History/Personality:

Severus Snape was born in quite a poor part of Cokesworth, England. He and his family resided in a small house on Spinner's End Street. He was the first to be born and the last seeing as he never had any siblings. The question often passed through his mind when he was growing up as to whether or not he came onto this Earth as a mistake. It was likely seeing as neither of his parent's cared much about him. Both were rarely ever home. His dad rather neglected him by hardly ever saying a word when they were together. Severus learned to take care of himself, although he did a very poor job at it. He didn't have many clothes and would often wear his dad's and occasionally his mum's. Since his family didn't have much money, he'd have to skip meals sometimes and there would be days without a bath.

One thing he actually enjoyed doing in his life as a kid was going to the playground to watch Lily Evans do 'magical-like' things. He would sit behind the bushes for hours, listening to what her and her sister Petunia had to say. Petunia always irritated and irked him with her know-it-all comments and threatening to tattle on Lily. It had taken a lot of courage to make himself known to the red haired beauty. He hadn't really ever talked to kid's his own age. Most of them were scared of him or disgusted, but there was something about Lily that was different.

After the girl had gotten over herself about how he had accidentally insulted her, the two got to know each other more, and he soon noticed that she was his best and only friend. He liked explaining magic and the wizarding world to her. She made him blush unknowingly with her questions. Severus didn't feel as alone in this world when he was with her and he always had this unexplainable longing to never let the feeling disappear. Yet there were times where he would unintentionally insult her.

When school started, he was thrilled to leave his worthless father, and spend everyday learning. Along with the thought of getting to see Lily everyday. Things didn't begin so great on the train his first year. There he meant the two boy's he would loathe for the rest of his life. Those two boy's happening to be Sirius Black and James Potter. Both of whom started his damn nickname: Snivellus. He was glad to be put into Slytherin when he got to school, but disappointed Lily was sorted into Gryffindor. He quickly became friends with Dominic Mulciber and Harrison Avery who were only a year ahead of him. They both meddled with dark magic and objects of which Severus found fascinating. And a way to stop James and Sirius's torturing.

Unless he's around Lily or his friend's, he's usually seen as unpleasant. Severus is very reserved and only few people know what he actually thinks. It's not that hard to get him angry though, and when he is, he lashes out. His best subject is potions and enjoys the praise he gets from Professor Slughorn.

Whatnot:

Sirius is what you call, a ladies man. I mean, with that HOT head of hair how can you not love him? But then again, maybe being best friends with the seeker on the Gryffindor Quidditch team and being on the Quidditch team himself may have something to do with it. Though Sirius just thinks it's his dashing good looks. He's a fairly friendly person anyway, just somewhat obnoxious. Very loyal as well to those he considers friends.

His early life was extremely boring, except for the occasional prank he would pull on his house elf Kreacher. His brother, Regulus, was always the favored one out of the two. Mainly because his brother showed interest in such things as the Dark Arts and Sirius was much more excited by things like Quidditch and really not much else besides food. His mother was absolutely wretched to him and he relied greatly on his father's approval but with his mother around it was hard for anyone to voice their opinion. The very hour that he got his letter to Hogwarts he had his bag packed and ready to go, though over the weeks he had to wait he unpacked and repacked several times. When he turned up on the platform he didn't even say a proper goodbye to his family (apart from Regulus anyway) it was just like "'KAY BYE" and he ran onto the train. Like a mad man, and he probably looked it with his hair flying everywhere. His mother had been forbidden to TOUCH his hair for a week before he boarded the train.

It was obvious the moment he met James Potter that they were going to be best friends and it's a good thing they were because soon enough he was sorted into Gryffindor the very thing his mother feared. Not only that, his parents were soon getting letters home every week saying that Sirius had blown up something or other. Soon enough two more joined the dream team. Remus Lupin and Peter Petigrew. Now lets get one thing clear, Sirius liked Remus and he did not like Peter there are two reasons he puts up with him a) so he has someone to carry his books if the need may appear b) Peter can't take a hint. AS FOR THE LADIES, well Sirius has his eyes on basically all of them you could say, except Lily because she's more like an annoying sister than someone he would date. Also both James and Snivellus would kill him if he started going after Lily AS WELL. Seriously

Alice Thompson was born into a very high ranking Muggle family. Her father owns a business and her mother is a lawyer. Growing up was hard for Alice. Her parents were never around and she was forced to stay indoors. Alice was born two months early, causing her body to be very weak. She was often sick and never allowed out of her home.

