This thread is a listing of student & staff characters transferred from the Professor and Student Files thread to this one following their departure from the school. Canonically, the first official school term for the SSRPG opened during Term 2-3 (2048-50). This makes the characters' actual age and name during the 2050's uncertain due to the lack of threads archived from before Term 5. More information can be found at Hogwarts A History. This post will be updated with links to the many diverse characters to have entered and exited the SSRPG.

About: Flynn is a rather mysterious man. No one knows exactly where he comes from, or much about him. Chances are if he has told you about something in his life, it was probably a lie or at least an embellishment. He doesn't particularly like cleaning up after people, making it the most disliked part of his job. He's not always friendly, and likes to torment people.

Personality: Alex is very down to Earth and takes any job she has seriously, giving 100% effort everytime. Her serious face can be intimidating until you talk to her, then you'll see she is infact a warm, affectionate person. When upset she tends to make jokes and when she does, she has a dry, sometimes cynical sense of humor, that occasionally offends some. Reguards most people with caution but will loosen up after seeing no imeadiate threat. Does not like her authority disrespected, believes in justice and is a firm enforcer of rules she deems fair, unfair rules she likes to see broken (and occasionally break them herself)
History: A dedicated student, Alex Pierce never really had time for playing things like Quidditch and other activities her house mates thought worth their time. Sometimes indulging in a game of Gobstones or Exploding Snap, Alex could usually be found in the library researching an interesting potion or spell. Named Gryffindor prefect in her 5th year, Alex was a top contender for the Head Girl posistion until the end of her 6th year when her grades fell slightly due to the death of her father. After graduating, and alot of studying, Alex became an Unspeakable and met her husband Robert, an experimental potion maker for the Ministry. They married young and had two children Samuel and Caroline. Robert died after 12 years of their marriage, devistating the whole family. Alex did her best to raise her children on her own and while Samuel grew to be a great help around the house, Caroline rebeled, eventually estranging herself from her mother and moving to Italy.
Alex cant help but feeling critical towards the current Minister of Magic. She was very happy under his predecessor and when Cooper took office, he cut funding, and when she complained, passed Alex over for many promotions and cut back her pension. Not only was she resentful for all the personal actions against her, Alex disagrees with most of the Minister's descisions as well as his personal motives. She believes he sticks his nose in where he doesnt belong and all most all his motives are self serving in some way or another.
After retiring from her job six years ago, Samuel, who worked in the Transportation branch of the Ministry of magic, met with an accident and was sent to St Mungo's for several months, he is still trying to get well enough to get back to work. Alex paid for as much of his medical bills as she could with her retirement money and a loan from Gringotts. Alex was forced to look for another job due to the outstanding medical bills, so she applied and was hired for the Transfiguration teaching posistion at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
When Cooper put his "Cooper's School for Wizards" and Belle's School for Witches" plan into effect, Alex strongly objected which resulted in the Minister doing away with her pension all together.

History:
Amelia was born to a mother (Maria), who was a witch, and a Muggle Father, Charlie, which created obvious tensions of its own. She is the only girl of four children, with two older brothers, Andrew and Alex. Andrew is five years older, Alex is three years older, both of whom played Beater and Seeker (respectively) on their House teams, which helped shape Amelia's love for quidditch. She also has a younger brother named Aaron, who is ten years younger than her.
Amelia loves learning new things and meeting new people, but at the same time, she has a rather quiet side too. She tends to be more reserved, but won't hesitate to use her voice when it is needed. She tends to pride herself in being a very ordinary young woman, who thrives on more core values like love and trust, rather than material belongings like wealth and money. Just stay on her good side, and you have nothing to fear.
As many of us know, quidditch has this way with many Hogwarts students that can make the unexpected possible. After the first match of her fifth year, Amelia was psyched that they had actually won against Ravenclaw. Completely psyched to the point where she kissed Tancred in the Common Room.
Though Tancred and Amelia separated during their sixth years, due to Tancred's mother deciding Hogwarts was not safe, the Hufflepuff pair was reunited in their seventh year after much arguments. Tancred proposed to Amelia on the train ride back to King's Cross with a quaffle-shaped diamond pendant. They spent the remainder of the time on the train together, before Amelia would apparate off to Ireland the moment the train stopped at King's Cross. She had been accepted as a starter chaser for the Ballycastle Bats, and her first practice started the day of her arrival in London. After a year of being separated physically, but united spiritually and emotionally in the sacred bond of engagement (and love), the two were married on June 21, 2067, in Ireland.
After two more years of chasing for the Ballycastle Bats, her contract was over and though her manager had offered an extension, Mia decided that though quidditch would forever be a part of her, she wanted to move on from that chapter in her life and into married life with her husband, Tancred. With plans in mind to be a Healer, Mia set to work applying to various healing schools. It was only a couple months after moving in with Tancred in a cozy flat on the border of London that the 21-year-old redhead found herself pregnant. In May 2070, she conceived a baby girl, Chloe Michelle, changing her world completely. Instead of pursuing a career as a Healer, Amelia spent the next few months nursing her baby as she looked into local career opportunities while Tancred worked as a Sports journalist for the Daily Prophet. Within a year or two after Chloe's birth, Amelia found herself pregnant again, this time with two twin boys. After the twin boys though, it was time to sort out the career and Mia attended Healing school part-time while raising the children. In 2076, she finally completed her Healing training and was hired as the Healer for the Pride of Portrees, due to her experience as a Quidditch player.
Fast forward twenty years later, Amelia and Tancred have seen all three of their children graduate Hogwarts (sadly none Hufflepuffs!), and trusted in Hogwarts to educate themselves, their children, their families thus far ... and yet the totally mature Hufflepuff found herself embarking on a new adventure this summer as an opportunity appeared to continue to employ her two favorite things: Healing and Quidditch. Which came as a two-fold to ensure that in 2103, Hogwarts would remain a safe haven for the grandson's magical education.

