Born in 1959 (actual date unknown), Mark Williams has become a familiar face in the film, theatre, television and radio industry, particularly in the UK. A graduate of Oxford University, he spent three years touring with The Mikron Theatre Company. His most recognizable role, apart from portraying Arthur Weasley in the Harry Potter films, would be as regular on BBC's TV show the Fast Show, having appeared in four series.
He has his own program where he drives a canal boat, exploring canal ways and looking at the history of industrial age in the UK, mainly in the Midlands. He has aloes directed two plays at the 1996 Channel 4 Sitcom Festival in London's Hammersmith, "Bleeding Hearts" and "In Exile".
Mark actually co-starred with Tom Felton in Tom's first feature length film The Borrowers (1997).
