History:Meggie was only two when her mother died, and she doesnt rememer her much. She is often told that she is exactly like her mother in every way. She learned to read at the age of four, and by the time she was ten she had read her entire library. Her and her father live in a very old, creepy mansion in Ireland. She loves it there, the rolling hills and feilds. They moved there after her mother died because France reminded her father so much of her mother. History: Remus was born into a quite, loving family. Neither of his parents had particularly well-paying jobs, so they more often than not had to buy second hand clothes and furniture. They got along well enough, always had just enough to get by on. When Remus was very young, his father somehow offended Fenrir Greyback. This resulted in Fenrir biting Remus, thus turning him into a werewolf. His family thought that he would no longer be able to get into Hogwarts due to his 'condidtion.' They were mistaken and he was able to get in, thanks to Dumbledore.
Personality: Remus is a down to earth kind of guy. He's shy, bookish and full of mischief. Not a good combination, really. He is constantly found either with his best friends or in the library, studying. Due to his small, sick looking form, he is constantly underestimated. Emotionally, Remus is one of the strongest people you can find. He'll sacrifice himself for his friends or loved ones if he thinks it's for a good cause.

As Nicnevin strode across the grounds, holding just a towel and her wand, she felt a shiver of excitement run up her spine.

One of her favourite passtimes was to swim in the lake, on the Hogwarts grounds. Not many students did, because it was very cold, the giant squid, and other magical beasts.
But Nicnevin wasn't afraid of anything living in the lake, because she met the Merpeople on her first day here. She had fallen in the lake, while crossing it towards Hogwarts, and the Merpeople took her to shore. Ever since, whenever she was bored she would go and have a chat with the english speaking ones.

As Nicnevin reached a large rock right by the edge of the lake, she removed her robes and climbed up the rock. Her butt-length silvery-blonde hair was flopping against her black bikini as she prepared herself by the edge of the rock.

Nicnevin then dove into the icy depths of the lake, feeling it chill her through her bones, she swam deeper and deeper untill she could go no more and surfaced.

Ahhh, just gorgeous!! This has got to be the cleanest water.

She then started to breast-stroke across the lake. On her return, it looked as if the guys where waiting for her by her clothes.

As she got closer she realised that it was Sirius, James and Remus. Nic smiled to herself and decided to play a little trick on them. She dove under, and opened her eyes, so she could see their shadows falling onto the lake. She swum under the water until she was directly bellow them and suddenly surfaced. Splashing all over them slightly.
Instead of a greeting when she emerged, however, she had a fit of laughing. For some reason she thought that the whole idea was hysterical. It must have been the cold water.

Remus stood on the edge of the lake, staring into it's depths intently, lost in thought. He was not entirely sure why he was there, as he had only agreed to come along with James and Sirius for loss of anything to read.His hair was in his face, hiding his eyes and a bit of his nose. A distant splash caught his attention, causing him to look up with a furrowed brow. Just the squid, probably, he thought in a vague sort of way.
Moony did not have time to react when he heard an even louder splash, this time accompanied with water. "Oi!" he exclaimed loudly, looking around for the source of the abrupt moisture. "Oh," Lupin said, looking down at the laughing girl in front of him, "Hello, Nicnevin."

Meggie sat near the others, though she wasnt really paying attention. She was on her belly, her legs up in the air behind her, and she was writing something. She had a pencil tucked behind one ear, and another one in her hand. She had a few books open, and she had a piece of parchment that she was writing on. She glanced over at the sound of a splash, and saw James crew and Nicnevin in the water. She smiled to herself, but soon got back to writting whatever she was writiing.

Sirius stood by James and Remus, his hands shoved deeply into his jean pockets and eyes scanning the shimmering lake before him. He thought it too cold to be out swimming in the waters, but they couldn't put it past him to swim in it if dared.
Quiet seemed to be the topic of their conversation at the moment, not many sounds save for a few chirps of a cricket every now and again and some soft hoots coming from somewhere behind him. As he stood, his gaze now directed towards a ripple in the water, he couldn't help but wonder what kind of sacred tricks he and James could play on others if he were to possibly 'fall' into the lake and 'drown'. That's it! Then he would know who his true friends were! Then he would see their true colors...

Unfortunately for him his thoughts of fake murder were interrupted suddenly by the feeling of cold water against skin, then soaking wet clothes clinging to his body. His black hair immediately flattened to his forehead, drenched bangs covering his eyes. A strangled cry was all he could let out as he shook his hair away annoyingly and opened his eyes in a somewhat delayed reaction. "'Eh!!" He exclaimed, the cold water causing gooseflesh to form on his skin as the nights air decided to suddenly blow. When his eyes finally adjusted, Nicnevin stood before them, laughing. "Bloody- Oi!" He cursed shaking his head, the scowl and shock leaving his face to form a more confused expression. "Think it funny eh?"

Nic leaned gracefully on a submerged rock, balancing on her elbows and flashed a smile; her somewhat large eyeteeth poking out from her think lips.
"Hello Remus," She said, her eyes watching him carefully. She was still laughing, of course, but not nearly as hysterical as before. She had calmed down slightly and was merely chuckling.
"What are you three doing out here?" She asked, knowing that she wouldn't get the answer she so terribly wanted.
She ran an icy hand through her silvery hair and shifted her gaze to Sirius.
Nic leaned forward slightly, batting her eyelashes.
"Well, as a matter of fact, I did think it was funny Paddy," She said, in a tone as if she were talking to a very young, very immature child.

Nic's legs were floating around behind her, as she balanced herself on the rock that had apparently been infront of her all along. The rock was covered in algae, and was slightly slippery and spongey to touch, but that didn't bother Nic, they were just living vegetables afterall.

Remus eyed Nicnevin warily as she spoke. One could never be too sure what she was about to do next.
"I'm not sure what we're doing out here, I sort of just followed them out here. What are we doing here," Moony said in a thoughtful voice, laughing lightly at Sirius's reaction. Padfoot was always so outspoken and loud. Though, that's not always a good thing. In fact, that was normally the reason for his frequent detentions.
Raising a pale hand in a small way, Remus said, "I thought it was a bit funny. Wet, but funny all the same."

The corner's of her mouth curled upwards as Remus spoke. Of course, always following the pack, whether that leads you to danger, or a really great time. Nic's eyes followed his every movement, but lowered her eyes embarassed when he spoke to her. There was that nagging again, she thought to herself, wishing it would just go away. The bloody complication.
"Of course," She responded, rolling her eyes slightly. "No plan, No wands, and possibly a hidden bottle of firewhiskey," she joked.

At his next comment, Nic gushed, but soon found her normally exuberant self again.
"Well, I thought it was hysterical," She said, her signature grin plastered on her face; slanted to one side, and mischevious looking. "Besides," She added. "Now you are already wet and can join me."

Remus's light brown eyebrows shot up at the mention of Firewhiskey. "Wha-?" he said, cocking his head to the side. "Who has Firewhiskey that I don't know about?" he inquired sharply. There were many things he would put up with, but illegal alcohol is not one of them.
Moony fell into a slightly huffy silence, until Nicnevin spoke again, that is.
"I suppose we could," Remus said slowly, considering his options. He could just watch them splash around, as long as James or Sirius didn't pull him in, that is. Or he could go in now, willingly. "But I'm not really dressed for it, though," he added, looking down at his robes.