There is a great cluster of freckles on his chest and back (not that he'll pick up a habit of walking around shirtless on school grounds) and he has several scars: a big ol' one on his hip from a wipeout during a Surfing Trip on Jay Bay in South Africa, small scars on both knees from skating accidents and a burn on his left forearm from a Potions "accident".
History/Background : Ocean’s parents [names not disclosed] were American Hippies who moved to Europe to start their own Tea Plantation: “Wistful Leaves Inc.” The company was left to their only son Ocean upon their tragic death during a safari trip to Africa. The happy couple was trampled by a distressed elephant. Losing his parents at age 8 he was raised by his Uncle Bert who was considered the family's black sheep but he was a great philosopher (or so he thought) and instructed Ocean on how to live a stress free life. By the age of 10, Ocean was already quite adept at many board sports his favorite being Surfing mainly because of the weather and the more than nice scenery.
A past Hogwarts student, he excelled as a Slytherin Student. He wasn’t particularly popular but he did have a large group of friends, all Slytherin. He was quite good at Transfiguration and Charms, creating several new experimental spells while he was at it. Many which are still a secret.
When he was younger he had a bit of a reckless streak and was into board sports like snowboarding, skating and surfing so from those he suffered many injuries. The worst was a broken hip from being pulled under the waves and crashing against a reef. If it wasn’t because he always carries his wand stashed in secret pockets he wouldn’t have made it out alive. Not to mention the countless times he was burned with exploding experimental potions.
Ocean accepted the job as Groundskeeper in search of a new adventure. Not that he wasn't happy growing tea leaf after tea leaf but the job was dull and he had always been a wanderer. Although he'll never admit it, he does have a soft spot for kids and one days hopes to have a large group of brats of his own, which he'll force to work at his family tea plantation in exchange for fatherly love. (heh! Just kidding! Sort of...)

He is a pureblood, attended Hogwarts and was sorted into Gryffindor. His parents are Sebastian and Penelope Dumont. He and his wife Bethany and their 3 year old daughter Antonia Michelle are now back with him. (His wife had been captured by an evil person, but has now returned safely and they are a family once again.) Bethany takes care of Antonia while Antonio is teaching at Hogwarts.
Growing up he never knew anything about the muggle world and through association with some of his muggleborn and halfblood classmates, he came to learn a little bit about what the muggle world was like. He learned more and more about the muggle world and became quite fascinated by it, seeking out muggles deliberately to get to know them better. After graduating at the head of his class he lived in London and New York under the guise of being a muggle himself so that he could study them and learn as much about them as possible while also attending university in both of these cities, always having the intention of one day being able to do something constructive for the wizarding world with that extensive knowledge. And learn he did, and spent five seasons teaching the students of Hogwarts some of the wonderful things that make the muggles unique, so that they too might better understand and appreciate them.
Few people realize that Antonio also has an extensive knowledge of things related to astrology, and so they might be surprised that he is teaching Divination this season. But he has always believed that a change is good, so it should be an interesting term!

Sophie is adventurous, feisty and loves to flirt. She enjoys being active and always wants to be in control of her own life- never wanting to admit defeat or failure. You never know what to expect with Sophie, there is always a new adventure to be completed and a new lesson to be learned.
Honesty, trust and friendship are three values which Sophie likes to see in others. She won’t hold back, and will say exactly what is on her mind- even if it may be something you’d rather not hear. History:
Sophie was the Gryffindor Quidditch Captain during her years at Hogwarts. Her dedication to her team went beyond the normal role of a Quidditch Captain, which aided in the fantastic achievement of 3 consecutive wins. Once she had graduated from Hogwarts, the plan was to continue with a career in professional Quidditch.
This dream was put on a halt as Sophie decided to travel with a small group of friends. They wanted to see the world and discover new adventures. After months of travelling, Sophie and her friends ended up in Australia where she met Dylan. The two fell madly in love. Sophie ended her trip and stayed with Dylan, helping out with his family’s Magical creature sanctuary.
A new love developed for Sophie. She immediately felt at home with these creatures, wanting to learn more and more about every possible magical creature. Especially rare and exotic creatures seemed to catch her eye.
Sophie and Dylan’s relationship took a turn for the worse and Sophie decided to end it where it was. Her eldest brother, Daniel worked for the Ministry of Magic and was able to find Sophie a job in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, where she mainly helped with the breeding of new magical creatures. Thus her formal education in magical creatures commenced under the guidance of the Ministry. Sophie wasn’t completely happy however. The ministry life was not for her. So when Sophie discovered an opening for Care of Magical Creatures in Hogwarts she jumped at the opportunity, returning back to her home.

History: Caleum comes from a family that is half muggle and half wizard. His dad, Kenneth Myers, was a muggle born History Professor at a local university in their home town of London. Caleum spent many nights and weekends within the walls of the library learning as much as he could about different histories within the muggle realm, as his father worked. It was his quiet time away from his sister Madison who always seemed to spoil the moment.
His mother on the other hand, Judy, was a witch who graduated from Hogwarts and left to work within the Ministry in London in the Department of Magical Transportation. She was a top worker within the department and received several awards for her time and services dedicated to controlling and maintaining the magical world of transportation.
Once out of school, Caleum decided that with his life, he wanted to devote himself as an Auror. He went thru extensive training within the English Ministry and finished in the top ten of his class. He worked for the English Ministry for a while until he was offered a position within the German Ministry working on a secret project that involved some of the members within the Ministry itself. During the project he was placed within the Magical Accidents and Catastrophes to find out why so many problems were coming through the department.
His sources led him to one person with whom he was captured by the Magical Law Enforcement finding that not only was the prisoner an escapee that transformed himself into a worker of the department but also a criminal that slipped thru the hands of the Law Enforcement every time. He was sentenced and returned to Azkaban.
Caleum was reviewed and awarded top honours within the German Ministry and returned home soon afterwards to care for his father who became ill with a well known decease. Three months later after his return, Caleum’s father, Kenneth, passed away leaving Cal to support his mother and nurse her back to the mental capacity she needed to be to return to work.
Hogwarts soon learned of Caleum’s return and requested his services as the Defense Against the Dark Arts Assistant Professor. Almost deciding against teaching, Caleum thought it over and accepted the position so that his mother and sister would not worry with him as much. He felt he owed it to them to be around for a while longer.
Personality: Caleum was one in school who was confident enough in himself to not get mixed up with the females. He and his best mate, Constantine Masterson made a packed that they would never fall for the ones who were...slightly crazy, so they think. Caleum now believes that being single helped him further his career within the Ministry and assisted in his position within Hogwarts. When it comes to girls, Cal is one that never notices anything, unless it just stands out above the rest. His sister tried teaching him but it was never any use. To him, it is best to leave things unsaid.
Cal is one that likes sports…well any kind of sport as long as it is a game and he has a chance to win. He is not one that is a sore looser when not winning a game and will always be there to cheer along the other person. Never dare the boy…he just might do it as long as harm to himself or others is not involved.
He is headstrong in his work and once again is confident that he is the person to get the job done correctly and in a timely manor. He does not like to be late to any function unless there was a good explanation. Meeting new people and finding out their personalities is another past time favorite of his. Never lie, cheat or steal from him or you will know it. If asked a question, be prepared for a simple and to the point answer if he has one. He is not one to beat around the bush just to make the person happy. If you don’t like the answer, then don’t ask it.

