Noah Oter, former Seeker for Puddlemere United, is set to rent the flat for a year while he works at the Ministry of Magic, under his father's requests. All-in-all, it is a bachelor pad with a womanly touch due to his sisters helping him move in. Having recently met a girl by the name of Sigrid Kestral, who Noah seems to find rather nice, he will most likely be entertaining her at his flat. He will also invite along family and other friends he might make at work.

Situated in the heart of fashionable Pimlico this stunning two bedroomed first floor flat offers state-of-the-art 22nd century design fused with period architecture and traditional craftsmanship. Reception Room/Kitchen

When you walk into the flat, you will notice two front-aspect French doors leading out onto the balcony, a cast-iron fireplace, the dining area, a low level and wall-mounted storage units, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a granite worktop, a breakfast bar, ceiling lightings, a wood floor, and air conditioning.

Master Bedroom

The room where Noah sleeps has a rear-aspect double glazed window, a side-aspect double glazed window, double radiator, recessed low voltage halogen spotlights, surround sound, fitted carpet, and air conditioning.

En Suite Bathroom

Just to the right of Noah's bedroom is the bathroom. There is a panelled bath with chrome mixer tap and shower attachment over, a WC with concealed cistern, a wash hand basin with chrome mixer tap over, an extractor fan, a heated towel rail, floor-to-ceiling tiles, recessed low voltage halogen spotlights, and low level storage units.

Second Bedroom

Across the hall from the en suite bathroom is the second bedroom, which Noah keeps in pristine condition for any guests who may want to sleep in there. Inside, there are two rear-aspect double glazed windows, fitted wardrobes, a single radiator, recessed low voltage halogen spotlights, air conditioning, and a fitted carpet.

"Whew." Sigrid sighed with relief as she entered through the front door first and pushed a few strands of her soaking wet red hair out of her eyes. She cast a smart look at Noah, who was just behind her, "Let's make a run for it." Sigrid said, in a slightly deeper voice, laughing afterwards. Indeed, those were the exact words from Noah a few minutes ago just as the rain started while they were in the park. But it was her fault really, for giving Noah the option of high-tailing it back to his flat, or finding somewhere secure to disapparate from there.
"I'm just glad you live nearby." She took out her wand and tapped herself once on the head, drying herself off instantly. Sigrid then turned to Noah to do the same.

"That is a poor imitation of me." Noah stated with a small pout but he couldn't keep that face much longer before he started to grin at the young woman. "Besides, it's a story we can tell people." he added with a shrug of his shoulders but held still when she started to dry him off.

"Do you want some tea or anything?" he asked, fixing his hair in the window over Sigrid's head. Noah waited for her to chide him about being so girly about his hair.

"Excuse me for not being a tenor." Sigrid said and tapped Noah's head (with great difficulty) with the tip of her wand, drying him off. Sigrid raised her brows, "Tell who now? Not my family. At least not for a while longer." Honestly, her parents and siblings didn't even know she was seeing someone. Probably for the best anyway, her father and eldest brother would have heart failure.

With a grin, Sigrid replied, "I'll have some. What flavor? Conditioner? Styling gel?" She gave a tiny snort of laughter and straightened out her own hair quickly. That wind really did a number on it.

"Well you've got friends, haven't you?" Noah asked, arching a brow back that she immediately thought of family. That was another reason that he was keeping the papparazzi at bay...he didn't need his family in on his personal life like they always were.

Noah looked back down at Sigrid after fixing his hair and gave a sarcastic laugh. "You're a bundle of laughs, aren't you?" he asked reaching out to tickle her.

"I do. Yes." Sigrid said with a delicate roll of her eyes. "But you know who it'll all get back to. My brothers. All my girlfriends know at least one of my brothers fairly well. And all my male friends are buddies with Matthew, even the muggle ones." She sighed and flipped her hair behind her shoulders, "Probably would have been best for me to keep at least one friend away from my family. Have them as sort of a secret keeper that I can confide in." Sigrid bit her lower lip slightly and gazed up at Noah, "But I guess I actually have that now."

"Not like you're going to want that to change though are you?" Sigrid asked calmly, shivering a little bit. She may have dried off, but it wasn't enough to warm her bones all the way through from the breeze outside.

Noah felt like he was getting mixed messages. On one hand, Sigrid seemed happy to be with him, but she wasn't ready to tell people about the two of them. Sigh. "Yeah, well you've got me and you know I like to have my privacy as well." he said.

Noticing her shaking, he wrapped his arms around her and rubbed her back gently kissing her forehead. "I'll get you a blanket and then perhaps a nice hot cup of tea." God, was he starting to sound like his Mum. Letting go of Sigrid, Noah grabbed a blanket and put it around her shoulders before turning on his heel to go start up the kettle.

