I'll add Wormtail in this chapter, just for you.

Severus' feet echoed along the long corridor of the fifth floor. He'd been walking since Bella had given him a hard time about Lilly. How dare she talk about someone she didn't know, and just judge her because of who her parents were. Bella's parents weren't that much better. With their pure-blood mania.

He continued his walk towards the window at the end of the corridor. He took a couple of steps forward, and then tripped over someone else's foot. Picking himself up he expected to be facing the tall Sirius Black, but no. He stood to his full height and couldn't see anyone.
"Down here you nit!"
Severus looked down his nose at a mousy haired individual who came up to his lower chest.
"What the heck do you think you were doing?" He growled, his usually passive face, twisted into a mask of anger.
"I was trying to be like Pads!" The boy squeaked.
"Pads?" He spat out, "Who is Pads?"
"Padfoot! Sirius Black!" The boy said excitedly.
"Oh," Severus sneered "He's just the perfect role model then isn't he."
The young boy nodded enthusiastically.
"And who might you be?"
"Peter!" The boy said, still undeterred by Severus dark expression.
Severus waited for his second name, but the boy just kept grinning stupidly up at him.
"Peter what?" He asked, finally giving in.
"Pettigrew!"
Severus picked up his books and then dusted his robes off.
"Just don't try to be like Sirius anymore." He sneered "He's a twit."
The boy nodded,
"I know. Your names Snivillus Snape right."
"Severus!" He growled.
"Oh, I really thought it was Snivillus, James says it is."

So, Potter was advertising his name as something that was a joke. What a nice person.
"Sirius also thinks you've got something for Lilly too." Said Peter, tagging along behind Severus.
He stopped dead in his tracks.
"B..but I think he's joking." Stammered Peter, "Because you'd never have anything for a Gryffindor girl."
Severus' eyes went wide, thats another reason why everyone rejected the match. He was a Slytherin, and she was a Gryffindor.
"Just shove off Pettigrew." He snapped, annoyed with everyone now.
"But you are so so good at Potions." Peter whined.
Severus sighed, he was a suck up.
"Thanks Pettigrew."
Peter beamed.

Gahh, my fingers are numb because I've spent too much time in the TP... And because... OMG my windows open!!!! *Shuts window* Neewaayy...Here another chapter!

Severus would have spent a 'pleasurable' afternoon in the library if he hadn't of been followed by the increasingly annoying Peter Pettigrew.
"Look here Sniv.. I mean Severus," Peter piped up again.
"What is it now Pettigrew?"
"It says, if you place a beezoare...."
Severus didn't bother picking up on the pronunciation mistake, he was more interested in what Bella was saying to 'Lucy'.
He stood up, Peter not even noticing that he'd moved, and placed it so it looked at if he was looking at the Magic Through The Ages books, but he could hear every word.

"Could you imagine it Bellatrix, us working for the Dark lord, in our second year!" The haughty voice of Lucius 'Lucy' Malfoy was easily distinguished from Bella's low seductive tones.
"I don't think I'd want to start now, I'd like to have more power before hand. And anyway, what makes you think the dark lord would want us?"
Lucius paused,
"Pure-blooded Slytherins, my dear."
Bella almost throttled him,
"If you dare call me your dear again, I'll..." The librarian hissed at Bella's gradually rising voice. Bella threw an equally evil look back again.

The voices went quiet, and Severus guessed they were gone.
"Seevvveerruuuusss." A whine came from behind him.
"What is it now Peter?" He snapped, absorbed in his own thoughts and not wanting to deal with the incessant moaning of Pettigrew.
"I'm hungry."
Severus glared darkly at him, and, taking the message, Peter scuttled out of the library.

He slowly picked up his books, and as he did a quick cry of, "Expeliarmus," came from the corner.
His books flew out of his hands and crashed into the librarians desk.
"Don't you three ever get bored of just picking on me?" He asked, not looking at them, "You have no imagination at all."
"What makes you think it was the 'Marauders'?" A male voice said from the shadows as he picked his books up.
"Who are you?" He growled as quietly as he could.
"Devon Parkinson. Nice to meet you.."
In that instant, Devon was gone. Along with Severus' books.
He trudged back to the Slytherin Common room and caught a quick glance of Lucius trying to hold Narcissa's hand on the far couch.
"Hey!" Bella called over to Lucius, "Leave her alone, or I'll jinx your butt into last week."
Severus smiled slightly, if anything Bella did have a courage of a thousand girls.
He walked up to his dorm and sat on the bed, thinking of a individual with red hair and green eyes, who also hadn't spoken to him all of that day.