Personality: He likes to keep to himself a lot of the time, but isn’t afraid to step up for anyone. He loves to have a good chat with anyone, but is rather touchy about revealing personal information. Definitely quiet, hard-working, and friendly, but is rather good at balancing things and earning him self a good chuckle, even if it means annoying someone some way. May seem distant at first, but will warm up to everyone.
History: Constantine’s family did a lot of traveling when he was younger. He’s always had a love for the outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed being out in places like Africa, the Amazon, and any other wonders of the world. His mother used to stay home a lot to take care of him, and so she did a lot of gardening. When Neo wasn’t out exploring the nearby forests, he and his dog would help mom plant and learn how to take care of certain things.
While attending Hogwarts, Neo was sorted into the Ravenclaw house and after a few days of traveling around the school, he met his best friend, Caleum Myers. Together they hung out, creating their own havoc and going on adventures of their own. But in classes, Neo took a serious note and studied as hard as he could, excelling in Herbology and Charms. He liked to fuse the two concepts together, experimenting here and there. His most favourite achievement was creating fruits that died peoples mouth a colour when eaten.
After graduating, he pursued his next passion to find a career. Books. His father wanted to return to being able to travel to other countries, so Constantine took the store off his father’s hands and managed it himself. He worked the store with his cousin, for 18 years.
But, owning a bookstore wasn’t his only occupation. By night (or whenever needed) Constantine is a secret spy for the government. He had always wanted to be one all the way through school and even a feel professor’s expressed that he would be good for it: doesn’t draw attention and good at sneaking around with out being heard. Needless to say, he took what they said to heart and once graduated; he involved himself in the spy institution and thoroughly enjoys his second job.
He finally felt the need to find greener pastures; a job that entitled doing something different. His chance came as he was offered a position at the Hogwarts School as the school groundskeeper. He gratefully accepted, handed his bookstore’s keys over to his cousin and went on his way to his new job. Doesn’t mean he left the spy gig though.

Personality: On first appearance Callie seems very playful, bubbly, feisty energetic, and easy going in her teaching styles. She loves sparking the interests of her students and bringing out the best of their magical abilities. However, upon closer glance - it is clear Callie has a bit of a temper. Sometimes Callie takes things a bit too seriously, especially charms. So watch just out for her unexpected mood swings and you'll really enjoy spending time with Callie.
Background: Callie was an only child born to a poor muggle family. Her father Thomas was a factory worker and her mother Grace was a seamstress. Both parents worked long hours to try support Callie but it just wasn't enough. Callie found herself doing odd jobs around the town to help her family out. From dog walking to gardening, from mowing lawns, to simple sewing, Callie learned the value of hard work at a young age. She also was beginning to learn to resent her family at a young age for making her work so hard, even though she understood why, Callie still couldn't help but feel like she deserved a more normal childhood.
So when she got her Hogwart's letter, Callie was thrilled to be getting away. She never fathomed a better, more easier life for her could exist and yet there it was! At Hogwart's Callie's ethics for hard work and discipline showed through as she excelled in her classes. Callie soon realized that her life of hard work and manual labor was far behind her and she could now use magic to make her life easier. Her favorite classes were charms and muggle studies. In both classes she often found herself daydreaming about her life back home and all the things she could do to her muggle possessions to make them work by themselves. She vowed one day to come home and charm her parent's house and make their lives easier, too.
In the meantime at Hogwart's, Callie found many ways to keep herself busy. It became her home away from home as she joined the Quidditch team in her second year and became beater. She continued to play straight through her seventh year. In her fourth year, Callie became a prefect, a job she loved and was a bit mischievious at - hexing unsuspecting Slytherins when they got out of line with her. Callie loved her time at Hogwarts where she blossomed into a true witch and social butterfly.
After graduation from Hogwart's, the first thing Callie did was to return to her parent's home as she had promised. There she went through their house charming as many objects as she could to make their lives easier, at least at home if nothing else. Proud of her accomplishments there, Callie realized her true calling was meant for things like this. She wanted to dedicate her life to doing things with Charms. While her O.W.L.'s and N.E.W.T's were excellent, Callie still didn't feel they would be enough to get her by in the real world. She knew if she were going to pursue a life in Charms she would need more life experience. So Callie packed her bags and began a trek that would take her throughout Europe. For nearly 3 years Callie found herself traveling in and out of both muggle and wizard communities alike. Within the wizarding communities she charmed items for just about anyone who asked, and when she found herself traveling alone through muggle towns, Callie enjoyed charming objects just for the fun of it. Through her travels Callie learned first hand the excitement and dangers of magic. She began to journal her experiences, which she knew would one day come in handy again.
Upon her return to London, Callie decided she was ready for a real job. With her journal in hand, Callie went straight to the Ministry where she shared her findings. The Ministry was very impressed with Callie's work and she and was immediately brought on board to work in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office reversing the effects of dangerously charmed muggle artifacts. After two years in the division, Callie's talent for charms had not gone unnoticed. She was approached by the Committee on Experimental Charms to test newly invented spells and research their effects. Callie shone brightly in this new position where she advanced quickly. Within five years in the division Callie became the youngest Head of Division, working as Division Head for just a year before being approached to fill the newly vacant Charms position. Unable to turn down such an offer from her alma mater, Callie jumped at the opportunity to teach her favorite subject and share the passion she had for the magic that is charms.

