Miss Luna Lovegood
It’s a day in her life, a blink of her eye
The moment is done and her emotions run dry
Spent as they come, though at quite a cheap cost
Her mind might be here but her body is lost
Dreams steal her mind in the heat of the day
But they’re better than nightmares which come when they may
If fear is a feeling like sorrow and joy
Then what is to tell us that we aren’t just toys
Of some giant above us, we live on his hand
Through loving and dying, the law of the land
She watches it all- teasing her loves are not true
Instead of drifting away she takes a breath and dives through
She holds her own hand and she holds her head high
She laughs long and hard when what she wants is to cry
Never again will she break down in tears
With mother no more to vanquish her fears
So she spouts thoughts which she does not really know
They run on the surface, her true feelings below
They say that she’s crazy, but she’s misunderstood
All she wants is a friend, Miss Luna Lovegood.
I'll just call this: N/L Poem 
I have been watching her for a week now.
Her flawless skin. Her beautiful green eyes and that stunning honey colored hair.
Grandmother would be proud.
The way she talked, the way she walks, the way she laughs at the most random things.
I, Neville Longbottom, have fallen for Luna Lovegood.
I stand; my cheeks are flushing red because of all these thoughts running through my head.
She is just so different … so unique.
She is getting up to go to her common room.
I stand, and I follow her.
She is creeping down the hallways, her uniform looks incredible upon her.
She wears it with bottle cap necklace and those raddish earings.
The blue colors of Ravenclaw are shining on her robe.
I catch up to her.
“Luna?” I call. My voice cracks.
She turns to me, surprise written all over her face.
My cheeks are as red as Ron’s hair now.
And that is very red.
“Yes?” she inquires. Confusion is now added to the mix of her facial expressions.
“Will …,” I start, trailing off. “Would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me?”
She looks at me strangely.
Then she nods her head slowly, as if trying to make sure I am really myself.
“Yes …,” she says. “I’d like that.”
Then she turns, her blonde hair flips around like in the films.
And finally the moment is over.
Wit Beyond Measure
Wit beyond measure

A treasure so rich and profound
Knowledge is power
For her to acquire
Who knows where that knowledge is found
Books can be burned
But what you have learned
Will never truly depart
Try as they may
No one can steal away
The knowledge you hide in your heart

It's the future, prosperous and bright
When on life's path you jaunt
You can be all you want
That's my promise and that is your right

These are just some random ones I came up with today.
Hiding From Tones
Shutting herself off in her little world
Hiding behind those folds of blond
Wanting to be friends with others
But of her they will never grow fond
She turns and turns,
Twists and groans
But they don't like her
She can tell by their tones
Yes, Sir?
Luna smiles at those around her
Radishes swinging wildly
She answers a polite; Yes, sir
and the smiles are sent back
Never Goodbye
A wacky, individual world
Who'd have guessed?
But it leaves many people
Less than impressed
Believing in what there isn't
Is wrong in some people's eyes
To these things she thinks of
She will never say goodbye
It Was The Final Battle
Living through the death
Hiding from the smell
Cringing from the shape
Her fear, her eyes do tell
Luna is alone
The last of her friends
And she is the only one left
To make amends
Standing bravely up
Though shaking are her knees
She gently draws out the wand
And him she does see
It's over in two seconds
Before you'd ever know it
She's lying flat on her back
Not moving one bit

Are You Laughing Now?
A single tear slides down my cheek,
As I look up I feel so meek,
Staring hard at my open wrists
My vision blurs,
Then turns and twists.
It was never supposed to end this way,
My life cut short by this graceful blade
So smoothly releasing the venom of my veins-
I saw it only as the ending of my pains.
And now, as the last of my blood begins to drain,
I’m looking back
At all those years
When I was so heartlessly mocked,
So horribly teased,
When all of my tears were met by jeers,
Then all those kids would laugh and cheer.
They may not be proud of what they’ve said,
But all I know is that I’ll soon be dead.
As the bright light nears,
My vision clears
And I can feel the words carved into my wrist
Forever imprinted into my mind:
Are you laughing now?

My name is Luna
I see strange things.
Things outrageous,
things with wings.
Can you see them?
I can see them,
on the edge
of fuzzy vision.
There are nargles
on misseltoe
and that bird up there
is not a crow.
Heliopaths
stalk the woods
while brown-toed-plaths
are up to no good.
Blubbernuts
follow me
and wiffenpoofs
drink my tea.
A flowanetta
is in your hair.
Why can't you see it?!
It's sitting right there!
They're all around us
crouching down
they make us smile
they make us frown.
They're strange and ugly
mishapen beasts
with spotted hides
and foreheads creased.
Why don't you believe me?
I tell the truth!
Maybe it's one of them
changing your mood.
I don't try to hide
the fact that I see
things no one else can;
it's a part of me.
Scorn me if you like
and laugh to my face.
That I won't save you
or help your case.
These animals hate us
with unrepressed rage-
we imprison their kin,
put them in a cage.
I tell you this
for your own good
now listen to me,
as you should.
You call me a loony
you call me a nut
you think that I'm crazy,
but - I'm not.
Believe in them

the anger that grew.
Beware the jabberwok
beware the lark
beware of things
that hide in the dark.
