| | |  WB To Shelve Potter Films by Winter
WB confirmed today that all four Harry Potter films will be taken from store shelves by the winter of 2007. There has not yet been a definite plan as to whether this is a permanent change or not.

You will always be able to find the HP movies in stores if not online. I bet when the other movies come out on DVD they'll put the others back on the shelves.

luckily i have all the films already but its unfortunate for new fans who may just discover the series at a later date, even a year from now and will be unable to buy the dvd's. this may even increase piracy, if people want films and they cant buy them from the shops then they are likely to buy pirated copies or illegal downloads. | |

i think they're only doing this to put them in the vault or what not, like they did Lion King, so when they come out again, it's more expensive and they're collectors editions after that, they do it to like the most popular things, altho why didnt' LotR happen to it then? lol.... but ya it's just a money and publicity thing if they come back for like a month at a time for a while it'll be a specialty or what not