she is a pureblood witch from the tiny African country of Ghana, which is on Africa's gold coast. She was born in Accra, Ghana's capital city on Jan 6. Accra is the biggest and oldest wizard community there. She was trained at various international magical schools. Her mother wanted her to have a well rounded education. She speaks French, Arabic, Italian, Twi (her native tongue) and Japanese fluently. She is a master of Egyptian curses and even has a scorpion tattoo on her back. When she wasn't in school she spent her days running the around the palace getting into any and everything that her mind could think to do. Often times getting her stick in the mud sister Egypt into trouble also. Her family calls her Australia, but she likes to go by Tomasina.
Extra In-Depth Analysis -
Tommy comes from a very traditional pureblood family. Ghana was colonized by the British in the early part of the 19th century. During their occupation of Ghana they took slaves, and her family was one of them. The Riddle family from Great Britain owned Tommy's family. So her family was given the name of Riddle to tell the difference between who owned what slaves. After Ghana won her independence from Great Britain the wizards in Ghana moved away from the muggles and walled themselves up in great cities. They guard themselves jealously and vigorously. Like the rest of the magical world they set up Ministries of Magic and Tomasina's mother Afia Riddle is the Minister of Magic for Ghana. Tomasina and her older sister Egypt (who works for the British Ministry of Magic) left home in search of something more. They didn't agree with the forced segregation that their countrymen participate in. Her family owns most of the oil wells Saudi Arabia and in Jordan. They are the richest family in Africa and the 6th richest in the world. Her grandfather is a world renowned wand maker in Africa.
Tomasina Riddle is outspoken strong young girl. She loves to laugh and have fun. She gets into more trouble than she should, but she can usually wiggle herself out of it. She is the youngest of 12 girls, and her father was a stay at home dad, while her mom is the Minster of Magic. Her father was a great Quidditch player and helped Ghana clinch the Quiddith Cup three years in a row before his first daughter was born. She can be very stubborn when it suits her purpose, and she has an acid tongue when she is pushed. She a firecracker of a person and says what means and means what she says. She is a loyal friend and a fierce enemy. In Ghana Tommy was a heartbreaker, but at Hogwarts she got her heart broken and had to fight someone for her beau's hand. She has taken her heart off the market.

Personality: Cassandra has a very layered personality. Born in a pureblood environment, was never allowed to do "muggle" things. She was raised with strict wizard rules, though she didn't hate muggles or muggleborns, she was told not to associate with them. She often is mistaken for a snob, which she hates to be. She is determined and proud. She is mistaken for rude and mean, which she also is not. She is blunt, in your face, and if she wants something, you better not be in her way. History: Cassandra, born in Venice, 06/29/2047, comes from a long line of pureblood seers, her heritage can be traced back to the Greek seer, Calchas. Everyone in her family was a Slytherin, so it was only fate that she as well would be. Her mother, Clythemnestra Vablatsky, is a powerful seer while her father, Atropos, is a wealthy and powerful wizard who, although does not possess the "gift" like the rest of his lineage, owns most of the shops on Knockturn Alley. Theirs was a marriage of convenience, which ended the summer before her second year. Cassandra's mother still blames her for the divorce while her father has remarried and started another family trying to forget the old one... including his daughter.
During her second term at Hogwarts, her mother re-married to Lord Eric Prince. Cassandra now has a step-brother, Shane Prince, who attends Durmstrang and whom she loathes. Her mother prophesied that one of the step-siblings would kill the other, and although Shane was the one sent to Durmstrang, it is believed that it will be Cassandra that will kill him. No one knows when, but the two have been kept apart.
Cassandra has always called her gift a curse. When she was four, she foresaw the gruesome death of her beloved uncle. Anytime she had a vision, fearful of seeing a loved one or herself die, her subconscious fought the vision to the point of blinding headaches, and needed to take a pain potion that her mother brews for her. Her mother tried sending her to other Seers and Diviners to "fix" her, but with no avial. She hadn't had a vision since she took her mother's last potions around the end of the term her second year, and was getting concerned she had lost the "Gift."
In her third year she developed a hard crush on the professor who helped her to the hospital wing by carrying her there. She crushed on him fourth, fifth and sixth term. In her sixth term she realized being infatuated with a married professor wasn't healthy... though she'd never fully be over him. Also in her sixth term, she became prefect and began crushing on her head of house. She asked him to help her with talking to the school nurse and allowing her to help in the hospital ward. That summer her longtime boyfriend proposed and she accepted.
In her seventh year, and final prefect year she assisted the school nurse and developed an odd friendship with her. She graduated top of her house. Her O.W.L.s were outstanding and she was accepted into the healer's program at St. Mungo's. Part of the three year healer program is an internship... and she was picked from a class of 8 to go intern at Hogwarts. She is still reporting to St. Mungo's for the program.

He excels in nearly everything he puts his mind to and has a particular fondness for muggle science fiction.
Rey, also known as Pepe to his closest friends, is the epitome of nerd-dom. He is average height and very lanky. He has slightly curly brown hair and brown eyes behind black, 50s style, glasses. Personality: Macadrian is a kind-hearted and fun-loving woman who appreciates family above all things. Extremely intelligent, observant, and wise, Macadrian perceives many things about people's personalities that even they are unaware of. Despite this insight, Macadrian also tends to be stubborn with very high expectations of her students, coworkers, family, and friends. She expects decorum and disciplined hard-work in her classroom and will not settle for anything less.
History: Macadrian was raised in a loving home with her pureblood father and half-blood mother and her two sisters. She had a moderate financial upbringing. Macadrian is a triplet, born second between her two sisters, with whom she is extremely close. During their time at Hogwarts, Macadrian and her sisters were each sorted into a different house, with Macadrian becoming a Ravenclaw, her "older" sister, Isabella, a Slytherin, and her "younger" sister, Adamaris, a Gryffindor. The lack of presence of Hufflepuff in Macadrian's life has left her feeling very distant with members of this house, a fact which will likely affect her teaching style. Despite the different houses, all three girls excelled in Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, and Divination and pursued careers as curse-breakers for Gringotts. Macadrian and her sisters spent 8 years working together, travelling throughout the world for their jobs, before Isabella decided she wished to marry and have children, thus leaving her job. Macadrian and Adamaris worked side-by-side for 7 more years until Macadrian was asked to assume the post of Arithmancy professor. She agreed to take the job so that she could educate young minds and complete her research on the number Nine.