Sigrid smiled a little bit, then took a couple steps forward and hugged Noah, wrapping her arms around his neck. "I know. And thank you." She hoisted herself up a little bit and gave the man a quick peck on his temple.

Sigrid stopped shaking and blushed a little bit. "I think I'll be ok-" She started to say, but received a blanket before getting the entire sentence out. 'Ah well. I guess it's okay after all.' She could hear the gentle *clack clack* of rain hitting the window now as she tightened the cloth around her. The wind and rain had picked up a little bit more. "Thaaaank you." Sigrid said and followed Noah to the kitchen.
"Do you have any enchantments placed on your flat?" Sigrid asked and leaned on the island in the kitchen. She assumed he would. But wasn't quiet certain if it was required by wizarding law.

Noah smiled. "Alright easy there Monkey girl." he joked before stroking her cheek gently.

Setting the kettle on the oven and turning up the heat, Noah turned and leaned against the other side of the marble island. "Yeah, I put them up because I don't very much want to be stolen away in my sleep." he said. "Or y'know, my broom either." he pointed up to his most prized possession, stuck on the wall just waiting to be ridden again.

"Did you find a flat yet or?" the young man asked, cocking his head in curiosity before reaching for his tin of Ginger Newts, offering Sigrid the tin as well.

Sigrid nodded, "Smartest thing to do really. I wouldn't like it if I showed up one day and found you gone." She blinked a couple times and turned to look at the nearly pristine broomstick. Well, as pristine as it could be given that it was used in tournaments constantly up until a few months ago most likely. "You might not believe me when I tell you this. But I haven't ever ridden a broom. Well, not since we had to take those lessons in school. Never got on one since."

Her eyes brightened up suddenly, "Yes. I actually think that I have." She smiled and adjusted the blanket a little more, "It's in Gateshead, on this lovely, quiet street. I met with the old muggle owner a day ago, he's been trying to rent out this place for about two months. And it's an actual house too, not just a flat." Sigrid beamed a little more, "Of course, in return, he asks that I manage the garden too...you know, the bushes, flowers, grass. But that shouldn't be a problem." Especially for a witch. A quick little flick of the wand when no muggles were around and everything would be taken care of.
She took a couple of Ginger Newts from the tin with a 'Thank you'.

Noah gave her a curious but an appreciative look. It sounded like she actually cared about him, which he hadn't felt like any woman had other than his Mum or his sisters. It was really refreshing.

"I'll have to take you on a ride some time, if you'd like." he suggested, pouring the hot water in two cups and offering her one. "Honey, sugar?" Noah asked, thinking that she might want to sweeten up her beverage as he always did.

The young man nodded along as she explained about the house. "That's brilliant and quaint." he said. Noah would never be able to take care of a house all by himself, well maybe a small one like her, but still. He didn't have a womanly or a homey touch.

"What?" Sigrid asked, almost concerned. "What's that look for?"

She seemed to twitch a little at the suggestion, "Erm." Her eyes gazed towards the window that was spattered with water droplets, "Maybe." Was all she could really say.
"Sure, cupcake." Sigrid said with a smirk and accepted the cup and stirred it around. It was much too hot to take a sip yet.

"I think it will be fun. I'm always up for a challenge." Sigrid said and took another bite of her ginger newt. "Gets boring when there are no new challenges, ya know?" She dared to take a tiny sip of her tea. 'Nope. Not quite ready yet. "And it will be my first real place all to myself. I've always had to room with someone." She smiled and took a deep breath, as though a large weight had been lifted up.

"I just..." Noah shook his head and laughed. "It's nice to hear from you that you'd miss me if I got stolen I guess." he admitted.

"Or..are you more comfortable with two feet on the ground." Noah noted her hesitation and figured she was one of those people where flying just wasn't their thing.

The young man leaned over the island to kiss her again. "Cheeky. Do you want honey or sugar in your tea?"

Noah nodded. "Yeah, I always had to share a room with my brothers until I got my own place. Now I have my own flat all to myself." he smiled, spreading out his arms as if he could touch both walls. Freedom was glorious.

Sigrid stopped herself from saying anything else. Instead she smiled, nodded her head, and reached across the table to give an affirming touch to Noah's left arm. That, she felt, was enough. Actions speak louder than words.

"I...guess you can say that." She rubbed the back of her neck, which was surprisingly warm now. "I had a little fall when I was still learning how to fly." Sigrid shrugged and bit into the ginger newt again. "It tends to scare kids off from that sort of thing, ya know? When they try something potentially dangerous and fail at it." She chuckled a little bit at the thought. MAN she must have looked pathetic back then.

