Hello everyone! I'm Thalia and this happens to be my....5th RP maybe? Possibly 6th? Anyway, most of them usually lead to inactivation and I happen to have a lot of faith in this one. So yeah, onto the plot.
Plot: Every year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy there's an annual week of commemoration dedicated to the battle of which Voldemort was destroyed and defeated. Important and legendary figures including, the Golden Trio and Order of the Phoenix members still living, are usually guest speakers at this HUGE event. People invited? The entire wizarding world. That sort of explains the reason of why this event is a whole week.
James Sirius Potter. Child of Harry and Ginny Potter. Sibling to Lily and Albus Potter. The boy resembles his grandfather in every possible way; looks and personality alike. The one thing that the prankster has always held jealousy toward is the relationship Albus has with their father. Maybe it's just him, but he's always felt like he was less important to Harry. 'Oh Al congrats on your marks', 'Oh Al way to make seeker', 'Oh Al your patronus is brilliant', 'Oh Al, Oh Al, OH AL'. James can't bloody take it any longer! He's decided that at this commemoration he's going to make his dad notice him one way or another.
Even if it means pulling the biggest prank in his history of pranking.
Roselina Ginvera Weasley has problems of her own too. Scorpius has informed her on his mum and dad's appearance on the last night of the commemoration, which also happens to be the ball. Umm...okay so maybe Scorpius hadn't told her it in a nice way. More like a threatening way. She's freaking out though that her and Scorpius are going to get in some type of argument, probably over something seriously stupid, and go at it. Then that will most likely lead to her dad yelling at his dad and who knows what could happen from there. Rose's biggest problem is that there may be a tiny chance she actually likes the infuriating boy. Who also happens to be her best friend's friend.
Oh and did she forget to add Lily has an enormous crush on him?

Hahah so there's the basic plot of the story, but everyone has free rein to choose what they want their character's plot to boil down to in the end. All I'm asking is that James does do something huge and Ron and Draco do get into some kind of brawl. That is it. Oh and this whole RP is going to take place over the span of 2 days for them, starting the day of the Ball.

-Rose might have a feelings for Scorpius.
-And the same goes for Scorpius.

He grew up fairly well except for an incident that happened when he was five that involved a centaur but he'll tell you about that if he feels like it. Of course he had quite a lonely up bringing considering that a) he was an only child and b) his Grandfather wouldn't let him interact with anyone with anyone who wasn't pureblood much to the annoyance of his father. He was home-schooled by his Grandmother Malfoy who died at the end of his second year at Hogwarts which upset him quite a bit so he refused to go to the funeral and ended up punching his Grandfather Malfoy who didn't seem to be at all affected by the death of his wife, Scorpius' father told him this was because he had seen many other people die.
Something a little more interesting occurred in his third year, the arrival of Lily Luna Potter, his best friend's (Albus) sister. Now Scorpius had met her briefly on the platform in his second year when he was looking for Albus and that had scared him enough. As soon as she came to Hogwarts Scorpius was basically stalked by the little ginger. It became more likely for him to study in the common room than the library with Al and his-definitely-not-girlfriend Rose Weasley. Hugo Weasley is another of his problems at Hogwarts, let's just say the two don't get along for some unknown reason. Scorpius' mother suspects it's the influence of both Ronald Weasley and Draco Malfoy on their sons.
oh yes and he may or may not have a crush on Rose Weasley but is too scared to ask her out because he's completely frightened of Lily

Alice Longbottom was born to Hannah and Neville Longbottom. Her mum was the landlady of the Leaky Cauldron while her dad taught Herbology at Hogwarts. Alice grew up in a little fame considering the role her dad took part at Hogwarts in his seventh year. She has always aspired to be brave and courageous like him even though she isn't a Gryffindor.
Alice wasn't at all surprised when she got her letter inviting her to Hogwarts at 11. She was excited to finally be going. Alice was sorted into Hufflepuff. Both Nevulle and Hannah were surprised, they thought she would be in Gryffindor like her dad rather than Hufflepuff like her mum.
Alice took to flying when she entered Hogwarts. Unlike her dad she was very good. In her first year she decided to try out for the Quidditch team. She made it as the seeker. She is very petitely built, only 5'3 1/2" at age 15, so that made it easier for her. And shh don't tell, in Alices second year she kissed the first year Hugo Weasley.

