Mayhem at the Burrow Part 5

Harry blushed with embarrasment as Ginny said this but followed her anyway smiling. He sat down in one of the seats next to Hermione and waited for the wedding to start. (ooc: I'm gonna have to rush through this wedding part 'cause I haven't been at a wedding in 3 years so I've forgotten how everything went) When the bridesmaids, the groom, flowergirl, ring bearer, bestman, and the bride were all at the alter, Father Wilson(ooc: makin' up names here) said, "Will you, Bill Weasley take this Fleur Delacour as your lawful wedded wife, to love and protect, for better or worse, in sickness or health, and till death death do you part?"
"I do." said Bill not taking his eyes off Fleur.
"And will you, Fleur Delacour, take this Bill Weasley as your lawful wedded wife, to love and protect, for better or worse, in sickness or health, and till death death do you part?"
"Yes, I do." Fleur said, smiling at Bill.
"Then I now pronounce you, man and wife, you may now kiss the bride."
Bill lifted up the veil covering Fleur's face and kissed her. Mrs. Weasley was in tears of joy as she watched this, and Mr. Weasley was giving her tissues he conjured out of thin air.

When the lights were lit around the yard, everyone danced around the yard, it was a perfect night; not a cloud in the sky, the stars were out, and lucky for everyone, the moon wasn't full so Remus wasn't transforming into a werewolf. Harry watched as Ginny, Ron, and Hermione were talking near the piano, getting ready for their song. Mr. Weasley came onto the stage asked for silence, "May I introduce, my son Ron Weasley, daughter Ginny Weasley, and one of their best friends Hermione granger who will now perform the song, What I've Been Looking For." Hermione sat at the piano and played while Ron and Ginny sang their parts perfectly. Everyone, including Fred and George, applauded for them when they were finished. Ginny stayed on stage, ready to sing her song.
"Now introducng, Ginny Weasley!"
Ginny picked up the microphone and said into it, "I will now be singing a song my mother sang to me when I was little, There is Life." Hermione started to play a score on the piano and Ginny sang in her-in Harry's opinion-most beautiful voice ever
Under the snow,

When nature sleeps,

Bill and Fleur started to dance, the others followed suit and slow dance through the song. Harry and Ron were the only ones who didn't dance since their dates were on stage performing

When Ginny and Hermione finished, everybody clapped, some of them(the girls, actually) had tears in their eyes because of the song. Ginny and Hermione held hands, took a bow, and ran off the stage towards Harry and Ron.
"That was so much fun!" said Hermione, "I never thought that anyone was really going to enjoy the first song, since Fleur picked it of course."
"yeah, and I was so embarassed to sing in front of everybody without anyone singing it with me." said Ginny
"Why, are you staged fright or something?"
"Not exactly, it's just that when I was younger, I couldn't sing at all so most songs i had to sing had to involve duets. That's the first time I sang in front of an audiance since I was nine and it was most definetly emabarrasing."
"What happened?' asked Hermione.
"She opened her mouth and she sounded like a banshee." said Ron. Ginny was sending Ron daggers so he quickly said, "Fred and George said it, not me."
"Hey Ginny, you want to dance?" Harry asked quickley trying to change the subject.
"I'd love to." Harry and Ginny walked onto the dance floor, hand in hand and started to dance to the music that Hermione's release(Gabrielle Delacour) was playing. Harry and Ginny danced the same way they both did at the Yule Ball with their dates. Ginny looked at Harry and said, "I love you, Harry." He looked down a Ginny and said, "I love you too, but you know why we can't be together."
"Yeah, but I just wanted you to know that I still do, even if we can't." Harry smiled and said, "Would it be allright if I kissed you, one last time?"
"You mean, before you destroy Voldemort?"
"I doubt I will. He's powerful than me. Besides, I'm no hero."
"Well, I don't care if you're a hero or not, just concentrate on the getting back." Harry smiled again and they closed in to kiss until-

