Here is the next chapter thank you guys for your posts and here it is

Hermione and Ginny Surpriseingly only got a month of Mudblood detention. Hermione didn't care to much she ended up there every night anyway. But Hermione was still upset not with the detention but with the note that she had just recieved.
Dear Mudbloods,
Due to recent events we are now giving you a coomen room of your own so we can watch you and prevent any further problems.

Ginny had recieved one too just because of the attack on Malfoy.
Hermioen was on her way over there now Ginny was staying behind to say goodbye. But Hermione couldn't bear it.
Hermione walked to a door. A door so anyone could get in with out a password. Hermione walked into the room. she saw a book and being Hermione she couldn't resist. She quickly scooped it up and sat on a chair. After a few minutes a girl from Ravenclaw came up to her.
"Excuse me are you Hermione Granger?" The girl asked
"Uhh yeah and you are....."
"I'm Haley Dean" Haley said as a girl who looked to be her sister"and this is my twin Sabrina"Sabrina looked to be from Gryfindor
"nice to meet you"Hermione said curiously
"Sorry to disturbe you but I couldn't belive the story is it true?"Sabrina piped in
"what true?"Hermione replied
"that you locked Draco Malfoy into broomcloset"Haley informed her
"Ohh that yeah its true"Said trying to sound apologetic
"Darn" Sabrina said turning to Haley"She beat us to it we have to start thinking of something new now"
"Yeah We could always go back to bribeing Peeves." Haley said looking down cast Hermione laughed and joined in the conversation.
After a few minutes a Slytherin walked in with Malfoy.
"Everyone this is Jamie Chapley he is going to be your supervisor for the next year." Malfoy said holding his breath as if just being in this room was deadly.
Malfoy quickly left and Ginny came in walking by him. She glared at Malfoy and Malfoy scurried by he looked alittle frightened.
Hermione intoduced Ginny to Haley and Sabrina. Hermione looked back at Jamie. She had to find a way around him she was supposed to meet Ron to night. She propably could with some help from Ginny and Maybe Sabrina and Haley.
"Hey girls I need some help" Hermione said still stareing at Jamie
"What do you need help with Hermione"Haley said
"I need to get out of here"Hermione said turning to face them
"To see ROn please please let me go with you Hermione I haven't seen him in forever" Ginny Blurted
"shhhh yes but we need a cover to get by Jamie"Hermione whispered
"Ohh him I can take care of him" Sabrina said to Hermione
"Isn't that how you dated last year"Haley said wisely like she new something that they didn't
"Yeah remember he very upset when I broke up with him"Sabrina said getting up and strolling over to Jamie with Haley not far behind.
Sabrina and Haley started talking to him he zoned in on them completely and forgot everything else that was going on around him. Hermione couldn't blame him they were both extremly attractive girls.
Sabrina whirled around smiled at Hermione . Hermione took the cue she grabbed Ginny's hand and fled. Before opening the door she turned and smiled at Sabrina and Haley. She was glad she had made some new friends so quickly
Hermione turned and led the way to the gate.

Sorry I couldn't post last night but here is the next post!!

Hermione and Ginny made it with easy to the front gate. When they stepped outside they had to wait a bit for Ron, but When he did arrive both Ginny and Hermione gathered him into great big hugs. Ron was thrilled that Ginny tagged along. This meeting was a bit more on they cheery side they told Ron how they locked Malfoy into a broomcloset. And about Sabrina and Haley. Ron laughed he still refused to tell them anything about how him and Harry were doing but the two were just glad to finally see him again. Ron walked them to Honeydukes. He hugged Ginny good bye and gave Hermione a kiss then he left.
When Hermione and Ginny got back into the school they snuck back to they commen room. Hermione burst through the door and ran strait into Jamie. Hermione tried to come up with a reason for being gone.
"I...uh ...we"Hermione stuttered
"shhh do you want people to hear?"said Jamie as he clamped his hand over her moulth.
"What you're not turning us in"Ginny whisper
"No only reason I'm doing this is to keep Goyle from doing this"Jamie said glanceing around "I don't hate you like most slytherins"
"Ohh uh ok we are going to go up stairs"Ginny said and grabbed Hermione and bulted up the stairs.
"Wow how lucky are we that we got the nicest slytherin that there is watching us " Ginny whispered excitedly to Hermione
Hermione nodded. She sank into bed
" Ginny I'm tierd I'll see you in the morning" Hermione yawned

The next morning Hermione stumbled down to the great hall to eat she was early again but this time she wasn 't the only person. She saw a Ravenclaw girl sitting all alone. so Hermione decided to go sit by her hopefully the could talk she thought she looked pretty nice. Hermione sat down beside this girl.
"hi I'm"Hermione started
"Hermione Granger top of your class muggle born under Mudblood restriction law" The girl said
"uhh I'm sorry I don't have your name and current statis" Hermione said startled.
"Sorry but thats my hobby knowing everbodys name and as you say current statis" The girl explianed "My name is Tinkerbell Sabrina Evens"
"Ohh nice to meet you I...."Hermione began but she spotted Malfoy and he was propably comeing to tell her off for something again. Tinkerbell noticed and waved her wand under the table. Malfoy looked confused and left the Grand hall.
"What did you do" Hermione asked already knmowing the answer.
"confinded him I've been doing it all year it keeps me out trouble and of course Sabrina and Haley. do you know them?" Tinkerbell responded.
"Yeah I met them last night."Hermione said intregued
"Yeah we hang out all the time Sabrina is the daredevil, Haley thinks up the plans and I am thier personall computer and mess cleaner upper. We've been best friends since 1st year." Tinkerbell explianed.
Hermione laughed and continued talking with her for a while. She definitly liked theses girls.

Hermione found that the girls were propably the second biggest trouble makers to ever attend Hogwarts. No one could beat Fred and Goerge.
Although try they did. Hermione never ever saw them in Mudbloods Detention.

Today Hermione thought Mudbloods Detention might be just a little easier. She didn't know why but when Malfoy looked at her, he Looked at her not glared or sneered at her looked at her. So maybe he would take it easy.

Hermione walked into the dungeon. Malfoy was at the front. He glanced back at her but turned back to the Mudblood list to see who was all supposed to be there today. Hermione trudged up to the front and sat down by the wall. This was her normal routine. But she was hit with a curious thought she hadn't thought about in a long time. The impero curse incident. She hadn't even thought about that kiss since it happened. She was curios though why did Malfoy cave in and except it. Then she did something very bold.
"Malfoy why did you kiss me" She said in a casual way
Malfoy stopped and turned to face her
"Mudblood I didn't want my friends to think I'm chicken now do I" Malfoy whispered in athreatening tone but Hermione didn't have time to respond cause at that moment in burst Stella Applehand. Stella was a prettier version of Pansy. Completely in love with Malfoy. She was always first in class.
"Dracoooooo" She cooed
"Stella" Draco said turning to face her
"I've been haveing some trouble with the crucio curse can you help me" Stella said her voice dripping honey. Hermione knew she was lieing next to Malfoy her's were the worst. Hermione tried
