A flat in london is just that a flat. But this is more - this flat has history, character, and a famous old muggle tennant who made the location what it is. Still, this location is perfectly their - mostly because its beautiful - but more because it fits everything they need.

Two new employees of the Ministry of Magic - specifically the Magical Law Enforcement Department have moved in with a former MLE official Miss Alicia Devereaux. However both of the new Ministry Employee’s don’t always get along but this is because of a shared history and honestly you don’t always get along with roommates...but this isn’t what this is. Its more jealousy - when one friend has one thing the other needs it as well.

Caroline flew lower and lower until she hit the gound gracefully on her feet. It was miracle that Caroline's clusminess only happened on the ground and not when she flies. That was lucky for her. She slid off her broom and walked to the door and knocked three times. She stood and waited for an answer. She hoped that she had the right house. Kyle had came earlier in the summer to visit her.

Selina walked up to the front door of the house and looked back down at her invitation. Was she in the right place? All she got from the invitation was the name of the estate. Perhaps she was not in the right place. Only one way to find out.

Deciding Selina knocked on the front door and waited.

Alicia smiled to Jamie, giving her a hug back. "Thank you Jamie dear, I have to say Jamie the resemblance is utterly uncanny" Alicia laughed as it were Alicia looked like she could be Jamie Malfoy's twin sister. "And thank you for the wine, come lets go to the living room have a chat" she smiled over to her happily, Alicia wanted to tell Jamie all about Jaxton the guy she had recently met - by falling over.

Kyle opened the door as she heard a knock a smiled immediately forming as she saw not only Caroline Scott, but Selina Skylar.

"Hey Caroline, Selina" she smiled as she walked over quickly offering both a hug "come on in!" she smiled happily.

Jamie walk into the Living room So do you have a man yet Ali.Can you pour a glass of wine I'm very thirsty.Yeah your right but my older sister is Amelia nothing like me.

Accepting the hug Selina pulled away from Kyle, "Hey Kyle! Sorry about what happened earlier at, um, the Quidditch shop. I had some errands to run so, um, I couldn't go get ice cream with you... sorry." Perhaps there was more to that story, yes there was.

"Hey Kyle."Caroline said with a smile. She gave Kyle a hug before walking into the house. Of course becasue Caroline is just the hug you type. "Wow you have a nice house." Kyle throught that she had a nice house but wow her was nicer that her own.

Hey Cuz were is my aunt Stephaine.My father is here and i think he wants to catch up with his little sister.

Alicia smiled, still, it was true Amelia didn't look like her Amelia had brown hair, brown eyes and looked shockingly like Charlotte. "Uncanny really isn't it? How she looks like Charlie" she smiled softly.

Kyle looked over to Selina and smiled, happy that she had actually recieved a hug back from both Selina and Caroline. "Oh Selina its fine I get that you didn't miss much really we just talked about quidditch for a bit, he's really nice." She smiled, "he did warn me I got ice cream on my nose" she added with a laugh.

Feeling her stomach flip as she thought of the moment. Before turning to Caroline she smiled again forcing her cheeks to turn to their normal shade once more. "Oh thank you Caroline, and its not half as nice as yours" Kyle smiled as she let them both into the house. Her stomach still fluttering at the idea of ice cream with Simon - did she like him? She wondered in the back of her mind. Maybe, but she wasn't sure yet.

Then she heard another voice a nagging voice that brought her from Simon land and back to reality. Seeing her cousin she coughed slightly as her cheeks were now bright almost highlighter pink.

"Hi, Hannah" she gave her a kind smile, well somewhat kind somewhat and more-so embarrassed. "oh they are um...in back if you want to meet up with them" she offered quietly, "I think they are in the kitchen"

It seemed like it had been forever since Matt had been in London, even though in reality it had been a few weeks at the most; it was definitely good to head back to Los Angeles since he had missed the craziness of the city while being at Hogwarts. Once he had received the invitation from Kyle, he knew that it would be a good chance to catch up with the Ravenclaw and it was an excuse to escape from Raven who seemed to want to interrupt his life every five seconds, he walked up the path towards her house, eventually stopping in front of the door; raising his hand slightly, he knocked on the door and then waited till someone decided to answer it. You know you're probably going to be one of the few guys there.. surrounded by girls; now why does that sound familiar honestly?

