platinum blonde snake was content holding onto Amelia's arm, for the most part ignoring Gethan's presence as per usual. As much as he could with him on his Annie's arm anyways.....

Well would you look at that? Nat's voice was turning the crowd out, you go girl. Hady was banging on the drums...pun intended. That keyboardest must be Kelly....only siren he still needed to introduce himself to. Kali was killing her chords, oh yes ma'am.....and his cousin was absolutely show boating. Couldn't help yourself could you Freya? He grinned as he watched them. A familiar voice began speaking to the third wheel however and Ullr smirked a grin over at him. "Three way dates are all the rage after all." Yes, he was still here Gethan and he wasn't going anywhere. Still
...Griffin...he couldn't help but give the hot twin a wink. "Who is lucky enough to grace your arm today Aquaman?"
