Anita walked around the room watching a maid do her work for her she had a stupid urge to kick her down and take the brush off her weird...

'Problem... Ma'am' the maid asked

'Oh... eh No' Anita replied

Jerrord rolled his eyes at her seriosly seemed themost stupid thing ever but maybe she enjoyed sweeping?

It was only the second day of the holidays, and Presley was leaving for Washington in two days, but already she was at Luna's place, dying to get away from her own. She knocked on the door, sincerely hoping that Luna was at home. Presley knew she'd seen her best friend just yesterday, but she was missing her already.

Luna stared at her grandparents awkward moment! She shook her head in a weird way to get rid the thought! The boredom was unbearable she needed to talk do somthing ANYTHING? Reading was an option but she already read everything in the house and her textbooks she read over enough times already she reached for her bag still looking at her grandparents while raising an eyebrow. Then a knock from the door she sighed and ran to the door since no one else could be bothered to. She rolled her eyes Some maid ''Hel- PRESLEY!,'' she grinned when she saw her and motioned her into the house ''Guess what I... I'm not going I thought about what you said and I agree besides we've only known each other two years but it feels longer to me and well I couldn't be able to go without you! Grandad said it was alright! and said Hogwarts is still very educational or somthing like that,'' as happy as she was that her grandfather agreed she was still upset that she had persuade him shouldn't he agree with her choices after all it was her life not his ''You wanna go up to my room? Thats the only place we could talk.. PRIVATLY,'' she shouted up the hall and laughed a bit ''Or we could go to Diagon alley,'' That'd be better since her room was a closet compaired to Presley's besides she had to get her new books and other items...

Surprisingly to Presley, it was Luna herself who answered the door. Presley had never once in her life answered any door except her bedroom. Definitely not the front door. That was the elves jobs. But as soon as Presley saw her best friend she was choking back tears. The only thing that kept her from outright bawling was the knowlege that Luna's grandparents were somewhere in the house, and Presley didn't want to embarrass herself.

"Huh?" she almost said when Lu started going on about Hogwarts. She forced her face into a bright smile. She really was happy that Luna wouldn't be abandoning her at school. "That's great Luna!" Presley exclaimed, throwing her arms around the girl in a hug.

Yes, privately would be nice. Presley shrugged. "I don't really care which, you choose. I just really need to talk to you, Lu." More than anything else, Presley needed her best friend right now.

She looked around the house for a second ''SMUDGIE!,'' she called gently she liked the house elf she was always so sweet around her guess that was their job though to do so and if not well what's a house elf? then she shook her head no bother ''Sorry I don't where she is?'' she said to Presley ''If you want anything i'll get it,''

Luna looked at her face she wasn't as cheerfull as usual and that was up maybe that helped it a bit cause she smilied but she knew Presley's proper smile so that was defently forced on! She grimaced at her and started to wonder

Was it her family?
Was some one dying?
Did they loose their money?
Was some one getting married?

The questions rolled in her head un answered her smile faded and her face was curious she was also a tiny bit glad Presley came to her not that she didn't before but she thought she would have been angry at her for well leaving... But she wasn't not now! She nodded ''My bedroom then! Don't be afraid to comment on the size i'd probably laugh,'' she smilied at her and up the stairs they went it she typed in the code ''My grandparents say it's not safe without a code,'' she allowed her in her room was about 3/4 of the size of Presley's it was deep blue and was decorated with candles and flowers her room wasn't babyish it was mature enough she had no unicorns or ponys or princesses she was never like that in fact she had wizard pictures of her when she was younger and then some of her and Presley she had a double bed that stretched out to be another bed and she loved her dangly little charms when you opened the door ''Not perfect but it's all right,'' she motioned her to the bed ''So whats up?''

So they did have an elf. The question was, why hadn't it answered the door? Or responded to Luna? Maybe it was old, Presley reasoned.

Presley followed Luna up the stairs to her bedroom thinking about how infinitely cool it was that Luna had a code on her bedroom door. Luna's room wasn't exactly small. It was almost the size Presley's had been before the renovations that had happened between Christmas break and now. Presley surveyed the room quickly, noting that it had character, it wasn't perfectly decorated by a perfect interior decorator. She could see touches of Luna in every decoration. It was Luna's room. Not a room for showing off to Luna's friends when they came over. "I think it's charming," Presley smiled lightly.

