Why don't you people use easier names?
Well, Ashley comes from Old English "aesc-leah" which means "Ash grove" and I don't know of any italian version of this name
Ali is an Arabic name and means " high"... so it is not translated and used mainly by arabic families, where you can fidn them in Italy

Nikki -> "Nicoletta" (it's the nearest name to "Nikki"), but also "Nicole" is used sometimes... maybe even "Nikki" is used, but I never heard of anyone called like that in Italy

Sorry about answering a bit late, I'm a little busy cause of the university ^^
"Ducks and Jessie"? O_o... ok... Ducks is "anatre" ("Anatra" is singular)...
Jessie has not a real correspondent in Italian. It's not used here, but since it comes from "Jessica"... we use that one or some ppl turn it "italian-like" and name their child "Gessica" or something like that
"Calib" is completely impossibile to translate.. well you can translate the meaning and maybe there is an italian name with similar or same meaning, but it would be really an other name and not the correspondent one

"Congratulations" = "Congratulazioni" / "Complimenti" (the 2nd one is more often used, less formal)
"Thank you" = "Grazie" (just "Thanks", without the you )

Literally (or almost literally) that would be "Buon Compleanno", which means good birthday... or, well, "Felice Compleanno" is the literal translation, but I think they stopped saying that centuries ago
When you want to say Happy Birthday to XYZ or Happy Birthday to you, you usually say "Tanti auguri a XYZ", "Tanti auguri a te" (meaning many wishes to ...)