Personality
To describe Hugo....well most people would rather not think about it. He finds everything interesting. He's very bouncy and full of energy. The kid loves his video games Grandma and Granddad Granger get him for birthdays and other special occasions. He loves pulling pranks and to annoy his sister. He's not the most coordinated and usually trips down their stairs or spills something. Usually he'll go snooping in attics of family to find interesting relics. Like once he found this book on how to make paper airplanes and made like 40 of them and then found another book on how to charm them. Yeah.....Rose wasn't too happy when they all hit her head on. Mum loves to ground him. He knows it. Surprisingly enough though, he has a fondness for reading. He has a passion for learning new things.
History
Hugo was born on the 13th of May to Hermione and Ronald Weasley. Let's just say it will never be a day anyone in the family will forget for a LONG time. The whole family along with friends were there for a nice get together when suddenly Hermione went into labor. Hugo Arthur Weasley, 8 lbs. and 13'' was born in the living room of the Burrow. It's sort of awkward when one of his family members start with that story when he's in the living room.
Besides that though, he's broken 15 bones, including his head and has a tendency to accidentally cause injury to himself or others. Ever since he was little he LOVED Quidditch. Ron would always take Rose and him to see games. Unfortunately there's that fact that he can't play Quidditch to save his life. So for now he'll just be Gryffindor's number 1 fan. You should see him on game day. He's ready.
Concerning his friends, he's always been particularly close with Lily and the two would always get into mishaps together. They've been partners in crime. He's the braver of the two and always has to go in the dusty spots with lots of spiders. He and his other cousins like Fred and James have a good go too. But he's always sort of left out since he is younger. Lysander and Lorcan Scamander are pretty much considered brother's to him. The one's he never got unfortunately.
At school, he isn't particularly bright, but has that fire in him to try as best as he can. It's hard for him. Along with that he has dyslexia so he mixes up his numbers and letters. He has a lot of friends from school and he'll usually hang around with them an their posse. They started a soccer club as extra credit for muggle studies and that's been a blast! One of the people he can't stand like AT ALL, is Scorpius freakin Malfoy. Scorpius knows that too and Hugo seriously doesn't have a problem about it. Recently though he's began to get this weird feeling inside him every time he see's Alice. He smiles a lot around her and his ears turn red when she giggles at something dumb he did. Albus was as shocked as everyone else when the sorting hat placed him in Slytherin. He was afraid of this, mostly because he was afraid his father would be disappointed. Mostly everything he does is to please his father. Once he heard his dad's reaction, he was thrilled, actually. It seemed odd that he was placed in Slytherin instead of his brother since his brother James is such a big prankster, but Albus began to see this as a strength.
Albus is very bright and definitely has a temper. He is very good at getting what he wants, but is not at all as outgoing as his older brother. He cares very much about his family and friends. He mostly takes after his father in appearance, but his mother in personality. He tries to be very tough on the outside, but mostly just wants to please people. He doesn't like talking about his emotions, but is actually quite sensitive.
He was upset when his best friend, Rose, was sorted into Gryffindor like all of his friends. He still hangs out with them, and is not a Slytherin who simply sticks with his own house. He did, however, become very close to Scorpius, and the two make a very good match.
He was thrilled when he made Seeker for Slytherin, as that is another thing he has in common with his father.

Before entering Hogwarts, Ginny was a very shy girl. She had a crush on her brother's best friend Harry right from the start. Being the only girl in the family (besides her mum of course) she had to learn to be tough right from the start, since her brothers would always play jokes on her.
Ginny does not like to talk about her feelings, but she is quite sensitive. She proved very vulnerable when Tom Riddle's diary fell into her hands, and ever since then she has been determined to redeem herself, since she is rather embarrassed about this weakness.
She has had to always get used to being the youngest, and was treated like a baby for far too long, if you ask her. She is very independent and stands up for what she believes in. Ginny is very mature and tough, although she has a lot of love to share with her friends and family.