Presley flopped down on her best friends bed, feeling a little bad for messing up the covers, but not bad enough that she wished she hadn't done it. She sat up, still on the bed, and crossed her legs, pulling her shoes off and dropping them on the floor. "Oh, Luna," she started. Tears began welling up in her overlarge eyes, but she chocked them back. "He won't even speak to me! I want to resolve this problem, but I can't do it by myself. I think he just expects me to fix everything, but it's out of my control!" She realized that her disjointed thought might seem incomprehensible to Luna, but at this point, she didn't care. She just needed to get it all out there. "And he left this stupid note on my door saying how he cared enough about me to expand my suite, but I didn't care enough about him to do what he had requested of me. He says he'll make me quit dancing lessons!" By this time the tears really were just streaming down Presley's face. She cried too much in front of Lu, and she fully admited it. Luna was probably so sick of Presley's problems she would switch schools just to get away from Pres.

But dancing was so important to Presley, and always had been. If she was forced to stop dancing, she would just die. There was nothing else to it. It was as if he was trying to take away her whole life, all because her best wasn't quite good enough.

Dancing? Oh my god!!!! O_____________________o Luna knew Presley and dancing was basically her whole life and her studys of course. She stared at her! This was a boy/man? Oh well that solved everything didn't it boys/men were stupid especially when it came to talents and of course Romance but she doubted this was Romance going on here! It was here brother or her father, maybe she was wrong but Presley didn't mention any names so she was left clue-less

Who ever it was couldn't force Presley to stop if it was her choice in life well give it to her! Lu couldn't dance at all so she didn't understand how upset Presley was but as far as she knew she was probably dying inside! She didn't how to respond to the subject but she decided she'd give it a try ''Presley how can he make you quit? And who exactly are you talking about is it father? If you love somthing for example I love.. lets just say singing but we both know my idea of that! I wouldn't let anyone 'make me quit' ever besides your a witch Pres if this person harms you you're aloud to hurt him back it's self protection and well somtimes you have to use your powers,'' doubting it helped at all because Luna didn't know who it was if it was family you could hardly go and say 'I HATE YOU BYE BYE Going on broadway!' No it's much simpler than that if it was family issues

She didn't like Presley upset it made her get upset because it was hard watching somone else cry!

Smudgie clicked her fingures as her misstress called her 'Smudgie sorry misstress it won't happen again misstress' Smudgie put her hands up waiting for punishment but a girl caught of her eye looking sad yet not crying

Luna turned around and scowled at Smudgie ignoring the beg of not punishing her she knew she wasn't as she never layed a fingure on her before ''Smudgie this is Miss Black if she wants anything would get it for her,'' Gentle... ''Please,'' she motioned her out of the room she didn't want the elf there inturupting her conversation and she didn't want Presley to think she couldn't be bothered when it came to house elves since that surely was not the case

How could he make her quit? Well, wasn't that obvious? "He could cut off my funding, Lune." And without funding Pres could dance as nmuch as she wanted, there was just no way for her to get better, or learn more. She realized, as Luna spoke, that she hadn't specified who she was talking about. Presley took a deep breath to calm herself down. She nodded. "Yeah, sorry. Let me explain. I got into another big fight with my father, because the headmaster didn't allow me to skip third year. Father says I'm not trying, that I want to fail out of school and that I don't respect our family enough to try to give us a good name. But really, Tate told me to talk to him about skipping fourth year. It's still a possibility. I'm not slacking, Lu. I even got an O in Herbology this term!" And everybody knew that next to Arithmancy, Herbology was Presley's worst subject. "Oh he's not hurting me!" Presley gasped, realizing where Luna's mind-track had lead. "He just is threatening to stop all of my funds, which includes dancing. I can't live without dancing the same way you couldn't live without new music, Luna."

Presley took another deep breath. And fully calmed herself down this time. "But now that I've said it, it doesn't seem very likely. Leo will supply me with money if my father doesn't. Thank you for letting me come here and get my rant all out." She felt much better now that she'd thought everything through and calmed down enough to be logical. "So, anything new up with you?" Besides having changed her grandfathers mind enough to allow her to return to Hogwarts.

Oh it was her father! She thought it was her dance teacher or
somthing... Well if that was the case she could make her stop going she Laughed in her mind about her theory and then started thinking about options ''I'll pay the money!,'' she said randomly not thinking about it much but decided to do it off the tip of her tongue ''My grandparents are leaving me their money and I already have mum, dads Lillys and Danny left me some aswell! and then there is my vault aswell I don't need that much money besides if i'm helping you then it's not really throwing it out the window is it?,'' she knew what Presley's answer would be but she couldn't have cared less if she needed the money well she was willing to offer it was either that or watcing a great oppertunity flush down the toilet or something like that....


