Some Background-
On the 12th of June, Arthur James Brocklehurst was born. The first and only child of Mary and Alvin Brocklehurst, Arthur grew up very self-confident and very spoiled. His parents didn't really mind what he did as long as it wasn't illegal and didn't destroy or hurt anything/anyone. They were more interested in him just having fun and not being uptight and perfectly boring like his parents siblings children, Arthur's cousins, whose parents only taught them to be politely mannered and spoilt brats. The typical children that you see with rich parents.

This freedom as a child led to Arthur being very impulsive and self-confident. He grew up pranking and causing mischief wherever he went, making friends with whoever he met that he deemed 'non-boring'. He was generally a charismatic, but vain, kid.

When Arthur first got his letter to Hogwarts, he was ecstatic. He arrived at Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor, and from there it was all fun for Arthur. Sure he had to do homework and attend classes, but he could do magic now, and had loads more opportunities for trouble-making.

If Arthur was to be summed up in one word, it would be vain. Self-involved and egotistical, Arthur is rare to think of anyone else before him. It isn't that he doesn't care about other people, it's just he prefers to think about himself. Arthur is rarely completely serious, and much prefers to mess around and prank people (as long as it doesn't ruin his hair). He does alright in school. He isn't completely dumb, but he definitely isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. About Steph

Stephanie Islington is the metamorphmagus prefect of Gryffindor House. She is a sweet, quiet girl who makes up for her shyness with her impressive intelligence and her complete inability to blend into the crowd. She and her older brother were abandoned by their parents when Steph was very young. Fortunately the Islington couple found the pair, and adopted them as their own, more than coincidently the Islingtons were in fact a Wizarding family as well, so Steph and Rudy were able to be raised with their own kind.

Hufflepuff-in’ Her Way Through Life

"Don't call me an airhead... I'm just enjoying myself."

Some people seem to believe that Alyssa is quite an idiot at times. She's not stupid, or an airhead. As a matter of fact, she's very smart, she just doesn't enjoy being so serious all the time. She loves life and enjoys every aspect of it. Alyssa believes that everything happens for a reason, no matter how much it hurts, so you'll have to embrace it and love yourself - flaws and all. Alyssa never quite seems to be down or out of energy. She's a little ball of fire, though she has toned down considerably since her first year, she is still bouncing off the walls and giggling even when things aren't funny. Sometimes you just can't figure out whether she's smiling because she thinks you're interesting or if it's because she's lost in her wonderland, once again, but it doesn't matter. She probably likes you.

Her mother's always told her not to speak to strangers, seeing as her daughter seemed to enjoy doing so, but Alyssa never seems to hear it. Or perhaps she does but she chooses to ignore it. A major flaw with Alyssa is how she easily trusts someone. It hurts a lot when the person she trusts betrays her. Alyssa is always Miss Optimistic, looking for the good in everyone even when it doesn't exist. Alyssa says "In a heart there's always a shred of good, even if it's a little grain of it, you just need a powerful enough magnifying glass to find it!" And she has full intentions of being said "magnifying glass". She hopes that one day everyone will live in a peaceful world, happy and unafraid... What a naive child.

Friends are important to Alyssa and she doesn't know where she'd be without them. Yes, everyone is their sparkling individual but it was useless shining on your own. It was like saying a girl would prefer to get a charm bracelet with one charm on it rather than a dozen. That was just ridiculous. Alyssa will always stand by her friends, she thinks that a good friendship is like a diamond, a ten on the hardness scale. She is ridiculously loyal and would lie for her friends (even if she wasn't the greatest liar...) and most of all, she hopes her friends will stay by her side when needed.

Alyssa tends to blush quite often when caught in an awkward situation or talking to a cute guy. She's known to stutter in that occasion and despite her pretty appearance, she is quite insecure when it comes to being judged by people other than friends. All happy people have flaws, just like how the worst people can have a shred of goodness. Alyssa's main point is probably how shy she can get around some people she feels intimidated by; most of the times it's the opposite gender but sometimes there are some pretty intimidating females... not the professors of course, Alyssa seems to think that the professors are quite lovely. How odd of her...

Born in Milton Keynes, Damian was born in a pureblooded wizarding family. At a very young age he was exposed to the world and doesn’t know better. At the age of 8 he showed signs of magical power when he was grabbing a book from a shelve in the library and the book case fell down. Just when the book case fell it hovered dangerously close on the floor. Yet it didn’t touch.
The young wizard was very surprised and excited and ran to tell his parents.

As a kid he was teased a lot by the other children in town because he was *different*. When he became 11 he had gotten the acceptance letter of Hogwarts school. Being sorted in to Slytherin without hesitation his parents were a little worried for both of them had been Gryffindors. Since he was teased before, he came to Hogwarts and decided to act different than normal. He threw away his shy and insecure self and pretended to be though. A few years passed and he got so immerged in his new personality that he started to believe he was really a bully.

Damian is someone who likes searching for peoples flaws and tick them off or make fun of them. When Damian knows he is wrong he would do everything to try others to believe that he was right and denies being wrong. The sixteen year old likes only himself and doesn’t care about others.
