Jenn [iBeJenn] and I have decided to collaborate on this RP.
We hope you like it and have a happy holiday!

{ P L O T }

If you had the opportunity to work at Santa's Workshop you would be excited, right? Nine students from Hogwarts were selected to help out Santa on Christmas Eve to finish up everything. Once they arrive, they are amazed by the vibrant colors of lights, the feasts of sugary candy and food, as well as all the gifts. Although during their day, Santa doesn't seem too happy with the students, and disguises are revealed. Will Christmas ever come or will the happy holiday be celebrated in darkness?

Julianna Lane - Typical mean girl. Is a bully and can point out all the flaws in a person just by glancing at them. Prefers to be feared and respected as opposed to being nice and a nobody. Hates Alexa. A lot. Has a crush on Michael but won't admit it to a soul.

Caleb Rogers - Quiet, silent observer. Keeps to himself majority of the time and definitely puts the Sly in Slytherin. He's often found lurking in the shadows and knows many people though few know him. Doesn't really care for love.

Alexa Castle - The shy, but down-to-earth type of person who wants to friends with everyone; except for Julianna. Most people believe her to be innocent and a goody-two-shoes. Has a crush on Landon.

Michael Grace - A big flirt with all the girls and knows that everybody likes him. Although he has many insecurities that he keeps bottled inside. He's also a child at heart. Has a crush on Alexa.

Zoe Evans - The laid-back kind of girl who thinks she knows everything better. She's Julianna's best friend who is kind of her back-up person in crime. Has a crush on Caleb.

Felix Monroe - Shy Hufflepuff who stammers and is very klutzy. A bit of an outsider and is very smart but because he trips over things and seems to be unable to form coherent sentences, many deem him stupid. Is dating Poppy.

Poppy Rose - HYPERTASTIC. Everyone knows her because she always brightens the room. She finds good in everything and has a secret obsession with candy canes. Is dating Felix.

Landon Walker - Best friends with Michael and is the complete opposite. He's constantly trying to get him to settle down with one girl instead of flirting with others. Landon is a very traditional romantic, who does want to be a prince charming sweeping his fair maiden off of her feet with a bouquet of a dozen red roses. Has a crush on Julianna.

Julianna Amelia Lane, how does one begin to describe Julianna?

Well, she’s flawless, her hair isn’t insured for 10,000 galleons but her life is insured for at [I]least[/s] 10 times more, she’s done wand commercials before… once and absolutely hated it. Oh, and her favorite subject is charms, because she’s just so darn charming, and once she went to Hollywood and someone told her she looked gorgeous. She batted her eyes and told the person that she knew and that he looked like a walrus in a suit - he ran for the hills. And once time, Julianna punched a creepy stalker in the face - it felt good to finally do that.

So, maybe her life wasn’t a Mean Girl’s parody but she was still pretty darn mean. Julianna is one of the meanest people you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. If you’re lucky enough to call her your friend, you have your life set out for you because both her parents are very influential in the Wizarding World. Her father works as the Undersecretary for the Minister of Magic and her mother works as the head journalist for the Daily Prophet. Julianna could pull many different strings to get things the way she wants them to.

Spoiled is the first word that comes to mind when one describes Julianna, and she is and she isn’t afraid to admit it. When she sees something she wants or likes, she’ll get it - it was rare when she didn’t get her what and she didn’t mind about that either. She liked getting her way, it was much more fun when something like that happened as opposed to not getting what she wanted. Besides, spoiled, rich and mean was the recipe for a perfect Slytherin.

But Julianna wasn’t always mean, as hard as it is to believe. She actually used to be really sweet, really daydreamy princess kinda thing. And she used to be best friends with Alexa… when they were five. Then one day, when they were all spending Christmas together, Alexa’s present went missing. The present was an old family heirloom and Alexa claimed it was Julianna who took it. Julianna claims she didn’t. Till this day, no one knows where the heirloom is, they just know someone was responsible for it. The families haven’t spoke to each other ever since, and if they have, it was never pleasant.

