Harry walked down to breakfast, walking through the doors just as the bell rang. Laughing he saw Ginny. He snuck up behind her and lifted her up and span her around. He noticed Miley next to her.
"G'morning girls. How are you today?" Harry asked.
As they walked out he noticed a new boy. Glancing at Ginny he asked her.
"Who's the guy?"

Jacob smiled lightly at the girl who joined him, Serena, and walked out the Great Hall. "I hate crowds," he said looking behind them and walking outside. He glanced at Serena and sighed. "Wonder why we're so popular?" he asked. "We're not that cool, are we?" he asked, hoping they didn't notice anything or assume anything.

Miley was sitting down again writing a fictional story about love, then she thought, I wonder if Ginny would let me use her as one of my charectors for my story? hmmm, I'll have to ask her.

Ginny laughed as Harry spun her around. Kissing his cheek she said "Good morning Harry." Turning Ginny waved to Quill and said "Well, pleasure meeting you. I'm sure we'll have some classes together. Bye!" then followed Harry out of the great hall. "Which one? There was three. The Ravenclaw is Quill, Gryffindor is Embry and I don't know the other one."

Quill yawned, grabbed the last piece of bacon, crammed it in his mouth and stood up.

"I'm off to class." He said, to the clump of girls still clustered around their spot at the table. Quill snatched his schedule from his bag and stared at it.

"Potions..." He said slowly. Quill scratched his head, "Any of you know where potions is?" He asked, hoping for some good directions.

Miley smiled as she saw Ginny, she said,"Hi Ginny," she said still smiling. Then she thought is she going to say something to me or what, maybe shes mad at me or something.

Hermione gave Summer a tentative smile. "Sure. A shopping trip sounds fun." She said, getting quite enthuased about it because of how excited her happy friend was. "Although, take it easy on me ok? I don't know too much about this whole fashion world." She said, happy that she had a friend that would help her with this.

"Borrow a few things?" Hermione said, unsure of this concept. She had grown up as an only child and never had siblings to share clothes with. "If...that's ok with you." The brunette said.


"Hey Harry." Hermione greeted shooting her best friend a big smile. "I'm alright. Bit tired. And you?" She asked, looking around to see if Ron was still eating at the Gryffindor table. She had been pulled here to the Slytherin table by Summer.

Serena began to walk with him, into the Great Hall, giving Cho a little wave as she walked past the popular Asian who seemed to be deep in concentration. "Crowds? I don't mind them too much. But...it depends on who's in it." She said, thinking about how she disliked how so many Gryffindors had grouped around the Slytherin table.

"I think it's because you're new." She said laughing. "And the fact that it's three new boys at Hogwarts." The blonde said looking at Jacob. "When you've been here for so long, sometimes you know the boys you grew up with so well that it's weird to like them in a romantic way." She said, thinking about her best guy friend was just the opposite among the ladies. Where is Draco Malfoy anyways? Normally he isn't this late to breakfast. She thought to herself.


Cho realized a few seconds too late that someone had waved to her. Giving a feeble hand wave back, knowing that Serena Roberts probably hadn't seen it, she shrugged her shoulders. She had more pressing matters. Like the fact that Harry had just walked past her without acknowledging her at all. Well than... Cho huffed to herself.


Hermione burst out laughing. "Umm...it's a Saturday." She said, looking at the new boy who had asked for directions to go to Potions. "I don't think Snape would be too happy if you happened to burst into the dungeons on a Saturday morning." She said, giving him a small smile.

Harry felt a chill up his spine when she kissed him. It was still all so new. Her red hair was like glistening copper spun with gold. Shaking his head he registered her speech.
"Uh. there's more of them? The Gryffindor one I guess? Does he play quiditch

Harry looked at Hermione carefully. He guessed there was something there. Something was wrong. She looked at Ron and kind of half-sighed. Harry curiously decided to try and figure it out.
"Oh, I'm fine. Just missing my best friend that's all. You see she's kind of just disapppeared with this guy. Red head and yeah" He smiled to show her he was joking.

Miley sat back down to study, she was a straight A student and she was trying keep it that way. Now she needed Ginnys help. Ginny help me, I need you.

Riley made it to the Ravenclaw common room in a rush. He ran up to his dormitory and started shoving his potion things into his bag. He grabbed his pewter cauldron from the foot of his bed and left the blue and silver common room. He passed the great hall, wondering if Cho was still there or not, but didn't stray from the path on his way to the dungeons.

Embry appeared again, a rather forlorn look on his face. Approaching Quill he layed a tentitive hand on his shoulder.
"I'd forgotten it was Saturday," He whispered, "seems so much happened yesterday."
He looked down feeling like a right fool

More people had gathered, it was nice that so many people were greeting them, but the truth was that Embry felt a bit insecure with all the other people clustering around them.

