Edilson & Trace's Crib

This, not so small flat belongs to Edilson Mills, who recently started working in the Department Of Mysteries & Trace Morgan, Edi's best friend! This the place where Edi's friends from the ministry can hangout, party, karaoke or even attend Deep Stain's mini concert (Edi's Band).

Edilson is a muggle-born wizard while Trace is a muggle. Due to this, Edi can't use magic when Trace is around, even though he knows that Edi is a wizard. These two are totally opposite of each other but best friends since childhood. Come on in, these gentlemen would love some company.. However... MAGIC IS STRICTLY NOW ALLOWED IN FRONT OF TRACE!

Character Personality:
Edilson is very laid-back lad. Funny, Charming & Handsome, he is quite a ladies man! He is hardworking but can be clumsy at times. Two things are very important in Edi's life, Food & Sleep. Lack in any one of them can lead to a very grouchy behavior.
He loves to party & likes to explore new fun places! Currently to his surprise, he is Single & is in search for Love.....True Love. Due to his obsession for Food, Edi wants to some day run a nice restaurant in the muggle world. He lives in a decent flat in London with his best friend & band member Trace Morgan. Edilson loves music and is the guitarist of a local band called "Deep Stain". Before joining the ministry, he used to perform with his band every night at a muggle cafe but now he only gets the time to be there on weekends.

Character Background:
Edilson is the sixth and youngest child of Mr. & Mrs. Mills. As a child, he was a real prankster & lovable kid. He is the only son and brother of five sisters. His father owned a grocery shop and his mother was a house-wife. When he received his letter from Hogwarts, his parents were extremely proud but wanted to keep this a secret, hence none of his sisters are aware that he is actually a wizard. Only his deceased parents & Trace know about his true identity.

Character Personality
Trace possess a gentle, patient and malleable nature. Compassionate and sensitive, Trace is someone you will love to go on walk with or chat for hours, sitting next to the fireplace with a cup of Hot Chocolate. Believes in hard work and persistence, he knows how to make his big dreams a reality & has the ability to adapt to almost any situation. Peaceful and harmonious, he seeks the gentle side of life. He is not a party animal & upbeat as compared to Edilson, he rather likes to work late hours at his office. He is the lead singer of a band called Deep Stain along with Edilson. When he first found about Edi being a wizard, he couldn't help but laugh hysterically & didn't believe it for months until Edi showed him some moving pictures which was the safest way to prove it.

Character Background
Trace hails from a rich family & is the only son of Mr. Morgan & his first wife. His father wanted Trace to join the family business but he had different plans. As a result of this, his father disowned him and Trace left his family and bought a flat along with Edilson. He is currently living with his best friend for the past 3 years & is loving every bit of it.

"Triiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing Triiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing" Trace pulled off his silk sleeping blindfolds & hit the snooze button on the alarm clock. The clock fell on the ground, producing a loud clank! Pushing off his quilt, Trace stood up sluggishly & picked the shattered clock, "Edi will fix this..." Trace said yawning and tossed it on his bed. His eyes almost popped out as he glanced at the clock.. "11:30 am??????? Damn!" He said, screaming & ran in the direction of the bathroom.

After getting dressed up, he knocked on Edi's bedroom door.. "Get up! Don't you have to go to work? Plus it's your turn." Trace said sheepishly. After waiting for 15 minutes, he pushed open Edi's bedroom door & found that it was empty. Yawning, he walked into the kitchen, grabbed an apple & a glass of orange juice. "Back on top!" He read the newspaper headline as he took a bite out of the apple. His eyes fixed on the clock again, causing him to jump. Swallowing the orange juice in a swig, Trace stuffed the apple in his briefcase and glued a note on the fridge. Giving a momentary look in the mirror for the last time, Trace dashed out of the flat wearing a slick black suit.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!" Edi smacked on the door ferociously with his fist. "Oh! The Keys!" He thought as he slipped his hand into his pockets, "I forgot the keys.." Edi muttered. He looked around shadily, making sure that no one was around, he took his wand out & cleared his throat "Alohomora" He said in a low voice. "Click..!" The door opened by itself and Edi entered with a huge grin plastered on his face.

Breathing deeply, he chucked his bag on the couch, placed his jacket & shirt on the T.V and tossed each of his shoe in a different direction. He headed straight into his kitchen and grabbed a tub of chocolate chip ice-cream, a sticky yellow note caught his attention on which "Laundry =)" was scribbled in a messy writing. Smirking, Edi crumpled the note and aimed it at the dustbin "SCORE!" He shouted as it landed directly in it. Switching on the T.V, Edi plopped on the comfy couch with the tub placed on his stomach, shove the spoon in the ice cream & stuffed a huge piece in his mouth... "nom nom nom yshittatshogud" He said, muffling.