Sigrid accepted the kiss and replied, "Both. If you please. I feel the need to experiment."

"And a rather lovely one at that." She smiled as Noah stretched out, knowing exactly...well, maybe not exactly, but pretty darn close to how he felt.

"Well don't you think I'd keep you safe?" Noah asked, testing the waters a little bit to see if Sigrid was completely and totally against flying again. "I mean, you could hold onto my waist as tight as you'd like and everything." He knew what it was like to be scared while riding a broom having fallen a few times in practice and at matches, but he did want her to try out new things a bit.

"Alright, coming right up." Noah stood up to get the sugar and honey from the cabinet and brought them over to the marble island. "Use as much as you'd like."

"So are you allowed pets in this house, or are you not a fan of animals?"

"I just...you know..." She bit the inside of her cheek, "It's become a phobia almost at this point in my life. But I don't want to be afraid forever." Sigrid managed to smile a little bit however, "Maybe in a couple weeks we could try it out. But no more than five feet off the ground, okay?"

"Thanks." Sigrid measured out two tablespoons of pure honey and dropped them into her tea, although she couldn't help but lick the spoon clean. "Sorry. I can have horrible table manners sometimes. I'm sure you've noticed." She didn't use the same spoon for the sugar though.

Sigrid gave Noah a cheery look, which had a little bit of a mischievous gleam to it. "Well, he didn't say anything about NOT having pets." She took a sip of her tea, which was ludicrously thick and sweet, but good all the same. "I'll be taking Charlotte with me. She's my Northern Hawk Owl. The only pet I've ever had."

"That's fine." Noah said with an understanding nod. "And don't expect me to come to your house and kill spiders, cos I'll have none of that!" Shudder, spiders were disgusting.

The young man snorted as he watched her lick the spoon. "It's fine, really. Now I know that you have a big sweet tooth as well though." He smiled, knowing that his love of sweets would most likely be his downfall.

"An owl? Well those are convenient." Noah stated, wishing he had an owl. "I don't have any pets but I can do this.." He pointed at himself and soon enough he was Otter!Noah and he climbed onto the marble island giving an otter smile at Sigrid

Sigrid's eyes widened, "I wouldn't need you for that anyway." She took another sip of her sweet tea. "I usually catch them and let them loose outside." There was a pause, "Unless they are dangerous. Then I let them go for a ride down the kitchen drain."

Sigrid set down her cup and let the blanket that was wrapped around her shoulders slip down. She caught it however before it hit the ground and folded it up, placing it on the island. "It's more of a food tooth really. I just love eating stuff." She could feel her cheeks redden slightly. "But you say you have a real sweet tooth? What's your favorite kind of sweet?"

"Mhm. She's very easy to take care of. She takes care of herself mostly, and comes to me when I call her or she wants some human attention." Sigrid lifted her cup to her lips again as Noah was starting to point to himself, "Do wh-" Noah had vanished for a second, and as Sigrid was about to move to the other side of the island, this adorable otter was standing right in front of her.
"Eee!" She couldn't help it, Sigrid reached out and started to stroke the otter's head. "Noaaah! You're so cute!" She let out a laugh and scratched the 'animal' behind it's left ear. "So is Oter REALLY your last name? Or did you have it changed to be more clever and fitting?"

"Well what a brave girl you are." Noah commended her with a nod of his head. "You'll have to come over and kill mine then, eh?" Course he would have to contain himself from shrieking like a little girl.

Noah watched Sigrid take off the blanket. "You're warming up then?" That was good, he didn't need to watch her shivering all night long. "I like Candy Floss and Chocolate Frogs best for a sweet tooth. I have to admit I have an alluring addiction to Firewhiskey." The young man shrugged a little. One thing like Firewhiskey wasn't bad and he wasn't mean to anyone when he drank it.

Noah gave a little otter purr when Sigrid scratched his head. That felt just as good as when a girl played with his hair. He hopped off the island, grabbed his clothes and went to go change back to human form so she wouldn't see him just in his underthings.

Coming out of his room, pulling on his shirt, he spoke up, "That's my real name. I fit my animagus to the name."

Sigrid chuckled lightly, "I don't think I warrant the title of 'brave' if I catch spiders. They're about one-thousand times smaller than myself." She ran the tip of her finger along the rim of her cup, "But I suppose I could come by should you ever need me to catch any pesky spiders. I won't kill them though. Perhaps I should just let them go in my future garden?"

"Mhm." Sigrid said happily. "Now that I've had time to get comfortable and stay out of the wind. Thanks." She pulled the folded blanket closer and leaned her elbows on it, getting more comfortable. "Firewhiskey?" Sigrid questioned, "I've never had the stuff, heard horror stories about it. I mainly stick to rum and wines."

