It all started when silly grandfathers make a promise between themselves. Attor Malfoy has been good friends with Gavin Weasley back in the days. Gavin has mostly helped Attor in the most unconditional way and Attor has always thought of Gavin as a best friend. So as a debt of gratitude they both swore that their first grandchild will marry each other. Somehow at that time, they didn’t think of it to work but apparently it did.
Attor Malfoy died when his son Seth Lucas Malfoy was married to Anastasia Flint. A few years later, he discovered his father’s will. It was stated:

As my last wish, I would like my grandson to marry Gavin Weasley’s 1st child. That is perhaps, my only way of thanking him. If you do not do so, I am oblige not to give my grandson ANYTHING even the silverware at the manor.
Seth Malfoy knew that his father’s camaraderie with Gavin has always been tight. Thus, he is agreeing to his father’s last wish in the statement.
What happens now?
Years later Seth’s son is a sixth year at Hogwarts and so was Mr. Weasley’s daughter. They (the children) both know nothing about their grandfathers and especially nothing about the silly promise they made. Claire and Nathan hate each other because (1) Nathan accused Claire for spilling the potion on his clothes purposely and (2) Claire hates him, A LOT.
ONE DAY…
Claire’s family suddenly went bankrupt. They’re already poor as it is and her father has been stupid enough to gamble the money they have left. On the other side of the story, Seth is already planning in his son’s marriage. Seth Malfoy has been locating the Weasleys for so long that the moment their house elf saw Harold Weasley, Seth approached him immediately and talked about their fathers. Luckily for him, Harold knew about his father and his wish for his daughter to marry Attor’s grandson.
So what happens next???

Claire Weasley- a 6th year Ravenclaw at Hogwarts. Claire has been hard working and smart her whole life that being in a relationship is never a priority of hers. She very much thinks more mature than her age and she always think things before doing anything.
Nathan Scorpius Malfoy- arrogant, self-centered Slytherin. If vanity has a synonym it would be Nathan. Nathan Malfoy is the school’s number 1 elite. He takes pride in his blood heritage, his looks and his wealth.
Luther Dolohov- the son of the Ministry for Magic. He is friends with Nathan Malfoy and is in the same house as Claire Weasley.
Thomas Black- is also one of the son and grandson of the elite in the Wizarding world in London. He is the cousin of Victoria Black.
Edward Browning- is the son of a wizard who is an inventor. Not many know about his background and family besides the fact that they are filthy rich. Edward is very smart as well. He mostly insult people whom he thinks is stupid.
Alyssa Cartwright is one of Claire’s best friends. She is tall and pretty, she likes Edward Browning ever since they were in the first year but Edward doesn’t seem to notice her EVER.
Rachel Miller is another friend of Claire. She is the smartest of the 3 and has been always saving Claire against Nathan and his friends.
Seth Lucas Malfoy- is the father of Nathan Scorpius Malfoy. Anastasia Flint Malfoy- is the mother of Nathan Scorpius Malfoy
Harold Weasley is the father of Claire Weasley. Lucy Spinnet Weasley is the mother of Claire Weasley.
Lucas Malfoy is a transferee at Hogwarts during their 6th year. He came originally at Durmstrang Institute. He is sorted into the Gryffindor house. The first person to approach him nicely is Claire Weasley, that’s why Nathan bullies him and of course, because he is probably the only Malfoy to be sorted under Gryffindor.
Victoria Helen Black is Nathan’s ex girlfriend. She always play hard to get towards him because she knows that Nathan very much like her but after knowing that Nathan and Claire will be marrying each other, she plots some scheme to destroy Claire. She is the cousin of Thomas Black.