Severus tossed in bed, a strange dream kept repeating itself over and over again to him.
A young boy, not too distant looking from James, held his wand aloof. A man, with greasy black hair and closed expression glared at him. But he could tell that man was running.
"DON'T CALL ME COWARD!" The older man shouted at the James Potter look alike.

Severus woke, covered in sweat. He had been having this dream for the last three nights, and it was beginning to make his nights as tiring as the day. Slowly he pulled himself out of bed, his bones aching, as if he was the man running in his dreams.
He pulled on his robes, glad that Lucius wasn't awake, or he'd of got teased about his lithe figure.
How come girls are OK when it comes to lithe figures? He thought as he pulled on his shoes.
Quietly he crept out of his dormitory and down the fights of stairs that lead him to his common room, up the flights of stairs that lead him out of the Slytherin quarters.
"And where do you think your going?"
He jumped and then hissed.
"Narcissa, get out of my way."
"Why?" The question was poised so delicately that it made him stop.
"Because.... I want to get past." He said defiantly, though with a slight waver in his tone.
Narcissa's eyes narrowed, but she let him go. As he hurried past, he could feel her eyes on his back, and then he was gone.

He reached the lake, his breath making fog come from his mouth.
Severus walked over to his favorite spot, and sat down.
In his robes, he had three books, one was a Defense Against The Dark Arts study manual, another, his precious potions book, which he'd already been reprimanded so many times for writing in, and the last, a muggle novel.
First, the potions book. It made his heart race just to open it and turn to a page which the others probably hadn't even thought to turn to.

He'd been out for a good hour, when he heard,
"COME ON MOONY! The water isn't that cold!"
Sirius Black.
"I'm not, sure, Padfoot... perhaps you go in first... You did lose the bet."
The harsh laughter of Sirius Black echoed to Severus' hiding place, Oh, Merlin, don't let them find me! He begged in his mind.
A splash. Then a curse.
"Merlin! You were right Moony... It's FREEZING!"
A soft, unsure laughter came.
"Does that mean I don't have to get in."

Severus had heard enough.
"Do you ever think for yourself, Lupin?" He snarled, coming out from his study area.
Remus looked shocked enough at Severus' appearance, and more shocked that he had spoken to him, but then he looked down to Sirius, who was pulling himself out of the lake with ease.
"Well, looky here..." He taunted, "Little Snivillus is coming out... What next.." Sirius put on a falsetto tone,
"Oh Lilly! I must say how much I loooovvee you!"
"Shut up!" He glared at Sirius, "Do you never get bored of this?"
Sirius put on a fake thoughtful expression,
"Nope!"
"I HATE YOU, BLACK!" He yelled into Sirius' smug face. "And one day, it's going to be my wand at your throat!"
He turned away from the sarcastic Sirius, and stormed back to the Slytherin common room.

I'm going away for a week, from the 13th to the twentieth, *Mourn me* I'm going to add a chapter now, but if I find a internet cafe while I'm there, I'll add another.

Severus was in pain. In DADA he had been hexed twice in the stomach and once in the upper back as he was getting off of the dueling area. Sure Potter had got detention for it, but that never made the pain go away.
"Hey, Snape." A voice came to his ears.
"Go away, Malfoy." He moaned. He was sitting in a toilet cubicle, his ears throbbing.
"Your little mudblood friend obviously doesn't know who I am, she asked me to get you."
Severus was out of the cubicle in a flash.

"Lilly!"
"Oh, Sev..." She cast a worried glance over his physic. "Are you OK? I did ask James not to do it."
Severus snorted,
"That didn't do much good did it though?"
Lilly looked worried, he then realized his tone, it had turned into a dark, loathsome voice.
"I mean...." He stuttered, trying to justify himself. "Well, it still wasn't your fault."
Lilly went too quiet for a moment, and then looked up at him and smiled,
"Thanks Sev."
They walked on slightly further together.
"Sirius told us about him and Remus meeting you by the lake." She suddenly said.
Severus could feel all him muscles tense at the name of one of his main tormentors.
"Yeah.... We did meet." He managed to spit out, after a small self-conquest.
"Sev, you really need to think about what you say sometimes. Sirius and James would have been down waiting for you at the lake if James hadn't of got detention."
Severus looked down at his feet. So they were going to wait for him. How very... Gentlemanly of them.
"Just please don't say anything you'll regret." Pleaded Lilly.