Okay i want hang out with the teens my age.I was just asking becuase my dad wants to see his sister.Um don't tell But Jose Pranked us girls today.My dad is one crazy person when his mad.

"Right, well I'm glad you two had fun," Selina said biting on her bottom lip. Her eyes lowered to the floor as she played with the bottom of her shirt. She twisted the fabric of her shirt in and out of her fingers awkwardly.

She had to get off the Simon thing! She was twelve for peets sake. Why was this even on her mind? Kyle and Simon were nice and if they wanted to hang out why should she care?

Kyle smiled to Selina unaware that she liked Simon of course she couldn't help but smile to Selina. Kyle, didn't view her as just a little second year, no, she more viewed little Selina as a great hearted girl, totally loveable, and maybe even a girl she'd try and help with finding a steady and good relationship this year?

"We should totally try out our new brooms today!" Kyle smiled to Selina the idea just popping into her head. Kyle still standing on the front stoop she saw Matt walk up and smiled he was someone she really wanted to become better friends with.

"Hey Matt!" She smiled, waving over to him her eyes seeming to be sparkling with utter joy at seeing her new friend the friend she'd stayed up all night one night with just talking and watching the sun rise. Oh it was a beautiful day - nice and springy and the smell of warm wet earth had been in the air - much like today.

The air was crisp, warm, not humid, but moist. It had rained only the day before but she didn't mind the air wasn't stifling, or stiff because of that wonderous rain.

"Matt, have you met Selina Skylar?" She asked smiling as Selina and Caroline were both on the stoop with her before Hannah had closed the door. "And I assume you've meet Caroline Scott - she's a Slytherin like you." She smiled, and by that she did also mean that she was an extremely sweet, and kind Slytherin.

"It's good to see you again Kyle, how have you been?" He remembered the whole night they spent talking out around the lake, it definitely was entertaining and kinda amusing how they hadn't be caught by the Groundskeeper. Not to mention that there was a wicked sunset that was one of the best things I've seen outside Los Angeles. Matt had removed his sunglasses and placed them on the top of his slightly spiked up hair, it might have been a little unnecessary to style his hair for this party but his cousin insisted that he did and he really couldn't ignore Raven when she provided suggestions.

"Actually no I haven't, nice to meet you Selina." He nodded slightly at the girl that Kyle had mentioned. What was this, the secret meeting of girls? Not that he had a problem with it persay; it was just a little overwhelming, if he wanted to spend time with girls that could possibly drive him crazy, then he'd spend an entire afternoon with Raven.

Kyle looked over to Matt and smiled, "Its good to see you again as well" she smiled with a laugh Kyle chuckled. "Um - I invited Simon as well" she admitted sheepishly, "b-but he hasn't come yet so...don't know if he can make it" she said with a soft laugh.

"Awkward huh being the only guy with three plus girls including my aunt, and cousins" she chuckled flashing Matt a quick smile.

"So how are things this summer? Isn't your cousin visiting from Australia was it?" Kyle asked with a smile hoping she was right otherwise she'd feel sheepish and awkward as usual.

"Yeah, we should fly!" The concept of flying brightened Selina's spirits. Everything about the thrill of the broom made her day whatever kind of day she was having. Sometimes Selina thought she was only ever alive when she was in the air, the wind dancing through her red hair. If she thought about it she could feel the tickle of the wind behind her ears and at playing at her cheeks. She could be in that place forever...

Remembering where she was Selina looked up at Kyle and said, "Yeah, we should definitely go for a fly."

Then she was introduced to this Matt figure and Selina waved. "Hello, Matt. Selina Skylar."

All the comments that Raven had made were rushing though Matt's head as Kyle spoke, he still didn't understand his cousin's whole plan with trying to "helpfully" provide commentary for every little thing but it was just really more annoying than anything. "Ah it's not that awkward, things like this happened all the time at my old school so I'm pretty much used to it." So as long as there weren't going to be makeovers involved, everything would be okay.

