When you want to say 'Not much' as a reply to "mah kore?" you can say either of the following (there are others, but I'm not in Hebrew mode right now >.< ):
"Lo Harbe" - which literally means "not a lot"
"Shum davar" - which literally means "Not a thing" or "nothing"