"Sniv... SEVERUS!"
A squeak erupted from down the corridor.
"How does Peter know your name?" Lilly asked, a frown overspreading her features.
Severus actually laughed.
"Long story."
"Hi!!" Peter bounded up to them, "Hello Lilly!" What are you doing here, I though you'd be taking detention with James, like you did last time he got into trouble."
Severus stopped in his tracks, Peter looked worried, and Lilly, shocked that Severus had reacted in such a way.
"Oh, that was because..." Lilly struggled, "I had to go as well.... Sev?"
By the time she'd looked round, Severus was gone.

Everyone Cheer! I've returned! Although I do have spider bites all up my legs.... ITCHY!!
It's just a tiny one because I need to be doing revising...

but...*Looks for Sev* Um, I seem to have lost him...AH HAH! Found him!!

She had joined him in detention? Even though Lilly had said that it was because she had it too, he still hated her for it.
Why was he so angry? She had came to ask him, well, lets think, you go to a punishment with someone who is a main tormentor of someone you call your friend.
Maybe Lucius was right, maybe she was just a stupid little mudbl.... NO! I WILL NOT FALL TO THAT!
Angry with her, himself, James, Sirius, Lucius and Peter, for some strange reason, he slammed the door to the Slytherin common room and stormed over to the window. He was meant to be at Tranfiguration now, but he didn't care. Let them wonder where he was, let Sirius make jokes about him that everyone will laugh at. He really couldn't care less.
He looked out of the window, watching the rain pour down the glass, and if anyone had looked through, from the other side, they could have sworn that there was raindrops falling down the young boy's face.

He was running again, it felt like it was for his life.
But then the scene changed, there was the James Potter look-a-like in front of him, tears forming at the corners of his eyes. Merlin, his eyes. Like Lilly's, deep and green, and haunted.

"Severus! For heavens sake! Wake up!" He opened his eyes to be greeted with Bella's angry face looking down at him.
"Mmh?" He muttered, he was lying by the window, where he had last remembered being.
"Everyone's.... No, some people have been sent outside to look for you. A rumor went round that you'd..." She looked at her feet.
"And, dare I ask who started that rumor?" He sneered into her face.
"Guess."

"Bye Sev!" Lilly called on the platform. So she wasn't even going to bother looking for him on the train anymore?
He sighed and pulled himself onto the train. Maybe he'd be transfered next year. Wishful thinking.

Hallo again... I've been given a hour on my school computer... I'm gonna put it to goooood use.

Severus tossed and turned in his bed. He had imagined that because he was home, the strange dreams would come to a end.
He was wrong.
"Sev, I just wanted to tell you, that," Lilly's sweet face broke into a smile.
"James and I are engaged!"

Severus sat up with a, "NO!" And then lay back down in his bed. That dream had been recurring for nights on end. It was beginning to tire him. Making the nights as sleep deprived as the days.
Gently he rolled out of bed. Today was his thirteenth birthday, he looked into the small mirror by his bedside, it showed him a young man, with too many worries on his hands.
He looked about his room, no sign of celebration showed, it was just a room, with a bed and table.
Pulling on a plain black t-shirt and some dark corduroy trousers, he made his way down the cold, simple stairway.

"But Severus shouldn't have to deal with this!" He stopped as he heard his mother and fathers raised tones.
"He's a man today, he can stand up for himself!" Severus' father growled.
Severus pushed open the door.
"You got a letter from school I guess?"
"Severus, honey... Happy birthday." His mother came over and embraced him.
"Thank you mum, but, please, answer the question." He implored her.
She looked down at her feet and opened her mouth, but his father interrupted.
"Do the names, James Potter, Sirius Black, Lilly Evans, Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew ring any bells, Severus?"
"Why?" He asked defensively.
"Their all Gryffindor's boy! You never talk to Gryffindor's unless to insult, hasn't Lucius taught you anything?"
Severus' jaw set.
"Yes," He said, "Lucius has taught me a great deal."
His father crossed his arms.
"He's taught me what prejudices and fathers can do to friendship!"
His father's face went bright red, and looked like he was about to hit Severus, but instead, he grabbed him by the collar and looked him in the eyes.
"If I were you, I'd keep your mouth shut." He growled.
Severus echoed his father's dark look.
"But your not me, are you father?"
And he pulled himself free, and went back to his room and began to pack for the up coming school months ahead of him.