Julianna has a venomous tongue; it’s hard to believe when she enjoys reading and writing poetry but she does insult people and they’re good insults. Sometimes it leaves people speechless and sometimes it doesn’t. Does it make Julianna feel better about herself? Yes, she loves being in charge and she refuses to ever be second best. Her favorite games? Games that has to do with toying with people’s emotions. Julianna learned soon after arriving at Hogwarts to never have strong feelings for anyone because it will only lead to disappointment and by following this, Julianna has become a bit heartless. However, the situation regarding Michael Grace is a completely different thing. She does have feelings for the disgusting Gryffindor flirt and she has absolutely no idea why nor would she say why. And if you mention a word of it to her, she’ll get mad and start yelling at someone… oh, what fun.

~In Depth~

For Landon, life was never exactly easy. His ma and da never really knew eachother, and his da left his ma, after he realised she was pregnant. When Landon was only a couple of hours old, his da came and took him from the small hospital, and brought him to England. He was unnamed, so his father chose Landon, because he thought it sounded very British, and his father was an aristocrat, and owned many great estates in East England and North Western Scotland. His father soon found Landon was too great a secret to keep from his wife and (legitimate) son Wilson, so he brought him back to West Cork where Áine was almost dead of starvation. Unsympathetic, Sir William Walker never saw his son again.

Áine wanted to change Landon's name, but he already knew it, and it seemed unfair to confuse the boy. So, Áine left Landon as his name, but always called him "Teddy", after her father. Landon never knew any of this until he was sixteen, and received a letter from his half brother, informing him that he knew everything, and wanted to meet Landon.

Landon replied that he did not have any interest in his biological father, or family, and that he would appreciate if he never wrote back. Wilson never did.

As he grew older, Landon became very romantic and very traditional, although lovewise he hasn't had much luck with Julianna. He's best friends with Michael. He is a little insecure, but very strong minded and passionate about things he believes in.

Nine seventh years from Hogwarts have just arrived at the North Pole. They traveled by Santa's sleigh and eight reindeer. The North Pole consists of empty elves' houses that are very tiny, as well as Santa's gigantic workshop. Off to the right of Santa's sleigh are multiple sleds and a big hill to slide down. Off to the left is a floating table, stored with cookies, candy, and all the sugary delights one can think of. Santa isn't here right now, but he has left explicit instructions on the cookies to finish snacking and get to work for Christmas is just around the corner and there is still much to be done. Of course, some of you might not actually listen to Santa... you are in the North Pole and there are penguins that keep yapping away... and you can mess around with Santa's good and naughty list if you do the wrong thing.

But tick tock, time's ticking and you have so much time, so little cookies and numerous things to do! Whether your top priority is helping Santa with the toys or not, it's all up to you to decide what you want to do before Santa comes in and greets you all with a jolly old laugh and some cheerful Christmas music.

Alexa Castle jumped off of Santa's sleigh as the shock spread throughout her. She was here. She was really here; the North Pole. It almost seemed like in one of her crazy dreams or in a muggle movie of sorts. She watched as the lights all around twinkled in different patterns of the colors, red, green, and white. Oh how she loved Christmas.

The seventh year walked over to the floating table and read the message that was printed upon the cookies. Yes, that was right. They were here to help out Santa. "Let's go, everybody. There's only so much time!" She said, trying to be the leader of everything as usual. Little did she know, not everyone liked to follow in her footsteps.

Julianna wasn't a big fan of winter. Winter was cold and pretty blonde her didn't go for the cold. No, she would much rather have sunny weather and relax down by the beach or something. Why was she even here? One boot after another, she stepped out of the sleigh and smoother her coat and hair out. That sleigh was not comfortable, nor was it even pretty. People seriously had messed up tastes these days. Julianna flipped her hair over her shoulder and looked around at the aurora borealis shimmered and shone. Wow. Big deal, not like they were stars. Besides... Alexa looked like she liked them which meant that Julianna did not.

