Hey everyone Ok so this is like my *counts* yeah, I lost track of how many went quiet and got deleted. But I'm back with a vengence and I intend on making this one stay alive.
Plot:
Olivia McIntyre has been the outcast of her family ever since she was born. He sister's were always put before her, her family despise her. She has always found herself the least popular with everyone at school. All but her friends. Most people are jealous of her because of all the male attention she gets in school.
Now at the age of 16, Olivia has made new friends. Her best friends Melissa Contostavlos and Lacey Alexandra have their eyes on new boys Jordan McCann and Lloyd Parkinson. Olivia, on the other hand, has eyes for Melissa's ex flame Cameron Parkinson, Lloyd's cousin. Melissa doesn't like the idea of her best friend dating her ex boyfriend and enlists the help of Lloyd to break the lovers up. Will she succeed? Or will love conquer all?

Born with a normal bronze spoon in her mouth, Melissa shouldn't really be as arrogant or spoiled as she is, but something wonderful happened to suddenly bring money into their life. Lots of money. Get ready, its a good one: her grandmother died. Yep. And though she should of been sad about it she never really knew the daft old bat and all she could think about was "OHMYGAWSH JIMMY CHOOS. REAL ONES". This happened when she was 6, she was fashionable since live foreeevvvverrr.
So once the "daft old bat" had finally finished dodging the coffin and went to the ground, they moved, to a brand new mansion style villa in southern Crete and lived the happily ever after life.....oooorrrr not. Whilst she loved it, being fawned over, having everything she wanted, throwing massive parties and just having the time of her life, her parents wern't so happy, with their lot, her mum missed her mother, her father was working 24/7 and they were never together, but Melissa in her happy wealthy bubble missed all the signs.
Her mother had an affair. With the gardener. It was like a crappy episode of Desperate Housewives. Her father found out. Her father moved. TO SOUTH AFRICA. Unsurprisingly, Melissa was upset, of course about her family, but mainly, her funding had walked away from her, and the gardener was poor. And that relationship didn't last either. Her mother made her way through man after man before eventually meeting "just-call-me-Charlie *goofy grin*" And then they moved. Away from her lovely sunny home, away from it all, to MANCHESTER! WHO CAME UP WITH THAT IDEA?!!!
And her mother remarried. Pfft. She earned a new step sister and began to lose the overt tan and had to settle in with weird non speaking Greek people. And go to a public school. She didn't like it. At all. And then they moved. To Cornwall. The back and beyond, Lizard. The point of no return and no fun. And it disgusted her.
And then she got her letter. Apparantly, she was "magic". Pfft. But, eager to get away from her mothers actual love and her "fathers" lack of wealth, and her "sister's" stupid "ohmygawsh THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS!" thing, she went. And was sorted into {}. In her first year, she met Olivia and Lacey. And started off hating them. But it was after they were the only ones to come and support her when she broke up from her first boyfriend in the third year (and many have followed *wink wink*) their friendship became firm and true.
And now, after her f a b u l o u s grades she got from her OWLs, she's determined to get back to her top of the pack status, starting by snaring both the new boys. And keeping Olivia away from Cameron. There's a rule cow. FOLLOW IT!

Two words describe Melissa: arogant, manipulative, and stuck up. Well thats three, but still, they describe her well. She'd never found it difficult getting what she wanted, her smile and her "kind" personality could snare anyone in a heartbeat and her terrifying but so endearing charisma and charm kept people in the spiders web. Think black widow. But better looking. She will chew you up and eat you for breakfast if you annoy her, or get in her way.
But that would be easy to describe her as a nasty manipulative cow, but the truth is, she's not, she grew up in a family of social ladder climbers, who never gave a flying fig about her and just plyed her with presents to stop her from crying, she was surrounded by nothing when she was a baby and her parents almost hated her with her insisant crying, so they've tried to appologise. With gifts, which makes Melissa a very spoilt girl. One would imagine she could of been the nicest person around, but the phrase "would've, couldv'e, should've" fit in.
She had a naieve streak to her, which was why she never picked up on the cracks in her family, but despite her "I couldn't give a toss" attitude, she was deeply hurt by their actions, she felt alone, all over again, despite her fathers "influence", ie, money, flowing in every month. And, to be honest, she couldv'e lived with Charlie if her mother hadn't of gone through *counts fingers* 6 marriges and 5 divorces. Um, yeah. The only reason she distanced herself from him and his daughter is because she found, if you get too close, you lose the most.
That changed when she got to Hogwarts and realised she could hold the attention of a room in a second and used that to her full advantage. She grew a love for eating up boys and snogging, until she got bored and moving on to the next one, and somehow the boys seemed to love it.
But underneath that tough, off-limits attitude is a girl who wants to succeed, and for the right reasons, she has a fierce, tiger like quality where she will push anyone off a cliff to get to the finish line, she's blown off friends and boyfriends for deadlines and homework and will personally destroy anyone who speaks in a lesson. She will succeed. She will get those NEWTs, she WILL get married to a prince. But before that she WOULD get into the best university in the world. And then she WILL be ruler of the world. But good ruler. Not like Hitler. Nope

