It is the summer between 6th and 7th year. Marco Denver has spent most of the summer flying. But he also invited a few of his friends round to have a game, as well as teach a few how to fly. Basically just to have a mess about.

Diabolica smiled. "This is your room? It's wonderful!" she said honestly, looking around. She was used to her dark, dreary, depressing bedroom. And his was very nice. She turned to him and smiled an even wider smile. "Thank you. I'm sure I will--I already do."

"Yeah my room, its not much, but it is home," Marco smiled. He watched Maximus zooming around his room. He was the reason Marco wanted to play Quidditch. He couldn't wait to show the Professor his project.

"I am glad you do. You are welcome here, any time." He flicked his wand at the bed. It suddenly made itself. Now it didn't look as scruffy. He sat on his sofa, that was opposite the television. "Take a seat. Do you fancy watching something?"

Diabolica smiled and sat down next to Marco. "Sure. I actually don't think I've ever watched anything on a television before, besides a few movies." she said thoughtfully. "What would you like to watch?"

Marco smiled, "Well I have movies. I think that is about it. Unless Father decided he wanted to stock up so he could watch some." He headed over to the cabinet that the huge tv was on and knelt down. He carefully opened the cupboard, "What sort of things do you like? We have a few."

"Erm...I'm good with anything, really." Diabolica smiled.

"Well I want you to choose. What type do you want to watch? That will narrow it down. Horror, or maybe Comedy any type what so ever," Marco smiled, she was the guest, so she should decide.

"Erm...I suppose horror, scifi/fantasy, comedy, romance,..." Diabolica shrugged. She was terrible at decisions. "I suppose horror, if you don't mind. If you do, by all means, please tell me." she smiled.

"Horror? I take it you aren't the kind of girl that gets scared easily then," Marco laughed, "I'll sit through a horror, none of the bad ones that my father watches though. Those just make me laugh."

Diabolica laughed. "No, I don't get scared easily..." she nodded. "You should pick the specific movie, though." she smiled.

"Oh I see," Marco laughed, "No chance of you hiding underneath my arm then."

He looked back at the cabinet, "Right a horror film. How are you on American werewolf in London?"

Diabolica laughed. "Well, you never know..." she winked.

"Sounds good to me. Lycanthropy has always been interesting to me, and I like horror films, so can't lose there." she smiled.

Marco laughed, "Ok then."

"I have never seen it. So it could be interesting. Werewolves are better than vampires, because at least a werewolf has never tried to kill me in broad daylight. That was funny." He pulled the DVD out of the collection and put it in the DVD player. He pressed play and returned to the sofa.

"Honey is that you?" a woman's voice called from the hall.

"Yes mother it is me. I am back from Josh's," Marco sighed.

"Oh good. Who are you talking to?" she asked coming into his room, "Oh hello dear. I am Marco's mother." She smiled at Diabolica, "You must be Dia. Marco talks about you all the time."

"Mother can you leave now please," he blushed, "We are about to watch a film."

"A vampire has tried to kill you in broad daylig--" Diabolica started, a concerned look on her face. She turned to Marco's mother. "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you, ma'am. Yes, I am Dia." she smiled. 'Does he talk about me all the time?' she thought.

"Yeah bit me in Diagon Alley last year. It was quite a shock. But the nice Owl man fixed me right up," Marco smiled.

"Ok Speedo. Would you like any popcorn or drink or anything?" Marco's mother offered, "It is lovely to meet you too sweetheart. I hear you are in Speedo's class at school, and how you are on the quidditch team as well. My little Speedo must really like you."

Marco could not hide any further into the sofa, it just wasn't possible. His face was lit up, bright red, "Mother, my name is Marco. Can you go now? Please. And can we please have some butterbeer and popcorn, just in case?"

"I'll get the house elf to bring those up to you both. Enjoy your film. Nice to meet you Dia. See you later little man." With that she left the room.

Marco could just sit and stare at the tv. How embarrassing.

"Wow...well, I'm glad you're alright..." Diabolica nodded, surprised that vampires would even attack in broad daylight.

She smiled as Marco's mother left. "She's a very nice person, it seems." she said softly. 'Wonder how he got that nickname...' she thought, but didn't say anything about it.

"Yeah I am fine. Nothing happened, she bit my arm. I think she was actually expelled from school," Marco smiled.

"She is so embarrassing. Makes up for Father's lack of enthusiasm I guess. Just don't talk to her about babies. She will ramble on about me as a child, and ways to take care of children." He couldn't believe his mother had called him Speedo in front of Dia. How could she? At least his father hadn't seen him yet.

"Do you know who it was?" Diabolica asked, curious.

"I won't." she smiled. She didn't want to upset Marco, and she had no need to know how to take care of children.
