Haii, This is Coped Separation? , a FF made from the plot of an Rp sharing the same name. This story may not follow the RP storyline.

I am Shannon and my co-writer Raagavi (xXx.BettingOnMe.xXx) shall be alternating the writing of the chapters but me being me could end up writing really long chapters and have to shorten them into two.

We both have extremely busy lives and that is why we are writing it together. and so shannon can continue being lazy

Youll pick up on the main storyline toward the end of this chapter as it is a part of teh past for the rest of teh story. enjoy.

Hermione passed the platter of sausage rolls down to Ron and smiled at him as she took her seat beside him. She watched as he passed it further down to Harry, then Ginny and smiled at each one of them as they took a couple from teh platter circulating it around the ultra large table of people celebrating her and Rons wedding anniversary. So they had been married a year, and in that year she had been blissfully happy until she found out what she did.

She had spaced out for a couple of moments renembering, but smiled at George who was sitting the other side of her as he passed her the platter of sausage rolls. Her hands gripped it as she took it from him and put it in teh middle of the table. "Anyone for anything more?" She asked quickly regaining her positive motive for the day.

After a circulation of 'no', 'no thanks you' and 'ooh maybe in a bit' , she began to tuck into her own dinner slowly falling back into her spaced out mode. Truth was she wasnt recovering very well from the news and had no-one really to talk to. Obviously she was happy about what Ginny and Harry had now stood up to say, but she only wished it was her. She gripped Rons hand and leant her head into his bony shoulder. She chuckled mentally realising she had not once gotten a bruise from leaning on it and wasnt going to.

Ginny cleared her throat by sipping her water. She looked over the table and saw her family, her friends and beside her her husband. "I guess I have to tell you now... " She paused and squeezed Harry's hand and smiled awquardly at Hermione. "Im pregnant." She smiled and breathed a breath of relief as she took a seat listening to the cooing and applauding coming mainly from her mother and Fleur.

She pushed herself from the table as she saw Hermione dash off into the garden, surely she wasnt upset about the happy news. So she followed her, closely followed by Ron. She chuckled as she came beside Hermione sitting on the swing she always had when she was younger. "You're in Rons space Mione." She smiled at her and took her best friend and sister-in-laws hand in her own two and looked at her. "Whats up?"

Hermione smiled at Ginny and spoke quietly. "I cant concieve Gin." She blinked back the tears but felt one leave her eyes and roll down her cheek leaving a trail of no foundation. It balanced on the bottom of her chin until she brought her hand up to wipe it away with a chuckle. "Im happy for you. Dont get me wrong. I just.... It got to me thats all."

"Oh.. Mione. When? Why didnt y.."
"Two weeks ago and you had already told me. I couldnt make you feel bad then." She looked toward the house and saw her own husband standing in the door. He knew what she was doing so he had left her to it. "I always imagined loads of children running around this house when the whole family were together but I always thought some of them would be mine and Ronalds." She looked at Ginny , whos head was now bowed, and lifted her head up.

"I guess auntie is the closest.."
"Its twins Mione."

Stuck for words the usually smart one smiled softly and removed her hand from Ginnys and let it rest on her knee. "Thats great."

"I want you to have one.."
"Thank you. BUt I could never."
"I want you to Mione. I cant ever see you without children."
"We want to adopt Gin."
"Adopt my littlun."
"I couldnt."
"You could. Now get in there and tell them youre pregnant."
"But Ron..."
"Ill sort him okay. Promise."

And so thats what the pair did. Forget all the other children for now. When Ginny gave birth she had Hermione as her birthing partner and made sure both Ron and Harry were out of the country. 1 boy and 1 girl. Ginny had always wanted a girl but she had told Harry it was a boy. So there became James Sirius Potter.

And Hermione took the girl. Bryony Isabelle Weasley.

Now, James and Bryony always looked alike but the rest of the family took that down to them being cousins. Now both about to start the summer after their 4th year at hogwarts. They start to take stuff into account being the only children of the two families. Same birthday? Same time-ish? And why were their mothers their aunties birth partners?

Finally Ginny and Hermione have came clean to their husbands who are appalled by their behaviour but do understand why they kept it from them.

New reader! I can't believe that! It was brilliant! And yet so sad, the way Hermione couldn't conceive. I loved it! A really good beginning. Can't wait for more!

Hey there It's me Raagavi! I just realised about this thread so I have the next chappie!!!! Shannon has done a lovely job and now it's my turn. I hope you all like it!

As a baby, James loved to laugh and rarely cried. He loved all the attention when everyone spent ages cooing at him. Ginny did warn Harry that he would be spoilt but Harry just wanted to best for his only child, his treasured son. He was unusually quite at nights unlike normal babies who burst out crying and pleading through tears for milk etc.