Kate walked up to the outside of the apartment. She made sure she had the right place before knocking on the door.

Edi had been lazying around the T.V for awhile, pulling himself up, he looked around. Edilson gasped at the sight of his plush living room. Wrappers were floating, clothes were hanging on inappropriate places. "What is my.....doing on the lamp?" He muttered, narrowing his eyes. He stood up and reached for his wand, which was lying under the sofa and flicked it a few times. "TADA!!!" He exclaimed, happily at the sight of his spotless living room.

Edi slipped into his shorts and put on a fitted white shirt, which complemented his athletic physique. Ruffling his hair, he stretched his arms and plopped on the bed.. "Hmmm it feels so nice!" He said, covering his face with the blanket.

After exactly 10 minutes, Edi sat up straight abruptly, "Someone's knocking or is it just my head." He mumbled. He heard the knocking sound again, pushing the blanket aside, he walked sleepily towards the door...ahh how much he wanted to use magic!

"Coming...coming" He muttered and twisted the door knob. "KATE!" Edi said, his eyes wide open. Smoothing his hairs, he stood aside so she could go inside, "Come in." He said and gestured at the sofa. "Sit, please.". "I was certainly not expecting this but it's great to have you here.. Welcome to my humble abode." Edi said cheekily with a bow & plopped on the lounger.

Violet twirled her way to Edi's flat. She rapped at the door and waited it to be answered. But she did guess that no one would reply since it was quite early. She was about to turn back but then decided she would wait to see if anyone answered.

Kate smiled as Edi opened the door.

"Sorry for no notice, but I thought I'd come check out your apartment" she said. She followed Edi into the lounge and sat down, taking the room.

"This is very nice Edi" she smiled.

"It's okay, Kate & thank you very much for the compliment." He said, clasping his hands together. Rubbing his eyes, Edi continued, "My friend Trace did the interior designing, I just eh.. provided some financial support." He said with a light chuckle. Edi walked over to the sofa and bent down next to Kate, "So what would you like, something hot or cold?" He said smirking.

Edi was about to get something for Kate when he heard another knock at the door, "Must be Trace, why isn't he using the keys.." Edi thought, shrugging. He opened the door & was pleasantly surprised, "Violet! What a surprise. Come." He said taking her hand and led her into his apartment living room. "You're just in time! Sit, please." He said & pointed at the space next to Kate on the couch. Flexing his arms, Edi smiled at the ladies, "Let me repeat my question, What would you, like something hot or cold?" He asked the ladies, however this time with a wink.

Kate opened her mouth to answer when she heard a knock. She waited, and when Edi returned he was with Violet. Kate smiled and waved. She smirked at Edi's question, she was feeling a little cold.

"I would love a hot drink, I'm a tad cold" she said. She made herself more comfortable on the couch.

"Do you want any help with the drinks" she asked.

Trace entered his apartment, carrying a huge bundle of papers and closed the door behind. Placing his shoes in the shoe rack, he switched on a few more lights & peeked in the living room. "Oh guests." Trace thought, as he watched Edi working his charm.

Smirking, he decided to tease Edi, "HONEY! I AM HOOOOME!" He said, chuckling & walked over to Edi, pulling him into a tight hug.

"Gerrt ofh meh." Edi said, as he clinched his jaw. "You almost strangled me, Ace." Edi said, smacking the back of Trace's head.
"Err....sorry ladies, he likes to act like my wife, sometimes." Edi mumbled as he glared at Trace.

"Hi. I am Trace Morgan, Edi's best friend." He said offering a handshake to the ladies. Grinning at Edi, Trace left the room.

Edi cleared his throat, "So where were we? Aha! drinks right! How about a cup of hot chocolate?" He asked as he juggled a football lying in a corner.

Kate looked around as she heard someone come in. She turned to see Trace, Edi's friend walking in.

"Hi Trace, I'm Kate, I work with Edi" she said casually. She chuckled a bit at the sight of Trace hugging Edi. She heard Edi ask about drinks and smiled at the thought of a hot chocolate.

"That would be lovely" she smiled.

"Well if you don't mind a cold drink would be nice,"said Violet with a smile.

She had seen Kate and gave her a shy little wave. Then she turned to Edi.

"Well Edi since you are going to be working with me and Kate I thought I would buy you a small gift," she said handing him the carefully wrapped present. It was a shiny silver watch. She had a brain lapse and could not think of anything else to buy him.
