Cynthia Hale and Sable Fairfax have been friends since their first year at Hogwarts. Even though they were sorted into separate houses the two were inseparable. Sable with her Ravenclaw smarts helped Cynthia through all her classes, while Cynthia ever the ambitious and resourceful Slytherin keeps Sable reaching for the stars. Of course things don’t stay perfect forever. In their third year both girls started to find interest in boys. Sable developed a crush on the Ravenclaw Seeker Avis Harper and Cynthia has been harboring feelings for Sable’s brother Levi.

While both girls swore early on the there would be no secrets between each other they keep their hearts desires to themselves. They also keep their jealousy of one another’s private lives to themselves. Sable comes from a very large, supportive family; though she often complains that Levi her older brother is entirely too protective. Cynthia’s parents left her with her Grandmother, which is just like they had left her by herself. Cynthia is more often then not left alone to fend for herself, therefore she has plenty of time to do what she wants when she wants.

In their fourth year, Cynthia made the Slytherin House team as the Seeker and Sable promised to make all her BF’s games. Sable trained with Cynthia all the time, making the two of them incredibly fast on brooms and wicked fast when it comes to Seeking. Sable however made a silent promise to herself not to join her own House team that was Cynthia’s thing. Sable revived Dumbledore’s Army in the good spirits of improving the study habits and magical ability of her fellow peers. Cynthia remained at her side but leaves the leadership to her BF as that was Sable’s thing.

Now we enter the girls’ sixth year. Both girls have had boyfriends on and off but neither has truly gotten the guy they want. Cynthia has become the Captain of the Slytherin Quidditch team while Sable has become a Hufflepuff Prefect and continues to fare well with the DA. All of that changes on the day of the long awaited Ravenclaw vs Hufflepuff match. Avis and Sable are happily headed down to breakfast when an accident causes Avis to be unable to play as Seeker. He asks Sable to take his spot and unable to resist both the guy she likes, and her desperate urge to play she accepts. Ravenclaw stomps Hufflepuff and move on to the final match between Ravenclaw and the 5 year reigning champs the Slytherins. Feeling angry and betrayed Cynthia confronts her supposed friend and a fight ensues.

The Mysterious Divination teacher, Syndil Rivers, has been watching the two girls closely and comes upon their fight. Pulling them apart she tells them to settle there differences or she would help them do it herself. That night the two are unable to put aside there anger so Professor Rivers puts the two under a spell. Both awaken to find they have switched lives!

Sable wakes up to find herself in a completely different world. She is the Slytherin Quidditch Captain and people keep calling her Sable Hale. When she goes looking for someone to make sense of her new upside down world, she finds Avis. Though he isn’t Avis Harper anymore he is Avis Fairfax, the older brother of her ex-best friend Cynthia Fairfax. Cynthia opens her eyes to blue and silver stars and a big brother she didn’t have the night before.

According to their Divination Professor, they must come to terms with there jealous and problems before the Winter Ball two weeks from today or they will be stuck as each other for the rest of there lives.

Dozer enjoys politics quite a bit; however he aspires of becoming the next big Quidditch Chaser. Personality Marek is your typical claw in every sense of the word but also a bit of a casanova and closet romantic. Personality and Character
** Character personality, strengths & weaknesses: Dynamo is more firey on the pitch than she is off, but there are a few things that she can get into heated conversations about; Quidditch, Slytherin, her name and her hatred towards her parents for said name. However, she is a nice (enough) girl while she is studying and going through her classes and her day. If she is in a bad mood she will be until she goes to bed. She isn’t a fantastically friendly person, but she considers the Slytherin Quidditch Team to be the siblings, her parents never conceived.
Apart from her strengths as a Slytherin Beater, Trent has a knack for Dark Arts, the Defense of said subject, Transfiguration and Charms. She survives Potions but is completely useless when it comes to History, Arithmancy, CoMC and Divination.
** Unique character traits: Dynamo is powerful as soon as a bat is placed in one hand and a broom in the other. She steers the broom with her knees, one hand outstretched to steady her and the other to hit the bludgers. Off the pitch, Dynamo hates that her Professor’s won’t call her “T” or “Dynamo”, but has gotten used to “Miss Trent” and “Miss Parker” after four years at Hogwarts.


Family Life
** Biography: Trent’s father, Trent Parker is a big-time CEO of a Wizarding Multimedia organisation. With 51% of the votes, Trent Parker Senior required an heir to leave his business too, so when his wife, Heretia fell pregnant, they both prayed for a boy and did not even consider names for their new baby boy; Trent Parker Junior was an obvious choice when there was a business to be gained. However, nine months later when they were delivered a beautiful baby girl they were gobsmacked and totally unprepared. The nursery was a dark Slytherin green, with black and navy blue accessories, all of the clothes were surely for boys. However, less than ten minutes after the baby was born, they threw caution to the wind and named her Trent Junior.
Growing up a girl, with a boy’s name, in the Pure-Blood Society, was not easy and Trent soon became resentful to her parents for not changing her name when they found out they had a girl. She loved her room, and grew up knowing that one day her Father’s business would be hers. Before she went to Hogwarts, as well as the lessons her private tutor made her take, she was quizzed constantly on business strategies; Trent Parker Senior was taking no chances in her.
This turned out to be for good reason when Heretia failed to fall pregnant again to give her husband the illusive heir that he so wanted. However, Trent Senior settled in the knowledge that on paper it would look like the CEO of his company was still a male, taught Trent everything he knew. She already has 10% of her Father’s votes, and is listed as a Non-Acting Managing Director.
When Trent joined Hogwarts, everyone gasped when she stepped forward to be sorted. She had sighed, fisted her hands to control her temper and had quickly been sorted into Slytherin. She joined the Quidditch Team in her second year and loves every minute of it. Unfortunately for the other house teams, her aim hardly misses and quite a few of the team members have ended up with broken bones; this teamed with her unmistakable power on a broom earned the twelve-year-old the nickname of Dynamo. This is the name that her friends and the Quidditch Teams use; they understand her hate for her real name. Classmates have taken to calling her “T”, because they don’t know her well enough for Dynamo, but Trent puts them at risk of her temper.

Absolutely fantastic bio! Just saying...Alright to answer your questions:

1. Levi was Sable's brother but essentially when the spell gets cast everyone gets a new role. Levi can't be Cynthia's brother because Levi is her love interest and one can't love there brother. (eeeewwww) Therefore, Avis needs to be Cynthia's brother also due to the fact that Sable now needs to like her Best friends brother effectively putting them both in one anothers shoes.

2. I certainly hope that everyone understands that. One's the mischieveous Divination Professor casts the spell an alternate reality will take over and everyone will effectively switch roles. Thus plunging our characters into this rollercoaster of a plot.

Yes Katie, the only people who will switch roles is Sable, Avis, Levi, and Cynthia everyone else will stay the same. Relationships will stay the same as well. Good question too.

Alright so I'm going to ahead and get this plot rolling. hehehe And we start where every good story starts...on the platform.


Cynthia sauntered onto the platform with a smirk on her face. Everything was going to be great. This year was going to be her year. 7th year. The golden badge proclaiming her captian sat in all it's glory on her brand new robes. Taking a deep breath Cynthia grabbed her trunk and her cat carrier and set off down Platform 9 3/4.

Her long dark hair flowed easily down her back as she shoved her way through the new first years. They get smaller every year, I swear. Snearing her nose at a particularly snively first year she sighed and glanced around the crowded station.