As a toddler he would race about on a mini broomstick- causing many precious items to be broken. But no one could yell at him when they saw his adorable face, he only had to bat his eyelashes and smile with his little teeth that were there and voila, he was an instantly forgiven boy. He used to love cuddling in his mum and dad’s lap watching Quidditch or just blabbing on about random things, mostly not recognised words but somehow his parents always understood what he was on about. Also he would be begging for sweets and chocolate which were often deprived from him.

James Potter. Well it turns out he is quite the delinquent now and always up to no good. You could never predict what mischief he would cause next, not even his father who he followed after or his friends. One day he was thumb wrestling with leprechauns and the next he was levitating garden gnomes. He and Bryony (his so thought cousin) were a right pair, they share alot, look alike and are pretty much best friends. You would think that he had matured for his 14th birthday but no, he was still the little devil he was before.

James tried to enlarge his cake by saying ‘Engorgio’ but he slightly-no let me rephrase that- he massively overdid it. She cake splattered everywhere and Ginny was picking cake out of her hair for about two weeks, but she found it overly amusing after a while when she saw the photos and the fun everyone else had had for it. All his other friends had burst out laughing even thought the adults all frowned upon the situation.

James got amazing presents from all of his friends: a muggle joke book from Dan, a new broom from Melanie, Honeydukes candy from Bryony and clothes and ANOTHER broom from his parents, aunt and uncle. He loved all those to bits but by now they are probably dieing under his messy bed, inside his messy room. Which no-one will enter due to the fact you can only just about open the door to slide a stick thin body through.

He developed Harry’s personality traits including mischief and messing up his hair every now and then which earns him many raised voice lectures from his mum. But he has traits of Ginny too. He is responsible and does know when he has gone too far- well most of the time anyway. He gets good grades at school, but only in the subjects he feels are necessary to becoming a quidditch player or an auror.

James , at fourteen, controls his behaviour but is still the troublemaker he was when he was the youngster and nothing can ever change that. His mother tries to coax him out of it but nothing will budge him, it just spurs him on even more that his father finds it hilarious. But he still does not know the hidden truth about who is in his family and who is not…

CHAPTER 3

"Bryonyyy." The woman above her cooed to teh red head in the crib. The baby gripped a firm hand in her hair and tugged. "Ow. Bryony. Getoffme." The squeal came from the woman who laughed as the redheaded male joined her and took the childs hand from her hair tickling her stomach.

"Ron, shes so adorable."
"I know Mione. And shes all ours. Odd isnt it? You and Gin having kids the same day."

And nothing else was thought about it.

Bryony was a very mischevious toddler but her mother insisted it was just a phase. Which of course it was. From the age of 6 months till around the age of 6, Bryony would make a daily routine of playing hide and go seek - just not telling her parents that they were playing,- hiding her parents wands , feeding her pygmy puff Pooter her mash potato, and "cleaning" the floor with toilet water. Really her father thought she was utterly adorable and followed in his footsteps of being the joker, but her mother couldnt bear it and tried -tried but failed- to teach her daughter the art of reading and being able to learn easily. It just failed MISERABLY.

Bryony would laugh at her mothers attempts and try once more to "play" hide and seek or even run off with her equal aged cousin James. The pair were inseperable and found it really hard to spend a day without seeing each other. Some would speculate siblings, others a relationship.-as they got older anyway- But the pair didnt bat eyelids and continued to terrorise the neighbours, their parents and strangers.

Dont get me wrong Bryony was a beautiful child, crimson pink cheeks, flaming red hair, green eyes and a smile that could charm anyone out of magic. But she found it hard to be the pretty, smart Weasley that was expected of her by her mother and grandma. She was never in trouble, a simple smile and a girlish giggle could cause anyone to giggle back and grin widely before scooping her in a hug, and as her grandma did squeeze her cheeks and give her what she wanted all the time -chocolate-.

Upon starting Hogwarts Bryony got sorted into Gryffindor, like her cousin, but all of a sudden found herself drifting massively apart from him due to homework, lessons, friends and clubs they joined. Of course James adored flying and made sure to excel in those lessons but Bryony, she couldnt stand broomsticks and always hung back to get taunted by the Slytherins in her class. But James was too far into showing off that he didnt realise and couldnt defend her and therefore it went unnoticed that Bryony was upset.

Until her second year. Thats when two people brought the two cousins back into a frienship group that the pair couldnt wish for anything different. James, closer to Dan and Bryony closer to Melanie. Just a boy thing and a girl thing.

Bryony at fourteen had just began to start to learn more and more in lessons and attempt the homework more often. AND she overcame her fears of flying. In her third year she excelled that much that she joined the Gryffindor Quidditch team as a chaser, much to her mothers horror. Her daughter should be one to focus opn schoolwork and not on flouncing about on a broomstick throwing things through hoops, in the air, where she could get hurt.

It wasnt how Bryony wanted to be treated by her other but accepted it and became closer to her Aunt Ginny, her unknown biological mother.
