I really liked the 6th book! I thought it had a perfect combination of all the elements a good book must have! Action, adventure, romance, mystery, and so much more! J.K. Rowling did an excellent job!

The 6th book was my favorite by far because of all the relationships between the characters developing.

I really liked Half-Blood Prince. I loved the concept of the horcruxes, and Dumbledore's death was very moving and VERY shocking, especially considering whodunnit and the relationship between the two for so long. Harry's angst and anger and worry is all very appropriate, given what he's been through, and what he knows he must face in order to complete the task he's been destined for since he was a year old--a task, i might add, that he never should have had to perform in the first place, but for old Moldy Voldy and his impatience for world domination (Hitler, anyone?). I loved Harry's fumbling romance with Ginny, and how it sort of blossoms as the book progresses. I just liked this book overall.

I loved reading the Tom Riddle scene's. The entire book was interesting as usual, once I'd started it I couldn't put it down I was so caught up in it!

in the hbp everyone seems to be having a normal year. but unusal things happened once in a while. doesn't have a lot of action. voldemorts memory sound fascinating. poor dumbledore! 10/10!

This is going to be a short review:

Half Blood Prince was one of the best books in the Harry Potter series. The book shows so much emotion, especially Romance. The book was really well written out in my opinion. My favorite part was when Harry goes with Dumbledore to the cave to get Voldemort's horcrux. I love how the book was planned out. All in all, the book is the best book in the world.



A question though: I wonder why Snape had to kill Dumbledore. Couldn't Dumbledore have done suicide?

I thought it was a great book kinda dark I like the part were it told about Voldemort's life (he is evil) But I did not like that Dumbledore died! But you still hear and lean about him in book seven also I like the way you see Snape changing but in that book we all hate him! Untill book seven then his ok again I also liked that you could see in Malfoy's life!

Probably one of my least favorite books in the series. I wish there was more action in it. It just seemed to be lacking something..........

Im re reading the half blood prince the now and I had forgotten how good it was!I love the whole thing.apart from Dumbledores death that almost killed me during the first time I read it.I loved finding out about Tom's past and what happened.I think it's my second favourite book.

I loved this book. I love how the romance was intense throughout the book. I loved loved loved how it finally showed the feelings between Harry and Ginny.
I also loved learning abuot Toms past. Very interesting. I cried when Dumbledore died. =[ So sad. I didn't want that to happen nor was I expecting it! But it made the book.

This book is awesome. So much happened and it was really interesting. Dumbledore dying was so upsetting. I felt like it was such blow to the Order of the Phoenix. How were they going to continue? It was so good.

Movie: It's okay. Felt it wasn't focussed on what needed to be done.

Book: Loved it! It was great! It was descriptive.

HBP was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! But, my like for it went down a bit when they killed Bumbles(Dumbledore)!

In my opinion, I think that it was a really good and interesting book. I thought that it was good because this book actually showed that the series was becoming darker. But I would have liked to have seen hermione deal with her anger over the whole Ron and lavender thing a bit more. I would have liked to have seen her talk to Harry about how she really felt about Ron. Or that she could have talked to lavender about how she felt. It would have been funny to have seen an argument between the two lovesick girls. Or even a fight. Overall though, I still think it's an amazing book full of romance and amusement.

I loved this book because it tells how Ron reacts and takes hold of a situation with an obsessive girlfriend. It is also so obvious that hermione has feelings for him at this point.

I am nearly done with the book, I got about 100 pages left. I could finish it today it I wanted to, but so far I love it!

One of my favourites in the series!

One of things I loved about it was that there was always something happening, from the HBP story line, to Harry's lessons with Dumbledore and then to Draco's "mission", you were always interested!

We get so much information in this book too which is sometimes a bit overwhelming but all in all vital. Defintely deserves a 9/10!

Review: So, this was definitely my least favorite Harry Potter book. To me, it never really went anywhere... I was waiting for this big climax like the others... and then was very much disappointed. I found myself running out of pages and realizing that too much more could not happen. Yes, I realize that most would consider Dumbledore's death as a climax.... but there was just so much missing from the story. Also, the romance suddenly bursting out among the school was a bit ridiculous. It almost seems as if the entire school was extremely twitterpated and hormonal all at once. Everyone was snogging all the time, instead of a more realistic gradual approach. Also, I feel like Harry spent way too much time being angry in this one. Some pluses, however... the horcrux idea was quite nice and it really sets up the next book.
