Rania Ramone Magical Education | Lifa and the Stone of Iperum Characters: Myself the RP Creators and JK.Rowling
Plot: Myself and the RP Creators
Settings: JK.Rowling and Myself "The Light of Life" Book One: Lifa and the Stone of Iperum ~Plot~ The waters of the Sea of Centra, quite hidden in the country side of England, rise and fall, pull in and push out in mighty currents. Waves clamor in like giants and thrust all who attempt a rescue to fail. On mid summer days, however, the white caps are rare and the sea is as safe as if solid. Many souls are lost to Centra's secretive currents on days like those. Sand bars reach far out and pull out from beneath the unknowing. It has been exactly four days since our main character, Noah lost his fiance to the mighty under toe. *(This particular plot takes place after the Potter Generation.)
When one travels by Floo Powder, it's hard to imagine the dimension in which one is actually traveling. However, to a certain creature, this dimension is their home; the Floo Dimension.
There is a species of Human very unknown to the Wizarding world. They are called Lifa. It is their undivided duty to transfer messages of whom died in the muggle world, and in the wizarding world. They are also given the task of protecting such clients from uncertain death. Who can become a Lifa? A Lifa is a witch or wizard who died unexpectedly. In simpler terms, they still had a purpose on the Earth. In that case, they are assigned a veteran Lifa to shadow beneath. When done, they help to protect others and work out their duty in the meantime.
The Lifa live secretive lives until one day, one of their kind makes a VERY big mistake. Bergerin, an American Lifa, was given Noah's Fiance as his client. Begerin, instead of helping the woman, Armistice, aided in her death. He was late to save her and pulled her away from Noah's arms. He was banned from the Floo Dimension and sent to watch over Noah and keep him safe to make up for his mistake. The only problem is, Noah can see him. Only other Lifa can see other Lifa. There becomes a crack in the Floo Dimension and Noah insists on seeing Armistice. Your purpose in this RPG; When the crack between dimensions happens, people are reunited with ones in the past that died or passed unexpectedly. Whether you are witch, wizard, or Lifa, you're a friend of Noah's and his group, "The Iperum Order." It's your duty to find the strayed Lifa, dark wizards causing havok, and innocent wizards and lead them back to their dimension. Or perhaps there's someone you loved that you'd like to see as well? Description of Lifa and their Duties What do Lifa look like?
Lifa are light beings. They are created almost entirely from light. Depending on their mood the color of that light can change. Lifa are extremely tall and have very lengthy legs. They have long, long limbs - arms and legs like humans, but have a very small head. They have two eyes, very tiny, and a small mouth that never appears to really move - no nose. How long do Lifa live for?
A Lifa lives for however much longer they were supposed to live in the human world. Once they reach that age, they pass on into the west, to the heavens, or wherever you believe life goes after death. Can Lifa communicate with the living?
Lifa can NOT communicate with the living like ghosts can. As far as records show, Noah is the only human that has ever seen one. If a Lifa attempts to communicate with the living, they are banned from the Floo Dimension and are stuck with their last 'client' until they both pass. ~Characters~ The cast of characters will comply of all made-ups as well as the original plot characters, Noah and Begerin. I will play as those two as to help keep the original plot line. Rania: Begerin and Noah

Rania Ramone Magical Education | Double post time. Hope you don't mind the double-lubbin'!
The RPG will start after at least four Bios are submitted. There will be an opening 'Chapter' and then the RP-ing will begin. For the more advanced RP-ing, it's my request that each bio is added with a link to that particular RP-ers past RPG experience. Thanks a billion!
This RPG, as well, is connected to the Time Turners RPG. So for those of you who participated may read similar terms. I like pulling things together through several plots. heehee

Hope this is okay! Tell me if I need to fix it! Name: Cecilia (Cissy) Nevins
Age: 23
Blood: Pureblood
Marital Status: Single
Life Status: Dead
Being Status: Lifa
Personality: Linzey was a pretty straightforward person - if you didn't agree with her, it was smart not to argue because you would have lost. She was catchy and witty and was good at putting things together when she was alive. She always tried to do the right thing, but it didn't always work. She died in a car accident on the way to her nephew's birthday party.