Rachel is the daughter of an ex-supermodel and an uptight Auror. Her family's not rich, yet not poor. Rachel grew up happy without a care in the world, following in her big sister's footsteps. As a little girl she believed in fairy tails, but they were just fairy tails to her since she had no idea magic was real.
She first learned of magic when her sister reached 10. Her sister recieved a letter from Hogwarts, which she declined, as she was going to Beauxbatons. Rachel was happy for her sister but she couldn't help but feel lonely when her sister left. While her sister was away they (the family) barely heard a word from her.
After four years of waiting to go to school, Rachel finally got her letter to Hogwarts. She was excited, nervous and glad her sister had taught her during the summers. One the train ride to Hogwarts she meet her two best friends, Claire and Alyssa. Rachel may seem quite and shy but she's not. She's not afraid to speak her mind but she does think logicaly. Rach is a quick thinker but even if it's quick it's well thought out and planned. Some people seem to believe that Alyssa is quite an idiot at times. She's not stupid, or an airhead. As a matter of fact, she's very smart, she just doesn't enjoy being so serious all the time. She loves life and enjoys every aspect of it. Alyssa believes that everything happens for a reason, no matter how much it hurts, so you'll have to embrace it and love yourself - flaws and all. Alyssa never quite seems to be down or out of energy. She's a little ball of fire, though she has toned down considerably since her first year, she is still bouncing off the walls and giggling even when things aren't funny. Sometimes you just can't figure out whether she's smiling because she thinks you're interesting or if it's because she's lost in her wonderland, once again, but it doesn't matter. She probably likes you.

Her mother's always told her not to speak to strangers, seeing as her daughter seemed to enjoy doing so, but Alyssa never seems to hear it. Or perhaps she does but she chooses to ignore it. A major flaw with Alyssa is how she easily trusts someone. It hurts a lot when the person she trusts betrays her. Alyssa is always Miss Optimistic, looking for the good in everyone even when it doesn't exist. Alyssa says "In a heart there's always a shred of good, even if it's a little grain of it, you just need a powerful enough magnifying glass to find it!" And she has full intentions of being said "magnifying glass". She hopes that one day everyone will live in a peaceful world, happy and unafraid... What a naive child.

Friends are important to Alyssa and she doesn't know where she'd be without them. Yes, everyone is their sparkling individual but it was useless shining on your own. It was like saying a girl would prefer to get a charm bracelet with one charm on it rather than a dozen. That was just ridiculous. Alyssa will always stand by her friends, she thinks that a good friendship is like a diamond, a ten on the hardness scale. She is ridiculously loyal and would lie for her friends (even if she wasn't the greatest liar...) and most of all, she hopes her friends will stay by her side when needed.

Alyssa tends to blush quite often when caught in an awkward situation or talking to a cute guy. She's known to stutter in that occasion and despite her pretty appearance, she is quite insecure when it comes to being judged by people other than friends. All happy people have flaws, just like how the worst people can have a shred of goodness. Alyssa's main point is probably how shy she can get around some people she feels intimidated by; most of the times it's the opposite gender but sometimes there are some pretty intimidating females... not the professors of course, Alyssa seems to think that the professors are quite lovely. How odd of her...

Being the son of the minister of Magic, one would expect Luther to be one of the bragging sorts, flaunting off the fact that his daddy's in charge. Personality: A serial prankster and one who doesn't think before acting, Richard can be quite annoying sometimes but that’s only one part of his personality. Rachel is the daughter of an ex-supermodel and an uptight Auror. Her family's not rich, yet not poor. Rachel grew up happy without a care in the world, following in her big sister's footsteps. As a little girl she believed in fairy tails, but they were just fairy tails to her since she had no idea magic was real.
She first learned of magic when her sister reached 10. Her sister recieved a letter from Hogwarts, which she declined, as she was going to Beauxbatons. Rachel was happy for her sister but she couldn't help but feel lonely when her sister left. While her sister was away they (the family) barely heard a word from her.
After four years of waiting to go to school, Rachel finally got her letter to Hogwarts. She was excited, nervous and glad her sister had taught her during the summers. One the train ride to Hogwarts she meet her two best friends, Claire and Alyssa. Her and Claire were sorted into the same house, Ravenclaw, while Alyssa was sorted into Hufflepuff but they remained the best of friends.
Rachel may seem quite and shy but she's not. She's not afraid to speak her mind but she does think logicaly. Rach is a quick thinker but even if it's quick it's well thought out and planned. She is usually the one that save Claire from making an idiot of herself in front of Nathan and his friends. Most of the time Rachel is reading or studying for O.W.L.s