History:
Hecate was born on leap day in a poor pureblood family. Her family can date their lineage back to Gunhilda of Gorsemoor, but as generations went by the fortune that came with being a pureblood was no longer associated with them. She was the third child of nine children, an eldest brother, then one older sister, herself, two younger sisters, triplet brothers and a brothers after that.
Both her father (Lucien Sr.) and mother (Nerys) neglected her, so Hecate grew up knowing she couldn't depend on anyone but herself... she vowed to succeed in everything she did. In school she was top of her class, prefect and head girl. She began Wizarding University, at the Edinburgh, Scotland campus, and she cut all connection with her family when she met Professor Gavin Grey and became his live-in apprentice. At university she had the highest grades and she was named most likely to succeed.
After she graduated, she went to work for her former professor and Scottish potioneer named Gavin Grey. He was 20 years her senior but the two worked long hours late together and soon fell in love. They had a winter wedding. All their friends were of the same mind. They were the perfect couple. Unfortunately their marriage ended after two and a half years of marriage when Gavin's died in an exploding cauldron incident. The potioneer lab was left to Hecate.
A few months later Hecate was given a near to impossible request for a potion to cure a man by the name of Terrance Tralkey who was dying of a rare malady. Hecate worked hard day and night for months and was able to finally brew a successful potion to save the man's life. Terrance Tralkey and Hecate spent so much time together that they fell in love, and even though he proposed many times, she didn't accept for a year or so. Unfortunately, Terrance developed a side effect to her cure and while Hecate continued to work to reverse the side effect, he died suddenly, leaving her an undisclosed fortune.
This is when the press had a field day. Hecate was successful in creating the potion to reverse the side effect, a year too late. She needed to get away from the press so she quit her job, and left the lab in Scotland to travel to Sydney Australia where she stayed for nearly two years..
On her plane ride back to Scotland, because Australia was too bright, too hot and too filled with arachnids, Hecate sat next to a man who began chatting her up. Libatius Lavery, an auror with the ministry of magic, had just been released from a muggle prison where he'd been wrongfully imprisoned, and was returning to London. By the time they landed, Libatius proposed to Hecate. She told him never to speak to her again. Libatius didn't give up, with his resources found out where she lived and send roses upon roses every day, with love notes and candy. After a few years of wooing she allowed him into her heart and soon after they married. Hecate continued to make all sorts of potions, while Libatius worked for the ministry... but one cold November day Hecate was visited by his superiors and informed her husband had been killed in the line of duty by a female death eater that they could not identify.
This is when the press dubbed her The Black Widow, ironic because of her (and her typists) fear of arachnids. Hecate closed herself in her lab and dove head first into her work. She has made progress in many potions fields, not only limiting herself to healing, but also cosmetic and gastronomical. Finally, because her money had run out (potion ingredients aren't cheap,) Hecate applied to Hogwarts for the Potions job, which she currently holds.
2071-72
Hecate, in the attempt to test a burning unction, set three students ablaze, without causing physical pain. Three prefects attempted to stop her, but she placed them in detention. The Headmaster would not support her decision so she quit. Suddenly and without warning, parents of students complained to the Governors of the school. They, in turn, told the Head Master that Hecate was asked to return, not only as Potion's Mistress but as Slytherin Head of House as well.
2072-73
Hecate's had been under the impression that Sage Dodson, Herbology Professor, had been sweet on her, and in order to get her hands on free and limitless ingredients in the greenhouse. She played along... She'd also developed a friendship with Alexia Carlton, Charms professor, and to her dismay the two developed a close friendship... So close, in fact, the potions mistress took offense. Carlton was a friend and betrayed her, and Sage thought he could toy with her emotions... Well... inflicting revenge, she now won't need to see either of them at Hogwarts again.
2073-74
Hecate's Hogwarts Quidditch Captain came to meet her and patched things up with her after not speaking to each other since she was 17 and he 18. While their relationship became more serious, at school Hecate became closer to certain students and not to others. Her connections to the cult brought her gifts of expensive, rare and sometimes illegal ingredients. A club was started to create potions for Muggles.
2074-75
The year started out well for Hecate Lafay. Maybe because her love life was going so well. Unfortunately due to a fire, which was later discovered to be a diversion for the theft of potion ingredients, all her stock burned up. Thanks to the donation of students, some families of students and the generosity of the Minister of Magic, Lord Berty Borr, she was able to replenish her stock. More privately, her boyfriend's ex-wife showed her face and is now trying to start problems. So her great mood is now not so good. Slytherin won the Gobstones cup, the Quidditch cup and the House cup.
2075-76
Hecate Lafay began the term single again. Not because she was dumped. Hecate Lafay would never be dumped. Because she felt she was caring too much for her boyfriend and his daughter. Classes got harder. She was crueler and the students felt the pain she was going through. Catching Slytherins leaning a non approved picnic on the grounds, she was told how Hufflepuff seemed to want to hinder Slytherin from Winning the house cup again. She spoke to Hadley, the Hufflepuff Head of House and was not impressed with the woman's responses. During Christmas break, her now ex-boyfriend's wife mysteriously disappeared. Was Lafay involved? Who knows. But shortly after that she made amends with her boyfriend, and he proposed. Back at Hogwarts Slytherin was doing well in all their quidditch matches. Hufflepuff lost, and one of their team members pushed her seeker, and head girl off her broom. Hecate was furious, and demanded the Head of House do SOMETHING. When she declined, she pulled Vindictus in for an impartial judgment, and although he seemingly sided with her side, he did nothing to punish the offending player. She'd remember that. Again for the second time in a row, her snakes won the Gobstones cup, the Quidditch cup and the House cup.
2076-77
Hecate Lafay agreed to marry her boyfriend Alexander Greingoth over the summer, and they set the date for Christmas Day. She asked they not tell anyone. The only ones invited to the wedding was their old chum Ian Amoroso and his insufferable wife, Alexander's twin Alexandra and his daughter Sierra, who was surprised by the nuptials as well. Along with marrying the man, she adopted the girl. During the year she 'befriended' Dash, the HoM professor. She seems to loathe the Hufflepuff head of house whom she believes cheated to have her house win all three cups.
2077-78
Hecate Lafay seemed less curt than usual. Maybe married life was suiting her more and more. Unfortunately the term didn't go very well as the potions mistress seemed tired and under the weather for the later half of the term. Slytherin was up for the championship game, and although they played well, Ravenclaw played better. She was on her way back to her office when she saw one of her Snakes punch a Claw, and another break a school broom. She stood back and allowed the Quidditch Official, Ravenclaw Head of House and Deputy Headmaster, Max Vindictus, to deduct points from both her charges. She didn't like however how he simply overlooked his own student forcing a kiss on the Ravenclaw captain. Hecate had had issues with this particular student's love life. She attempted to punish him, but was quickly outranked by the Deputy Headmaster. Returning to her office she was livid. So livid that as she was yelling at her boys, her illness flared up and a foul gray ooze came seeping from her eyes before she fainted and was taken to the hospital wing. At the feast the nurse spoke to Sierra and after consulting with St. Mungos, they determined the Potions Mistress has an as-of-yet-incurable disease called Acute Infericosis that is caught from having come in contact with an infected Inferi. (A wizard who died from an infectious disease and who was then turned into an Inferi.) This disease doesn't allow potions to work... so because she had this disease her night terrors returned, which caused her to be tired during the year, and she is now with child. To save her unborn child, she did what werewolf females do, and found a surrogate.
2078-79
Knowing her life was quickly coming to an end Hecate made peace with herself. Her stepdaughter, Anna had found a way to slow down the effects of the rotting. The new Headmistress seemed not to not like her, but Hecate just shrugged it off. The board of Governors also made it clear they'd be reviewing her employment. Her daughter was born Christmas Eve and she named her Ariadne. As time went Hecate kept getting worse. Finally an experimental potion was created in Africa, and Hecate made her way to Africa, to either be cured... or die. She survived the potion, and the disease, but not without side effects...

