Plot: Antigone and Milo Kane have moved on after leaving the Ministry and Diagon Alley... Now married and leading a lovely life together this thread will serve as a place to share their lives together. They have now been married for a few years and are both pursuing different careers.

Background: Milo and Tiggy met while Milo was the owner and shopkeeper of Quality Quidditch Supplies and Tiggy was Head of the Department of Magical Education. They knew they loved one another but several men kept Tiggy from choosing the right one, her soulmate... Milo. After she ran off to travel... or simply ran from her troubles... Milo went into a different field of work (Super Secret stuff

). After Milo popped up on her doorstep not months after she returned back to her flat everything fell into place. They finally had what they wanted... one another.

Their home: A lovely two level home set out in the country. Four bedrooms (the master BR has a MASSIVE closet to house all of Tiggy's shoes and clothes) , 2 1/2 baths, LARGE kitchen with a nook, sitting room with lovely floor to ceiling windows overlooking their garden and grounds, a music room for Antigone, Milo's Batcave, and a large study and library. A lovely koi pond is near their gazebo in the center of their area of Zen. Hehe.

Scene:

Antigone an Milo have just come home from their honeymoon and are getting moved into their new home.

Milo sighed, "They would've told us if there was a problem. And they didn't. So there isn't." Why did women always worry? There was nothing to worry about. Seriously.

"You wake me, I might have to bite you," he smiled, as she drifted off. He shifted away from her slightly, and watched her sleep, smiling. She was so adorable.

NEW SCENE

Antigone stood outside the house wand still in her hand admiring her handy work. One could nearly FEEEEEL the power surging out and away from the house. She had FINALLY laid out all of her charms and spells and all that. Mhm. After on near mishap with some Muggle neighbors she had finally gotten to it.

"Milo, come out here for a moment," she said in a loud voice so he would hear.

Milo had been in his study, reading over a few books and notes, when he heard his wife call him. He sighed. He had to do what she said. Or something would be withheld. Like food.

"Coming my dear," he resigned. He traipsed down the stairs and out the front door.

"How may I help you darling?"

"No need to sound as though I am forcing you to do something terrible," she grumbled. She placed her hands on her hips and kind of pouted at him. "If you must know I have set up all of the charms and protective boundaries and what not. Meanie," she said to him in a small voice.

Why did her husband think she was so mean?

Milo chuckled, "I never thought you were forcing me into anything. I was busy looking up mission details is all." Then she pouted at him. A little smile graced his lips, and he leant in and gave her a kiss. He couldn't help it. The pouting was almost a ticket.

"Meanie? Why am I a meanie?" he wibbled slightly. "I am glad you have set up all the protections and what not. We should be safe now."

Antigone returned the kiss and then sighed. He really thought she was mean no matter what he said aloud. "Yeah, I reckon we will be. I really don't want anyone coming round to visit here at the house... but I am sure that at some point someone will," Antigone said more to herself than to Milo.

She needed to get in touch with Torio and see him as soon as she could. He was her best friend in what seemed like another life. She also would love to see Chloe. Sigh. She missed a lot of people, but she couldn't really see them coming here to her home without putting them in danger. SAD FACE.

Milo smiled at Tiggy, "I don't really want anyone coming here either. Though aren't your parents meant to come round at some point, like Christmas."

"You fancy taking a nap?" he asked. Now that she was done with the spells and what not. He didn't really need to understand. He looked over the work stuff.

"No we will be having Christmas at one of their hotels... somewhere. Merlin forbid mummy and daddy had to leave work for anything," Tiggy said a bit bitterly. Her parents were never going to SLUM it at her house. Never.

Looking at Milo she sneered for a moment and then her face softened. "Is that all you do? Nap and eat?" she said in a stiff voice as she pushed past him to go in the house.

Milo sighed. Oh yeah. Their hotels. He had forgotten about that in all the fuss of the new life. "Yeah." He was rather depressed by this. He wanted to have a Christmas in their house. Their new house.

He chuckled, "And save your life. Remember that. It isn't easy being as good at our work as I am."

"YOu can hardly say you save my life, Milo Kane. That is proposterous. We are a team. I am more than capable of saving my own life," she said rather huffily. Macho bullcrap!

"Are you cooking dinner?" she asked as she reached the back door to the house and looked back.

Milo chuckled, "As a team we save each others life. And do not remember Russia? I strictly remember saving you that mission. At least once." Women! Always thinking they were right. And never needed saving.

"Does that mean you aren't? I will cook. What do you want?" he smiled, following behind her. "Nap before or after dinner?"

Tiggy thought on it for a moment and decided that the argument was not worth it so she just smiled and nodded. She TOTALLY did not need saving in Russia. He was overzealous and THOUGHT he saved her when in reality she was perfectly capable of handling herself.