Oh! Exciting! She drowned as well? or ...? I'm glad to see you chose to be a Lifa. That's going to be fun! =] Thanks for the bio. Looks good to me. You can edit things once you learn more about their species. However, I would consider also having someone be a part of the Iperum Order. You'll understand once the plot gets rolling.

Hi, love the idea behind this. Reminds me slightly of the film Dogma. Anyway, if it's ok for me to join here's my bio.
Name: Edmund Crane
Age: 33
Blood status: Half Blood
Mortality status: Dead
Being Status: Lifa
Personality: A wise yet cynical Lifa. He was killed in a riot in the 80's. He wasn't part of it but was attacked as he passed by. In his life he worked as conductor on the Knight Bus. This didn't mean he wasn't very skilled at magic. He had an aptitude for Transfiguration. As a lifa for quite a while now he has had time to think about how unfair he was killed so young and this has led to his cynicism. However, he understands his role and has a redeeming humour as well as a sense of right and wrong which annoys him when he is supposed to help morally barren people.

Here's my bio. And I just wanted to get something straight. When people are Lifa, they don't age right? They stay the age that they died as. And also... is there a way to not be a Lifa anymore? Like when their 'purpose on Earth' is fulfilled? Alternate Image Name: Evangeline Lainey Nickname: Vannie, Eve POB: Waterford, Ireland DOB: June 17th DOD: September 11th (five years before current day) Wizarding Heritage: Pure-Blood Age: 25 Age If Alive: 28 Blood: Half-Blood Living Status: Dead Being Status: Lifa (strayed) Relationship Status: Single Occupation before Death: Artist Graduated School: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Previous House: Ravenclaw Strongest Subjects in School: Transfiguration, Arithmancy, Potions Weakest Subjects in School: Ancient Runes, Divination, Herbology Wand: Willow, 11 1/2 inches, core of veela hair. Appearance: +Hair - Dark brown wavy hair +Eyes - Blue with tints of gray +Build – Athletic, petite, slim +Complexion - White +Height - 5'4" Personality: Evangline is a loner and prefers it that way. She's been alone way too long to get used to the fact of having friends or lovers. Despite that, Vannie is very courteous and kind, yet holds a cool attitude towards everyone she meets. She isn't used to company so creating conversation isn't easy for her.
She's very out of link with the other Lifa and after the death of the veteran Lifa she worked under, Vannie strayed farther and farther away from the other Lifa and "The Iperum Order". What goes on never quite reaches Vannie, so she wasn't even aware of the crack between the dimension until the members of "The Imperum Order" came to tell her. When knowing of this, a part of Vannie wishes to see her dead mother.
Because of how her father had left her and her mother to die, Vannie doesn't believe in love and refuses to acknowledge its existence. She holds very strong opinions and it takes great will to change Vannie's mind once her mind is set on a certain thing. Vannie is determined to finish the things she starts and has courage that somehow she'll get throught his 'horrible nightmare'.
Evangline is independent and very stubborn. She dislikes taking ideas from others because she believes the ideas to be idiocracy, in most times they are because Vannie's usually the one to come up with the brilliant ideas. She's very smart but when it comes to socializing, friendship, and love, she knows nothing about it. Though Vannie claims she knows everything about love. That love is a loony lie to get someone to snog them. History: History isn't a subject that Vannie enjoys touching on, for it still hurts for her to think about it. She grew up in the city of Waterford, Ireland with her mother and father. Even though her parents were married, they disliked each other greatly and had no idea why they were still together. But at the time, Vannie was too young to quite comprehend the dislike the two showed each other. Later on would she learn that it was the truth of her mother's heritage that broke the couple apart.
