This book is by far my favorite book of the series. I feel like this is the first book in the series when Harry is presented with more difficult and mature challenges compared to the others. This book introduces us to students from other schools and other witches and wizards throughout the world, for the Triwizard tournament and the Quidditch World Cup. I felt like having the tear within the trio (Harry, Ron, Hermione) for awhile was a way to help Harry handle things better later one and become more mature. Plus, the maze was amazing, at leas the way I imagined it in the books. I love that she put in a sphinx and all the different spells that Harry learns in order to complete it. This was also the turning point of the overall story for Harry Potter in the series, when Voldemort comes back at the end.

8/10.
Excellent book. I never would have guessed there were more schools besides Hogwarts. So that was pretty freaking AWESOME! I loved how they had the Tri-Wizard championship and the Yule Ball. They made the book awesome. This was the hardest for me to read though. Going from the 1st and 2nd book being so short, then the 3rd being a little longer to BANG the 4th being superly long. It was worth reading it though. I dislike that Voldy had to come back, but if he didn't the series wouldn't be what it is now. So ugh. Whatever. lol I loved the ending though..where Harry gave his winnings to Fred and George. That was beyond nice of Harry to do.
Brilliant book. I loved it.

This is my favourite book. I always cry when Cedric dies, but I've read this book around a dozen times and I'm still gripped by it. It's a 10/10 at least!

This is probably my 2nd favorite book. Having a magical competition, now that's cool. It sets it up for the other characters that are important later on. It sets up the book for a darker story.

9/10

This book was amazing. With the whole triwizard tournament. I think it was something different. It was good to see new characters being introduced and it was also quite good to guess what they'd be like in the actual film.

Loved the whole triwizard tournament thing that was going on, and I think this book was different from the previous ones because in this one Ron and Harry fall out so we didn't know what was going to become of their friendship as it was so unexpected.

Review: Not my favourite book, but defintely a great addition to the HP series!

The main thing I liked about this book was that it was a lot different to the previous HP books. The bringing together of all the magical schools to tournament was a really good idea on JKR's part!

All in all a fantastic read!

Review: Now this book is definitely the turning point in the Harry Potter series. But before that, wow--this book contains so much. The World Cup, the Triwizard Tournament, the Ministry of Magic--so much is within this book. Also, Death Eaters become quite prominent. We see so many new characters: Fleur, Krum, Karkaroff, etc., some of which end up being more important in the later books. The end of this book, however, is definitely a turn in the Potter books. This book introduces death. Not just the talk of past people dying, but seeing characters pass for the first time. It's also a turn because Voldemort rises again, setting a continuation throughout the next three books. That being said, book 4 sets up quite a darkness...

I didn't think is was VERY good. It wandered a bit, and it seemed everything was rather too conveniently tied up in the end. I also wish Harry had worked on the clues more by himself, but that would destroy the idea that the fake Mad-eye gave him the clues via other people/house-elves., trying to lead to his demise...I liked the Quidditch cup, and the teen romance between Viktor and Her-my-oh-ninny :p and when Ron tried to ask Fleur out! . So maybe 5 or 6 out of 10.

Love this book. Especially the duel between Harry and Voldy.