Ian is a jokester. He attended Hogwarts at the same time as Professor David Kapoor, and the two are very close friends. Ergo, Kapoor is Ian's favorite prank subject. Ian knows when being the "fun guy" is appropriate, though, and takes his work very seriously. Back at the ministry, he was a bit of a slave driver in terms of making sure all the work was completed on time, and done well. He made sure his team had a good time along the way, though.

Personality: Iliana is very sweet and outgoing but can often be reserved around new people. She's compassionate and nurturing (which is why she was so successful as a healer). She is very family oriented and sees herself as independent though doesn't mind letting the men in her life lead her by the hand. She is adventurous, a bit outdoorsy and loves anything that has to do with nature. If the weather is nice, you will probably find her at the lake with a book. History: Iliana comes from a long line of Gryffindors. Her mother, Anabella, was a very talented witch and although she married a Muggle, each of their 5 children inherited her gifts. Due to her father's profession, the Morgans often spent much of their time, living harmoniously and undetected amongst muggles and she has learned a great deal of tolerance and acceptance of their differences. She is the 3rd of five children and has always been the most fun-loving of her sisters and completely inseparable from her older brother, Alain, who considers himself her protector and he still calls her 'Kiddo' even though they're adults.
Iliana, like all of her brothers and sisters, knew even as a small child that she had extraordinary, innate abilities. Her natural talents when it came to charms, helped Iliana excel throughout her years at Hogwarts. And she never minded when they were all referred to as 'those amazing Morgan children'. The one thing that differentiates her from her siblings is the fact that she is an animagus. Though she tries to keep that a secret from others as long as possible.
Upon leaving Hogwarts, Iliana began her internship at Saint Mungo's Hospital for Magical Ailments and Injuries in the hopes of following in her father's footsteps. She apprenticed under a very eccentric witch named, Helga Fairhaven and quickly moved through the ranks from Intern to Assistant Healer within her first year. Iliana stood out for being a talented and hardworking healer, and in addition to her position as Healer, took on the responsibilities of training all of the new interns. She soon found that she had an aptitude for teaching and after many years, decided that she needed a change of scenery. At 24, she accepted a post to teach Arithmancy at The Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. Unfortunately, Iliana found herself increasingly homesick and after only a few short years, she resigned. At 27, Iliana moved back to England and began her studies for Care of Magical Creatures. Soon after, she was recruited by The Modesty Rabnott Snidget Reservation in Somerset, England. While working at the reservation, Iliana realized that she missed teaching. Hearing of an open position at Hogwarts, she quickly applied.
Simply noteworthy: Iliana has a pet Snidget named Vincent. He is a tiny, 4 year old snidget that she rescued from the reservation as a baby when his mother died. Vinnie is an affectionate creature and very spoiled. He may be a bit shy around new people but he's friendly enough as long as Ili is nearby. His favorite place to perch, being on her shoulder, she had to transfigure his cage with an Extension Charm to give him room to fly freely while she gives her lessons. Iliana usually carries a bag of his favorite seeds in her pocket, so just ask if you’d like to give him a treat.

Less is sweet and rather gullable, she wants to be liked by everyone. She thinks students are there to learn, and want to be molded by her. She has a little bit of an accent, which she gets a bit embarrassed on. She loves the students, and as she can't have kids of her own she pampers them. She has an empathic quality in which when she sees a student sad, she is also sad. But don't turn your back on this snake... if she feels threatened, if she feels like it would help her, she can be viscious. Although she is rather lady like, she can be one of the guys.
That being said, the last few days leading up to the full moon she becomes impatient, and somewhat irritable. Once the full moon is gone, she will be tired and spent.

History:
Less has been a werewolf since she was 9 years old, when she was bitten while her parents were visiting friends in Yugoslavia. She carries a 14' Ebony wand with werewolf claw core. Born in Rome, Italy, February 23rd 2034, Less went to the local wizarding school, Bacchetta: Scuola di magia e Stregoneria. Unfortunatly due to a staff mix up, she harmed another student, and, at the urging of her Godfather, Valon Kazimeriz, had to be transferred to Hogwarts during her 5th year. Hogwarts had taken in other werewolf students, so her parents believe they had made the right choice.
She started a healer's intership, but quit after her first year because she didn't have the stomach to handle it. Remaining in London, he began writing muggle romance novels, and then continued to wizard ones.
When she turned 30, for her birthday, she traveled to Paris with friends and met a French man called Remí Devereux, who wanted to marry her. She stayed, while her friends returned to London. While in Paris she was offered a position at Beuxbaton where she taught Ancient Runes, but her relationship with Remí took a bad turn.
She found out that he was substituting her Wolfsbane potion with a forgetting potion and renting her out to the highest bidder to fight in underground werewolf fights. When she confronted him, he threatened to kill her using only the cruciatus curse. So she bid her time, until she applied to work at Final Academy and was offered a job. She left him with no a trace of where she went. He is still looking for her.
Alessia taught Divination at Final Academy (as Runes was not a subject,) a secret school for dangerous students (werewolves, vampires, etc...) She arrived at the school, ready and eager to teach, but was met by staff sarcasm and bitterness, students fighting, trying to hurt one another. In the middle of this mess, just because life wasn't complicated enough, she started a relationship with one of the other professors… but things didn’t work out and when he left she applied at Hogwarts.
Less arrived at Hogwarts and reunited with her Godfather and her best friend, Iliana Morgan. Her first year, she regressed to 11 years old because of an ancient timeline placed by the ghosts. And at the end of her second year, she was asked by the headmaster and the DADA professor to make her condition known to the students by turning into a werewolf before them... but something went horribly wrong. The wolfsbane potion did not take effect and the cage fell apart like a house of cards. She attacked the headmaster and both were taken to St. Mungo's.