When Vannie had grown older, around age six, her father couldn't take it any longer. He was afraid that one day his wife would kill him in his sleep or give him some potion of hers that would cause him to fall in love with her again. The man was never seen again nor does Vannie want to ever see him again. She believes that if he had loved them enough, he would've stayed.
Unhappy that her husband had left them, Vannie's mother launched into depression, never leaving her bedroom, never eating, never talking. Vannie was only six-years-old and didn't know what to do. She was an only child and had no one to look up to. The family had no money to send her to school so there were no teachers that she could possibly confide in.
It was for a month that Evangeline hadn't seen her mother. Nor heard her voice. She had become worried and wondered if her mother was still there in her bedroom. At that time, Vannie was unaware of her magical powers so she was surprised when the door suddenly opened as she became frustrated at the door for being locked. After entering that room, Vannie discovered her mother lying on the bed, dead for weeks.
After her mother's death, Evangeline was sent from orphanage to orphanage, until she wounded up at Hogwarts at age eleven, after a professor of the school had been sent for her. It was at Hogwarts that Vannie spent the rest of her time, excelling in all subjects, yet a loner all the same. She hardly made any friends, but she couldn't care less. She had been alone all her life so it didn't matter anymore.
After graduating from Hogwarts, Vannie had found something she had a passion for and no longer immersed herself in the magical world. She traveled all around Europe, visiting art museums, and creating master pieces herself. Although she wasn't as famous as Da Vinci or Van Gogh, Vannie became pretty well known. Until her horrific death that took place on September eleventh. That day, she was on the way to the library that belonged to the government of England. Vannie wanted to tell her idiot father that her mother had died and she wanted to tell him how she felt. She wished to find him through the government records and as she passed the jailhouse, coincidentally, there had been a prison break. One of the prisoners had stolen a Muggle policeman's gun and viewing Vannie as a threat, shot her in the head. Extra: Vannie has to wear glasses when she's reading. RP Samples: Uno . Dos

Rania Ramone Magical Education | Introduction Story
Noah stood before his small, oval bathroom mirror. His scruffy reflection slightly blurred for lack of cleaning the rough glass. Above his pointed nose was a long smudge of spearmint toothpaste. His expression plain. He held up a small disposable razor and grabbed an aluminum can of shaving creme from the rusty medicine cabinet. The night the rain barely sprinkled atop the small roof of 1317 North Street, Noah shaved.
With each stroke, the round, porcelain basin filled with small, brown pieces of hair. Beneath the basin, a worn wicker basket was filled with beard trimmings.
Noah reached across the small wash room towards the rag rack of the glass, shower door. He slowly wiped the remaining warm creme from his face. He dropped the rag into the sink - water dripped from the faulty, dirty faucet. He brushed his hands through his dark, greasy hair and made a simple judgment of his new look. His chin was pale and slightly cut up. He grabbed his 16' wand from the back of the toilet seat and muttered, "episky." The small spots of blood disappeared.
He left his mess in the bathroom with a great sigh and a sniffle from the cold autumn air and stepped out into the crooked hallway. The wooden floorboards needed mopped and the rugs lay a mess, crossing over and atop each other. The ceiling was low and sloped at an odd angle. Noah bent down beneath a sheer curtain and entered into a small bedroom on the left. His room was the only room in the house. Noah was the proud renter of 1317 North Street - apt. 4. He sluggishly slumped over to a small, wooden chair that looked over the road. He gulped a sad sinch of cold air and frowned sorrowfully to himself. He cast his brown eyes onto the night's rainy scene below. Noah's heart ached. The woman he loved was dead.
Four nights before the very auspicious night of which is being described, an accident happened far from the small wizarding village of Sumper - in which 1317 sat. Noah waded across his small sand bar in the sea - his legs tugged by the tide. Waves rolled up past his head and pushed him across the small patch of sand. He blew the water from his nose and wiped his reddening eyes. Vision blurred, he could see Artmisitce Saigh in the distance, her head bobbing with the waves - her face in quite a distress. Noah tred the rough caps, passing into much deeper water.