Tate didn't let her skip? Oh well maybe it was aloud when her OWLs done if that was the case Luna would be okay that mean't only one year not in the same year as Pres and that was acceptable to deal with... Hopfully?!?! She rolled her eyes when she mentioned her father ''Presley.... You have to stand up for yourself! If you can't well then he'll never treat you to be old enough for him to stop shouting at you or giving out! I think he's trying to grow you up a little faster,'' Not that Presley needed to her grades were good her responsibility was also high and she didn't need to be pushed around by her father she looked over the signs skipping a year bye bye dancing and he was giving out to her for so called 'childish nonsense'! she rolled her eyes at the though poor Pres she dealed with it very well considering she barely mentioned her father....

''Your welcome...,'' she trailed off still thinking about biting her lip harder when a new idea poped in her head Pres obviously didn't want to talk about it anymore so she tryed to get it out of her system ''Nothing....,'' she sighed

Presley almost laughed when Luna offered to pay. There was no way she could place that financial burden on Luna, who had been thinking about transfering schools for a scholarship. "Luna, I could not ask you to do that. Besides, I'm sure Leo would cover it if my Father won't."

Stand up for herself? To her Father? Stand up to Zebhidiyah Black? That idea was definitely scary. She never had, and probably never could. His way was his way, and nothign was going to deter her. The only comfort Presley pulled from this situation was that at least he was noticing she was there. At least he wasn't completely ignoring her. "Lu, you can't stand up to someone like him You just can't."

Pres thought about what she had said. He was trying to make her grow up. That made a lot more sense. Presley had been the accident child, born when her brother was almost ten years old. He had been grown up for years, and Presley was still a child. It must be frustrating for her formal and uptight father. "Let's go to Greece, Luna. I've wanted to for a while. Let's go the week before school. I'll be back from Egypt then."

How couldn't you? He wasn't going do anything she almost sure her mother done so to and well.. He wouldn't have married her if she didn't love her! She thought Presley should stand up herself a bit more but she knew she'd be a bit like her too... ''Okay.....,'' she left the subject alone

She looked at Pres while she thought about it! GREECE O_______________O Huh? W-what in the sake of Merlin did that come from? She looked utterly conffused! ''But we were.... emm.... What? Not that I would like to go with you but....,'' she wandered off and considered it..... ''I'd love to go to Greece,'' she said still unsure of what the heck Presley was thinking about ''But... emm... Why do you errr... Ask?,'' she stared around the room thinking about it at the same time.... Seemed sudden not that she didn't want to go...

Seeing Luna's utter confusion, Presley couldn't help but laugh out loud. "I'm serious! I'll pay for you, I haven't been cut off yet! I think it will be great fun." Presley hadn't been to Greece in years. Not since she was about four. That was a long time! She couldn't remember anything about it, but she was dying to go. "My tutor stays with me all summer, so he'd come with us and be the supervising adult there. You''ll have to ask your grandparents of course, but there's no reason for them to say no." The idea had captured Presley's mind and refused to let go. Right in this second what she wanted more than anything else in the whole world was to visit Greece with her best friend.

She stared at Presley she was laughing! It was obviously cause she might just have went a bit... over the top! But that was LuLu for yah 'Mrs Drama Queen'! She didn't find it funny and she did it was hard to explain so she decided to shut it! She smilied at Presley's offer to pay but she didn't want her to do so... Luna didn't want that money just thrown out the window... she bit her lip so she wouldn't just burst out NO why should I get money from you... I have my own! But she'd never say that to anyone... well especially Pres! ''Emmm... You don't have to pay for me Pres.... I think i'll be alright,'' she would have excepted and she knew that Pres would think she was mad in the head for not letting her do so.... But admittidly it made her quite embarresed that Presley would pay for her for everything and well... she didn't do the same before since she didn't have anything......

Her tutor? Why would Presley need a tutor? She saw the point for her to work on her studies... Not that Pres needed to! It made no sense to her so she didn't pipe it up... ''Thats great..,'' she mumbled then and there realising she wasn't going if her grandparents were involved she had no chance ''I-I'll talk to them later,'' she said that was better timing so she could explain why? And well... pout

Who would turn down the opportunity to go to Greece for free? Luna didn't seem too jazzed about the idea, and that confused Presley. She realized that Luna seemed a little embarassed by Presley offering to pay for her, and Presley hastily made amends. "I'm not suggesting that you're poor, Lu. I just want to use as much of my father's money as possible before he cuts me off, if he actually does." Really, she had thought, because of the scholarship thing, but there was no reason Luna had to know that.

