Hayle being use to comeing up with brillant plans right on the spot had the whole night planned out. She had come up with a list of what everyones jobs for that night were going to be. They were just going over the list

Hermione:Mudbloods Detention
Luna:Get into trouble so you can acompany Hermione and keep her out of trouble.
Tink:Guard Entrance Hall for when Sabrina and Hayle leave.( around 9:00)
Watch Dugeon door and Confundes Malfoy if he gets any bright ideas. At 10:00 head to hunched witch and guard for Hayle and Sabrina's return
Sabrina:Leave castle at 9:00 with hayle (be ready to stun Ron he won't be expecting us)
Hayle:Same as Sabrina except will be explaining not Stuning
Ginny:Be ready to alert us if anything is going wrong.
Jamie:Same as Ginny

The list was pretty straight forward and Hayle had given everyone a copy
So 1st step get Luna into trouble. They all new would be pretty easy. Just say something rude to Malfoy.
Luna spotted Malfoy in the Great Hall. Luckly alone.
"Why Malfoy you know I think I have found why Nargles are attracted to you soo much" Luna said in her unashamed honesty way,
"What are yo babbleing about Loony"Malfoy sneered back at her
"That is the exact reason you rude and ignorant."Luna said gazeing up at the ceiling.
"Oh really are you trying to get your self a detention" Malfoy sneered
"No I've just been wathing you for awhile you show the signs of Nargles. You know...Pale skin, Color drained skin.....Strange expressions."Luna started to list
Malfoy was getting annoyed "Fine Detention it starts at nine in the dungeon..but wait you already know that...I think they might just be practiceing Crucio" Malfoy snarled threateningly
Luna's face drained of color and she slowly turned to leave but she truned smack into Crabbe who's large build knock Luna over with ease. Luna gathered herself together and took off.
"Look she dropped her homework Crabbe maybe you should retun it"Malfoy laugh as he scooped up the parchment from the floor and set it on the table

When nine rolled by Luna took Hermione, who had now just shrunk to a strong but suttle crush, to Mudbloods Detention. When they arrived they were surprised to see Blaise there instead of Malfoy.
"Where is Draco" Hermione asked softly
"He had some homework to do"Blaise snapped and Hermoine settled herself by the wall shyly.
This is going to be easy without Malfoy hereLuna thought to herself

As this was happening Tink had already confuded two slytherin prefects who now thought the other was patrolling the Great Hall. Hayle and Sabrina were rushing down the stairs with a long list of ingredients for Ron.
They slowly opened the big wooden doors and set off quickly. When they got outside the castle gates they saw a red headed boy sitting on alog not that far off.
"shhh....er...Hello"Hayle said. Ron jumped and spun aound with his wand pointed at Hayle.
"petrificus totalus" Sabrina had sent the spell flying at Ron the instint he pointed his wand at Hayle.
"Hayle you ok?"Sabrina asked
"Brina he didn't even send out sparks"Hayle said in a voice you would use to explain something to a pacticularly stupid 5 year old.
"Oh yeah.....well...shutup"Sabrina told her sister who was now giggleing her head off.
"Sorry" Hayle said now turning to Ron and trying to control her laughter"We're Hermione's friends she can't come today she has detention but she needs you to get these ingredient for a potion"Hayle then looked meaningfully at Sabrina. Sabrina got it and unfroze Ron.
"Why can't she come after?" Ron asked glareing at Hayle
"Well...erm..she isn't in to much of a... well.. fit state"Hayle said
"What do you mean" Ron said now standing over Hayle
"Err. well..you see.." Hayle said cowering in his glare
"Tel...Arghhhhhhh"Ron yelped Sabrina had stomped on Ron's toe really hard
"Know who do you think you are we come down here trying to help Hermione out and all you a can do is threaten my sister!"Sabrina ranted
"Well..what is wrong with her" Ron asked
DING DING
a clock was ticking in the distance
"Oh no Sabrina were late come on" Hayle said as she stuffed th list in to Ron's hand then spinning on the spot. She appeared in Honeydukes cellar with Sabrina not far behind. The girls set off towards the school.
A bit later the girls climbed out of the witches hump.
"Well..well ..well what do we have here" the girls heard a sneering voice
They whipped around to see Malfoy and his goonies. Crabbe had Ginny, Goyle had Tink, Luna looking extremely guilty was being held by Pansy. Jamie by Stella and Hermione standing silenlty by Malfoy
"Goodnight girls" Malfoy said
then everything went black.

Alright Here is Another Post And this time it is from Luna's sight I don't know if you can say POV because she isn't really telling it so it's just going to be following her more.

Luna stood in pansy's grip she and Hermione were the only two that weren't struggleing. Thats why she was with Pansy. Luna felt horrible. How could she have left the plan sheet lieing around. She knew she could be an airhead but this was big. It could cause even more trouble for her friends. Although she thought she about had Malfoy convinsed that it was from last year. But of course he checked Sabrina's and Hayle's wands. He imediatly sent for Jamie and Ginny to be brought down to the humped witch. Pansy was told to escort her there. When they met at the humped witch Crabbe had Ginny and Stella had Jamie. At first Luna thought it should be the other way around but then she noticed how hard Ginny was struggleing and thought that was Crabbe' wisest move. Goyle had found Tink hiding in a door not far away had brought her to. By the look on her face Luna could tell that one of Hayle's had never failed. Luna felt like she could cry and she did when Malfoy stund The twins.
They we're now on there way to the headmasters office. right before they entered they were met by three other slytherins escorting Dean, Seamus, and Neville.
"They tired to stop Crabbe and Stella so I sent them to go get the goons"Malfoy sneered at Luna before turning to the gargoyles."Doe" Malfoy told it.
The all stepped onto the stairs and entered the headmasters office.
"Proffesor Snape we've got them"Malfoy yelled at the door. The door swung open t reveal a room that now looked similar to the dungeons. Snape stood over them with his usual glare.
"Thank you Malfoy you can leave them here I'll take care of them'Snape said between lips so tight it looked as though he had drawn them on with a very fine quill.
"But sir'"Malfoy said some what startled
"I'm sure I can handle two stunded witches,An airhead, Longbottem and, Two young men with noses that won't stop bleeding"Snape snapped
Luna looked over and sure enough Seamus and Dean were sporting bloody noses. Luna thought it was unfair to say Neville wasn't very important Luna thought he was very nice and when he had confidence was very threatening. When he called her an airhead Luna couldn't help but agree.
"But sir what about Granger and the bloodtraitors Weasley and Jamie."Malfoy asked trying tobe allowed to stay propably hopeing to see them get punished.
"If it makes you feel more at ease Malfoy you can Stun Miss. Weasley and the other 'Bloodtraitor' as for Granger I'm sure that love potion you used will keep her very calm."Snape hissed at him
"I..I..Uh...Crabbe, Stella stun them"Malfoy said pink in the face. Luna didn't think his face could ever get red its to pale.
Stella and Crabbe stuned them-Stella looked as ifshe could kill and Luna didn't think Jamie would be getting up anytime soon.
As they left Snape sat down at the desk and said to Hermione.
"I assume it has worn off now"
"Yes thank you proffesor"Hermione said sounding back to normal
"Luna I see you're slightly confused well I'll let Miss Granger tell you later we need to set up plans..............
