Haii ya'll! I'm Lydiaaaa, and I have no idea what number this is in my (short) list of RP's. I haven't done one in a while, so I hope you like it!
The Plot Dun dun dun...
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has always been known for it's hospitality towards students from other schools, and sometimes even other species! But what if this year, they accepted students from other series? That's right, I'm talking demigods, mutants, shadow hunters and various other creatures at the famed British school. But they all have to be coming for a reason, right? Right! This year, the headmistress has decided to host a competition on the school's grounds. Like the Tri-Wizard Tournament, but more dangerous and absolutely no fame whatsoever . The new arrivals have about a month or two to settle in before the names are picked and the games begin. What will happen to these poor souls? You decide.
Alright, so I'm looking for made-ups only, but if you simply MUST have a canon character, than so be it. Also, contestants must be at least 14 to be able to participate in the tournament. There will be more witches and wizards than the others since... you know... it's at Hogwarts

Personality
Selena is very feisty and happy, and she's a girl who knows what she wants. She loves to compete against others, but sometimes let's her competitiveness get in the way of following rules and playing fair. She's a very good strategist, and is almost always prepared with a plan for anything, be it studying time in the library, or the perfect moment to snatch some snacks from the kitchen. Selena also loves sports, despite her petite form, and has been told she'd quite good as keeper during flying class. She isn't on the team, but she'd like to continue playing as she gets older. Selena isn't much of a flirt, she prefers to see boys as her best friends and teammates rather than her possible love interests. Selena also loves talking, especially to new people. She's probably more excited than anyone that all these new students are joining the school this year, even if she might be fighting them in the competition.
History
Selena was brought up in a middle-class, normal family. Well, apart from the fact that both her and her brother were taught both magical and muggle schooling at a young age. Other than that it was muggle schooling up till age 11, then off to Hogwarts. Selena was always more of a social-butterfly than her brother, and made many close friends quickly. Now that it's her seventh year, she still holds almost all of those friendships close to her still.

Gemma Lily Cross, learn the name and who she is because she can be your one way ticket to success. If you want to be a famous singer or actor later on in life that is. As a child, she grew up with people who graced the magazines and she was very psyched when she met them. She was a little ball of energy, practically jumping off the walls every time her mother introduced her to another one of her clients.
Her mother was a very successful woman, she owned a record company and her parents were both well versed in the acting business. After all, old granny and grandpa had been actors themselves.
From her mother's side of the family, she gained talent. She wanted to be the best. She wanted to be the best. Always. Gemma also grew up wanting to be famous one day as well, just like the people her mom and grandparents worked with. So since she was little she started taking classes. Gemma had natural talent in both singing and dancing and no matter how proud her mother was of her, she always had to be better. Every time Gemma thought she was great, her mother was sure to assure her otherwise causing Gemma to have a bit of a low self-esteem around her mom.
Then Gemma's father owned a chain of Quidditch stores around the world as well as some other bakeries. Gemma's father was always busy managing though, so Gemma never saw much of him. When Gemma did see her father, he would dismiss her quickly. She was never really fond of her father who thought that a little present could fix everything. So, maybe it helped but it didn't buy her love.
Gemma's life at home was never really pleasant. She loved singing and yes, she loved dancing but she spent her vacations at home practicing. Not always by choice but because her mother made sure of it. While doing all of this she was always busy studying. Perhaps she should've been placed in Ravenclaw instead.
No matter how studious she is, she is ambitious. She wants to be perfect, she wants to be perfect so she can rub it in her parents faces. And when Gemma leaves them, she knows they will regret it. Once she's famous that is. Gemma may come off as sweet but she has quite a bite, especially when she's not in a good mood. Without her morning coffee, let's just say Gemma isn't exactly the best person to be around.
And don't try to pull anything on her. Once she finds out, you'll be dead. And you'll regret it, if you have the chance to that is.
Gemma is also that girl that most people take advantage of. She's rich, she's blonde so they think she's dumb. But they're wrong and she's dumped enough guys to finally realize who actually likes her. Or at least, she thinks she does but time after time she keeps calling herself stupid for ever liking that git.
Oh life was a bit of a mess for Miss Gemma, but it wasn't like she was going to go confessing this to anyone. Please, she's too full of her pride.

Lavender was born and riased in the Seam, the poorest place in District 12. But that didn't bother her. What bothered her was the fact that her mother never seemed to be well enough to take care of her. From a young age Lavender was forced to take care of herself. She learned how to cook and hunt, though hunting was against the laws.
Many times Lavender asked her mother about her father but her mother never answered the question. Usually she got angry, either hitting or throwing something at Lavender, and locked herself in her room. One time her mother had thrown a vase, which hit Lavender's eye causing it to bleed...A LOT. To which her mother said not to get any blood on the floor and went away to her room, leaving four year old Lavender alone once again. Lavender went to a healer and the healer tried there best, but now Lav is partly blind in one eye. As she walked home from the healer's house she found a younger child. The child didn't seem to have any home so Lavender brought her home with her (almost like a lost puppy). Lavender helped the girl wash herself and gave her food, by that point Lavender had gotten attatched to the blonde haired girl. Lavender decided she wanted to keep the girl and even named her. The name she picked? Ivy, meaning friendship.
Lavender took care of Ivy like a mother but when they were on the streets she called Ivy her sister. Though Lavender knew it would be better to teach Ivy how to hunt, she decided against it.

This year, the headmistress has decided to host a competition on the school's grounds. Like the Tri-Wizard Tournament, but more dangerous and absolutely no fame whatsoever . 
Also, contestants must be at least 14 to be able to participate in the tournament. There will be more witches and wizards than the others since... you know... it's at Hogwarts