"Do you not want to go?" Presley asked, tipping her head to the side in confusion. Greece...it would be so wonderful. She didn't understand Luna's reluctance at all. If Leo offered to send her anywhere she jumped all over the opportunity. She never said no to a trip unless she had something important going on at the same time as the trip was proposed.

''I know that...,'' she felt like snapping back at Presley! She was in a mood these days and her plastered smile was currently a plastered frown! She thought it was a teenager thing but well.. It just hurt now especially if she wanted to do it to Presley the only person in the world she could talk to! ''It's not only that Pres,'' she read her expression she wasn't sure but she thought she got her drift before... ''I just don't want you to throw away your money Pres I mean... You've payed for me before and I don't want it to go down the drain it could be used for somthing else some day... And I have the money so i'm okay.. But! Thanks for offering,'' she smilied at her a real smile YAY!

''No i'd LOVE to,'' she grinned at her ''I don't feel the same anymore not as cheerfull.. Which you've obviously noticed I mean Greece?,'' was that her hapy mood now it wasn't... pleasent as it was..... She shook that off aswell! She hugged Presley and laaughed aswell she was to focused on the real world than her fantasy and that seemed to happen between both of them... Luna could say she'd pay for anything and everything and waste all her money and Pres would snap her out of it and it happened the other side aswell but that was just an example LuLu didn't have enough to well... Pay for Presley ALL the time! Of course that wouldn't last long! Next war! Target? Going to Greece! The enemy? Grandparents! Oh yeah or Oh no which had a better chance of winning

Presley smiled as her bestie seemed to snap mostly out of her bad mood. Pres could tell that something was still very definitely wrong, but she let it go. Luna would talk about it when she was ready to. "If you want," Presley offered, "I could talk to your grandparents with you. They might be more easily persuaded if they have to say no to more than just you." That was how it worked with her cousins at least. If Presley asked, the answer was more likely to be yes, but if Charlotte asked...well, it was pretty much a gauranteed no.

She nodded awkwardly... Herself saying she would go was totally different to.. Her grandparents it didn't matter if Pres came or not the answer was usually NO! ''That'd be great,'' She wasn't gonna make this into this long speech it was stupid the thought and all....

Luna didn't seem to jazzed about the idea of Presley asking with her, but she'd said it would be great, so Presley was gonna go for it. "Where would they be? Let's go ask now." And hopefully ask her grandmother? Women were also more likely to say yes to crazy ideas like this, understanding that a girl just needed a break sometime.

She nodded! ''Well Gran's gone for a few days so...,'' without waiting for Presley's response she caught her wrist and ran down stairs her grandad in the kitchen... Paperwork? She nodded at Presley and she walked over to him.... ''A-are you busy?,'' she forced a smile kissing up to him was one way! ''I was wondering....,'' she slided off ''You've met Presley right?,'' She waited for response even though she had to sell it first so she just decided to go on ''Well... She asked me if I were to go to Greece with her and her tutor... For educational purposes!,'' Well... Not REALLY but it was worth a shot! She nodded at Presley waiting for the response and waiting for her to speak!

Jerrord looked up... What on earth was the child talking about he thought about it 'Educational purposes?' Huh? he nodded not at her but at his own thoughts! He simply ignored her and went on with his work he wasn't giving out to her in front of another child

Presley followed Luna down the stairs to speak with her grandfather. She noticed him working on something in the kitchen, and curtsied when he looked up. "Hello Mr. Kieren." she said respectfully and politely. She nodded along with what Luna said and added just a little. "Sir, we're starting our third year, and Luna and I have both signed up for a world studies class. We thought it would be enlightening, and maybe give us a bit of a head start if we could study a different culture first hand in Greece. My tutor will be with us, so it's not as if we're going by ourselves. We will have adult supervision at all times." Presley knew that usually adult supervision, or lack of it, was a real safety concern with older people, parents, grandparents....you name it, adults were concerned about safety.

He looked up! It was a silly silly idea but it didn't mean he wouldn't agree he nodded at them and then went back to his work deciding that it never happened

LuLu looked at Pres in a way like Did he agree? it was a yes or no question but she smiled cause she thought it was yes bt she wasn't sure so she didn't do anything
