That night Parvati spent most of the time talking to Lavender, Hermoine and Ginny about Nathan and what had happened earlier that day. They all agreed that the encounter was definitely a sign that she and Nathan were meant to be together. "Besides," Lavender said with a yawn that night as they were in bed. "He wouldn't have called you the prettiest twin if he didn't fancy you."
Parvati nodded and her eyelids, heavy with sleep, shut themselves and she was whisked into a dream that involved herself, Nathan, a ring and a question.
The next morning she was woken up by whispers and giggles in her dormitory. "Wha?" she asked, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. "Why are you giggling?" she asked grabbing a brush and running it through her hair.
"Because Nathan is outside the dormitory waiting for you," Lavender said throwing some clothes at her. "Now hurry up! Don't keep the guy waiting!"
As Parvati started to put on the clothes that had been given to her, Lavender added something else that made her heart pound even faster. "Apparently he wants to ask you something..."
That hurried Parvati up and she rushed down the dormitory stairs, barged in between Harry and Ron, not even bothering to apologise and went out into the corridor to see Nathan standing there looking extremely gorgeous! "Hhhhi Nathan," she managed to stutter. Oh real smooth Parvati! she thought to herself.
"Hey you look really nice today," Nathan said looking her up and down. "I was wondering whether you had seen what was on the house notice boards yet?"
Parvati shook her head wondering where this conversation was going. "Not yet, I only just woke up a few minutes ago actually," she said. "Why? What's on the boards?"
Nathan was silent for a moment and then he started to fidget slightly, "Well there's this dance in a couple of weeks for Christmas and I was wondering if you'd go with me?" he asked getting quieter and quieter until the last part was just a whisper.
"Yes!" Parvati squealed immediately. "Of course I'll go with you! Oh Nathan thank you sooo much for asking me!" she was on cloud nine, the boy of her dreams had just asked her to a dance, where she could show everyone that she was dating Nathan.
"Well..." Nathan said looking extremely pleased and proud. "I'll see you later then Miss Patil," he leaned in, kissed her on her cheek and then walked off to what she assumed was the Great Hall for breakfast.
She ran back inside the common room where Hermoine, Ginny and Lavender were waiting expectantly. "He's asked me to the dance!" There was a lot of high pitched screams and giggles, which earned them a lot of disgusted looks from the guys.
"Anything else?" Lavender asked, smirking a little. Parvati shook her head not wanting to say about the kiss. "Well see we think there was, such as a kiss maybe?"
"You were spying???!!!" Parvati exclaimed. "Lav!" She laughed though, she was way too happy to get mad at the moment. "Come on I have to tell Padma that I'm going to the dance with a guy who kissed me!" | |

See this is the bad thing with twins. Usually they end up liking the same person. (Being a twin I know what this is like.) But it makes it worse if that person flirts with both of them and does it intentionally, not just mixing them up by accident.

Well Ive finished Science, i did that today at school, Im just finishing English tonight, well bit, im getting my teacher to help. As for my Geography well got that covered, i did bit today at lunch and i am finishing it Thursday lunchtime. Then last but not least French, well i'll revise for my test this weekend. So Im free, practilly. I will get writing tonight after my Jazz club(oh and after ive had a shower. Lol!!!)