Mayhem at the Burrow Part 6

They heard some yelling and screaming. Harry and Ginny looked up and saw the Dark Mark in the sky and Death Eaters were Apparating everywhere causeing havoc.
"Kids! Get to the nearest Portkey, and stick together!" yelled Mr. Weasley as he and the Order of the Phoenix pulled their wands out and stunned as many Death Eaters as they could, "Ron, Hermione, Harry! Gabrielle and Ginny's your responsibility!"
Harry grabbed Ginny's arm and led her away from what was happening. They followed Ron and Hermione to the Burrow and went inside.
"Ron, we have to make a Portkey!" said Hermione as Ron went into a cupboard, "Now's not the best time to fill your stomach!"
"I'm looking for something!" Ron said as he took out an old kettle from the cupboard, "Portus!" he said sharply as he pointed his wand at it, "On three, we grab it! One, two-"
"Wait! We forgot Fleur's sister!" shouted Harry and he ran out of the house to find her.
"Harry! Wait!" Ginny yelled, running after him, but he couldn't wait. He didn't want anything to happen to Gabrielle, and he's not going to let her die because of him. He was allready the cause of two deaths because of Voldemort, and he didn't want that to hapen again. He searched franticly for her, dodging every hex and yelling people as he did until he found her crouched near a tree, crying. He also saw a Death Eater make his way towards her holding his wand.
"Stupefy!" Hary shouted, pointing his wand at the Death Eater who stopped dead in his tracks and fell onto the ground. Ginny caught up with him, grabbed Gabrielle's hand, and quickly led her to the house, but Harry stood there, watching something terrible happen; someone was using the Cruciatus curse on Mrs. Weasley. He felt anger rising inside him again, Mrs. Weasley was like a mother to him each time he went to the Burrow and he didn't want her to lose her mind like Neville's parents so he held up his wand and repeated, "Stupefy!" where this man too, froze and fell to the ground. Harry went over ot Mrs. Weasley to see if she was allright, she was breathing, but her eyes were closed. He prayed that she was just unconcious. He then felt someone push him down onto the ground and felt his hair ruffle, he looked around and saw that Lupin pushed him down so he wouldn't be jynxed.
"Harry, I'll take care of Molly, you lot just get out of here, now!" Harry nodded and ran to the Burrow but then he saw Ginny dueling a Death Eater as Gabrielle was running inside. Harry ran closer and saw that she was dueling Wormtail. Harry once again fel anger, and the urge of revenge growing inside him.
"Crucio!" Wormtail squeeked and Ginny fell onto the ground screaming. Harry ran over and said, "Expelliarmus!" Wormtail's wand flew out of his hand and he looked around and saw Harry.
"Harry! So glad to see you again!" he squeaked, taking a step toward him but Harry kept his wand up.
"Don't come any closer!" Harry snarled.
"Oh Harry, you mirror your father more and more now." he said, walking closer to him and speaking as if he and Harry were having a friendly conversation. "You look exactly like him when he attended his, Remus', and Sirius' wedding."
"I said don't come an-wait, Sirius and Remus were married?" Harry was surprised by this news.
"Yes, and had little kids and they had your brother, sister, and you."
"Why are you telling me this? You lot are attacking my friends and family and you're just treating this an every day thing."
"I'm telling you this...so you have something to think about before you die, Stupefy!" When he was distracting Harry, he summoned his wand and said this hex. Harry dodged it and said, "Expelliarmus!" Wormatil deflected this and saw the Ginny was getting her strength back, he was about to curse her until Harry said, "Sectumsempra!" but Wormtail saw this and deflected it. He ran over to Ginny and grabbed her arms and held tight to her so she wouldn't fight him off, "Get your filthy hands off her you filthy rat!" Harry shouted, pointing his wand at them, but he didnt say a hex because Wormtail was using Ginny as a sheild. "The Dark Lord will have great use for you." He said to Ginny and he Disapparated with her.
"GINNY!"

