Hey RPers! This is Jessie (hermionefanforever) and I'm doing this rp with Sydnie (-Bambi-) . This RP's a mixture between HP and the Mortal Instruments series (City of Bones, City of Ashes, and City of Glass by Cassandra Clare)! Well, here's the most important thing; the plot!

It's been years since the downfall of the evil Lord Voldemort, and years since Harry Potter has been on this earth. The year is 2063, and not that much has changed. Students have been attending the ever famous school for wizards and witches, Hogwarts, and all has been well....until they came.
The first murder was just pushed aside as a accident, but soon there came more and more. Students began to worry for their lives, and even a few were brave enough to say that they had seen dark forms around the student's body before they disappeared without a trace. Hardly any believe them, but a few do, and they have ventured to say that it was demons, creatures from other demensions, come to destroy them all...

That's it! As you can see it is pretty open for creativeness. And also a word of cation, there might be spoilers from the Mortal Instruments series. So, a few rules:

- SS board rules apply at all times, of course
- If you claim a character, stick with the RP.
- Try to keep OOC comments to a minimum
- Please try to post more than just one sentence. Two, three, four, or more would be wonderful. The more, the merrier!

Name: Isabelle Lightwood

Age: 16

Bio: Isabelle Lightwood is a Nephilim. She is Jace Wayland's adoptive sister, and she has two biological brothers, Alec and Max Lightwood. Isabelle is the middle child of the Lightwood Family. Isabelle is very beautiful and as such is also vain and narcissistic but retains some insecurities. She is sensitive about her formidable height and wishes that she were smaller and more delicate. Isabelle has a great sense of style and is very fashion conscious. Despite her narcissistic attitude, Isabelle is very loyal to her family, particularly Alec. She is one of the few people in the world to be aware of his sexuality and the two are very close. Isabelle also possesses a fiery temper which numerous characters are victims of. In spite of her mature and refined nature, she has a habit of throwing temper tantrums and locking herself in her room when things go wrong, flinging objects at people when they intrude on her solitude. While Clary at first finds Isabelle's abrasive nature disquieting, she soon grows to like her when she gets to know her warmer side more. Isabelle is a fiercely loyal friend but is volatile and prone to mood swings.

Personality: Leah is a quiet person, but if she has something to say, she doesn't hold back. She doesn't like trouble and tends to avoid people she thinks are bound to stray there, but somehow she seems to get caught in the middle of things anyway. She loves to help people and puts others before herself in nearly every situation. She generally doesn't like how the Slytherins treat the Gryffindors, and it sometimes make her a bit biased
Appearance: Leah is 5'6" and is about 135 lbs - not stick thin, but average. She's never extremely pale and has dark blue eyes. Her hair is a light blond and hangs in small curls or waves most of the time.
History: Leah was raised in Addlestone Moor by her two parents. Her mother is the writer of a set of popularly used Hogwarts schoolbooks, while her father was the inheritor of a great deal of money from his deceased parents. She has an older brother, Jacob, who is 24 and an older sister, Emily, who is 20. Her brother lives in wizarding London and both he and his sister like to drop in on each other as much as they can.

One question....do the shadowhunters attend Hogwarts as well?

And to anwser your lovelyful question, they don't have to attend Hogwarts, but if your charrie feels inclinded to pop into a few classes for fun, they can. The Shadowhunters just stay in the houses dorms that they chose to stay in and eat and do stuff in the castle. Did that help? Lol

And...yeah. The shadowhunters don't attend Hogwarts, they're there to keep the kiddos safe Like Jess said, they stay in whatever house's dorm they want, and if they get bored they can go to classes or whatever. But their main priority is to keep the demons away from the humans

Age: 16
D.O.B.: April 26
Personality: Dusk doesn't trust many people and prefers to keep to himself. Strangers would call him 'cold' and 'unfeeling' but those close to him would know that he merely does not want to get hurt. He loves his mother very much and would die for her since she is his only family left. He has built a wall around himself, sealed off his heart and speaks from behind an ice mask.
Appearance: Dusk's dark hair and cold emerald eyes make his long, angular face look fierce, yet at the same time, handsome. He stands proud at 5'10" and dresses himself in dark colours, blues, blacks and purples, living up to his name. His hair is cut stylishly but he leaves it rather long and ties it back with a piece of string.
History: Dusk grew up with his mother, Cleopatra in the Institute, and his whole life, he has been taught not to trust people and keep to himself. He holds a bitter grudge against Valentine for killing his father and sister but many people do. He grew up without many friends, only Jace, Alec, Isabelle and Max for company but he doesn't mind.

Appearance:
Clary has fiery red hair and startling green eyes. She’s short, about 5’2” and she’s skinny. She usually leaves her hair hanging down freely, but when she gets annoyed with it, she ties it back.

History:
Clary grew up in a normal life. She had no dad; she always believed that he had died. She had one great friend, Simon Lewis, and spent most of her free time with him, drawing, or drawing with Simon around. It was a normal teenage girl’s life, until one faithful night at Pandemonium.

That night she saw three Shadowhunters kill a demon. A night or two later, one of the Shadowhunters, the mysterious Jace, pops up at a poetry reading and whisks Clary away from Simon. She then finds out that a demon had ransacked her home and taken her mother to some unknown location.

Since then, Clary has gone through a lot. She’s found out that her father is the horrid Valentine Morgenstern, she’s gone to the City of Glass – the hometown of most Shadowhunters – and she’s fought plenty of demons. She is now a fantastic shadowhunter, thanks to the help of Jace, Isabelle, and Alec.
Personality:
Clary is the kind of girl that knows what she wants, and knows that she’s going to get it. She’s small and petite, but she has a fierce attitude. She never backs down and she always tries to hide her fears. She’s stubborn, but when she knows she’s not wanted, she won’t hang around. She’s got a bit of a temper, and hates being picked on.

She’s often teased about her height, which annoys her. You don’t want to mess with her; she got skills with a seraph blade. She tends to hold all her emotions inside of her, but when she has finally had enough, she blows and all the feelings she kept bottled up come out and if you’re around her when that happens…well, I’m sorry. You’ll hear a lot of yelling and quite possibly receive a slap across the face.
