Sorry this has taken so long to answer for you =]
Ll points stand for Luna Loonies. They are the LLFC way of awarding points for competition winners, graphic designers and like in your example, poets.
If your awarded Ll's it is a positive thing, so don't worry 
I will say, for further questions, Luna Loonies have not been updated for a while, so i will get back to the LLFC with all other questions for now, that they won't be updated for a while until further notice.

This is a wonderful description of a general officer's job. Most positions have more specific guidelines, although there aren't any hard or fast rules. All officers and sponsors work together to keep the club active and come up with events, games, etc. They watch out for spam or inappropriate posts, and act as models for other members.
Promotion Officers generally keep a link to the club and/or a graphic to the club in their siggy or avvy. They promote any and all events hosted, run, or involving the club. Sometimes, they organize, write, and distribute any newsletters.
