As you walk into the Bell's Victorian home, immediately you come into a warm, cosy livingroom. The windows at the front of the house are open, and the smell of sweet honeysuckles drift through the room. Directly behind the living room is the country-style kitchen with with a wood stove and large dining room table.
To the right of the kitchen is the master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is a dark green color with a queen size bed and a comforter to match the room. The master bathroom is warm and welcoming. It's smooth, marble bathtub is lined with an assortment of lovely smelling shampoos and soaps. There are two sinks against the opposing wall that match the tub. Oh, and a toilet.

To the left of the kitchen, there is a spiral wooden staircase with a white railing leading up to to the second and third floors.

On the second floor, there are two rooms and one bathroom. The first room you come to on the left is called "The Pink Room." No surprise that there are light pink walls, a twin bed with a pink comforter that has been passed down from mother to daughter for three generations, and billowing white curtains flowing in front of two large windows.

The next room to the right is called "The Art Room." It's open space and large windows overlooking the family orchard is very inviting to painters and writers of any age. It has a large couch that folds out into a rather comfortable bed (just in case you fall asleep reading or writing.)

At the end of this hall, there is a small bathroom, just a toilet and a sink. The walls are a baby blue color to make it look less cramped.

Moving to the third floor, there is one room left, and that's "The Tower." This is where I, Kaytee, reside. Mostly, when my parents are gone, I get lonely. The Pink Room used to be where I stayed, but because my parents are always gone, the room is too bright for my emotions. The Tower is a room with carmine (a deep shade of red) walls and see-through white curtains. A large bookshelf is against the wall beside my bed that matches the color of my walls. This bookshelf is very important to me; it has my journals, favorite books, and photo albums. It's really the only thing I have to call my own.

Trey Kington approaches the greenish colored house. He looks at a small piece of parchment and then looks at the number next to the door. This is the place he thought to himself. It was also bigger then he imagined. Trey had gotten the idea that Kaytee lived in a much smaller place by the way she talked. Well then again, he always spoke of his manor, so maybe he just didn't hear her correctly. Trey pushed his hand out and pressed the illuminated circle button to the left of the door. The door bell rang....

Kaytee was in the Art Room when she heard the doorbell ring. She had been looking out of the large windows down to the orchard, just daydreaming about Trey, wishing he was there for her to talk to. She jumped up and rushed into the second floor hallway. She passed a mirror on her way to the stairs and looked into it to straighten her hair quickly. She ran down the stairs and stopped to catch her breath for a moment and then opened the door.

She gasped, but smiled. "Trey!" she exclaimed as she gave him a big hug. "I didn't know you'd be coming today. I was just...finishing up some packing..." she finished hurridly. She looked at his beautiful brown eyes and began to daydream again. She snapped out of it quickly and asked him, "Do you want to come inside?"

Trey smiled quite big, especially for him. He was normally content with a small grin. He continued looking at Kaytee, into her jade green eyes. Finally snapping out of it, "Of course I'd like to come in." Immediately he noticed the honeysuckle smell. "It smells wonderful in here!" Trey exclaimed. "How are you?"

"Oh, I'm wonderful," she said smiling. She led him into the kitchen to the long table. "Have a seat. Do you want something to drink? Lemonade, maybe?" she offered. She looked through the kitchen to find something he might like. She couldn't help but act hyper around him. That's what she did when she got nervous.

Trey took a seat, pretty comfortable he thought to himself. "Ohh, umm, yeah, lemonade sounds great." He stammered out. He just couldnt' take his eyes off of her. Trey's head tilted slightly left and he lookedup slightly. Clearly daydreaming.

Kaytee bustled around and looked for two glasses. Ugh, these cabinets, she thought to herself. She stood on her tippy-toes to reach for the glasses and knocked one over, breaking as it hit the wood floor.

"Oh, no," she sighed and blushed. "I'm sorry, I'll clean it up really quick," she said, bending down to pick up the bigger pieces of glass with her hands.

"Ouch!" she said, pulling her finger to her mouth when she cut herself on one of the sharp edges. She tasted the coppery taste of blood on her tongue. "Now I need a band-aid...I'm such a clutz, I'm sorry..." she looked through a drawer to find a bandage. While putting it on, she tried to avoid eye-contact with Trey, trying not to furthur show him her embarrassment.

Seeing Kaytee cut herself, Trey stood up immediately. "Here let me see it." He said grabbing her hand with the cut finger. "We gotta make sure there's no little pieces of glass still in there." Trey examined it thoroughly as if he worked at St. Mungo's. "Looks to be glass free." he diagnosed, turning her hand over and giving it a small peck. "Hope that helps." he said grinning and giving her a quick wink of his right eye.

She blushed and said, "Yeah, of course that helps." She smiled and finished bandaging her finger.

She turned back and looked at him. "So, the lemonade. Right." She fixed them two glasses, slower this time, careful to not make any mistakes. She handed Trey his glass.

"So, what now?" She asked. "Would you like me to give you a tour?"

