Unfortunately Anatomy, as it's the most important subject as far as preparing for my career is concerned. *sigh* If only I was as good at that as I was in Psychology. The course actually is called Nutrition 1. Next semester I have to take Nutrition 2, which is more in depth about the body and the different vitamins and minerals needed for good health, as well as the different health/nutrition problems people face(eg.Diabetes). I'm not that good at it, but still, I have to deal with it. My friend is helping me with it a bit, as she's really good at the subject. The only problem is that she's not so good with English(she's from Pakistan). | |

We had to learn all the bones, major muscles and all the organs, etc. The trick we used was to make a game out of it. For example...if my husband put his hand on my knee, I would ask him to kindly remove his metacarpels from my patella, etc...what ever works, make up some kind of game to help you remember like optical rectalitis...a crappy outlook on life (made up term) It helped us! Using terms like "you scurvey dog" (pirate term with a meaning) scurvey is a dietary disorder caused by inadequate nutrition!