Alice never had many friends due to her condition but she had her brother, her maid and, of course, her kitten. Alice and her brother get along very well. Gilbert is always taking care of Alice and her loves her dearly. Since their parents were never around, Gil sorta became Alice's father. On days when she was feeling better, Gil would take her horse back riding. Alice loved the way she felt when she was riding and the way the wind blew through her hair.

As she grew older Alice became somewhat defiant agaisnt her parents and the servents. She began to stop taking her medicine that was supposed to help her get better and she went outside more with her brother.

At age 10 she got her letter to Hogwarts. Alice loved the fact of going to a boarding school where she would learn magic. One the train she meet Lily Evans and her friend Mary. She also meet the four boys that would soon be known throught the school. Meeting them is what started her little fangirl crush on Remus Lupin. Alice was sorted into Ravenclaw, which she loves very much. Though she has gotten better Alice is required to see the school nurse once a month for checkups.

Alice is very curious. Due to her curiousty she has often found herself in some pretty awkward situations. When she's not reading Alice is most likely day dreaming. Alice is very easily lost in her own thoughts and in doing so she often runs into things/people. People portray Alice as a clutz and a ditz, which is kinda true, but not really. She is very easily embarrassed and blushes often.

History:
Peter was born to Polly and George Pettigrew on a quiet day in April, quite expected and not at all a surprise. He rather squeaked than cried, if anything, and his parents tried to keep him away from the rustle and bustle of the world as much as possible. He was constantly spoiled by his parents, always giving him food when he wanted, but he wasn’t a spoiled brat. Peter had a comfortable upbringing and was a very happy child.

When he arrived at Hogwarts, he was very shy and very unconfident because he had virtually no child interaction with other children, his parents keeping him at home most of the time. He was scared, and then he saw two boys who looked as if they ran the school, James Potter and Sirius Black, followed by a more mature looking boy, Remus Lupin. Peter overcame his fears, and introduced himself. For some reason, beyond even what Peter knows, they befriended him. He liked them because, well, otherwise, he would probably be a lose. The boys also had a knack for making him feel not completely useless, like his Professor McGonnagal did.

He was horrible at school work, and his intelligence was thin to none. But he had that good heart, and besides the fact that he followed around the fellow Marauders like a puppy, he was easy to get along with. He is often shy with new people, but once he knows that person he opens up. Without his friends around, however, he is often scared and shy and very withdrawn. He only likes to interact with others if James, Sirius, or Remus are around.

Personality:
He is extremely shy, virtually no intelligence, sweet on the inside, and a coward. No pretending that he’s not, because he is. He is so insecure about himself, and this could be ascribed to his physical appearance. He would like to think himself loyal to his friends, but deep down(and this isn’t something that {Peter will even admit to himself) he knows that if another group came along and were more popular than James, Sirius, and Remus, he would attempt to latch onto them. But Peter tries to be as loyal as possible to his current posse. Not his posse, he would probably call it James’ posse. He wish he were less cowardly, but there is nothing he can truly do about it.

James Potter was born into a pure-blood wizarding family of considerable wealth. Both his parents are elderly, even by wizarding standards. James, being the only child, allowed his parents to pamper him. Growing up was anything but hard for lil' James.

James first meet his best friend, Sirius Black, on the train ride to Hogwarts. The two hit it off instantly. He also meet his other two best friends along with the lovely Lily Evans and, sadly, Snivellus. The two instantly disliked each other. As second years, James, Sirius, and Peter figured out that Remus was a werewolf. Rather than abandoning him the three decided to try an become Animagi in order to accompany Remus in his transformations.James spends most of his time chasing after Evans, despite her numerous rejections.

James is a clever and talented wizard, but very mischievous. He can be arrogant and boastful, and even bullied other students on occasion, particularly his long-time rival, Severus Snape. Despite being a pure-blood, James disagrees strongly with the concept of blood purity, and is disgusted with any prejudice towards muggle-borns. He was something of an obnoxious youth for the majority of his time at school; he likes to show off and is exceptionally self-confident. He often ruffled his hair to make it even untidier, to look as though he'd just got off his broomstick.