Gemma Lily Cross, learn the name and who she is because she can be your one way ticket to success. If you want to be a famous singer or actor later on in life that is. As a child, she grew up with people who graced the magazines and she was very psyched when she met them. She was a little ball of energy, practically jumping off the walls every time her mother introduced her to another one of her clients.
Her mother was a very successful woman, she owned a record company and her parents were both well versed in the acting business. After all, old granny and grandpa had been actors themselves.
From her mother's side of the family, she gained talent. She wanted to be the best. She wanted to be the best. Always. Gemma also grew up wanting to be famous one day as well, just like the people her mom and grandparents worked with. So since she was little she started taking classes. Gemma had natural talent in both singing and dancing and no matter how proud her mother was of her, she always had to be better. Every time Gemma thought she was great, her mother was sure to assure her otherwise causing Gemma to have a bit of a low self-esteem around her mom.
Then Gemma's father owned a chain of Quidditch stores around the world as well as some other bakeries. Gemma's father was always busy managing though, so Gemma never saw much of him. When Gemma did see her father, he would dismiss her quickly. She was never really fond of her father who thought that a little present could fix everything. So, maybe it helped but it didn't buy her love.
Gemma's life at home was never really pleasant. She loved singing and yes, she loved dancing but she spent her vacations at home practicing. Not always by choice but because her mother made sure of it. While doing all of this she was always busy studying. Perhaps she should've been placed in Ravenclaw instead.
No matter how studious she is, she is ambitious. She wants to be perfect, she wants to be perfect so she can rub it in her parents faces. And when Gemma leaves them, she knows they will regret it. Once she's famous that is. Gemma may come off as sweet but she has quite a bite, especially when she's not in a good mood. Without her morning coffee, let's just say Gemma isn't exactly the best person to be around.

Gemma is also that girl that most people take advantage of. She's rich, she's blonde so they think she's dumb. Gemma Lily Cross, learn the name and who she is because she can be your one way ticket to success. If you want to be a famous singer or actor later on in life that is. As a child, she grew up with people who graced the magazines and she was very psyched when she met them. She was a little ball of energy, practically jumping off the walls every time her mother introduced her to another one of her clients.
Her mother was a very successful woman, she owned a record company and her parents were both well versed in the acting business. After all, old granny and grandpa had been actors themselves.
From her mother's side of the family, she gained talent. She wanted to be the best. She wanted to be the best. Always. Gemma also grew up wanting to be famous one day as well, just like the people her mom and grandparents worked with. So since she was little she started taking classes. Gemma had natural talent in both singing and dancing and no matter how proud her mother was of her, she always had to be better. Every time Gemma thought she was great, her mother was sure to assure her otherwise causing Gemma to have a bit of a low self-esteem around her mom.
Then Gemma's father owned a chain of Quidditch stores around the world as well as some other bakeries. Gemma's father was always busy managing though, so Gemma never saw much of him. When Gemma did see her father, he would dismiss her quickly. She was never really fond of her father who thought that a little present could fix everything. So, maybe it helped but it didn't buy her love.
Gemma's life at home was never really pleasant. She loved singing and yes, she loved dancing but she spent her vacations at home practicing. Not always by choice but because her mother made sure of it. While doing all of this she was always busy studying. Perhaps she should've been placed in Ravenclaw instead.
No matter how studious she is, she is ambitious. She wants to be perfect, she wants to be perfect so she can rub it in her parents faces. And when Gemma leaves them, she knows they will regret it. Once she's famous that is. Gemma may come off as sweet but she has quite a bite, especially when she's not in a good mood. Though he's not all flirty comments and seductive smiles, there is more to him than meets the eye.
