Plot:
Following the Second World War, in which the twins miraculously survived, Fred and George set about travelling the world. They are accompanied by female muggle twins Iris and Mable whom they met at the airport. Of course they could use their magic, but they did not want to be detected. Their friends and family worked for the Ministry where they could easily trace the twins if they tried. No, they were better continuing their life without magic. Of course they wrote to their family through letters, sent by Owls they found at night, but they could not get letters back. It would completely defeat the purpose. But they are fleeing from War Crimes. They would never want to tell anyone else, but they had killed Mundungus Fletcher. It was no accident. They had tracked him down just before the climax of the war, which saw Harry defeat Voldemort, and killed him for leaving Moody for death. They now face life in hiding. Will the Aurors find them? What will happen to their family? Does the Ministry even know of the nature of Dung’s death?
Back at home, The Weasleys’, Harry and Hermione are distraught. Photographic evidence shows Fred and George at the scene at the time of Mundungus’ death. Harry, Ron and Hermione put their heads together to search for the twins and help them hide. Meanwhile Ginny, Charlie, Bill and Arthur work to clear the Twins’ names. Mrs. Weasley and Fleur are left to worry at home at the Burrow. Will they ever clear their name? Will they ever find the twins?

Sure thang And in response to your Question on the female twins, I'll write it here so whoever wants Mabel knows.
They are aged 23, so because you took the first one you can chose which model to portray them. In the spoiler above are the people I was sort of picturing when writing it so it's up to you.
They are from whatever country you want them to be, and with personality they can be similar or different, it's totally dependent on how you, and whoever else, sees them.
They're muggles, so make up some Muggle history. It's really up to you, I just sort of think they are on the run from the Muggle police for something, which is why they are sticking with the Fred and George.

After he graduated from Hogwarts, he worked in Gringotts Wizarding Bank in Egypt. But, when Voldemort was alive, he moved to England and join the Orde of Phoenix.
He met Fleur Delacour at the first time when Triwizard Tournament. Then they started dating when Fleur took a part time job in Gringotts. At August 1 1997, They got married and They lived in Shell Cottage

You would never be able to tell when she's lying. The only person who always can is her twin sister, Mabel. It's like she can see right through her. Iris is manipulative, she'll use people to get what she wants, and she'll do it with a smile. She doesn't trust people easily she's always suspicious, understandably. But once you gain her trust, she can almost always be counted on. Sometimes.. she's just unreliable, there one minute, gone the next.

Where's she's been..
Iris and her twin sister Mabel had a rough childhood. Her parents hadn't wanted them, so they abandoned the two. They were raised in a small care home, an orphanage in the countryside of Scotland. They were both miserable. The lady who watched over them was terrible, she was old, mean, and strict. It seemed like she didn't care about them at all, nothing they did was good enough for her. They were constantly working, and it seemed like what food she did give them was never enough.
It was their 16th birthday.. Iris was tired. of Mrs. Carmichael. of the chores. of everything. She hated being trapped there, and so she came up with a plan with Mabel. But Iris was the mastermind behind it. She had to convince her sister, but finally they agreed. They had to run away. Iris knew they would need money, and she knew just where to find it. Mrs. Carmichael's prized diamond necklace, it was worth a fortune. They snuck into her room at night, stole it out of the glass case she kept it in, and left the house running, never looking back.
Iris was smart, she had already planned everything out. They caught a train to England using money they had saved, the diamond necklace in their bag. There was a radio on and an announcement was airing, "Two young lasses, an Iris and Mabel Lawney, recently stole the prize family gems of a Mrs. Carmichael. Both around 16 years of age, twins, with bright red hair, they're location is currently unknown, but we encourage you if you see anyone matching this description, to report it immidiately." The two girls turned the radio down and looked at each other, they were now wanted criminals.
The pair have been all over the world for the past seven years, they've gotten use to the lifestyle. Having to use fake identities, moving on to new places whenever people started getting suspicious, with the cops always right on their heels. But Iris and Mabel are always one step ahead of them.
At first Fleur comes off as just a pretty face, very stuck up and snobby. But really she is extremely brave, loyal, and caring. She's independent and strong-willed, She was the triwizard champion for Beauxbatons, and fought alongside the Order of the Phoenix in the Second Wizarding War. She is very protective, of her husband, of her sister, of anyone who is close to her, and she never forgets what people do for her. "'Arry, you saved my sister's life. I do not forget."
She can be blunt at times, often voicing her opinions, which is why some of the Weasley family, like Molly and Ginny, weren't very fond of her.. But they've warmed up to each other, when they saw the real side of her, and how much she cared for Bill, scars or no scars. "All these scars show is zat my husband is brave!"

I think Fred and George are 23, and Harry etc. are 21. Fleur is 24. Bill is 31... Charlie is 29.
It's up to you all about children for Fleur and Bill. You can have them or not. It might make Fleur's story more interesting though, I didn't really think of the Kids when I wrote it.

Early Life George and his twin were born on April Fools Day. He had 3 older brothers; Charlie, Bill and Percy. They loved to torment Percy! When they were two, they were joined by younger brother Ron, and then Ginny - their sister. Finally!
Hogwarts Years George, along with his twin, made a name for themselves as Hogwarts Pranksters. They were frequently in detention, and pranking around the school. They were sorted into Gryffindor, with their brothers, to the great delight of Molly and Arthur. They left when they were in their final year, because they had the money they needed to open the shop they had dreamed about, and planned, for so long.
After Hogwarts George spent some time after leaving Hogwarts running his and Fred's highly successful joke shop Weasleys' Wizarding Wheezes. Sometime during that they helped Moody plan for Harry's safe exit out of Privet Drive. That was when Mundungus betrayed Moody and left him - good as dead. George planned with Fred how they would repay him for doing such a thing. They went to Hogwarts to help Harry and the gang during the Battle Of Hogwarts, but left in the middle to find Dung. It was then that they killed him, together. They didn't plan on killing him, but they just couldn't stop themselves. They went back to Hogwarts to help, but it had finished. Voldemort was dead. They never told anyone, and went back to The Burrow. Then his body was found, and they disappeared. They wrote Molly a letter when they arrived at their first destination - an airport.
Personality George is a prankster. He is one half of the Ultimate.Pranking.Team! He loves his friends and family, especially Fred. Have no confusion of the twins, however. George let Fred take the leads of their little team. He sat back, his humour, pranks, and care being slightly more gentle and calm

Early Life Charlie was the second born child of Arthur and Molly.
Hogwarts Years Charlie was sorted into Gryffindor. He realised how much he loved working outside, and loved Care of Magical Creatures. He was accepted on the Gryffindor Quidditch team as Seeker, eventually becoming Captain. HE was also made Prefect.
After Hogwarts Charlie moved to Romania to study Dragons, turning down offers to play Quidditch professionally as Seeker.
Personality Charlie loves being outdoors, and loves Dragons more than any romantic relationships. Charlie is friendly, brave and very independent

How I Act-
Outgoing and sarcastic, he is the more daring and somewhat funnier twin. He is the ringleader in the pranks, also crueller in his humour, especially when he is dealing with people he dislikes. He is more compassionate when he thinks the victim didn’t deserve it though. He is able to make people relax and laugh during even the most trying of times.
