Located in Wiltshire is a large estate that has belonged to the Charm family for generations. It is a four story home with an entrance gate in the front and many gardens in the back. Inside is a beautifully decorated and extravagant home with many rooms. The entrance foyer contains a double sided curved staircase with a large crystal and diamond chandelier above in the ceiling.

Rooms:
Master bedroom/bath - Located on the third floor is the room of Astoria and Joshua Charm this is the largest room in the house with a connecting master bathroom.

Chelsea's Bedroom - Located on the fourth floor is the bedroom of Chelsea Charm. Not much smaller from the master bedroom, and has more closet space. Also has a bathroom connected. The windows/balcony outlook the back of the home facing the gardens. Chelsea spends a lot of her time in here. Has a muggle computer...which she is still trying to figure out how it works.

Various other (guest) bedrooms and bathrooms.

Dining room - Very extravagant and hardly used.

Kitchen - Larger than most kitchens.

Living room - Like the dining room, also very extravagant. Contains a fireplace, a grand piano, and a muggle flat screen tv. Chelsea comes down here a lot to play piano. Also used for parties and such.

The office - The office of Joshua Charm.



First Scene - Joshua and Astoria are preparing the estate for when their niece, Chelsea, comes home after her first year at Hogwarts.

''Honey have you cooked everything and cleaned everywhere.''He said to his wife.He was so excited about his lovely neice was coming home from Hogwarts for her First Year.She had said that she met a lovely boy named Ryan.Astoria and Himself were very pleased.

Astoria walked into the kitchen with her hair pulled up into a messy bun and wearing a t-shirt and jeans, something she never did. Usually she was very formal but today was a major cleaning day since her niece would be home in a few days. "The cleaning is finished" she told her husband. Cleaning...which had taken countless hours for such a big home "Why again do we have such a big house for three people?" she said under her breath. Astoria usually was never in a terrible mood, but cleaning this house was frustrating at times.
Trying to get more relaxed "And I'm not cooking anything extravagant until Chelsea returns from school" she smiled. She did miss her niece and was happy for her to return home, even if she was going to Spain for a week or so over the summer. Sigh. Her niece was growing up, hopefully this boy, Ryan, was treating her right.

''Thank God.''He was in no mood to clean.''I don't know.''He never knew why he had such a big house.''Fine then,But do you know what you are cooking when she gets here.''He asked hoping it was something good.He missed his neice alot but even though she was going to Spain it was just her growing up.

Well, he sounded enthusiastic that he didn't have to clean anything. You sound so enthused, why don't you clean a room for a change she thought sarcastically. It was very rare when her and her husband would fight, but sometimes things got frustrating. Technically they weren't even fighting right now but she was just frustrated, she still loved him the same though.
"Yes, I know what I'm cooking" she paused "Anything specific you want though?" she asked. Walking across the room she opened the window, mail was here.

''Fine then.''He said walking to there room and making the bed.He wasn't fighting with her he was getting frustrated with her.He loved her through her through anything.''I don't care very much.''He said.''Hey is Ryan coming over or not.''He asked.

Astoria walked upstairs to find Joshua making the bed, standing in the doorway "Its fine, you don't have to. I'm sorry its been a stressful day" she said while walking towards him. She gave him a quick kiss letting him know things were alright.
Sitting down on the bed "I'm not sure, Chelsea never said. I hope to meet this boy though before she goes off to Spain with him" she replied. She was going to be sure to tell her niece that at the train station when they pick her up.

''Oh it's alright,I think I'm getting the Hsng of it now.''He said smiling.As she walked over to him he said''I love you.''He said smiling.''He sat down on the bed and said''I hope I do.''I want to know if he's treating her right.''He said proudly.He was abit over protective.''I guess she's growing up.''

Slowly getting into a better more cheerful mood she laughed at him "Well it wouldn't hurt if you could clean a few rooms once and awhile" she suggested. After all it took a long time to clean this house alone, but she knew how busy her husband could get with work sometimes.
"I love you too" she replied smiling. Men...they could be so frustrating but she couldn't imagine life without Joshua. "From her letters she says he's treating her right, but I guess I just need to see it for my self. I just want to see her happy, and I don't want her to become the kind of person her father is" she said. Even when she first started dating Joshua she had hated his brother Michael. Sometimes she wondered how Joshua became the man he is now being surrounded by all too proud pure-bloods. "Yes, she is growing up" as much as she hated to admit it, it was true but Chelsea had become like a daughter to her and Astoria had always wanted children.

''I will I promise.''He said smiling.He knew he could be frustrating at times but that was how Men Worked.''As long as he's treating her right and she's happy,I'm happy.''He said smiling.''I don't want her to turn out like her father.''He paused,He didn't know how he din't turn out like his horrid Brother Michael but he didn't want Chelsea to turn out like him either.''She is.'She was like a daughter to Josh and didn't want her to leave.

Astoria smiled, that was all she asked that he at least make an attempt to help her around the house. "I still need to see it for my self that he's treating her right. But I'm done with trying to send her to Beauxbatons, she seems really happy at Hogwarts" said Astoria. She had just wanted Chelsea to go to a somewhat better school and Beauxbatons was a great school, but her niece was happy where she was and thats all that mattered. "I always hated your brother with his beliefs on blood status. I'm not a big fan of your parents either honey" she said. But she tolerated his parents and that was good enough since she was raised in a pureblood family who believed blood status didn't matter.
"Time goes by really fast, before we know it she'll be in her seventh year" she added. Astoria was not ready for that.