"Get on my back!" he shouted to Armistice. Her worried eyes glowed the bright reflection of the merciless sun. She flailed her arms in attempt to beat the current and climbed on top of Noah. He kicked his legs through the water, weariness coming in with the waves. Armistice panicked, her weight bore down upon Noah, pushing him into the water. He swallowed several gulps of salty sea water, losing grip of Armistice. He pushed back up, only to be dragged back down with her. He took in more water. Unbearable amounts filled his stomach and his lungs. He forced himself to the top, vomiting into the waves. Armistice clung to his arm. He swam with one through the current with her around his neck - swallowing each wave.
His lungs burned. "I can make it to shallower water," he continued, watching her helplessly tred to the sand, "I can run from there and get help." He didn't know what else to do. Without his wand he was helpless. Continuing to try and swim with Armistice would surely end in both their deaths. By the time he returned to the water, Armistice was on the bottom of the sea. She didn't have time to tell Noah she had no idea how to float on her back.
Noah sagged in the small seat recalling the evening. He set his head in his hands ruefully and teared.
"Hey!" An American accented voice called from across the room, "Hey you! What's your deal?"
Out of his peripherals, Noah could see that half of his dark room was lit with a bright, sparking blue and white light. He glared over his hunched shoulder with curiosity.
"It's not your fault," the stranger said casually.
Noah slowly stood from the chair and shook out of his sad state of mind. The person speaking was not a person - but rather a light. The being was light - with the slender shape of a petite human being, but bright, vibrant light sparked off and whirred all around.
"I mean," the creature laughed, "you fought for her."
Noah, offended, pulled his wand from his sleeve and stood aloof.
"I know you're about to ask me 20 questions," the being began, walking serenely across the room towards Noah, "... You can ask me one."
"Who are you?" Noah inquired, raising his wand as the light being plopped onto his bed.
"Oh no," the being groaned irritably, "don't ask me that! Everyone asks me that! Ask me something else."
Noah tilted his head to the creatures sense of humor, " ... erm ... what are you doing here?"
"I was banned," the creature had a very small mouth - no lips, no teeth, "I was banned from my world."
"Your world? ..." Noah paused. He hadn't imagined aliens suddenly lounging on his humble bed.
"Eh ... it's more like another dimension," the creature, a he, replied easily, "Listen kid, my name's Begerin. I'm a Lifa Spirit. It's my job to send messages back and forth from the magic world to the muggle world - as you folk call it - of deaths and life and such. Make lists of who popped out with the magic gene. You know - a Lifa Spirit." Begerin expanded his arms, expecting Noah to suddenly remember what a Lifa Spirit was.
"I don't think I follow," Noah said, nostrils flaired with confusion.
"Sorry I walked in on your self-pity parade," Begerin went on, "but this was the last place I took notes on a witch's Death. I like your place," Begerin fluffed Noah's only pillow and rested his tiny sparking head atop it, "I think I'll stay with you until I can find a way back in."
"Back in where?" Noah grabbed a silver picture frame from his home-built side table. In the sepia photograph, he and Armistice stood before the apartment building with wide grins on their faced.
"The Lifa World," Bergerin replied, kicking up his long, long legs. The bed became enveloped in massive swirls of silvery light, "well ... it's more formally known as the Floo Dimension."
"Like Floo Powder?" Noah wondered out load.
"Exactly. Where do you think you are in between one fireplace to the next?"
Noah nodded, "I never thought of that." He paused and delicately placed the frame back on the table, "How come I've never seen one of you before."
Begerin laughed, "You're not supposed to. I'm surprised you can see me."
"You're brighter than anything I've ever seen," he replied incredulously.
"Only other Lifa can see other Lifa," Begerin went on cooly.