Chapter Four Family Losses Part 1

After the Death Eater attack, some people were sent to St. Mungo's while others went home. But the Order stayed at the Burrow to try and figure out where the Death Eaters might have taken Ginny. After Mrs. Weasley recovered and was told about what happened, she sat at the kitchen table in tears. Mr. Weasley and Lupin were trying their best to make her feel better while the Order were figuring out where Ginny could be. Harry was upstairs locked in Ron's room, he didn't want to go back out, it was his fault that Ginny was taken away. He looked out the window and saw the ruined wedding, everything was torn and smashed. He couldn't believe what happened, it all happened so fast. He sat on his camp bed, looked at his knees, and tears started to come out. Someone knocked on the door and he heard Hermione's voice, "Harry, can we come in?" Harry went over to the door and opened it. Hermione and Ron were standing at the doorway, Hermione's eyes were puffy from crying and Ron looked like he was going to cry too. Harry didn't blame him, Ginny was his little sister and he cared about her.
"Harry, you shouldn't blame yourself for what happened." said Ron as he and Hermione came in and sat down on his bed, "It was bound to happen, Wormtail always knew where we lived."
"But it's my fault that she was taken!" Harry said sitting down on his bed, "If I wasn't so thick about listening to Wormtail about Sirius and Lupin actually starting a fam-" he stopped in mid-sentence remembering what Pettigrew said and ran out of the room and down the stairs with Ron and Hermione right behind him.
"Harry, where are you going?" Hermione asked confused
"I have to talk to Lupin." When he got into the kitchen, he saw that Mrs. Weasley was still crying and Mr. Weasley was trying to confort her while Lupin was making her tea.
"Professor, I need to talk to you." said Harry.
"Harry, I don't think that now is the right time." Lupin said putting tea bags into the cup filled with hot water and bringing it to Mrs. Weasley
"I need to talk to you about your's and Sirius' families." Lupin dropped the cup in shock and the cup shattered sending peices across the room and water spilling everywhere.
"Oh, I'm very sorry about that Molly!" Lupin said coming out of his trance and taking out his wand to fix the cup.
"Remus, you go and talk to Harry, I'll make the tea." said Mr. Weasley going over to the kettle and pouring water into the fixed cup. Lupin nodded and walked out of the room with Harry, Ron, and Hermione walking behind him.
"I want to know how you knew about both mine and Sirius' families." he said when they reached into one of the spare rooms.
"Pettigrew told me, before he took Ginny. So it's true."
"Yes, it is true."
"What happened to them?"
Lupin sighed and said, "My wife was killed in battle and my son was kidnapped, rumored to be dead, and Sirius' wife went missing after a serious injury while his son and daughter were also taken, his son, we were told, was dead, but his daughter's wherabouts are unknown." Lupin sat down to a nearest chair and asked, "Did Pettigrew tell you about your family?"
"No, why?" Harry asked curious
Lupin sighed again and said, "Because you're not an only child."
Harry felt his jaw drop in shock, he saw that Hermione and Ron looked shocked too.
"Wh-what do you mean?"
"Harry, your parents had three children, a two year old boy named Benjamin, you, and a new born daughter named Leslie."
"What happened to them?" asked Hermione quietly.
"Ben's wherabouts are unknown also because the night your parents died Ben was at Sirius' home and while he was gone his wife and your aunt, Mia watched over the three children and their home was attacked, when her children were taken, Mia took Ben away and we never saw her again. We don't know if Leslie was killed or missing because Sirius and Hagrid never saw her in the house when your parents died."
Harry stood there, completly silent, because of Voldemort he not only lost a mother and a father that night, but he also lost an older brother and a younger sister.

That was a great post. With a weired twist about the families. Love it hope harry finds ginny. He really shouldn't blame himself. Can't wati for more.

