Chapter One

Dear Diary,
My mum bought this for me to write in for all my years at Hogwarts. I guess it seems nice, but kind of lame, or something like that...anyway, it is my first year of Hogwarts. My (huge..) family is getting ready to head to King's Cross to leave. I am very excited to be heading there, and rumor has it Harry Potter will be there too, and he's in the same year as me! I'm hoping this year will be good...

Dear Diary,
First day, is already over. I met Harry Potter! He's now basically a good friend of mine...he's real nice and fun to be around. The train ride was fun, Harry and I were enjoying eating sweets and joking around and when I was going to show him a spell Fred and George told me about, this girl shows up and starts yelling at me for my stupid spell that didn't work...she kind of annoys me.
Scratch that.
She really annoys me.

Dear Diary,
Well. Charms class today was terrible. I'm tellin' ya. We were learning the levitation spell (Wingardrium leviosa) and guess who was my partner?
You guessed it.
Hermione Granger.
That girl on the train, that annoying girl. She's so annoying! She's like a nightmare! So there I was, minding my own business, trying to do the spell and I guess I said LeviosAR instead of 'osa. And she got mad at me and was like: You're saying it wrong! It's levioSA, not leviosAR!
Gosh, I made a mistake. Big deal. Also, she won't stop leaving Harry and I alone! She's always walking up to us and hanging out with us....ugh.

Dear Diary,
Halloween was so weird! And forget about what I said about Hermione. She's actually alright I guess. So, Harry and I were eating at the feast when suddenly Professor Quirrel runs in, and tells us there was a troll in the dungeons! Can you believe it? Oh man, you should of seen the look on Draco Malfoy's (this real mean guy) face! It was hilarious!
And Hermione had been in the bathroom all afternoon, crying so Harry told me that she didn't know and we went to go tell her. And guess what. The troll was in the bathroom! So it began attacking Hermione with this big club thing and then it was going to hurt Harry when I (being the brave person I am) used the levitation spell to levitate the club into the air and drop it on its head! It was wicked! But rather scary. . .then Hermione lied to save me and Harry. So yeah, she's alright.

Dear Diary,
First day of school, and me and Harry already had an adventure! It was crazy, so everyone rode in this car (that can fly) to Kings' Cross, and me and Harry tried to get through the barrier but guess what, it was sealed and we missed the train! So then we went to Hogwarts...in the Flying car! And wait, there's more....we had to land, I mean crash, right into the Whomping Willow! It began hitting the car with its branches and hurting me and Harry, then we fell out and drove away right when a branch was going to hit us! It was wicked! We were sure we were going to be expelled, but McGonagall didn't! I really love her right now.

Today was interesting, Hogwarst is getting quite mysterious...so there I was, walking with Harry and Hermione down the corridor and there on the wall, written in blood was:
The Chamber Of Secrets Has Been Opened, Enemies of the Heir, Beware.
It was real freaky! Then of course, Harry, Hermione, and I were all blamed for doing it since we were there. But a few professors covered for us, and we were good. I'm real scared now, because there were a whole bunch of spiders scuttling along the floor...it was real scary. They almost killed me! Hopefully they'll go away as soon as possible, or I might die!

Chamber of secrets!

Dear Diary,
OKAY. Things are getting weird around Hogwarts. I swear, I'm really REALLY scared. Yeah, I know blah blah blah wimpy wimpy Ron Weasley. Shut up. You're not here, so you can't say anything! And there's a whole bunch of spiders EVERYWHERE! IT'S KILLING ME! Ugh...
So today, me and Harry went into the Forbidden Forest because dumb Hagrid told us to follow the spiders! And we seriously almost got eaten by all these giant man eating spiders! So there we were, talking to this big spider and then he tells his kids to eat us and all hell broke loose! But, our flying car came in and saved us. Wow. I swear, I hate Hagrid at the moment.

Did I forget to mention that Hermione was like paralyzed or something? Me and Harry found out about that today. It's this thing called a Basilisk, and if it looks directly in your eye, you die. But everyone who's gotten paralyzed or whatever didn't exactly look it in the eye. Filch's cat, saw a reflection in some water. And this boy named Justin saw it through a ghost and Hermione saw it in a mirror. It all makes sense, Harry is brilliant. So is Hermione. I don't exactly know what I am...but I'm sure it's awesome whatever it is!

I swear, I want to strangle whoever put her in there RIGHT NOW!!! There was more blood writing on the wall and it said: Her skeleton will lie in the chamber forever!
WHY ME? WHY ME? I'm dying here! So Harry and I and....stupid Lockhart...are going in to find her. Man. I'm scared, but I'd give anything to save my sister. I love her. I swear, I'd rather be with the spiders in the forest. Wish me luck. I'll need it big time.

Dear Diary,
Harry, Hermione and I are on the train now. Wow. You won't even believe what happened! Harry and I found out that Lockhart wasn't really a writer, he only stole famous wizard's memories and wrote down what they'd done and pretended he did it! Wow! Can you believe that?! Wow...
So, he tried to use a memory charm on us with my wand but it backfired (since my wand broke) and he lost his memory! So I knocked him out...and Harry went and saved Ginny and we all got out of the Chamber and had a great end of term feast. Hagrid came back and I...well I admit, I was happy he wasn't in Azkaban anymore...but STILL a little mad. I'm very excited for next year!