Sipping his lemonade, Trey looked up at Kaytee, "A tour, I would love the tour. And i must compliment you on this lemonade. Quite delicious, not something we usually have over at the manor. I must remember to ask Tritan about lemonade." Trey stood up looking at Kaytee, "Where to first?" he asked.

"Well, we've already been through the livingroom to get to the kitchen, so let's go up the stairs to the second floor."

She walked up the steps and came to the first room. "This is the Pink Room...it used to be mine, but I moved to the third floor not too long ago..." She looked down. "But anyway," she said, moving on quickly, "on the right here is the Art Room. It's one of my favorites. I usually come in here to write in my journal and read." She smiled as she walked in to the open space and large windows.

Trey manuevered around the "Art Room" taking in cool feel of the air entering through the large windows. "This room seems quite peaceful," he replied "I can see why you would use it to read in." Trey took another sip from his lemonade and looked out the window. It was a beautiful day out, "Uhh beautiful day out" Trey said, after finally turning around and seeing Kaytee looking at him.

Kaytee stopped staring at Trey and looked out of the window. "Oh...yeah, it is, isn't it?" She glanced at her feet. "Well, we best be moving on," she mumbled. "Last room's my room in the tower," she said, walking toward the door.

She walked up the stairs slowly as to not fall and take Trey down with her. She wasn't the most stable person when she was nervous, especially around Trey. When he was around her, he seemed to bring out her weakest points.

They walked into the deep red-colored room. Kaytee walked over to the bed and sat down. "Well," she said, "this is about it. My bed, my bookshelf, practically my life," she chuckled sadly. "That bookshelf probably has my entire life in it," she explained. "All my journals and photos are in there." She sighed. "My parents are never home, so I don't have much of a life with them. Got to entertain myself." She layed down on the soft, red comforter. "I wish Alex was still here...he'd be helping me with quidditch right now..."

Trey knew Alex was a sore subject with Kaytee so he tried to stray away from it. "Well don't you forget that over the holidays you are coming to practice quidditch at my manor!" Trey said smiling. "You and me will make a great team, maybe we should team up as Beaters!" Trey said taking a seat next to her. "What do you think?"

Kaytee sat up on the bed. "I thought you were going for seeker. Is beater something you would want to do? I'm not saying that I wouldn't like teaming up with you," she said, smiling, "I just didn't know that you were considering that position." She looked deeply into his eyes. Though the word "quidditch" could snap Trey's friend Maximus out of anything he was talking about at the moment, it hardly had any effect on Kaytee when she was around Trey. She couldn't help but admire his face and eyes, his spikey black hair...

She looked down when she realized she was staring. She blushed and twirled her ribbon through her fingers.

Trey caught himself playing with Kaytee's ribbon in her hair. "Ohh, umm, yeah I'm not really sure what I want to play just yet. I suppose it matters who's returning to the team as well. I suppose I could buy my way on to the team...no I'm kidding. I could never live with myself. But yeah I'd team up with you at Beater. I think we'd be make a wonderful duo." Taking a breath from his quick nervous speech, Trey continued playing with the ribbon.

"Well, it would be an honor to be a Beater with you," she giggled. Trey's fingers tickled her neck as he played with her green hair ribbon. She couldn't help but look at him and smile. "I really love spending time with you like this," she admitted. "I really haven't been this happy since..." her face grew distant, but she snapped out of it. "Well, let's just say that I haven't been this happy in a long time." She looked at him and smiled.

Trey couldn't wait to get to Hogwarts with Kaytee, it was going to be a wonderful time. And if they ended up playing Quidditch together that'd make it that much better. "So," he said continuing to play with her ribbon even know he was tickling her, "what shall we venture into now?"

Kaytee got up off of the bed. "Do you want to walk through the orchard, or just hang out in the Art Room? Either sounds fine to me." She was perfectly content with doing anything with him, as long as he was near her. "The orchard is beautiful this time of year, and the smell of honeysuckles is absolutely delightful. Care for a stroll?"

"Yes, a stroll in the orchard does sound great. It's so nice out, it'd be a shame to waste it." Trey stood up and then reached his hand out to help Kaytee up off the bed. My her hands were soft. This time instead of offering his arm for her to take, he kept her hand in his. "Shall we?" He asked taking the first step towards the door.

Kaytee blushed when she noticed he wasn't going to let go of her hand. "Yeah, let's go," she said, leading him down the stairs and out of the back door toward the orchard.

The stone path they went down was lined with tons of honeysuckles and apple trees. It smelled wonderful outside, and the sky was as blue as ever.

"So," Kaytee said timidly, "what do you think?"

"This place is wonderful!" he replied bringing the smell of swet honeysuckles into his nose. He closed his eyes and breathed in deeply through his nose. He playfully pushed at Kaytee and began to run through the orchard. He had never done anything like that, and he didn't know what came over him, but he was having fun and it felt right.

Kaytee stumbled, but quickly corrected herself and laughed as she chased Trey through the orchard. After a few seconds, she realized that she would never be able to catch him, so she hid behind one of the apple trees and stayed silent, waiting on him to find her.