"Does that mean I'm a Lifa?"
"No. NO way. Our species is a dying species. There are too many lives and too many deaths to account for lately. Most people have been sent straight away to the top or bottom if you know what I mean. Besides, you're not dead."
Suddenly the room was quiet except for the light pitter-patter of lonely raindrops onto the dirty window pane. Noah shifted restlessly in the wooden chair and leaned the back legs against the red paint-chipped wall. He rested the back of his head and felt his smooth chin. He hadn't shaved since Armistice told him she liked his beard.
"Listen," Begerin spoke abruptly, his light turned a pale gold, "there are a lot of people happy you tried. Even more that you at least made it back alive."
"How do you know all this? Are you ... a mind reader?" Noah questioned, turning his head to face the eerie creature.
"Occlumency," Begerin nodded his head, "Do they even still teach it at Hogwarts? ... Anyways, Armistice, like I said, she was my last client."
"I know that," Noah retorted, annoyed by the obnoxious personality of the Lifa, "You can't stay here," Noah said suddenly, shoving his wand back up the sleeve of his black sweater. He stood from the chair and lightly kicked it back against the bedroom wall.
"I have no where else to go," Begerin pleaded.
"If you haven't noticed," Noah started, pushing in dresser drawers that hung out, "I can hardly take care of myself."
"No one else can see me. Maybe you're going crazy!" The Lifa laughed and rolled off the bed.
Noah pointed the bedroom doorway, draped with a sheer curtain, "Leave. You've burdened me enough."
"I can't leave," Begerin answered smoothly, "I quite think I'm stuck with you. They might have banned me. But I still have clients."
"I'm your next client?"
"Oops!" he laughed and covered his mouth, "I've said too much."
"Just ... leave my room at least," Noah pleaded, covering his weary face with his hands. He watched between fingers as the bright, bold light of the Lifa dissipated and slowly floated down the hall outside his room. The rain began falling harder outside the window. He yawned. Maybe he was going crazy. He crawled into his small bed - a matress on the floor - covered in his sheets, felt his bare chin once more, and fell asleep.
ooc: You may begin! I suggest everyone starts off with their own little intro chapter for their character so that we can get to know a little bit more about their history, etc. However, and Lifa background stories will have to wait for a bit until the rift in dimensions happens. TY!
BTW: I added a little description to the front page about the Lifa Species. Take a look please. I should've had it up there a while ago, but I didn't know so many would want to be a Lifa heehee.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Roland Mow Baims Fifth Year Ministry RPG Name:
Richard Miles Baims Accidents & Catastrophes | Edmund drifted through the floo dimension. This part was slightly green due to the magical fires but blurred into it was also a slight purple. If he had still been alive this would have passed for pacing.
Memories of those awful riots in the north of England in the late 80's ran through his mind as he paced. He was only on the way to get some shopping. Why did he decided that that would be the best route? He had never been violent. In fact he had been clubbing and going on nights out in the 70's and 80's and had only recieved a beating. He had been assaulted by a mob. Before that he had lived in a flat share. He had lived with 4 other people and had barely gotten by which explained how lanky he was. Despite his despair at finding he had died at the young age of 33 he had still been cynical in his lifetime.
Why did he did have unfinished business? His veteran Lifa had explained it all when he had first died. "You have unfinished business....but don't worry. You'll be kept busy while you try to figure out what it is" Archibald had told him. He had passed on now. That was all well and...well not nice but Edmund in his lifetime had never been significant as most would take the term.
He had become a Lifa and that had been difficult to accept. He knew about ghosts though not too much. He'd shouted at Archibald, "why didn't you prevent my death?" Archibald had explained how they had been told not to. It had taken Edmund several years to get used to the fact that he was actually better off dead...or whatever this was. Archibald had moved on now which was a double edged sword. Edmund was glad his mentor could rest but he now held some of the reins which was a little daunting. However, around 2 decades later he had accumulated himself into his role. He had almost given up looking for what his unfulfilled purpose was. Now he could assist people. He had regretted helping the man who in 7 years time had gone on to hold 28 people hostage.
