The Plot:
As a new start to Hogwarts, the teaching staff have decided to reorganise the living arrangements. Instead of students living with students of the same house, they will now live with students of the same year. The younger years will be situated nearer the staff, with the older students further away to give them independence. The older students live on the tallest tower, where there is a huge common room with doors leading off to small apartments for four. Two apartments right next to each other couldn't have the most different recidents.

So how do a couple of intelligent, but socially clueless Ravenclaws cope when they are housed with a Hufflepuff 'social butterfly' who lacks in the academic department?

(This is based on the show The Big Bang Theory)

Personality:Sheldon is, well, a genius. But due to being a genius he has no social skills. He is extremely smart in both Muggles and Wizard studies. He seems to have a muggle infection in the brain (OCD), but other than that he functions properly. He usually never gets distracted when he is working, but if he is your dead meat.
History: Not much is known except that he was born in London to Muggle parents who are physicists.


Now, we can start! We are gonna start with the first day back at Hogwarts, but no train ride or feast, we'll start with them getting their stuff and meeting and their roomates. Well, begin!

Sheldon walked around the tower of belongings of seventh years. He could not find his! "It must be deeper in the pile." He reaches to move a bag infront but pulls his hand away. He takes out of his robe pocket a handkerchif and moves the bag without touching it. He smiles to see his stuff right under, his owl, Albert, hooting for freedom. He moved his stuff and went through the bustling crowd to find an empty room. Sheldon was suprised that there was one so he put his stuff near a couch in the main living room. He moved over to the door to see out into the common room and frowned. Someone would have to live with him, sadly. He went and found a book to read.

Penny pushed her hair from her face out of frustration. Grabbing her trunks handle with both hands, she braced her feet on the ground and pulled. While freeing her belongings, all the other trunks fell to the ground. "Oops." She muttered, before whistling feigning innocence from the glaring students.

Wandering around the common room, Penny found an apartment which seemed empty, so she grabbed a room and dumped her trunk before jumping on her bed. She was so happy the professors had changed the rules for her final year. It would make living on her own after school so much easier.

OOC: We're in the same room, correct?

James had wandered into the room with all the belongings, and his eyes widened at the mess. He quickly whipped out his wand and thought, 'Accio!' and his trunk and tiny owl came whizzing straight toward him. 'So much easier.' he thought. Sometimes, magic was amazing. He smiled and walked around to find a room. Ah, here was an empty bed. He noted a fellow Ravenclaw and a Hufflepuff girl.
"Er, hello. I'm James Dawson." he said, trying to introduce himself. Perhaps this year he would make friends...

OOC: Well, no. I'm in Sheldon/James apartment and Penny is in her own apartment. The apartments are same gender, like in RPG Hogwarts.

Sheldon looked up from the couch in the apartment he was sitting in. He had just finished cleaning the living room area and his room, his bed properly cleaned. House elves are no good at sanitation. He really enjoyed the small living room that they had which seperated into four bed rooms. Sheldon saw James and walked over to him. "Well, welcome James Dawson. I am Sheldon Leon, Ravenclaw. I see you are from Ravenclaw too. Nice." Before he stretched out his arm to shake his hand he took out a pair of plastic gloves and put them on. He then shook James' hand. "Nice to meet you." He looked over this new person. Maybe Sheldon could scare him away. He really didn't want people in the apartment with him, but well, he didn't need for bedrooms for himself. Sheldon gave James a sincere smile. This guy doesn't know what he's getting himself into.

Rosalie didnot have the patience to search for her trunk and possessions slowly,so she simply took her wand and muttered accio and they things floated towards her.She waited till thy arrived close to her and muttered locomotor trunks to avoid carrying the heavy trunk and her owl Berry's cage.

Rose threw a few owl treats for Berry and carried her cage securely in her hand while pointing her wand at the trunk like a conductors baton till she reached the group of apartments.She peeped into the nearest apartment to see whether it is empty but to her dismay it was not empty and she recognized a hufflepuff girl whom she had seen a few times in her Transfiguration class. Rose sighed and decided to ask the girl whose name she remembered now as Penny whether she minded having Rose there.Rose extended her hand , smiled in a polite way and said,"Hi Penny..I am Rosalie, Do you mind me sharing this apartment with you?"

"Oh, er- nice to meet you, too." James responded to Sheldon. He had to admit, he found it slightly odd that Sheldon had pulled out gloves to shake his hand. Was it something he did? Did he smell bad? He had taken a shower today, and he always washed his hands. No, perhaps it was just Sheldon. James supposed he would find out as the year went on.
"Well, I've got to say, it's a relief to be rooming with a fellow Ravenclaw. I don't think I'd be able to stand it rooming with a Gryffindor. They can be so dull sometimes." James confessed. He began setting up his things around the room. He opened the cage of his wonderful young Spectacled Owl, Bandit, whom he was very fond of. Bandit was very like James in some ways, he was very anti-social, and didn't like to hang out with other owls. Bandit didn't like to roost in the Owlery with other owls, so James let him stay in the room. He hoped his roomate wouldn't mind. Bandit stretched his wings and wiggled, settling in for the day.

Penny looked up when she heard a voice. "Hey, uh..Rosalie, yeah Rosalie. Of course you can share with me." She replied, stumbling slightly to remember the girls name. Getting up off her bed, she walked over to the Ravenclaw. "So, have you picked which room you want yet?" She asked, pointing to the other three doors leading off the small lounge. Penny loved that as well as the main common room for the whole year, each apartment had it's own living space. It made it seem so much more homely. Smiling, she sat down in the armchair, instantly claiming it as her own.

Thea walked through Hogwarts until finally she got to the common room. Merlin her trunk was heavy. She walked through the girls rooms peaking in each one until she found one with someone in it. "Penny!" She said happily as she had found her friend. "I'm totally calling that room" She said pointing to one as she ran out to go get her trunk and then came back in. There was already someone else in the room too. She didn't know the girl but gave her a smile. "Hey I'm Thea" She said introducing herself. The girl looked nice enough.