''Thank God.'''He said smiling.''She Does seem happy at Hogwarts.''He said smiling.''Well I Find it hard to as well but I guess we've got to tolerate it.''He said thinking about it.''Well I certainly don't want that.''He di not want her neice to be in her seventh Year so quickly.

All that mattered to Astoria was that her niece was happy and that she was doing well in school. "Yes she does, I think it has a lot to do with that boy, Ryan. She sounds happy in the letters she sends" said Astoria.
Oh yes...tolerate her in-laws, something Astoria found very hard to do. "Thats as far as I go. Your parent's, I know they hate me. They always have in all the 10 years we've been married" she commented. Something was always wrong when her in-law's came over it was either: the house was a mess (it certainly was not), the food was disastrous, or they complained that they had no grandchildren from Josh. But as much as they irritated her, Astoria put up with it for her husband. "Your lucky that I love you as much as I do, because if I didn't, I wouldn't put up with it" she added.
"I don't like it either but..I guess she has to grow up some time" she simply said.

''It does,Doesn't it.''He smiled''It's that boy Ryan thats make her so Happy.''And I'm sorry about that.''He said frowning''But thats just how there made.''They would always complain about the Cooking or the House wasn't clean.He could get really frustrated with them.''Thank God.''He said smiling.

Astoria just didn't want to see that boy hurt Chelsea, like the Ravenclaw boy at Hogwarts did at the beginning of the year. "I'm sure he's a nice boy, it would just make me feel better if I met him. Chelsea already got hurt once this year by that Ravenclaw boy" Astoria said worriedly.
While on the topic about Josh's parents, Astoria might as well tell him. "While we're speaking about your parents. I saw them today, at Diagon Ally...they wanted me to have coffee with them, basically so they could complain I guess" she paused "Thats why I was so stressed earlier, which I'm still sorry. I shouldn't have taken it out on you" she apologized once more.

''Exactly,I'm would be alot happier if I met him.''He said shaking his head.''That darn Ravenclaw didn't suit Her anyway.''
''Really.''He said glancing at her.''Well did they say anything about me.''He asked curiously.''It's alright.''He said alking over to her and Giving her a Hug.

Astoria remembered how upset Chelsea was over that Ravenclaw boy and how she wanted to leave Hogwarts. "No he didn't, she almost wanted to leave Hogwarts because of it" said Astoria.
Yes coffee with her in-laws not the highlight of her day. "Your mother started saying how upset she is about Michael being in Azkaban. Thats when I snapped at her saying I don't feel any sympathy for him. Then yes she asked how you were doing after getting out of St.Mungos. Then she started asking me when we would have our own children. And basically just complaining about every little thing" explained Astoria. What really had made her mad was that Josh's parents never even asked how Chelsea was doing. Feeling Josh's arms around her she just sighed and buried her head in his chest. He could always make her feel better, looking up she smiled.

''I know.''He smiled''At least she's found a nicer boy.''Your joking.''He said looking astounded.''Well thats a suprise.''He said smiling.His smile dropped''They were so rude not asking how Chelsea was.''As Astoria Smiled at him he said''I love you.''

Astoria was one to have a good laugh every now and then, but not in such a serious situation. "No, they seriously feel sympathy for your brother, even though he killed three people" she paused "I don't think they know that your the one who turned him and Kendra in" she added.
Good, Josh noticed it as well "I know they asked nothing about Chelsea. The closest thing they said pertaining to her was 'When are you and Joshua going to have your own children, instead of taking Kendra and Michael's child' and thats when I got up and just left. I sat there for about an hour listening to their complaints" explained Astoria. Honestly she was surprised in her self that she stayed that long.
While she was still in the arms of her husband "I love you too" she smiled at him once more. "Even though you have insane parents I'll always love you" she laughed a little.

''Well thats uterly Terrible.''He said frowning.How could anyone feel sympathy for a man who killed 3 people.Josh thought.''Well I Don't want to have kids,So they should keep there bussiness to them selves.''Well good on you.''He smiled''Thank God.''

Astoria couldn't agree more with that. "I know" she simply said. Still she couldn't believe how Kendra stuck by his side through all of this.
As he said this her face went straight, not a frown just not much emotion. That's the one thing they could never agree on in their whole marriage, children. "The part of staying out of our business, yes I agree on" she stated. Astoria wanted kids, not quite yet but in a year or so maybe.

He really didn't know how Kendra stuck by Josh through the Whole thing.''They Should.''He said nodding his head.''Do you want me to talk to them.''He offered.He didn't go ask thngs to People he hated because He knew she didn't like it.

Hmm..would that make things better or worse, it probably could go both ways. "Yes, please just talk to them" replied Astoria.
Astoria walked back into the kitchen to look over the mail. Stuff pertaining to work for Josh, various letters, and oh Chelsea's grades. Astoria opened the last envelope and took out the piece of parchment and examined it. She really needs to raise her grade in Herbology Astoria thought.

''Alright,I'll talk to him then.''He said smiling.He walked out of the bedroom and down to Astoria.''May I have those.''He said asking for his letters.He peeped over her shoulder and noticed she wasn't going to well in Herbology.

Astoria looked at him "Thank you, I doubt it will do anything but who knows, maybe it will" she said hopefully.
Looking through the letters once more "These?" she asked holding them smirking. "Ok right after you give me a kiss" she laughed. She was finally feeling in a better mood after earlier, so she was back to herself. Finally. Noticing Josh saw it too "You know I don't see why she has this bad a grade in Herbology, I was a healer! If she needs help in Herbology she really needs to write me, it was one of my best classes" Astoria said. Sigh. Hopefully one day her niece will realize that Herbology is an important class.