"They're good, I spent some time back home in Los Angeles; it definitely was good to go back cause I got to catch up with some old friends from Firethorne Academy. Yeah Raven's visiting, she got in a couple days ago and now wants to escort me around Diagon Alley; apparently she believes that I can't go by myself even though I'm 15 years old." At least he could figure out someway to escape, since there was still the meeting he had with TJ and of course Raven had to be apart of that for a reason.

Simon hadn't expected such a formal invitation, having figured the vocal one shared at the ice cream shoppe was good enough. One had just needed an address and the card delivered by owl certainly supplied that. He unconsciously smiled at the thought of seeing Kyle again, the expression slightly faltering as he caught himself feeling a little ackward.

Appearing before the estate, Simon glanced around before walking closer. His eyebrow raised slightly as he noticed what appeared to be a small gathering of people roughly his age lingering at the front porch. "Um...Hi," he greeted with a polite smile as he got closer to them. The Gryffindor not very familiar with anyone other then the Ravenclaw seventh year that was their host and Selina.

"Definitely putting flying of the agenda," Kyle smiled happily over to Selina. She was happy at least that Matt had met some new people too since well, it would be nice meeting and making new friends especially for the once oh-so-shy Kyle.

"Oh I'm really glad you got to go back home and catch up with people from LA" Kyle smiled over to him happily she was actually glad he'd met up with old friends. She had to do that some time meet up with Adelaide and Jean-Paul Thomas they were very sweet people. And she missed them dearly.

"Well then you'll have to introduce Miss Raven to some of your new friends who can protect you and keep toy safe so you don't feel ostracized all the time no?" She offered chuckling slightly. Not sure how Raven would react to her.

When Kyle heard a familiar voice she glanced over and felt herself smile. The feeling of butterflies in her stomach that was getting more and more familiar came once more as she saw him. "Hi Simon you know Selina of course," she smiled, putting her hand on the other Gryffindor who was there, "and this is Caroline Scott, and Matt Stevenson" she smiled introducing him to the other people in the group. Her cheeks flushing as she realized he might get the wrong picture what with her hand on Matt's shoulder and all, quickly she moved it leaving it almost dangling by the hem of her shirt.

"Selina and I were talking about trying out our new brooms if you want to have a go? We've got extras if you want" she smiled, including ones she had made and not yet tested out. She kept smiling the color in her cheeks rising as he walked over.

Hannah Felt left out she was very sad that people didn't notice her.She walk into the kitchen,Then sat down and ate ice cream her favorite Chocolate frog.She Knew Her Mom was bust talking to Ali her Mother's look alike.She finish her ice cream and made a mocha latte,Then she sat down and read a inuyasha book 5.

"Hey, Hannah!" She smiled when she scene her Cousin. Her mother? Why would she want her mother to come with her to a friends house. "She's at her new husband's home. She is living with him there now. I can send her an Owl and let her know her brother is here." She wrote the letter for her mother, and sent it off with Snowball.

Caroline smiled. She was so glad that she came over to Kyle's she was alone at her house for the past week and was pretty bored. "Yours is very nice as well. Hey, hang on, You're cousins too?" Hannah was Caroline's cousin and it would be so cool if Kyle and Caroline were cousins or fun if they were at least distant cousins.

Caroline smiled at the other girl who came around the same time as her. "Hi. I'm Caroline. Caroline Scott." She put her hand out to shake the girls hand, she had seen the girl around at school but didn't know who she was. Just that she played Quidditch for Gryffindor. Wonder how Caroline noticed her on the team.


Caroline smiled as more people showed up. She liked meeting friends of friends. There was a Slytherin who she felt like she should know, but she didn't quite remember meeting or seeing him in the common room, which was where she spent a good bit of her time a school. "Hey, I'm Caroline Scott."

Then a another Gryffindor, She had seen him around before, it seen like since she met Carter and started dating him she knew the other player on the team by sight and not formally. She noticed the change of Kyle's acting at the arrival of the gryffindor boy. She would have to have a girl chat with her later. She had a feeling that someone had a crush on a Gryffindor. "Hey, I'm Caroline. Caroline Scott." She nodded to him.

She heard broom and her ear pecked up. "Flying? I'm totally in." She laughed. Any chance to fly made her happy. That's pretty much why she flew here. She needed the extra flying practice since she was finally trying out for quidditch when school started back.