In his life the few people that were significant to him were the girl whom he had loved but she had died 10 years after he had when she was knocked down by a car. He had expected to see her but to no avail. The only living people he knew were still alive were the people he had shared a flat with one of whom he knew had a thing for him which he had never taken seriously.
However, even though alot of time had passed the answer never came close. He had been told, or rather had a feeling, that an eleven year old wizard was supposed to go to Hogwarts but would face the streets of London on his way to Diagon Alley. He'd never had any experience with kids. Though he did have experience with helping clueless travellers on the Knight Bus.

Wandering to and fro, wearily with no purpose, Evangeline floated through the floo dimension, her mind deep in thought. She had been alone for quite some time, resulting her to become quite accustomed to a life of peace and quiet. After Henry died a few years back, Vannie had to fend for herself and carry on the tasks of a Lifa herself.
Even though she was a Lifa, Vannie hardly ever interacted with the other Lifas, what went on in the dimensions weren't known to her nor did she care. Holding a letter in her hand, Vannie continued on, finding her way closer to where her message needed to be delivered to. Recently a witch had sunk to the bottom of the sea. Nasty business it was. It was a difficult place to survive in. The horrible and odd thing was... Vannie found the name of the witch rather familiar. Shaking head, Vannie told herself that it was just another death.
At the thought of another death, sparked memories of her life before she had died. Her father... ditching her and her mother because he was too scared and didn't want them anymore. What kind of father was he? Had he no sense of responsibility? If it weren't for him leaving them, her mother might still be alive. And so would she.
Sighing, Vannie folded her arms as she drifted along, thinking back. All those lonely years. Going from orphanage to orphanage until she was accepted at Hogwarts. There, her loneliness didn't cease, not that she had wanted it to. She was to used to the fact of being alone to accept a companion of some sort. Although those years were spent in loneliness, Vannie believed that her best years were at Hogwarts.
Though her years of traveling after graduating from Hogwarts was quite enjoyable too, Hogwarts was her home. All the events that had happened leading up to her death, unraveled and came rushing back to Evangeline, overwhelming her. All those trips to art museums... her art... her lovely art. How much Vannie missed her paintbrush. What would she do, just to paint one more portrait? A lot. She would do anything.
If only if it weren't for her father. If he hadn't left, he wouldn't have made her mother so depressed that she died. And if she hadn't died, Vannie wouldn't have gone looking for her father and gotten killed on the way. It was all her father's fault.
Was that what Henry had meant when he told her that she had 'unfinished business'? Must be. That could only be the case. Nothing else. Sighing, Vannie entered the empty building that she had been headed for and dropped the letter in the box. She left without another word, returning to wandering around in the floo dimension.

Leah Ashford Diagon Alley | Cecilia was sitting in the shadows of a dimly lit living room where the only light was coming from a roaring fire in the grate. Two people, a man and a woman, sat on the couch in front of the fire. The woman, with dark brown, straight hair, was fast asleep, leaning against her husband whose green eyes were reflected by the fire they were watching.
The man, who was in his early thirties with short, dark brown hair, was stroking his wife's arm absently, though there was a light throw in between his fingers and her arm. His free arm brought a glass of bloodred wine to his lips, which he sipped briefly.
As Cecilia watched, she wondered whether this man, Arnold Rutherford, could sense the coming doom as she did. But surely not, that was impossible. The only thing she could do was keep a watchful eye and hope for the best. And that was exactly what she was doing. There was nothing she could do for Penelope at the moment but let her go along her normal day-to-day and wait for a sign.
Cissy was good at finding signs and figuring out what they meant. And clues. If there was something to put together, it would get put together if she had anything to do with it. Arnold shifted his position on the couch slightly and Cissy's blue eyes swiveled back to him once more, biding her time.