Family Losses Part 2

Harry hatred of Voldemort was powerful than ever. Voldemort killed his parents, he was the cause of Lupin, Sirius, and Neville's families were torn apart and he wanted to put a stop to it. Harry sat on his camp bed looking into the leather photo album Hagrid gave him in his first year. A single tear ran down Harry's face when he saw a picture of him standing next to Ginny when he was in second year and she was in first. Lupin came into Ron's room and said pointing at the album, "I thought you might be looking at that."
"Did they find Ginny yet?" asked Harry.
"No, but we're close to finding the location, Kingsley's meeting soemone who might know where she is." He sat down next Harry.
"Why didn't you tell me I had a brother and sister?" asked Harry.
"Dumbledore thought you were put through enough, especially after losing a mother, a father, classmate, and a Godfather. He didn't want to make your heart ache worse."
"But not knowing or remembering them would be an insult to their memory, wouldn't it?"
"Harry-"
"And I even had a twin sister, why didn't you tell me that?"
Lupin looked confused and said, "What are you talking about?"
"I have a twin sister named Viola, I met her the other day on my way here, why didn't you tell me about her?"
"Harry, you don't have a twin sister."
"Then I guess she was just pulling my leg, like everyone else."
"No one's pulling your leg, Harry.."
"I doubt it, in fifth and sixth year everyone kept taking the mickey whenever I was around."
"Times have changed, Harry. Anyway, we only kept them a secret because we cared about you and din't want you to feel worse. I don't mean to lecture and I don't mean to preach. And I know I'm not your father, Sirius, or Dumbledore..."
"Then stop pretending to be!" Harry slammed the album shut and left out of the room, leaving Lupin sitting in Ron's room alone.

No one could sleep that night because of Ginny's kidnap. They continued with the search through the night 'till dawn when Kingsley Shaklebolt came to the Burrow telling them about Ginny's wherabouts.
"I've been told that the Death Eaters are keeping her in an orphanage, but we don't know which one."
"There must loads of abandoned orphanages in Britain!" said Bill, "How are we going to find her?"
"Maybe it's an orphanage Voldemort knows a lot more about." suggested Hermione, ignoring Ron's wincing, "I mean, he did live in an orphanage when he was young, wasn't he?"
"Yes, Hermione but we don't even know the name of it." said Lupin. Harry suddenly remembered something, last year when Dumbledore was teaching him lessons, he took Harry into a memory of Voldemort's past when he visited him at Voldemort's orphanage.
"I know which orphanage it is!"

Lupin, Tonks, Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Moody walked to a sorry looking square building, the same one Harry remembered. Tonks and Moody walked inside, Lupin stayed outside for a moment and told Harry, Ron, and Hermione, "If anything happens, I want you to get out of here, and get help. Do you understand?" They nodded and Lupin led them inside. The inside of the building was gray, filthy, and dusty, and it was completly dark so everyone had to say "Lumos" so they wouldn't bump into eachother.
"Why would they leave the orphanage and leave the children alone in the streets?" asked Hermione.
"Probably couldn't pay off the bills so they could've shut the place down." whispered Tonks, her wand lifter in the air so she could see ahead properly.
"And left the children freezing in the streets?" Hermione asked quietly.
"Times were cruel back then, Granger." growled Moody, his eye swiveling in every direction, "But of course, it still is now."
"But-" but Hermione was cut off when Lupin said, "Shh, I think I heard something." He held his wand in the air and slowly walked forward until he came across two feet. Ginny was tied up and gagged and screaming as much as she could.
"Ginny!" Ron said happily as he walked over to untie her, "You're allright!" When he got the ropes untied, Ginny took the gag out of her mouth and said urgently, "We've got to get out of here, now!" Ron and Lupin helped her up, her hair was unkept, her dress was torn, and she had scratches on her arms, legs, and face. "He just left, He could be back any-" she gasped sharply and held onto her right arm. "They've been hurting me, on His orders, and if we get caught, He'll do much worse."
"We've seen what Voldemort can do Ginny, so you don't have to tell us twice." said Tonks waving her wand and a sling appeared on Ginny's hurt arm.
"No, not You Know Who, I'm talking about someone else."
"Who?"
"Lord Voldemort's son."
And at that moment a high cruel laugh came from behind the group and they looked and saw what seemed to be a younger self of Voldemort, only the full grown Voldemort was standing next to the man.