Hufflepuff-in’ Her Way Through Life

Some people seem to believe that Alyssa is quite an idiot at times. She's not stupid, or an airhead. As a matter of fact, she's very smart, she just doesn't enjoy being so serious all the time. She loves life and enjoys every aspect of it. Alyssa believes that everything happens for a reason, no matter how much it hurts, so you'll have to embrace it and love yourself - flaws and all. Alyssa never quite seems to be down or out of energy. She's a little ball of fire, though she has toned down considerably since her first year, she is still bouncing off the walls and giggling even when things aren't funny. Sometimes you just can't figure out whether she's smiling because she thinks you're interesting or if it's because she's lost in her wonderland, once again, but it doesn't matter. She probably likes you.
"Why do you trust me? You don't even know me..."
"It doesn't matter, everyone has a little shred of good in them..."
Her mother's always told her not to speak to strangers, seeing as her daughter seemed to enjoy doing so, but Alyssa never seems to hear it. Or perhaps she does but she chooses to ignore it. A major flaw with Alyssa is how she easily trusts someone. It hurts a lot when the person she trusts betrays her. Alyssa is always Miss Optimistic, looking for the good in everyone even when it doesn't exist. Alyssa says "In a heart there's always a shred of good, even if it's a little grain of it, you just need a powerful enough magnifying glass to find it!" And she has full intentions of being said "magnifying glass". She hopes that one day everyone will live in a peaceful world, happy and unafraid... What a naive child.
"I'll always be there for you, that's what friends are for, right?"
Friends are important to Alyssa and she doesn't know where she'd be without them. Yes, everyone is their sparkling individual but it was useless shining on your own. It was like saying a girl would prefer to get a charm bracelet with one charm on it rather than a dozen. That was just ridiculous. Alyssa will always stand by her friends, she thinks that a good friendship is like a diamond, a ten on the hardness scale. She is ridiculously loyal and would lie for her friends (even if she wasn't the greatest liar...) and most of all, she hopes her friends will stay by her side when needed.
"Wh-what? I'm not blushing!! I'm just... uhm... new makeup...?"
Alyssa tends to blush quite often when caught in an awkward situation or talking to a cute guy. She's known to stutter in that occasion and despite her pretty appearance, she is quite insecure when it comes to being judged by people other than friends. All happy people have flaws, just like how the worst people can have a shred of goodness. Alyssa's main point is probably how shy she can get around some people she feels intimidated by; most of the times it's the opposite gender but sometimes there are some pretty intimidating females... not the professors of course, Alyssa seems to think that the professors are quite lovely. How odd of her...
"SMILE, because there is always someone worse off than you. It's mean to the unfortunate but you should always look on the brighter side!"
And so I present to you... the ever so cheerful, optimistic, helpful, loyal, stammering Hufflepuff - Alyssa Cartwright.
Random Tidbits that No One Really Needs to Know. {★} She has a massive crush on Edward Browning but he doesn't notice her and she doesn't have the courage to speak to him... for more than one reason. {★} She secretly enjoys photography... especially candid photos of people. But Alyssa is no stalker. She'll probably reveal herself to someone later. {★} Alyssa has a diary that she writes in every night that's kept under her bed's mattress; she finds it useful to record data down. {★} Alyssa isn't the richest girl, but she isn't the poorest either. She doesn't care about money and believes that she should work hard to get what she wants... but once (when she was 5) she took a stuffed animal from the store home without paying for it, in her defense... she was five and no one told her she couldn't... or stopped her. Alyssa does feel slightly guilty about it now. {★} She wishes her patronus was a badger or a turtle... but not the tiny turtles... like the BIG ones.

Nathan Malfoy. Born into wealth and pride, never had to work for anything in his life. Nathan is used to things being handed to him and making way through life with his money and looks. Being the only child was great. He never wanted or desired a younger siblings. (They would just get in the way of Nathan earning all his parents money.)
Nathan was sent to Hogwarts were he, of course, was sorted into Slytherin. He quickly became number one in Slytherin House by the end of his first year. Over the course of his school year's Nate has reached elite status. Due to his looks, blood status and money Nathan has several "friends" and he can have just about any girl.