Soft summer light dripped in from Noah's cracked bedroom window. The light trickled down through drapery that criss-crossed the room every which way and gently onto his warm cheeks. He slowly opened his heavy eye lids to the new day light and rolled over irritably. His biological clock told him how early it must've been.
"Hey, kiddo," a voice very near Noah's bed said.
Noah opened his eyes and groaned with frustration. It wasn't just a dream. The Lifa creature did in fact exist.
"Did you sleep at all?" Begerin asked, the tone in his voice held no mercy to the early part of the day. That morning, the light of his body was quite orange. His long, lanky arms hung low beside his skinny body. He saunched about the room as if he lived there.
"Why are you still here?" Noah inquired wearily, putting his only pillow over his face to block out the immense brightness of Begerin's light.
"I told you," Begerin rolled his tiny, dark blue eyes, "I was banned from my world. And this is where I seemed to be attached to. I can't help it. Give me a chance, would you."
Noah's voice was muffled beneath the pillow, "Chances would mean mercy. My life has not gotten one tiny drop of mercy. Namely, being stuck with you now. I haven't even gotten a chance to mourn the death of my fiance."
"You've been mourning since the day it happened," Begerin assured Noah, opening the bedroom window, "you even mourn her in your sleep."
Noah lost his breath in shock. How did this creature know he even dreamt about Armistice. He rolled onto his side uneasily, the light sheets tangling between his legs.
"I can't read your dreams," Begerin suddenly said out loud, "Just your thoughts. I was a human before too."
Both Noah and Begerin became still and silent. The early day birds chirped outside, splashing about in murky rain puddles. Leftover water dripped off the roof and onto the window cill. Begerin allowed the water to spark off his body.
"You were a human before you were a Lifa?" Noah questioned incredulously.
"Of course I was. We Lifa become Lifa when we die as humans. In most cases, we become Lifa because we weren't meant to die just yet," Begerin explained enegetically, "Most Lifa died of freak accidents. Like your fiance, Armistice. She very well may become a Lifa if she wasn't meant to die."
Noah suddenly burst into sobs, "I know I was supposed to save her! I couldn't. One more moment and I would've been gone. I'm sure of it."
Begerin sat awkwardly in the petite window-side chair as Noah wept. He watched outside as a cluster of small clouds passed over the widening and brightening horizon. As a Lifa, he wasn't allowed to tell Muggles or those of the Wizarding world if a client became a Lifa or not. He sighed and light spilled out of his body and across the room, "I'm not supposed to tell you this," the entire chair illuminated, "I don't know much since I left ... but I DO know that ... well," Begerin cleared his throat, "it was her time to leave this dimension. It was the plan of Fate and Destiny that she passed. Just in a erm ... freak accident sort of way, eh?"
Noah wiped his round, brown eyes like a child and lifted his head from the pillow. This Lifa possibly knew more about Armistice beyond her death. He swung his legs tiresomely around the side of the bed and eyed Begerin with curiosity and suspicion.
Begerin caught Noah's glare, "Oh no," he shifted in the chair, becoming a low blue color, "My knowledge is no longer that vast."
"MINISTRY OF MAGIC!" A voice called from below his bedroom window where the front door was. Following the voice were several loud knocks on the door. Noah exhaled a deep and heavy breath and pulled his stature up. What could the ministry of magic possible want?

Charlotte had been called immediately to her place of work. Her only friend and dear colleague Jillian had told her there was a problem with a particular Lifa situation but hadn't especify anything so now Charlotte was rushing to get to her office faster than a dragon could breathe.
