Jennifer Vanderbilt, born into the Vanderbilt clan is of silver blood, silver in wealth, silver in personality, silver in attitudes. All muggleborn, all better than anyone else. Just saying.

Anyway, this part of the Vanderbilt clan, native to London, Chelsea, settled from America in the later part of the centurary, Jennifer and Hugo's father was a diamond merchant and their mother was an ex model. Her grandfather a millionaire entrepeneur and her grandmother, friends with the first lady. You understand the sort of wealth this family is drenched in?

Jennifer, the youngest child by a year, grew up in the London area of Chelsea, where she spent a very happy childhood, a very priveledged one, but a very real one for her, and her friends, a close knit group, managed to navagate their way through the mine field of life in London. Pfft. No her life was good, she and her friends were highly pampered, les than her, but still pampered, and they were chaufered everywhere. Infact, so much so it got SO irritating. Yes. When she was 14 she began to rebel and started to hang around with her friends, breaking curfew and mucking about on the streets, no rough parties, but still parties and she started to refuse going on the family trip to Austria. She still went to school and she still exceled, but she mucked about in everyway possible.

Then her parents lost it, when she went on a four day trip in Cannes on their yacht with a bunch of friends for her 16th and they ended up having to be towed back. The damage was too much to say. And she found herself being booted off to Beuxbaxtons. Hmph. Well, she didn't enjoy that, not one bit, she missed Millie and Spenc and Caggie and Gabby and Cheska and Binkie and Ollie....so she rebeled. Even more. She became they single version of Fred and George, only the french one. And yet somehow she managed to maintain a good school career, despite the fact she was behind them all, and also managed to have a fabulous social life. In fact, that was what got her kicked out, her social life, or rather, her house party that ended up spilling into the local town and alerting the residents to magic, neither the school nor the French ministry were particulary pleased. Her parents even less so, now she was back. And they sent her straight on to HOGWARTS.

Personality
The overarching image of Jenny is that she is a spoilt, pampered baby who decided to rebel, and she plays up and exagerates that image, but she's not just that, she's a dreamer and an imaginer, one of the reasons her ways of playing pranks are extreme to most normal people but to her, a small step across a pond. She has a strange, almost frightening charisma and magnetism that draws people to her and then her humour and attitude keeps them there, its a fearless, look-at-me-like-that-and-I'll-hex-you-into-oblivion type attitude and a almost adreniline junkie, living on the edge with her fearless, rude attitude to teachers. People are amazed by her gutsiness, but the black widow attracts with its appearance.

If you are her friend however, she's loyal to the last and wont, unless she finds you crossing lines, dob any of her friends into her schemes or use them to cover her back, no, she'll admit to anything, she finds the idea of detention entertaining and always trys to lighten the mood.

The fact was however, that before she turned 15, she was an innocent girl and some of that innocence still lasts, but only when she's at home, and around boys, if they get close enough and she feels she can trust them fully she may take them back to Chelsea, or she may just show a rarely seen smile and a sense of vunerability. But don't hold out for it, its rarer than a dodo.

Elizabeth was the product of two wealthy beyond belief parents, both who were purebloods... which make her... well, duh, pure. Her parents raised her the way any pureblood parent may raise their child, if they could afford it that is. It was clear that Elizabeth got whatever she wanted from the day she opened those blue-green eyes and her mouth to let out her first cry, she was their little princess.

That was what she had always thought at least. At the age of four she was sent to Charm School, practicing early magic and placing her ahead of everyone for studies. Then at the age of ten she was sent to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic, where she was ahead of everyone in the class. The curriculum there was too slow, causing her parents to remove her from the school and place her into Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. But recently, they have tried persuading her to go to Salem and try to pressure her into living with her aunt Marigold Lewis in America. It was clear at the time that her parents did nawt want her around anymore. Especially when they tried packing her bags for her. (Thanks mum and dad, love you too. [/sarcasm] )

Personality;

When she was nine everyone looked at her and went "Awwh... look at her... isn't she adorable?" Since then, she has proved that she isn't the sweet, innocent little girl everyone made her out to be. Elizabeth was spoiled and when she didn't get her way she would have a nasty tantrum in front of her parents. Growing up she figured out there was a soft spot in everyone's hearts... for crying little girls. Elizabeth took advantage of it. However, once she turned thirteen, that wasn't possible anymore and it meant growing up and finding another way to get her things: guilting people.