She rolled her eyes at Alexa's take charge attitude. No one liked a bossy idiot, and instead of paying attention to Julianna she decided to focus on more important things... like... the cold. She strode over to the table that floated in the air. On it were cookies, adorned with a message for them all. Suh-nooozer. "Yes, let's go everybody, let's all be merry and sit around a campfire singing songs because we all lovvveee each other," Julianna said sarcastically, narrowing her blue eyes at Alexa.

Poppy climbed off Santa's sleigh nimbly and brushed some snowflakes off her sleeve. She was here, in the north pole! Twirling a full circle in the snow, she sighed in contentment. Looking up, she smiled at the aurora borealis. It was beautiful!

Beaming at Felix, who was still in the sleigh, she bounded over to the floating table and took a cookie. Sighing a little at Alexa's bossy attitude, she decided she'll ignore it. Just for Christmas. Reading the message on the cookie, she grinned. She could not wait!

Pulling out her wand, she cast a cushioning charm on the bare snow before plopping herself down, lying flat on her back and admiring the multi-colored sky. Taking a bite of her cookie, she beamed. Peppermint. Delicious.

For most of the sleigh ride, Caleb had put up the pretense of sleeping. In small crowded areas, it was the best way of observering without being drawn out into conversation himself, which was not on his to-do list on this vacation of sorts. It was possible for a time during the ride, he did actually fall asleep as nothing too crucial was happening. In fact, the people around him were downright boring.

Finally arriving to their destination, he stepped out of the sleigh following the others, and spared the Borealis a quick look, not too impressed with it's looks but at least having the courtesy to check it out. Following the others leads like he was prone to do, Caleb took a glance at the little note everyone had spotted on the table with all the sweets. It smelled fairly good, he had to admit that. Stop snacking and get to work? Work doing what? He knew they'd come as a learning experience to 'work' in Santa's shop, but what did the Big Red Man want them doing.

And then Alexa jumped right in trying to hustle them all together and get going. Glancing at Julianna when she commented, the male let out a small snicker before glancing back to the 'Let's get working!' brunette. "Anyone know what he actually wants us doing?"

Felix smiled back at Poppy as she climbed out, before he stumbled off the sleigh, his excitement making him even more klutzy than usual. Eyes glittering in glee, he looked around. Felix had always loved Christmas, and everything about it, even the snow and ice that made him slip and slide everywhere. The atmosphere was amazing, and Felix was in a very good mood.

Though it didn't seem Julianna was. Well, she didn't seem to be in a good time a lot of the time whenever he saw her, just angry. So really she was just being herself. Felix ignored the people who spoke, not wanting to get involved with the argument that would probably begin between them, and just walked over to the floating table, sitting on the snow next to her, all the while trying not to fall over. Which he proudly did not.

Zoe couldn't believe they were actually at the North Pole. She would have loved the fact if it was't unbearably cold! Zoe was one for snow but this was just too much cold for one person to handle! She gingerly stepped out of the sleigh, being carful not to face on her face in front of Caleb. Zoe rolled her eyes at Alexa.

Zoe's eyes drifted up to look at the sky. Being the little Hufflepuff she was, she was completely interested in the Borealis. She stood there starring at it for a moment before she looked away. Zoe let out a small sigh. Being here would mean they would have to work. She rolled her brown eyes and moved to stand next to Julianna at the floating table. She quickly scanned the note before taking a cookie.

Alexa glared at Julianna and Zoe as they didn't listen to what she was saying. Then again, no one was really. What was going on? Wouldn't they at least listen to Santa? Then again, it seemed like Santa chose the strangest people he could have ever picked. Why didn't he just pick all the smart and non-cynical students from Hogwarts? Ugh.

"Guys, come on. Follow me, please." She begged. Why was no one listening to her? Meh. She looked over towards Landon and frowned. Hopefully he would be on her side.
