The Amazons of Paradise Island are a race of immortal super-women that live on the magical Paradise Island. Favored by Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love, the Amazons thrived in peace for centuries, but remained aloof from the world of Man. The youngest and most powerful of the Amazons, Princess Diana, left her protective nation of sisterhood, renouncing her immortality to fight the forces of evil in Man's World as Wonder Woman.
Many years after Princess Diana left, some villains came into Paradise Island, seeking help and forgiveness.
Harley Quinn is one of them. Harley appears to have reformed and is residing in women's shelter in Paradise Island. Having abandoned her jester costume and clown make-up, she now only wears an Amazonian stola or chiton. She befriends the former Catwoman, and then succeeds in persuading her to join her at the shelter, where she is working as an assistant. They are both brought to Themiscyra by "Athena" (really Granny Goodness) and begin Amazon training. Holly and Harley then meet the real Athena, and encounter Supergirl (Mary Marvel). The group reveal Granny's deception, and Holly, Harley, and Mary follow her as she retreats to Apokolips. Mary finds the Olympian gods, whom Granny had been holding prisoner, and the group frees them. The three are granted immortality (and, in Harley's case, powers) as a reward, but give immortality up as they want to go to Earth.
Once the group is on Earth, they find that it has transformed them into fourteen-year-olds. They quickly find out that they have odd powers, and are classified 'witches' as well as having extra powers. The three must go to Hogwarts and learn how to control these odd powers.
But the Joker is looking for revenge on Harley Quinn for leaving him, Batman seeks revenge on Catwoman for betraying him and Superwoman has no idea that Supergirl (her little sister) is out of Paradise Island. What will happen? Will the Three turn out to be villains after all? Will the Joker do something to Hogwarts? You decide...

Please don't make up fake powers for the Superheroes/Supervillain. It messes things up.
Remember that The Three aren't immortal!
Catwoman and Supergirl have only about half of their original powers, since they became witches.

Harleen Quinzel was a brilliant and successful criminal psychiatrist. After encountering the criminal mastermind, The Joker, at Arkham Asylum, Harleen develops a fascination with the madman's maniacal psyche. She begins to treat him, only to find herself completely under The Joker's control. Unable to break his hold on her, Harley enters a world of crime as The Joker's criminal accomplice and girlfriend, Harley Quinn.
Harley quickly becomes one of the Dark Knight's deadliest enemies, as she carries out The Joker's every evil whim. She develops a villainous friendship with Poison Ivy and the two become sisters-in-crime by virtue of their shared hatred for male domination in the criminal underworld.
Although her true personality has been subjugated by The Joker, beneath it all Harley remains a sweet lovable person. She wants to start a new life, with her real name.
