I'm Chrissy - 31 y/o from the SW subs of Chicago, IL. I've loved Harry Potter since I was introduced to it by my now 29 year old male cousin Brian. I love music, mostly heavy metal, and anime shows (especially Inuyasha and FMA).

I've read all the books, and have several favorite characters. Hermione is one of them - I loved how she was snippy and know it all in the first movie, and then a little less and less in the next few (but still a little ). She's grown into a great character, and every time I read about her, or see her in the movie, I see a part of me in her - fighting to overcome.

And since the middle of book 1, Hermione has been my second favorite character in the series. That being said...

Wow. I suck. I can't believe I didn't join before now! Hermione is amazing, and definitely superwoman with bushy hair! She is the strongest female character I have read about in a long time, and I believe she is a great role model. She, through JKR, shows that your brain is the strongest weapon we can ever have. She's got a good heart, a good head on her shoulders, and a GREAT husband. R/HR FOREVER! But, more than that, she is a wonderful person, and both Harry and Ron are better for befriending her in the common room on Halloween back in SS.

Hermione is one of my favorite characters. I love her along with Ginny and Luna. I love her bookishness and the fact that she's not afraid to show that she's very smart. I've always loved books and it bothers me that there are people out there who actually think there's something wrong with that.

Hermione is my favourite character because I can relate to her a lot and she just rocks! She's so intelligent and her character can be so amusing a lot of times. Hermione is the glue to Harry and Ron's great friendship even though she doesn't approve on everything they do.

I have a really vivid imagination and sometimes I pretend that Hermione's my mother and my father is my favourite boy genius, Artemis Fowl. I like reading crossovers about them. LOL!
