All they know is that she is titanium.
Edith Young has been on the run for three years. Now sixteen, she knows if she's caught, she's killed. Why? Edith is a powerful girl, she has incredible physical strength, and natural mental graft. But most dangerous of all, she has the ability to tear people apart (not literally). She can twist people's thoughts and memories, contract their emotions, change fear to hate and hate to love.
The problem is, Edith can't control any of this. Her powers manage to work of their own accord, and dangerously too. So all around the world international muggle police have tried to catch Edith, and kill her.
So far, anyone who has gotten far enough to find her, has ended up insane, permanently injured or killed.
But now it's not just them who want Edith.
The wizarding world is falling apart. The new Ministry is filled with corrupt former Death Eaters, who now want Edith to work for them, and they don't care how they get her.
Edith realises the danger she is in, so she seeks shelter at Hogwarts, and after explaining her situation is accepted as a 'squib' there. She is not permitted to participate in classes, only work as a sort of maid, and helping hand.
She changes her name to Fia, which means 'fire', and tries to ignore her past and keep it secret, while also trying to control her powers.
She might be titanium, but how long will it last?

Born to Hilde and James Brightman, Cole grew up with his parents having high expectations of him. His parents being fairly prestigious people, always had to have the best. Including their children. So his parents expected both of their sons to spend their days studying to become the very best. While Cole's brother went along with it, Cole didn't and became a bit rebellious. Instead of reading and studying like they wanted him to, he spent his days flying and practicing Quidditch. He still kept up with the basic learning he had to do, but he didn't really excel like his brother did. So while his brother was a genius, Cole was average, which he liked.
His family hailed from America, so there was not so much pressure about which house to get in to from his family as there wasn't any long line of any particular house. His brother was in Ravenclaw, and when Cole arrived, he was put into Gryffindor. In his second year, he made it on the house team, playing for it ever since.
Cole has always been a confident, brave person, though there are some times when this wavers and he lets other people get him down, like his parents. Of late however he has started to ignore their expectations and just be himself. He would do anything for his friends or a stranger, and has an easy-trusting attitude. Cole loves to muck around and has always found it easy to make friends, though sometimes people have taken advantage of his trusting nature.

Olivia is a sweet girl who often helps others. She is quite blunt at times but she realizes it soon after she says it. Olivia can be quite shy sometimes around new surroundings but once you know her she talks quite a bit. She loves the outside and enjoys Quidditch as well, though she doesn't really play much. Kalypso had a fairly normal upbringing, and finished school with nothing but praise from her teachers, despite the bad rumours circulating about her involvement in the death of her classmate, Darren Yearly. They had dated for three years before breaking up because Darren had cheated on Kalyp. A few weeks after Kalyp found out, Darren fell from the Observatory. Witnesses have foggy memories of the incident, but all insist he jumped by himself.
Kalyp took a job in Magical Law Enforcement in the Ministry of Magic, and Nyx presented herself to the world. Nyx was a hired assassin who promised secrecy and silence in her work, in exchange for small fortunes in gold jewellery, which she then exchanged for galleons. She sometimes uses Muggle weapons to disguise her actions, but always sends orchids to the families of her victims. Kalyp had to investigate the murders, but managed to keep her alter-ego secret. She rose through the department impossibly fast, finally landing herself top job at the young age of twenty. Nyx is still at large.
Kalyp was an obvious choice for a Death Eater, and it became clear that she was to be valuable to their cause. Nyx would murder anyone she was told to, and nobody suspected Kalyp of being a Death Eater. She was the perfect murderer.

Alfie was always a sour child, but when he turned ten or so, he went from sour to sly. He began to do things to his parents, small things, like putting salt in their tea, but then tactfully blaming it on his brother and sisters.
When he was accepted in to Hogwarts, he started doing more daring things, such as vandalising portraits, or changing common room passwords, but evidently he never was caught, and was always beamed on by the professors. He was Head Boy, and graduated with a general O grade.
He went on to become a Minister by day, and Death Eater by night. So when the wizarding world took a terrible turn, he was more than happy to help He's part the Department of Mysteries, so he has to do all these mysterious tasks for the Minister, which is in this case, to track down Edith Young.

Alfie was always a sour child, but when he turned ten or so, he went from sour to sly. He began to do things to his parents, small things, like putting salt in their tea, but then tactfully blaming it on his brother and sisters.
When he was accepted in to Hogwarts, he started doing more daring things, such as vandalising portraits, or changing common room passwords, but evidently he never was caught, and was always beamed on by the professors. He was Head Boy, and graduated with a general O grade.
He went on to become a Minister by day, and Death Eater by night. So when the wizarding world took a terrible turn, he was more than happy to help He's part the Department of Mysteries, so he has to do all these mysterious tasks for the Minister, which is in this case, to track down Edith Young.