Yepy they found her. so happy. Evil cliffies *mad face* can't wait for more.

Wow, so many twists in this story. Love it. Voldemort had a son? Lol, I wanna know who would do it with him lol.

Family Losses Part 3

The younger self of Voldemort pointed his wand at Ginny and said, "Crucio!" Ginny fell onto the floor writhing and screaming.
"She told you I would do worse things." the man laughed softly as Ginny tried to get up with only one arm.
"Leave her alone!" Harry yelled as he and Ron helped her up.
"I knew you would come to save her, Potter." said the older self of Voldemort, "We wouldn't have known about you in love with the bloodtraitor if it wasn't for my spy." Wormtail walked from behind them, wearing an evil grin. Harry suddenly remembered the rat he found in Ron's room the other day and how it looked familiar, it was Pettigrew disguised in his Animagus form.
"I guess it's lucky enough that he lived at the Burrow." said Voldemort II, "He's told us a lot of information abut what goes on there. So we were able to kidnap the bloodtraitor."
"Leave her alone," said Tonks, "She hasn't done anything to you that gave you the right to hurt her."
"I guess you don't know my whole history, do you?" said Voldemort.
"What are you talking about?" Lupin asked sharply.
"You'll learn soon enough...when you die! Avada Kedavra!" The group dodged the curse and the fight began; the Death Eaters sent out hexes, jynxes, and curses everywhere. Lupin was fighting Voldemort, Hermione and Ron and Tonks were fighting Voldemort II, Moody was fighting two Death Eaters at once, and Harry was fighting Bellatrix. Bellatrix laughed she kept dodging Harry's hexes.
"How's life without my cousin?" she giggled, "Do you miss him?" Harry didn't answer, he continued to send curses her way and she dodged them. "I think you would give your aunt a run for her money," she said, "She faught much worse than you, it's a wonder why Sirius would've loved her. But I saw to it that she was disposed." she laughed again and Harry felt more hatred going through his veins.
"Crucio!" he shouted and this time, it made it's target and Bellatrix was writhing and screaming, it was worst than the last time he used it on her. Harry heard a scream and Wormtail had used the Cruciatus Curse on Ginny and she was once again on the floor screaming. Harry ran over to Wormtail and punched him hard in the face. Harry shook his hand as Wormtail yelled in pain. Harry knew he punched too hard. He helped Ginny get up and led her outside.
"I need you to get help, there's too many Death Eaters." Harry said to her.
"Harry, I'm not leaving you!" said Ginny but Harry allready said, "Accio Firebolt!" and the Firebolt flew over to them and stopped right in front of him. He forced Ginny to swing her leg around it and said, "Promise me that you won't come back when you get help!"
"I promise." Ginny kicked the ground and she flew into the sky. Harry ran back inside and saw that the fight had gotten worse. He looked around and saw the Lupin was starting to grow weak because Voldemort sent so many curses at him. Harry stepped in and said, "Expelliarumus! Voldemort repelled it and said, "Avada Kedavra! Harry ducked and said, "Reducto!" Voldemort repelled it again and said, "Crucio!" Harry fell to the floor yelling in pain. He felt like every bit of him was on fire. Voldemort suddenly stopped and Harry looked around and saw that Lupin and used Expelliarmus when Voldemort wasn't looking and the wand flew out of his hand. Lupin was standing straight back and proud, the way Voldemort described how Harry's father stood before he died. Voldemort summoned his charm and said, "Avada Kedavra!". Lupin dodged this and he and Voldemort started to fight again, Lupin did an excellent job dodging curses Voldemort sent at him. Harry tried to get up but behind him, Bellatrix said, "Crucio!" and Harry yelled again. He knew what was going to happen, he was going to be tortured into insanity like Neville's parents. Bellatrix suddenly stopped to and Harry saw her fighting Fred and George Weasley. Ginny was able to get home and bring help. Help was mostly the Weasleys since Harry saw that most people had red hair. He looked around and saw Voldemort laughing, Harry looked around Voldemort to see what he was laughing at until he saw Lupin laying at his feet, motionless