"Awww..." Sigrid said in an unnaturally high pitched voice, "Who's a cutie?" She placed her hands on either side of the otter's face and kissed it's head. It was almost as though she was forgetting the otter wasn't really an otter. "You're leaving?" Sigrid asked as Noah hopped down from the island and hurried off, dragging his things with him. The woman couldn't help but fail at suppressing a grin.

"I think I have a new favorite animal." Sigrid said as Noah reentered the room, just before Noah spoke."You got lucky with that one. I couldn't imagine going through all that work and getting stuck with an animal like a beetle, or...or a turkey." Nothing against turkeys...but they were just weird.
"When did you manage to get that ability? It must have been really tough?"

Noah blinked. "So you're just going to apparate home with a jar of spiders?" That would be an interesting and scary sight to see. Shudder again!

"I love it." Noah said, emphasizing his feelings for the drink. "I mean, you'll see it once I've gone to restocking the fridge. I'm useless at taking care of myself." He blushed and looked down at the counter, drumming his fingertips.

The young man was beaming as he came back into the kitchen and straightened out his hair. "You were smitten with me." he said and kissed her cheek lightly. "I guess I was, I always thought that Otters were cool and I like to swim and stuff so it's a bit fitting as well."

Hmm. "Well you could work off your last name or something, right? That's a type of bird." Otter and a Kestrel, weird match indeed.

"Yep." Sigrid said matter-of-factly.

"I wouldn't say you're useless at it. You've managed to live in a couple of places without blowing the places up, or burning them down." Sigrid pushed away her empty teacup.

Sigrid bit her lower lip a little bit, looking rather guilty. "Yeah. Maybe a little bit." She gazed at the window for a moment. It was still raining. And it had gotten significantly darker...not just because it was a little later. "You must be clever, otters, I believe are known for that."
She shrugged lightly, "I guess. Though I think the person's animal form relies on more factors than just what a person wants to be, or what there name is." From her understanding, an animagus didn't have a choice as to what there form was.

"Sooooo..." Sigrid started to say and walked over to Noah, leaning on him a little bit and looking him right in the eyes. "What're you gonna make us?" She raised her brows. It was HIS turn to cook dinner. That was why she'd met Noah in the park after all. Well, that and it was a beautiful day out at the time. And because she wanted to see him.

"Yeah, I just forget to feed myself sometimes. I usually end up going home to my Mum's cooking or getting take away because I don't feel like going to the grocers." Noah said, watching her and seeing that she kept looking out the window.

"I think you'll have to apparate home, or use the floo unless..." the young man stopped short and felt his face flush, no, she wouldn't want to do that.

Awh, a compliment. "Well I wouldn't consider myself stupid. I started learning to be one when I was still at school and I've mastered it only about a year ago. I kept forgetting the tail." Noah shrugged again as if brush off his mistake.

"Fair enough, it's still a bit of fun to have. It certainly made you go all...girly." he chuckled.

"Hm...well what would you like to have?" Noah asked, straightening up and going to the fridge to check on what was in there.

"Awww!" Sigrid exclaimed, laughing a little bit. "I bet your mother loves the visits from such a lovely son."

"Unless wh-" 'Oh.' She tilted her head a little bit and started to nod, but stopped herself. There was a moment of almost awkward silence. "I think I'll have to use the floo...it's too...wet and muggle-y outside to apparate home." Yep. That was it.

"That long to master it?" Geepers. Sigrid had heard it was difficult, but didn't expect it to be that hard. "Takes an awful lot of patience then, doesn't it?" Such a nice trait for anyone to have.

"Yeah...well." Sigrid smacked Noah's right elbow a little bit, "I'm sure you didn't mind. Did you?"

She walked over with Noah and actually pulled herself up and sat on the kitchen counter right next to the refrigerator. "I'm game for anything really. I'll leave it up to you."

"She's got two more at home!" he pointed out. "I'm not that lovely." Noah rolled his eyes and shook his head.

Right, now he just looked like a big butt. "Yeah, I think that makes sense. I just didn't know your preference is all."

"I well--yeah, cos I was studying for N.E.W.T.s and training and being scouted for Puddlemere, I mean I wasn't training for the Animagi thing 6 hours a day or anything." Then he might've gotten the hang of it quicker. "It just got aggravating if I didn't get it right on the first few go's."

Noah smirked. "I don't usually go for the girly-girl. But for you." he honked her nose with his two fingers. "I'll make an exception for moments like that."

Glancing about some more he looked at Sigrid, "Chicken and salad?"