Once in the Ministry Atrium, Charlotte turned left and found the hiden stairs. With a special charm her elevator became visible and the preshed one of them buttuns existent that took her underground to the most secret department of the Ministry, lead my herself, which meant the she only followed orders by the Minister himself. The few workers in there were not surprised to see her. "Miss Rivers, Ms. Andrews said you should see this." Jillian's assistent appeared in from of her to give her a classifed file and disappeared again inside the tests lab. "Thanks." Charlotte said even though the woman was not there anymore. She didn't stop to grab the quick coffee; the drink was brought to her by the only elf working there and Charlotte muttered another unheard 'thank you' words, the elf making a slightl bow and rushing to get some more food items.
Her surprise was huge when she opened her office's door and saw four people already there - Jillian, two men in balck cloaks and the Minister himself.
Charlotte greeted the MInister with a polite nod and turned her gaze to Jillian, however the Minister was the first to speak. "Ms. Rivers, you and I don't like wasting precious time. I have here..." one of his assistents gave him a small file and Charlotte could see it was another confidential one. Charlotte had to say Richard Caster looked very professional. They had became close friends over over the years they had been working together and even more since she had be chosen by the MInister himself to the lead the department. They admired themselves in an equal way. But, it was all business.
In a few words, he told gave her a few details of a situation consider Lifa's that should have happened. One Lifa had been to reckless and the woman he was prrotecting had died. "Where is he now?" Charlotte asked facing Jillian, who was already awaiting for the answer. Charlotte looked at the adress, memorized it and considered that meeting ended. "Okay. Richard.." she called the man as he was leaving, who turned around with kind expression on his face. He knew she would do it properly and she didn't disappointed him when she assured him she would presonally check the matter.
Rushing out the mInistry and putting Jillian in charge, Charlotte had rented a muggle vehiacule to drive to that area of the wizarding world. It was not because she was a fan of the muggle objections but she liked to have options, both magical and muggle. She parked the black car and headed to the front door, having drank her scond coffee on the way there as she drove. "MINISTRY OF MAGIC!" she called out and waited outside, gaving her wand with her right hand under her cloak, where nobody could see it.

Noah held his head in his hands with desperation. He looked over to Begerin. Begerin simply shrugged his skinny, obscure shoulders and said, "I guess you gotta open the door, eh?"
Noah groaned and began down the small flight of stairs, each old, beaten step creaked obnoxiously. The last people Noah wanted in his wreck of an apartment was someone from the Ministry. He had never invited anyone home from work or after. The first floor was one room; the kitchen and living room. All was dark, the long, dark blue drapes were strung shut and cast shadows throughout the floor.
Noah reached out for the door knob hesitantly. He peeked out the small hole and became flustered. I woman. No. THAT was the last person he wanted in his house. A beautiful woman would surely judge the terrible appearence of his broken down apartment. He opened the door slightly, eyes cast down, and squirmed out to the front porch, shutting the door behind him.
"Eh ..." he avoided eye contact. A small rain drop fell from the sky directly onto his eye lash. He blinked irritably and looked up at the woman, "How can I help you?"

Charlotte was impatient at the door but it was amazing how she could hide it. Emotions didn't have a part in her work life and considering her work was her life... emotions didn't have a place in Charlotte's life. However, the man who opened the door fascinated her, It wasn't that he was extremely good looking, or his careless looks, because the man himself looked like a mess... He was a complete reck, she concluded. no, it was the shine he had on his eyes that made him look like a leader, someone with a cause and a purpose in life. "Noah Narilli? I'm Jillian Andrews, Department of Safety and house Cleaning from the Ministry of Magic. I am authorized but the Ministry to make a seacrh at your place and make sure everything is in order and every thing is safe according to the new law of last September." Charlotte had learned over the years that it was always better to work under a cover and people usually fell on that one - the fake department of Safety and House cleaning.
She handed over the document that allowed her to search his house and look for anything that was not according to the law, signed by the Minister himself, in her friend's Jillian's name. "Now, Mr. Narilli, If you don't mind...?" Charlotte headed to the door and waited for the place's owner to lead her inside. She was cold and focused on her goal, that was finding out Beregin and give him the head warning he was banish. Then she'd leave Noah's house, as well as his life.
