"Justin, why are you so mean to me? I thought I was the mean one in the enemy relationship." she replied.
Violet turned around. "Be quiet, Chase. I went to a very fancy wizarding preschool and we didn't have to share."

Brianna nodded her head and gave Chase a glare.

" Ok, I have friends who are land lovers" Rex told Selena. " You have been riding horses a long time" Rex said to Selena. " I do like looking at horses" Rex explained to Selena.

" " Yes, I know Kay will be here" Rex told Ginny. " Thanks for helping me out" Rex said to Ginny.

Rex heard the knock. " Kay, you are finally here" Rex kissed her. " I was worried about you " Rex told Kay."Ask Ginny how worried I was about you" Rex said to Kay.

"It's a pleasure", said Ginny to Rex. "Look. Kay is here", added Ginny.

"Well, I would have gone out of my mind if you did not help me" Rex told Ginny. " Yes, Kay is finally here" Rex let out a great big sigh.

Bradin looked at Ginny. "We will be eventually. We just need to sort Justin's dad out then we'll be fine" he said to Ginny.

"You're in the room two doors down from here" Bradin said to Tori.

Then he heard three knocks on the door. He ran downstairs and opened the door. "Hey guys, come on in. You must be Rebecca" he said, aand addressing one of the girls. "Follow me and I'll show you to your rooms" he added and headed upstairs,

"Yeah well, with what I've been through, I'm shocked you even have the ability to stand on two feet" Justin replied rather harshly.

"Justin James Hendricks. I know you're mad but try and leave the insults down to the professional" Bradin said to Justin as he approached the door and lead the others to their bedrooms.

Violet rolled her eyes. "Whatever, I'm going to my room and I'm not coming out until the six weeks is over." she replied, with a glare towards him.

Justin rolled his eyes. "Do what you want as long as it doesn't involve me" he snarled before turning around so he didn't have to see Violet.

"You two are never going to get on are you" replied Bradin. He'd had enough of their constant biccering and had just wanted them to stop.

"I will!" she said and then turned to Bradin.

"Correct, I will never get along with him until the day he apoligises. Now if you will leave me alone I'll see you it six weeks when I leave." she hissed and strutted down into her room.

Brianna nodded and followed Violet. Ugh they had to shareeee.

"Why should I apologise to you? I've done nothing to you" replied Justin. Ugh he hated her so much right now. He was beginning to wish Bradin had never invited her.

"Justin, what's your dad done to you?" Bradin asked noticing several scractches on Justin's neck. He knew they were fresh scratches, possibly from the day before. "He been abusing you again hasn't he?" Bradin added. There was no way he'd got the scratches from a wall, or his cat for that matter.

Maddie shook her head. Violet was such a brat. Then she looked back to Justin and smiled... until she saw what Bradin saw.
'Justin, are you alright?' she asked, concerned

"Bradin, I don't know what to do. This time he did it because I tried to get out of moving. He's getting worse" replied Justin trying to cover up the scratches. It didn't work. Bradin was way to strong. "I'm way to scared to report him" he added. It was true.

Bradin was furious. "I'll be back in a minute" he said and went to the bathroom. He came back with a first aid kit and a cell phone. "Where else has he got you?" Bradin asked noticing Justin was sill clenching his stomach. He debated whether to cal the wizard police or not. He was just as frightened as Justin was and knew they'd both be gone if they reported him.

Justin pulled up his navy shirt to reveal the many injuries his dad had inflicted the day before. "Please don't tell anyone. I'm begging you Maddie" he said now looking at Maddie. He knew he couldn't make her keep it a secret but he hoped she would.

Oh. God. Maddie pushed back the tears and sat her boyfriend down on the bed, waiting for Bradin to come back from... wherever he'd gone. Then he came back with a first aid kit. Perfect.
'Good idea' she smiled. She also pulled out her wand.Just in case there was some magical healing spell that someone knew.

Justin held back his tears. What he'd do to get rid of his dad once and for all. "I love you" he whispered to Maddie in a voice that sounded like he was giving in to his life and was about to crawl under a rock and die. He wanted to. He was going to do that too. "Just face it, I'm not gonna live to get married, and I'm never gonna see you guys again after this summer" he said. He was so depressed right now.

Bradin narrowed his eyes and nudged Justin. "You're not gonna die and you will get married. And you'll definately see us again" he said. He hated it when Justin went all depressed on him.

Maddie smiled.
'I love you too' she said, giving him a quick kiss. She would have gone for a hug, but that might be painful for him 'You will get married' she whispered in his ear 'Want to know how I know? Cause you're going to marry me'

That brightened Justin's mood a little. "Seriously?" he said. He wasn;t expecting that. He pulled Maddie in for hug, despite his pain. He now decided not to let it beat him. He had something to live for now.

Bradin smiled at the two as he sorted Justin's injuries. "Told you you'd get married" he replied. N'awwwww. They looked so cute together.

Maddie smiled
'Seriously' she said, grinning. Then Justin tried to hug her... seriously, not a good idea. Bad idea.

"Ok, I think I'll pass on trying to hug people right now" Justin said. His mood had brightened up a lot now. His mind was dancing.

Bradin smiled. Yep Maddie was serious. "Ok I'm done. Promiseyou won't allow him to do that to you again" he said to Justin. He knew Justin couldn't avoid it but he was a very powerful wizard and capable of inflicting the same pain on his father.

"OK," Tori said. "See ya later. Come get me when we stop talking and do an activity."

"I know I didn't", said Ginny to Rex. "Imagine how much more worried you'd be if she didn't arrive", laughed Ginny.

"Alright", said Ginny. "Still how much trouble can it possibly be?", asked Ginny. "I'm just too worried about you and Justin", Ginny told Bradin.

"We'll be done soon. Promise. I'm just sorting Mr Hendricks out then I promise we'll do something" replied Bradin to Tori.

Justin pulled his shirt down when Bradin was done. "Thanks for caring. Trust me, when my dad's set on something he won't sift. I'm gonna report him though. If someone will come with me" he said to Ginny.

"What he said. We need someone to come with us if we're gonna stop him once and for all. We'v tried to do it ourselves but our fear got the better of us" said Bradin. This was the firt time he'd been so scared since Justin's dad attacked them both.

"I can just imagine then. If he is set on something he won't give in. Would you and Bradin go together or is that too hard?", said Ginny thinking about it.

"No one really wants to come do they?", whispered Ginny. "We can't keep holding our fear back otherwise we'd never be... loved", she said but it didn't make any sense but she knew that she could understand it.

"If Bradin's got the courage now then we'll go" replied Justin. He wasn't sure he had the courage but it seemed like Bradin had a little mor courage than before.

"Exactly. Ok no more hiding. He's hurt you once to often and ow's the time sort it. We're gonna hand him over, even if fear tries to stop us. You're not living your life in pain" replied Bradin. There was the normal feisty Bradin Westerly. Now was the time to get rid of Justin's dad and live on.

"I think Bradin would have a lot of courage to do this is if he really wants too", repiled Ginny to Justin looking at Bradin.

"I'll go with you if I have too", said Ginny. "One thing is where and when are you going to do this?", she asked Bradin.

"Do you wanna do it?" asked Justin to Bradin. He hoped he did.

"Best friends stick together. He's gonna take a trip to a prison cell. Lets see how he likes being alone" replied Bradin. He then looked at Ginny. "Its ok we'll manage it. I'll get my dad to take us into the city at the weekend" he said to her.

"You two better be careful then", she said.

"I'm going to be worried about both of you though. It's too dangerous. What happens if both of you... like get seriously injured", she repiled very worried to both of them.