Elizabeth has quite a way with words at times that helps her get away with things. She can sweet talk an auror to let her go for doing something bad and she's tried and succeeded. She also doesn't cope with the idea of rejection well, she will go insane if she finds out that she hasn't been accepted into something. Proof was given at the age of seven when she didn't get into horsey camp. What did she do? Get her way in the end, obviously. Expect nothing less but perfection from Miss Lewis.

A perfectionist inside, she refuses to fall short in anything. She struggles at times to keep up that perfect look she has and it isn't always easy. However, Elizabeth is quite good at keeping up the act that her beauty, her life, is beautiful and existent because she was graced with it, nawt because she had to work for it. After all, that would be admitting that you weren't perfect and she would never do that.

Graced with money and charm, Elizabeth has quite a devious mind - perfect for a Slytherin. She thinks of evil things to take you down, revenge is her favorite sport and charming her way out of trouble is the icing on the cake. Sometimes what she's thinking can send chills down your spine but you don't see that side often for she's too busy being... absolutely perfect, flirty and ready to party.

History;

Timothy grew up in a fairly decent pureblood home with fairly decent pureblood parent's. From the time he was 4 he would always hop up on the piano seat bench and press random keys. Yet strangely enough, it didn't sound horrible, and that's when his parent's knew he would be a talented piano player someday. Along with that, he loved to sit in the family library and look at pictures in books for hours on end. As he got older his passion for reading never stopped.

He was always that kid who you wanted to talk to. Not to mention Tim had a gift for talking to other people and making them feel comfortable. When his parent's threw their pureblood party bashes they never locked him away up in his room. He would go around and talk with the guests no matter how mean or scary they looked. One thing that people were certain on is that he never was shy. Even when he started school at Hogwarts as a 4th year. The boy made himself not feel awkward.

Hogwarts was a place the kid was brilliant at. He made sure to keep himself out of trying to act like a bad boy and get into fights, in the classroom he worked not to act like a know it all, and in the Ravenclaw common room he would tutor kid's who needed his help. He always worked to make the younger kid's feel welcomed. Tim's gift was that he was a people's person. It only made it right that he became a prefect in his 5th year and he remained prefect up until he graduated. When it came to OWLs and NEWTs he often would set such high goals that he broke under stress and paid the Hospital Wing many visits. He never was into Quidditch, but went to games occasionally.

In his 6th year during a Potions class, some kid accidentally spilled their potions all over his arm. It left scars all over it that can't be fixed with a wand. If a muggle saw it they'd probably think it was an acid accident.

After he graduated, he moved to London to start work in the Ministry. He began working in the MLE department and it was there that he met Elise Yorke. The two started dating shortly after she ran into him with a stack of important papers and they dated for around 2 years. He proposed to her on the beach in Scotland and they got married on that same beach a year later. Ever since, the ocean holds to be quite important to him.

Elise was his life. They were a young couple in love and every who saw the two together knew it. Monica Williamson was born when Tim was 24 and Elise 23. She was absolutely precious and looked almost like a baby doll. Everything was perfect. Just the way things ought to be. That was until Monica turned 1....

Elise broke the news to Tim that she had cancer. The months that followed were terrible and rough. He watched his young wife grow weaker every day and prayed that he wouldn't lose her. A year later, 3 days before Monica's second birthday, Elise died. He didn't know what to do or what he was going to do. How was he suppose to manage a job and a daughter all at once? Life was unfair and all at once he became angry and depressed. His parent's looked after Monica while he sat in his apartment, unsure of what he was going to do.

4 months passed and one summer day he ran into the Headmaster of Hogwarts who was looking for a Charms teacher replacement. Tim snatched the opportunity to work at the school. There was no way he was going back to the Ministry. It was a huge change at first, but slowly the old Tim came back. Teaching was more then he could have hoped for. His smile returned at the sight of a class full of student's having fun and laughing while learning at the same time. Somehow he knew things were going to be okay.