Biography:
Professor Valon Kazimeriz was born in London, England to wizarding parentage. He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he excelled in transfiguration and defensive wand work, receiving awards in dueling club as well as being awarded both the honor of Prefect and Head Boy. After graduating with honors, he went to seek his fate on the championship duelling circuit, only retiring from the circuit when his wife and on-again off-again sweetheart since fifth year, Persephone, announced they were expecting a child. He entered academy and trained to become a hit wizard, rising in the ranks and eventually training to become an Auror.
In 1988, he retired as an Auror and became a professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the position of Defense Against the Dark Arts. He held this post for only a single term before a personal crisis caused him to resign. He returned to work as a hit wizard and Auror, which is how he served during the second rise of Voldemort.
He was partially disabled by a cursed hip injury while serving as an Auror,but continued on in service until his retirement Auror in 2010. Discontent with idle time, he set to a quiet life as an (unpublished at the time) author and consultant in the field of dark arts detection and protection. He returned to Hogwarts in 2032 for the second time, serving as a professor once more. In 2046 he left, returning to writing and a semi-retired life, finding success as a published author. He returned to Hogwarts as a Defense
Against the Dark Arts professor in hopes of broadening the minds of the future of wizarding society and demystifying the dark arts and their defense.
Unfortunately, after learning that a former student, Ethan Truebridge, was making inappropriate advances and harrassing his goddaughter, Kazimeriz demanded an honor duel with Professor Truebridge. Though the duel was fought well by both gentlemen, Kazimeriz was moved to lay down arms at the request of his goddaughter, only to be struck by a post-duel spell. His opponent had the good fortune of striking him in such a way that it reopened the old cursed injury, causing Kazimeriz constant, excruciating pain that is unlikely to ever be cured.
Feeling that he was no longer physically agile enough to safely guide students through properly rigorous DADA instruction, he was set to retire again but was convinced to take on the position of Potions Master instead. He re-sat the Master's certification and began instructing the students in this field instead.
After the disappearance of Headmaster Bontecou in 2069, he took on the role of Headmaster of Hogwarts. He was then removed from this position by the arrival of Gaellen Tate, and is currently serving only as a potions master at the school.
In 2070, his goddaughter's former fiancee and abuser, Remi Devereux, infiltrated the school in an attempt to abduct her. In an attempt to capture the man Kazimeriz was hit by a cruciatus curse and is currently under a healer's care at St. Mungo's, and is slowly recovering so that he may resume his duties when Hogwarts reopens in autumn 2070.
Personality traits:
Professor Kazimeriz is an old-school gentleman, genteel and possessing continental manners. His elegant and reserved mannerisms can mask his sardonic and sometimes even sinister sense of humor and passion for the macabre. He has never met a monster he didn't like; he is gung-ho for ghouls, keen on kappas, relaxed around red caps and finds werewolves to be wonderful. He considers the dark arts to present a delightful challenge as well as an opportunity for dramatic magical application. He expects to be treated with the respect his 105 years of life experience entitles him to. He is by turns grandfatherly, professional, polite, puckish, or extremely strict, even cruel, and some would even say downright evil (though he would disagree!) depending on the circumstance. Anything more, well, in his words, "that would be telling, wouldn't it?"

Anastasia is a strong-willed, strong-opined woman who knows what she wants and how to get it. Annie tries her very best keeps a very calm, polite exterior at all times but underneath it all, she's rather narcissistic, stubborn, and shrewd, with too much focus on outward appearance. She loves being the center of attention and gets jealous very easily, especially of other women or of someone who is more intelligent in her area of expertise.
With that in mind, know that she still has a tendency to pout when she doesn't get her way or.... she'll work on a long-winded and detailed, devious plot for revenge. As for her positive personality traits, Annie can be cold charming and friendly when she needs something, and is not afraid of hard work. She is a secret sucker for soft, fuzzy creatures and tiny children cutesy things. Inside the classroom, she hates to be doubted by a student or treated with any disrespect, for that will just unleash her Veela-ish angry side. Compliments, gifts, and complex jokes are an easy way to get on her good side, although she hates to be out of the loop or the one being pranked.
A broom collector since she played Quidditch at Hogwarts, Annie absolutely adores the sport and her favorite team is the Holyhead Harpies, since her family has had season tickets since she was a small girl. Besides collecting brooms, Annie is excessively fond of music, pie, chocolate, shoes, and jewelry, and she has a tendency to lavish her loved ones with unnecessary gifts and exquisitely expensive items. After all, the best must simply have the best.
History
Born from a long line of Slytherpuffs and raised by a former Potions Professor father and a Healer mother, both Anastasia and her younger brother, Robbie, have always had a knack for plants and potions. The family used to travel each summer to a different exotic locale simply to study the native plants and animals living there. Anastasia still loves the outdoors and cute, cuddly little animals but she absolutely despises dust and uncleanliness, especially indoors. While a little dirt never hurt anyone, Anastasia will have a heart attack if she gets one of "nice outfits" dirty, since she always dresses down to work with her plants. On the subject of plants, Annie's plants are more precious to her than almost anything (besides her cat, her jewelry, her son, and her husband) and it is probably because of her plant love that she doesn’t have friends, plural. She has bred several unique varieties of flowers with a little help from her mother and before teaching at Hogwarts, she spent some time abroad on her own. She was particularly interested in studying poisons and antidotes whilst abroad and has collected several dangerous samples for her own uses…when the time is right.
After her Hogwarts sweetheart dumped her at their 2058 graduation, Anastasia hit the road to follow her favorite Wrock band, The Chimaeras. She had many good, flirty times with the entire band but had her eye set on the lead singer from the start. The two got engaged when Annie was just 19 but she found out something rather disturbing about their relationship shortly before the band’s last concert in 2059. Unfortunately for him, Annie’s new fiancée died from unexplained causes at the fatal concert and came back to haunt her for the next five years until she had the Ministry place a restraining order against his ghost.
Anastasia gave into her wanderlust after the ghost fiasco and threw herself into her independent study of exotic plants with true Hufflepuff candor until she was offered a position at Hogwarts. Annie can easily become absorbed in her botanical tinkerings and washes her cares away through lavish shopping sprees with her House Elf, Pinky, or on adventures to escape her problems. Personality: Merry is a big city girl all the way. She's grown up in Vegas all her life and has thrived on the excitement of traffic and crowds. Merry has an outgoing personality and tends to not shy away from anything. She has a strong work ethic and cares alot about people and is usually a happy person with an odd sense of humor if so inclined.
History: Meredith grew up in Vegas and attended a wizarding school in the deserts of Vegas away from muggles eyes. Her father is a lawyer and her mother was a healer. Her best subjects have always been potions, transfiguration and Defense against the dark arts. She graduated top of her class and followed in her mother's footsteps as a healer. Merry worked alongside her mother for several years until deciding that she had had enough of her shadow and wanted to do more on her own. Healing was all she had ever done but she wanted a change and held several temporary jobs in the downtown Vegas area and became a part of many acts and shows. Backup singing and magicians assistant are just a couple of jobs she held. She ran a couple of blackjack tables and found she can be a bit of a card shark.
A friend of her father told him about the open position at Hogwarts and he mentioned it to his wife. Merry's mother wasn't interested in changing locations, but Merry was. She had never been to Europe and was excited as to what opportunities would befall her. She's looking forward to the new school and healing again.