"Hey, Quill, Jake, d'you think we could go down and see what the grounds are like? I'm begging for some fresh air."

Hearing Miley Ginny kissed Harry's cheek then sped of to talk to Miley. "What'd you need help with Miles?"

Miley looked up and saw Ginny, in reply she said, "Oh, nothing now, I'm good, I was just wondering, are you mad at me," she asked.

Hermione laughed, pushing Harry on the arm slightly. "I think he's very interested in his food right now. Or, that he's annoyed with me for coming over here to meet the new three guys." She winced. "I hope he's not angry about that." She said, taking a quick glance at Quil and Embry.

"It's ok." Hermione said, trying to reassure him. "I do that all the time. One time I even fell asleep and forgot to go to a class!" She said, remembering that day she had missed the class of Cheering Charms in Charms class.

"Interested? In his food? I bet all Ron can think about now is you!" Harry said exasperatedly.
"So these new guys? What are they like? Where are they from?"

Harry watched Ginny go, slightly put out by the fact that she'd left so quickly. Sighing, he turned back to Hermione.

Draco Malfoy woke up with a groan. It was a Saturday, and his sleep was inturrupted by students in the common room. He checked the time, then suddenly lept out of bed, and got ready, for he realised he was most likely going to miss breakfast. He sped out of the boy's dormitory, and into the common room, knocking a couple of first years on the way, and made his way to the Great Hall. Well, he was until.. B A N G. He ran right into something, and felt flat on his bottom. He looked up to see a girls back.

Lo was walking along, minding her own business when something wacked straight into her back. She turned around, furious. "How dare you!" She yelled. Once she realised who it was though, she sighed, and held out her hand as Draco grabbed it, and she pulled him up. "That wasn't much of a welcoming," she muttered, still slightly angry. "Anyway, where have you been?" She spat. It was unusual for Draco to be surfacing this late. She looked down to see that they were still holding hands, and so she quickly let him go.

Draco was stunned as he realised who he had banged into, and the anger in which she spoke to him. "Well, well, who's got their wand in a knot?" He asked with a smirk. "That was very unlike you Wright." It was true, it was very unlike her. Lo was a girl who always seemed to be nicer than she needed to be, to everyone. Puzzled, he then looked around her and asked, "So, where's Serena?" The two girls had always seemed to travel together, he was surprised that Serena was nowhere to be seen.

Lo spoke to Draco, her expression emotionless. "She went off with Jacob, one of the new boys, who we met at breakfast this morning. There's three, and they're from Washington." She said, beginning to explain the boys she met from the morning. "The other two are Quil and Embry." She added with a nod. She couldn't explain the way she felt about that morning, for some reason it had ended up putting her into a bad mood.

Draco glared at the thought of Serena with another boy. "Breakfast? Speaking of breakfast, I should eat before they take it away." He said, trying to cover up his glare. He dragged Lo by the hand to the Great Hall, and then to the Slytherin table, to eat breakfast. Once he sat down, he forked his plate full of food, and began to eat. He turned to Lo and smiled, he missed her company over the holidays, and of course, also Serena's.

Miley stood there and looked around,hmmm, no one i know is here.

Ginny shook her head. "No Miles, I'm not mad. Just preoccupied. I'm sorry." she said then hugged her friend. Then standing she tugged Miles hand. "C'mon, lets get back to the others."

Miley smiled and said, "Okay, okay, just don't break my hand," she said laughing.

"Alright, sorry. Sort of anxous to get back to my boyfriend." Ginny said then ran ahead of Miley, back to Harry and her other friends. "Miss me?" she asked Harry, kissing his cheek.

Hey Gin.
"Let's go out today. Actually I have an even better idea. Let's have a picnic. Like the whole lot of us." Harry really wanted to say just them two bythemselves but he knew Ron for one wouldn't oblige.
"We could get the houselves to cook something and then go down next to the lake and have a picnic. I'm sure Hermione will be glad to finally see some sunlight after all these years of being cooped up studying for an exam that's eons away"

"Great idea Harry!" Ginny exclaimed slipping her hand into his. Gin really wanted it to be just them but Ron would go bannas about that idea. "How about you and I go ask the house elfs?"

"You go tell everyone and I'll go ask the houseleves" Giving her a quick kiss he ran off towards the kitchens curtesy of a certain red head duo.

"Alright." Ginny said then stood there. She laughed when she realized she didn't know who he meant by 'everyone'. "I guess I wait till he comes back."

Harry came back in and noticed Ginny standing there, laughing. Confused he walked up to her carrying a large basket of food, drinks and other....things...

"Where is everyone? C'mon let's do it together" Taking her hand he walked over to the Patil twins and asked them if they wanted to come. Harry then moved towards Ron and Hermione and this time Ginny asked. He ended up asking most of the people in his and Ginny's grades before heading out. Who wanted to come could come.