Entering the kitchen she plopped down on a stool and frowned. "Well I thought that statement made it obvious that I wasn't cooking, honey. I would like eggs over easy, crispy bacon, and juice. LOTS of bacon though. And we can eat in bed then vanish the dishes and trays and nap then," she said with a little yawn. It was well past breakfast time but she was craving eggs and bacon for some reason.

Milo frowned. "You want eggs and bacon? But it isn't breakfast time." If that was what she wanted though. He would make it. Mmmm nap. He had to work late tonight. So a nap now would be good.

He smirked. She knew that he had saved her that day. She would be dead now if it weren't for him. Yay for saving.

She didn't miss the little smirk on her hubbies face. Nope she didn't. Ugh. She would let him BELIEVE that he had saved her. Sure thing. But he SO had NOT. "Yes, I know it isn;t brekkie time, love, but I want eggs and bacon, please," she put on a pouty face and waited for him to start cooking.

Milo sighed, "Eggs and bacon it is then darling. Want that with anything, like mushroom?" What an odd craving to have. Especially now anyway. Maybe she was having cravings. Nah she couldn't be. He brushed the thought out of his head.

"I love you Tiggy. You can have whatever you want."

"No mushrooms, but cheese and bell pepper would be lovely. Forget them over easy... how about an omelet. Cheese and peppers and maybe a little onion. That sounds divine," she said as her mouth started to salivate. Super hungry Tiggy. Feed me now!

"I love you too, Milo. Very very much. Don't forget that we meet with the adoption agency people tomorrow about the twins."

God she was demanding!! "With bacon on the side?" So now a cheese and pepper omelette. He could do that. He headed to the fridge. Out with the eggs and the cheese. He frowned to hunt for the pepper. Was it the red or the green one? He pulled out both just in case.

"What? I am working late tonight. What time?" Ooops he had forgotten. Dammit. Thankfully he was only working til 2am. He could get a sleep in. A good 7 hour sleep or so.

"Yes with bacon on the side and I hate the red peppers, please just the green ones, love," she said as she summoned a jug of pumpkin juice out of the already opened fridge. Taking a sip she sighed at her hubby. WORK. That was all he cared about sometimes.

"The meeting is at 7 AM, Milo. This is very important. We may get to bring them home tomorrow. Seriously. What would you do if I weren't here to remind you to wash your bum?" she huffed.

"S..s..seven am?" Milo stammered. Ok that was not good. 5 hours was fine. He could cope. Just. He put the red one back in the fridge. "I'd cope very well thank you. I survived before you arrived. Just." He washed anyway. "Aren't you working tonight?" he asked, starting the cooker. Now to the cooking.

Tiggy smiled into her juice and chuckled. "It is really at 10:30 I just wanted to see you sweat a bit. Funny stuff," she said. She was going to be up and about at 7:30ish though, and that was okay with her. She needed to get groceries and drop off some books at the library.

"No I had the forethought to ask for the night off considering the importance of tomorrow's meeting. You shall be going it alone it would seem, love," she said rather haughtily.

Milo chuckled, shaking his head, "You are soooo..." Ugh. That meant he didn't need to get up til 10. That gave him half an hour to shower, shave and find a nice suit. Plenty of time.

"Well I had forgotten and was offered the overtime. I thought we could do with the money. To pay for these kids. I was thinking ahead."

"Really... Money was the reason. With the amount of money in my vault and the vault my folks started specifically for our future children? Interesting. Extremely so," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. He was just pulling excuses out of his bum now.

Milo rolled his eyes at her, into the pan he was cooking with. "Well. I have a lot of money too. But we have to buy stuff, and refurbish everything. And put money aside for their future. I'd rather be at home with you. You know that."

He flipped her omlette over and put in on a plate for her with bits of bacon on the side. "Here you go honey. Enjoy." He flicked his wand at the pans and they cleaned themselves. Useful. He put them back in the cupboard. He wasn't feeling too hungry. He'd probably eat later. There was pizza somewhere.

Tiggy eyed her husband for a moment before she tucked into her omlette. He was so infuriatingly... Milo sometimes. And it made her mad. But she loved him so that was reason enough not to hit him in the face with her food. JUST enough of a reason. Heh.

"Don't use money as an excuse, Milo. Please. You enjoy your job just as much as I enjoy it. And you need not worry about the decorating, I have hired someone to take care of all of that for us," she said a bit haughtily.

Milo sighed and sat down next to her. "I do love my job. But I like having the financial stability." Because money could always disappear. The more he had, the longer it would take to use up. "Someone? Wizard I hope." Because that would be bad otherwise, and take forever to decorate.

He placed an arm around Tiggy, and rested his head on her shoulder. "I need to nap, honey," he smiled, attempting to peer at her, through his and her hair. "You are welcome to join me." Hint hint!