Height: 6' 2" (No this is not a typo! Freya is six foot, two inches tall) Weight: 164 pounds Eyes: Steely grey/blue. They have the habit of turning nearly transparent when Freya is extremely angry. There always seems to be a lingering gleam of malice in her eyes, which she inherited from her mother. Hair: Currently, it is a sun damaged dark blonde, but it will eventually go back to being a medium brown once she is outside for a less amount of time. Her hair is very long and reaches the middle of her back, although at times Freya has considered chopping it off just for the heck of it. Facial: Bold features and a strong jaw. Her face is somewhat weathered and rough because of spending so much time outdoors from an early age. Skin Color: Very pale/white. Burns easily. She would have porcelain skin if she cared more about her physical appearance. But alas, Freya hates skin cream and all that beautification jazz. Other: Perfect white teeth that Freya prides herself on. (How they managed not to get busted up is a mystery to her.) She is considering getting a tattoo on her back, from her left to right shoulder. She's a very solid girl. Built very strong as she likes to workout whenever she can. Freya looks a bit lanky in her Hogwarts uniform, because of the length of her legs, but fortunately still has a flattering shape; though others rarely notice it.
Personality: Freya is usually easy going, but has a fierce temper when angered or alarmed. She doesn't trust easily, although your first impression may be otherwise, and she constantly wonders about a persons true motivation.
She tends to think a lot, and often has a glazed over look in her eyes when she zones out on strange objects. Don't be alarmed, she does this an awful lot and you shouldn't take it personally. Freya has been known to talk to herself on occasion, it's not unheard of since she was brought up with very limited socialization.
Freya loves animals, particularly creatures that all others seem to detest and wish to stay away from. She has two owls, Anchor, who is often perched on her shoulder. And Tundra, who remains at home this final term. Freya also has two snakes, a green snake, Verde, and a brown snake, Olaf. (Both are stashed away in secret somewhere.)
Currently, she is very flitty with ideas of work, and has only ideas about what she wants to excel in.
Unfortunately, Freya does not consider anyone a friend, out of fear that they will all at one point perish or abandon her.
An addict to physical activity. You may often see her taking a run outside the castle early in the morning. And she wakes up at four o'clock every morning...even if it's the weekend.
Freya has the mind of a scientist, which may be why she is so intrigued with experiments and discovery.
She is known for being overly curious, and she believes that one day this very trait will lead to her ruin.
History: *sighs. Here goes* Freya's father blessed her with the her name. She was named after the Norse goddess of love, guardian over children and fertility, but who also has roots to war and death.
~Freya grew up with her mother in northern Alaska, secluded from all other wizards, witches and muggles, (aside from patients at her and her mother's facility). She's had a rather busy life since the age of four, when her father passed away from an allergic reaction in front of his only child, (Freya).
From that moment on she was expected to act according to her mother's wishes and train, learn and compete on a regular basis, as well as help her mother with their experiments. Freya took part in minor equestrian competitions when she was a young girl. As she grew older her competitions became more aggressive and she eventually took up Quidditch for her state team as a beater, and at an even older age she began boxing.
Just over a year ago, Freya convinced her mother to allow her to attend 'formal' education for post-graduation Healer training. Surprisingly, Freya was granted permission to attend Hogwarts for two years, and her life continued to change, some for better, some for worse...

Mackenzie has lived in London all of her life. Her dad was a muggle and died when she was only two. This forced her mother to quit her job and for them to move in with Mackenzie's grandparents. Mackenzie had been so excited when she got her acceptence letter because she had heard all about Hogwarts from her older brother Matthew.

Character: Celestina "Bucky" Warbuck Past House: Gryffindor
After four years of leaving Hogwarts, Celestina Warbuck finally has her own gallery exhibit in memory of the two most influential women in her life: her Mother and Natasha Blaylock. The exhibit showcased black and white pieces taken throughout the Photographer's period of mourning, after Blaylock's death. The main focus of the exhibit, however, was a colored photograph of Natasha Blaylock herself.
Half of the funds collected from sales were given to the Little Brothers and Little Sisters Association. The other half will go to the purchase of Celestina's own Photography Studio.

Iliana has a pet Snidget named Vincent. He is a tiny, 4 year old snidget that she rescued from the reservation as a baby when his mother died. Vinnie is an affectionate creature and very spoiled. He may be a bit shy around new people but he's friendly enough as long as Ili is nearby. His favorite place to perch, being on her shoulder, she had to transfigure his cage with an Extension Charm to give him room to fly freely while she gives her lessons. Iliana usually carries a bag of his favorite seeds in her pocket, so just ask if you’d like to give him a treat.