Family Losses Part 4

Harry felt anger rise in him as Voldemort laughed. Harry ran over to him and shouted, "Expelliarmus!" but he was too quick for him and shouted, "Avada Kedavra!" Harry ducked, but when he did so, he heard multiple people Apparating and Disapparating. He looked up and saw Aurors surrounding Voldemort with their wands out. Voldemort laughed and Apparated. The Aurors helped the people who were unconscious. Harry was on his knees, and he was looking at Lupin's body. He closed his eyes and started to cry until he heard Lupin say, "Harry..." He opened his eyes and saw that Lupin's were barely open, "Harry," he whispered, "I'm sorry."
"Don't worry, Professor. We'll get you to St. Mungo's soon enough." Harry said desperatly. He didn't want to lose Lupin, not now.
"I'm sorry, that I haven't told you about your whole family Harry."
"You can appologise later when you're better, Ron, Hermione, help me take him to St. Mungos!" Harry added looking at Ron and Hermione desperatly. They didn't do anything, they just stood there. Ron was looking at the floor and Hermione was failing to hold back tears.
"Come on! We can't just have him lie here!"
"Harry," Hermione managed to say, "I don't think he's going to makeit."
"Don't say that!" Harry said angrily.
"No Harry," Lupin said weakly, "Hermione's right."
"No, that can't be true!"
"I just want you to know, that I enjoyed teaching you three."
"But-"
"You've learned all you need to know, now all you need to learn is how to say goodbye." He took his last breath and and didn't move or say anything else."
Harry closed his eyes again and started to cry. He now lost his favorite teacher, and he yelled at him before it happened.

The next day was a sad day indeed. The Order, the Hogwarts students, teachers, and Lupin's friends Harry never knew were in the graveyard attending the funeral for Remus Lupin. There were moving pictures of his life next to his coffin. Everyone was wearing black, and Fleur and her family-even though they never knew Lupin well-cried when they attended. Harry stood in front of the coffin and cried silently, he felt Ginny put her arm around him to confort him. He never felt so alone. He always felt alone after the death of Sirius and Dumbledore, but he felt truly alone now. He looked at Ron and Hermione, Hermione was crying on Ron's shoulder as he hugged her. Harry couldn't help but remember all the fun he had learning from Lupin and how much he learned from him. He walked away from the coffin and everyone else. At the moment, he didn't want to be with anyone.

Such a sad post. Good but sad. Poor Harry looseing everone close to him.

Family Losses Part 5

Harry walked around the cementary, hoping to find his parent's grave. He stopped when he saw something in the bushes, it was very small, very cold, and very weak. When Harry was a foot away from it he found out that it was a small dog. He looked sadly as the pup stared at his with it's small brown eyes. It had to be a few months old, and it was a husky. Harry hated dogs, but he didn't want to leave this helpless animal out to die. Harry carefully picked it up and carried it away back to the coffin where everyone was sayig their last good byes and leaving. Only Tonks, the Weasleys, and Hermione stayed, waiting for Harry. When he was closer to them, Mrs. Weasley asked what he had in his arms and he held the puppy up for them to see.
"Harry, where did you find it?" Hermione asked as they were finding their way out of the cementary.
"Found it in a bush when I was looking for my parent's graves." answered Harry, keeping the puppy close to him so it could keep warm, "It might be a stray since there wasn't a collar, tags, or anything."
"Are you thinking of keeping it, Harry?" Ginny asked scra
